Abstract
Jusqu'à présent, dans l'usage technique, la fermentation sert exclusivement à la représentation de molécules organiques. Cette fonction est étendue exclusivement dans une fraction mixte par la conversion de fractions sélectionnées d'origine biogène. Dans ce déséquilibre, une séparation exploitable sur le plan physique a lieu en raison de la granulométrie produite. L'exploitation de cette propriété sélective rend possible l'utilisation de fractions mixtes contenant une matière organique d'origine biogène dans une proportion parasite ou donnée, dans le but de les séparer et de les utiliser ensuite pour créer de la valeur ajoutée.
