Description

ICE CREAM CONE PACKAGING OPENING EASILY AND IN A CONTROLLED MANNER WITH AN OPENING STRIP
DESCRIPTION
FIELD OF THE ART
The invention relates to a cone packaging enabling easy and controlled opening with an opening strip of a packaged cone shaped ice cream packaging, and forming a one- piece packaging litter.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Ice cream is a product which is delightfully consumed every season by many people due to its pleasing aroma, taste and appearance. With the number of consumers increasing each day, ice cream has found its place in the areas of mass production and has been preserved by being packaged. Also, with its commercial consumption increasing, ice cream has adapted to industrialisation, and its sales figures have risen as a result of mass production. In mass production conditions, ice cream is available for consumers in various forms such as in a cone, on a stick, in a plastic cup, etc. One of the most widely used methods among these forms is the cone. Coned ice cream is sold in the form derived from traditional methods of ice cream inserted into a biscuit in the shape of a cone. As a result of this shape industrialising, cone packagings emerged with a sleeve that wraps the cone shape. Cone packagings are in the shape of a sleeve wrapping the cone so that the ice cream is not affected from environmental factors in its transport, storage, sales and consumption conditions.
The coned ice cream not being able to be opened easily by the consumer creates difficulties during consumption as the ice cream may melt and smear. The melting of the ice cream while trying to open the ice cream packaging causes it to spill on the consumer. Therefore, coned ice cream packaging is significant for the smooth continuity of its sales. Coned ice cream packagings are torn from the parts held when they are desired to be opened and thus, cause environmental pollution with the litter which is separated into more than one piece. Due to unevenly torn pieces, the proper opening of the packaging becomes more difficult. During the time spent for opening the packaging, the ice cream melts thus, causing difficulties in consumption by smearing onto the consumer's hands and clothing.
The present ice cream cone packagings are torn by pulling from their sides and and thus, attempted to be opened. While pulling from their sides, the packaging is torn and therefore issues regarding opening are created. Whereas, in the case of attempting to open the present packagings by holding the upper parts, the ice cream creates a mess by smearing onto the hands of the consumer. Such opening difficulties create adverse effects in terms of the consumption of coned ice creams. Nowadays, taking the details of opening the packaging into consideration, when it's desired to open the packaging surrounding the cone, ice cream packaging separates into more than one piece and the product consumption becomes more difficult. The packaging which is separated into more than one piece causes difficulties in terms of the environment due to the increase in pieces of litter and in terms of the consumer being able to consume the product properly. The said more than one piece of ice cream packaging litter smears onto the consumer and at this point makes it harder to consume the product. Also, there is no packaging left to store the remaining part when a part of the consumed ice cream is not eaten, as the packaging tearing region is uncertain on the present coned packaging products.
This invention has been improved taking the issues mentioned in the known state of the art into account, and with the object of eliminating these issues.
The said invention relates to ice cream packaging used in ice cream products sold in a cone, and opened easily and in a controlled manner with the opening strip.
The object of the said invention is to prevent multiple tears of the ice cream cone packaging and to enable the packaging to be opened from a single point by preventing tears in undesired regions. The said invention possess the feature of opening the packaging starting from the uppermost point until the holding level in an easy and controlled manner with the opening strip, turning the sticking area into an advantage. The said invention is a coned ice cream packaging which makes it harder to open the packaging by tearing, shortens the time to open the packaging and is opened by pulling the opening strip.
Adverts and promotional texts may be properly written onto the packaging as the said invention can be opened from one point, and the opening strip on the joining parts can be torn properly. Even after such tearing and opening the packaging, adverts and promotions written onto the packaging may be read.
As the said invention is a coned ice cream packaging capable of opening easily in a controlled manner with the opening strip, it contributes to ice cream sales by providing convenience to the consumer.
As the said invention makes it easier to open coned ice cream packagings, it aids in widening the consumer's age range. It is an ice cream cone packaging as it aids younger consumers to open the packaging without any problems or smearing it onto them as well as being suitable for convenient use in older consumers.
The said invention aids in minimising environmental pollution by creating a one-piece litter while opening the ice cream cone packaging.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The said invention is an ice cream packaging, opening easily and in a controlled manner with an opening strip comprising packaging (1 ), an upper lid (2) and an opening strip (3). The packaging (1) is in the shape of a sleeve surrounding the coned ice cream. It is sharp at the bottom and conical turning into a circular form at the top part.
The upper lid (2) is the part which hides the upper covered view by folding the conical packaging onto the upper circular area, keeps the covering crimps stable, reduces smearing with or without the packaging (1) and the opening strip (3), can fold into two from the middle by being suitable for holding with fingers, and can be opened until the packaging holding level.
The opening strip (3) is the part which may be used in relation to the packaging (1) and with or without the upper lid (2) according to the preference of functional design, and which enables the packaging (1 ) to be properly torn downwards from the top. The opening strip (3) opens as much as the packaging (1) is pulled and thus, allowing the packaging to be opened as much as desired. The opening of the cone packaging (1 ) is performed by holding and pulling the opening strip (3), and moving it downwards. As the opening strip (3) may be opened by pulling a flap found on the circular area of the conical packaging, this may also be performed by pulling the opening strip (3) connected to the upper lid (2), and the upper lid (2). It is possible to open the packaging in the desired ratio by pulling the opening strip (3) to the desired point. A one-piece packaging litter is obtained with the aforementioned opening shape. The proper opening of the packaging (1 ) is performed by means of the opening strip (3). The tearing shapes opened by pulling the opening strip (3) were made possible by previously giving the pattern to the packaging (1 ). The tearing is performed straight or in zigzags. The packaging (1 ) may be properly opened in the direction of the length of the opening strip (3) even if a pattern has not been given to the packaging.
