本发明提供一种多格智能药箱,包括箱体、多个称重模块、处理模块、控制模块、提示模块、存储模块、供电模块和多个称重模块;所述处理模块、控制模块、供电模块、提示模块和多个称重模块均设置于所述箱体内部;所述供电模块用于为所述箱体内部的工作模块进行供电;所述箱体包括多个箱格,每个称重模块设置于一个箱格内,所述称重模块用于对箱格内的药品进行称重,生成重量信息;所述存储模块用于按次序存储所述重量信息;所述处理模块用于对存储模块中最后相邻两个重量信息进行差值处理,得出差值信息,并将所述差值信息与预置值进行比较处理,得出处理结果信息;所述控制模块根据所述处理结果信息控制所述提示模块进行提醒。
所述存储模块还用于存储用药信息,所述用药信息包括每种药品的单次服 用量和服用时间,所述时钟模块用于提供时间信息,所述处理模块用于根据所述用药信息和时间信息生成提示信息,所述控制模块根据所述提示信息控制所述提示模块进行嗡鸣或者声音提醒,以提醒用药者服药到达服药的时间。达到了避免用药者到达用药时间而忘记服药的有益技术效果。
进一步的,针对每一个箱格,所述称重模块生成首个所述重量信息时,生成触发信号,所述时钟模块根据触发信号开始计时,在设定的计时周期之内,所述处理模块获取所述扫描模块扫描所述图形编码的时刻信息,生成用药信息,所述存储模块存储所述用药信息。
可以理解的是,当所述用药者将所述药品首次放入所述箱格内时,所述称重模块生成第一个重量信息,生成触发信号,所述时钟模块根据触发信号开始计时,一般用药者用药的时间周期为一天,即为24小时,在24小时之内,每次用药者取完药,将所述药品放回所述箱格内时,所述扫描模块都会扫描药品外包装上的图形编码,例如扫描模块分别在7点、12点、17点时扫描药品外包装上的图形编码,所述处理模块获取7点、12点、17点的时刻信息,生成用药信息中的服用时间信息,所述存储模块存储所述服用时间信息,将所述服用时间信息作为提醒用药者服药的时间。
可以理解的是,针对每一个箱格,当所述用药者将所述药品首次放入对应的箱格内,所述称重模块生成第一重量信息,并将所述第一重量信息传输至所述处理模块,所述用药者取药后,将所述药品再次放入所述箱格内,所述称重模块生成第二重量信息,并将所述第二重量信息传输至所述处理模块,所述处理模块对所述第一重量信息与所述第二重量信息的差值处理,生成首个差值信息,所述存储模块还用于存储与该箱格的编号信息相对应的首个所述差值信息,首个所述差值信息作为预置值,即所述预置值为用药者正确服用药品的单次药量重量值。
进一步包括接收模块,针对每一个箱格,所述接收模块用于接收重置信息指令,所述重置信息指令包括箱格编号信息、所述重量信息、所述用药信息,所述控制模块根据所述重置信息指令,控制清除所述存储模块中相对应的信息。
可以理解的是,若所述箱格内的药品更换,即与所述箱格的编码信息相对应的用药信息改变或者药品服用完,需要重新放入药品,所述接收模块接收重置信息指令,重置重量信息;用药者随着用药的治疗,根据病情可能需要提高药量或降低药量,所述接收模块用于接收重置信息指令,重置预置值信息,所述控制模块根据所述重置信息指令,控制清除所述存储模块中相对应的信息。

请参阅图3所示。
本发明提供一种多格智能药箱,包括箱体、多个称重模块、处理模块、控制模块、提示模块、存储模块、供电模块和多个称重模块;所述处理模块、控制模块、供电模块、提示模块和多个称重模块均设置于所述箱体内部;所述供电模块用于为所述箱体内部的工作模块进行供电;所述箱体包括多个箱格,每个称重模块设置于一个箱格内,所述称重模块用于对箱格内的药品进行称重,生成重量信息;所述存储模块用于按次序存储所述重量信息;所述处理模块用于对存储模块中最后相邻两个重量信息进行差值处理,得出差值信息,并将所述差值信息与预置值进行比较处理,得出处理结果信息;所述控制模块根据所述处理结果信息控制所述提示模块进行提醒。
进一步的,某些药品的存储环境不同,例如有些药品的存放环境对温度有一定的要求,需要在一定的冷藏环境下存放,用药者常常把药品存放置冰箱的保鲜层,长时间存放,会对药品和食品产生双重污染,为解决此技术问题,进一步包括保温层,接收模块、多个箱格门和多个制冷模块;每个所述制冷模块设置于一箱格内,所述箱格的箱格编号信息与设置于内的制冷模块相对应,所述保温层贴置于所述箱格内壁;所述接收模块用于接收外部输入的制冷指令,所述制冷指令包括箱格编号信息,所述控制模块根据所述制冷指令控制与所述箱格编号信息相对应的制冷模块开启,所述制冷模块采用半导体制冷技术,所述箱格门严密覆盖于箱格口,以使所述箱格的容置空间内形成制冷环境。根据药品所需要的存储环境,控制是否开启药品所处的箱格内制冷模式,使用方便,更有利于药品的长期存放。
实施例4
请再次参阅图1所示。
在实施例1和2的基础上,本发明提供一种多格智能药箱的使用方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1:扫描所述药品外包装贴置的图形编码信息,获取药品信息。
S2:根据所述药品信息随机分配箱格,所述存储模块存储所述药品信息及对应的箱格的编号信息。
S3:对每个箱格内部的药品进行称重,生成重量信息。
S4:按次序存储所述重量信息。
S5:对每个箱格的第一次重量信息和第二次重量信息进行差值处理,得出首个差值信息,将所述首个差值信息作为预置值。
S6:对每个箱格的最后相邻两次的重量信息分别进行差值处理,得出差值信息。
S7:将每个差值信息与每个箱格箱格编号对应的预置值进行比较处理,得出处理结果信息;所述处理结果信息包括提示信息和未提示信息;
S71:若所述差值信息与所述箱格对应的预置值相等,生成未提示信息。
S72:若所述差值信息与所述箱格对应的预置值不等,生成提示信息,继续步骤S8;
S8:根据所述提示信息进行提醒。
应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、多个称重模块、处理模块、控制模块、提示模块、存储模块、供电模块和多个称重模块;所述处理模块、控制模块、供电模块、提示模块和多个称重模块均设置于所述箱体内部;所述供电模块用于为所述箱体内部的工作模块进行供电;所述箱体包括多个箱格,每个称重模块设置于一个箱格内,所述称重模块用于对箱格内的药品进行称重,生成重量信息;所述存储模块用于按次序存储所述重量信息;所述处理模块用于对存储模块中最后相邻两个重量信息进行差值处理,得出差值信息,并将所述差值信息与预置值进行比较处理,得出处理结果信息;所述控制模块根据所述处理结果信息控制所述提示模块进行提醒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,包括扫描模块,所述扫描模块用于扫描药品外包装贴置的图形编码,所述处理模块对所述图形编码进行处理,获取药品信息,所述控制模块根据药品信息随机分配存放药品的箱格。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,所述存储模块还用于存储药品信息和与药品信息相对应的箱格编号信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,所述提示模块进一步包括多个提示灯,每个箱格的内壁均设置有一个提示灯;所述控制模块根据所述药品信息调取存储模块中与之相对应的箱格编号信息,并控制相对应的箱格内壁的提示灯闪烁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,包括时钟模块,所述存储模块还用于存储用药信息;所述时钟模块用于提供时间信息,所述处理模块用于根据所述用药信息和时间信息生成提示信息,所述控制模块根据所述提示信息控制所述提示模块进行嗡鸣或者声音提醒。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,针对每一个箱格,所述称重模块生成首个所述重量信息时,生成触发信号,所述时钟模块根据触发信号开始计时,在设定的计时周期之内,所述处理模块获取所述扫描模块扫描所述图形编码的时刻信息,生成用药信息,所述存储模块存储所述用药信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,进一步包括保温层、接收模块、多个箱格门和多个制冷模块;针对每一个箱格,所述保温层贴置于所述箱格内壁;所述接收模块用于接收外部输入的制冷指令,所述控制模块根据所述制冷指令控制所述制冷模块开启;所述箱格门严密覆盖于箱格口,以使所述箱格的容置空间内形成制冷环境。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,针对每一个箱格,所述存储模块还用于存储与箱格相对应的首个所述差值信息,首个所述差值信息作为预置值。
  9. 根据权利要求1、5或6所述的一种多格智能药箱,其特征在于,进一步包括接收模块,针对每一个箱格,所述接收模块用于接收重置信息指令,所述信息指令包括箱格编号信息、所述重量信息和所述用药信息,所述控制模块根据所述重置信息指令,控制清除所述存储模块中相对应的信息。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的多格智能药箱的使用方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    对每个箱格内部的药品进行称重,生成重量信息;
    按次序存储所述重量信息;
    对每个箱格的最后相邻两次的重量信息分别进行差值处理,得出差值信息;
    将每个差值信息与每个箱格对应的预置值进行比较处理,得出处理结果信息;
    根据所述处理结果信息进行提醒。
