[权利要求 1] 一种循环水洗式的废气处理系统, 其特征在于: 它包括多个废气处理 装置和一个 PLC控制柜, 所述的废气处理装置通过 PLC控制柜进行远 程幵闭控制;
所述的废气处理装置包括预过滤组件、 水洗组件、 引风机和排气组件 ; 所述的预过滤组件、 水洗组件、 引风机和排气组件通过管道依次连 接, 所述的排气组件包括两个出口, 其中一个出口用于排放气体, 另 外一个出口与预过滤组件连接; 所述的预过滤组件与水洗组件之间设 置有空气补充阀;
所述的预过滤组件包括过滤外壳以及多个平行设置在过滤外壳内部的 过滤板; 所述的过滤外壳内壁上设置有与过滤板配合使用的插槽; 所 述的过滤板包括安装边框、 设置在安装边框内部的过滤板和设置在过 滤板两面的过滤网; 所述的过滤板通过插槽安装在过滤外壳内部; 所述的水洗组件包括水洗外壳、 进气口、 出气口、 出气旋叶、 喷水喷 嘴、 循环水箱、 循环水泵、 回收漏斗和水管; 所述的水洗外壳底部侧 面设置有进气口, 水洗外壳的顶部设置有出气口, 出气口旋叶设置于 出气口底部; 回收漏斗设置于水洗外壳底部, 回收漏斗与循环水箱连 接, 循环水箱通过循环水泵以及水管与喷水喷嘴连接;
所述的排气组件包括一个检测气体含量的传感器、 一个选通出口的控 制单元和两个出口的幵闭单元; 所述的传感器设置于排气组件的入口 处, 传感器的输出端与控制单元连接, 控制单元与幵闭单元连接。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种循环水洗式的废气处理系统, 其特征在于
: 所述的控制单元包括一个比较器和一个出口选通器, 比较器的第一 输入端与传感器连接, 比较器的第二输入端输入的值为检测气体的阈 值, 比较器的输出端与出口选择器连接, 出口选通器根据比较器输出 的高低电平控制幵闭单元的幵闭; 所述的幵闭单元包括第一幵闭单元 和第二幵闭单元, 第一幵闭单元接收到低电平打幵、 接收到高电平关 闭, 第二幵闭单元接收到低电平关闭、 接收到高电平打幵。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种循环水洗式的废气处理系统, 其特征在于
: 所述的出气口、 出气旋叶、 喷水喷嘴和回收漏斗沿水洗外壳的轴线 从上至下分布; 进气口的轴线与水洗外壳的轴线垂直。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种循环水洗式的废气处理系统, 其特征在于
: 所述的水管上设置有控制水流的控制阀。

: 所述的水洗组件还包括多个个过滤网, 所述的过滤网设置于循环水 箱内部。

: 所述的废气处理装置还包括至少一个光催化组件, 所述的光催化组 件设置于水洗组件和弓 I风机之间;
所述的光催化组件包括光催化外壳以及多个设置在光催化外壳内部的 紫外线灯管; 所述的紫外线灯管之间的间隔以及紫外线灯管与壳体之 间的间隔相同, 紫外线灯管的安装方向与气流方向平行; 所述的光催 化外壳的内壁设置有二氧化钛涂层。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种循环水洗式的废气处理系统, 其特征在于
: 所述的过滤板为活性碳纤维过滤板。

: 所述的预过滤组件的过滤外壳上设置有方便保修的第一门体, 所述 的第一门体上设置有把手。

: 所述的光催化组件还设置有带有观察窗的第二门体, 所述的第二门 体上设置有把手。

: 所述的喷水喷嘴为螺旋式大口径喷嘴。
