Abstract

Disclosed herein is an adhesive sheet for toilet. The adhesive sheet for toilet includes a base film, and an adhesive layer provided on the bottom of the base film, wherein the adhesive layer adheres on the upper face of seat of the toilet to make internal air of the toilet blocked against external air of the toilet. The present invention is advantageous in that it can provide an adhesive sheet for toilet, which can be manufactured easily, enables manufacturing cost to be reduced, is capable of easily resolving a problem of clogged toilet, is hygienically disposed after using, and can be easily wounded for product packing and storage.

Description

ADHESIVE SHEET FOR TOILET
The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for toilet, and more particularly, to an adhesive sheet for toilet capable of easily resolving a problem of clogged toilet, hygienically being disposed after using, and conveniently being stored.
An adhesive sheet for toilet is a sheet for resolving a problem of clogged toilet by flushing the toilet to increase air pressure in the toilet after having the adhesive sheet adhere on the seat of the toilet to make the interior of toilet sealed.
There were many prior methods for resolving a problem of clogged toilet such as a physical method of using a brush to remove a material inducing a problem of clogged toilet, a chemical method of inserting plenty of chemical material in the toilet to be capable of passing water, and a method of temporarily increasing water pressure near outlet of the toilet to resolve the problem of clogged toilet.
However, According to the prior methods, there were problems that a problem of clogged toilet is recurrent although using the prior methods when the toilet is frequently clogged or it is difficult to resolve the clogging phenomenon basically.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invetion is to provide an adhesive sheet for toilet, which can be manufactured easily, and enables manufacturing cost to be reduced.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet for toilet, which is capable of easily resolving a problem of clogged toilet, and is hygienically disposed after using.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet for toilet, which can be easily wounded for product packing and storage.
In accordance with an aspect of the present invention to accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides an adhesive sheet for toilet, including a base film; and an adhesive layer provided on the bottom of the base film; wherein the adhesive layer adheres on the upper face of seat of the toilet to make internal air of the toilet blocked against external air of the toilet.
The base film may consist of a plastic film.
The base film may consist of a transparent plastic film.
The adhesive sheet for toilet may further include a release paper adhering on the bottom of the adhesive layer.
The release paper may consist of a lower release paper; an upper release paper provided on the upper side of the lower release paper to have the broader width than the lower release paper; and a dotted line provided between the lower release paper and the upper release paper.
The adhesive sheet for toilet may further include a printing layer provided on the upper face of the base film.
The adhesive sheet for toilet may further include a protection film adhering on the upper face of the printing layer.
The adhesive layer may consist of a transparent adhesive resin.
The base film may have the shape of polygon.
The base film may be characterized that a side in the shape of polygon has a shape of semicircle.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention to accomplish the above objects, the adhesive sheet for toilet may include a adhesive member being characterized that an adhesive layer which is provided on the bottom of an area excluding a designated central area of a base film; and a compressive member being characterized that the adhesive layer is not provided on the bottom of the designated central area of the base film.
The base film may consist of a transparent plastic film.
The adhesive member may further include a printing layer provided on the upper face of the release film.
The adhesive member and the compressive member may further include a protection film adhering on the upper face of the printing layer.
The adhesive sheet for toilet may further include a release paper provided on the bottom of the adhesive member and the compressive member.
The release paper may consist of a lower release paper; an upper release paper provided on the upper side of the lower release paper to have the broader width than the lower release paper; and a dotted line provided between the lower release paper and the upper release paper.
The lower release paper may have an inside hole in a designated central area.
A position and shape of the inside hole may correspond to those of the compressive member.
The base film may have a shape of polygon.
The base film may be characterized that a side in the shape of polygon has the shape of semicircle.

The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Hereinafter, an adhesive sheet for toilet according to embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross sectional view schematically showing the appearance of an adhesive sheet according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, an adhesive sheet 100 according to the present invention includes a base film 120, and an adhesive layer 110 provided on the bottom of the base film 120. The adhesive sheet 100 adheres on the seat of a toilet to seal internal air of a toilet from the outside, and enables that a pressure of compressed air is transferred into outlet of the toilet to resolve a problem of clogged toilet effectively when the toilet is clogged.
The base film 120 is a film supporting the structure of an adhesive sheet 100 of the present invention in the process of sealing internal air of a toilet from the outside. It is preferable that the base film 120 is manufactured by a plastic film which has excellent durability and flexibility because a shape of the base film 120 is changed as air pressure increases inside a toilet. it is also preferable that the base film 120 consists of a transparent plastic film in order to observe that a problem of clogged toilet is resolved effectively.

As shown in FIG. 2 (A) to (C), an adhesive sheet 100 according to the present invention may preferably further include a release paper 200 adhered on the bottom of a adhesive layer 110 in order to distribute as a product.
The release paper 200 may have the same shape as the adhesive sheet 100. However, the release paper 200 may preferably consist of a lower release paper 210; an upper release paper 220 provided on the upper side of the lower release paper 210 to have the broader width than the lower release paper 210; and a dotted line 221 provided between the lower release paper 210 and the upper release paper 220 in order to separate the adhesive sheet 100 from the release paper 200 easily.
Concretely, when the release paper 200 adheres on the adhesive layer 110 of the adhesive sheet 100 consisting of an adhesive layer 110 and a base film 120, as shown in FIG. 2 (C), the part of the upper release paper 220 protrudes toward the outside of the adhesive sheet 100. Therefore, user can grip a protruded part of the upper release paper 220, and separate the upper release paper 220 from the lower release paper 210. user can remove the upper release paper 220 along the dotted line 221 in advance to adhere the adhesive layer 110 of the adhesive sheet 100 on the surface of toilet because the dotted line 221 is provided between the lower release paper 210 and the upper release paper 220.
an adhesive sheet for toilet according to the present invention may include a printing layer 130 provided on the upper face of the base film 120. The printing layer 130 has an advantage to make bearing power for shape of adhesive sheet and pressure excellent, because the printing layer 130 enables to have excellent adhesion for the base film 120 and increase thickness and flatness of the base film 120. the adhesive sheet for toilet also may further include a protection film 140 adhered on the upper face of the printing layer 130. The protection film 140 has an advantage to enable to enforce physical characteristic of the adhesive sheet for toilet according to the present invention increasingly.
The adhesive layer 110 preferably may consist of a transparent adhesive resin. As above-described, for example, a functionality must be considered when the base film 120 consists of a transparent plastic film. The base film 120 may also have the shape of polygon, preferably tetragon. More preferably, the base film 120 may be characterized that a side in the shape of polygon has the shape of semicircle to correspond to a design of toilet seat when considering an adhesive property and product design of the adhesive sheet 100 for a toilet.
FIG. 3 (A) is an explanation drawing schematically showing the appearance that an adhesive sheet according to the present invention adheres on the seat of the toilet, and (B) is an explanation drawing schematically showing the appearance that air internal pressure increases when flushing the toilet after adhering an adhesive sheet according to the present invention on the seat of the toilet.
As shown in FIG. 3 (A) and (B), for example, when a toilet is clogged, an adhesive sheet according to the present invention adheres on the upper face of the toilet seat. when an adhesive layer 110 adheres on the upper face of Toilet T seat, an internal air A of the toilet is sealed against an external air. afterwards, when flushing the toilet, air A pressure inside the toilet T increases as level of water W inside the toilet T increases because a outlet of the toilet is clogged. That is, a problem of clogged toilet can be resolved by only flushing action of user, because a potential energy of water and a pressure of air increase at the same time.
FIG. 4 is a plan schematically showing the appearance of an adhesive sheet including a compressive member according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plan schematically showing the appearance of an adhesive sheet including a compressive member according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4 and 5, an adhesive sheet for toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a adhesive member 101 and a compressive member 102.
An adhesive member 101 is characterized that an adhesive layer is provided on the bottom of an area excluding a designated central area of a base film 120, and a compressive member 102 is characterized that an adhesive layer 110 is not provided on the bottom of the designated central area of the base film 120.
An adhesive sheet 100 consisting of the adhesive member 101 and compressive member 102 can be manufactured as to have a shape of polygon. However, the base film 120 may preferably be designed as a side in the shape of polygon has the shape of semicircle to correspond to a design of toilet seat when considering an adhesive property and product design of the adhesive sheet 100 for a toilet.
FIG. 6 is a plan schematically showing the appearance of an release paper having an inside hole according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is an explanation drawing schematically showing the appearance that a release paper is adhering on an adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a plan schematically showing the appearance that an release paper adheres on an adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 6 to 8, the release paper 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may consist of a lower release paper 210; an upper release paper 220 provided on the upper side of the lower release paper 210 to have the broader width than the lower release paper 210; and a dotted line 221 provided between the lower release paper 210 and the upper release paper 220. A general release paper 200 may adhere on the bottom of an adhesive sheet 100 having a adhesive member 101 and a compressive member 102 according to an embodiment of the present invention. However, the lower release paper 210 may have an inside hole 230 in a designated central area, and a position and shape of the inside hole 230 may be designed as to correspond to those of the compressive member 102. The reason of making the inside hole 230 in the lower release paper 210 is that rolling is easy for distribution and packaging of a product and it can prevent a shape of product from being broken when rolling the product. Also, it enables to make total design of the product excellent that position and shape of the inside hole 230 may be designed as to correspond to those of the compressive member 102.
An adhesive layer on the bottom of an adhesive sheet 100 of the present invention adheres on the one side of a release paper 200, and the part of the upper release paper 220 protrudes toward the outside of the adhesive sheet 100. Therefore, user can grip a protruded part of the upper release paper 220, and separate the upper release paper 220 from the lower release paper 210.
FIG. 9 (A) is a cross sectional view schematically showing the appearance of an adhesive member of an adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and (B) is a cross sectional view schematically showing the appearance of a compressive member of an adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 9 (A), an adhesive member 101 of an adhesive sheet 100 according to the present invention has a structure that an adhesive layer 110 is provided on the bottom of a base film 120 basically. However, the adhesive sheet 100 may further include a printing layer 130 in order to enhance physical characteristic, and may include a protection film 140 on the upper face of the printing layer 130 in addition in order to enhance a characteristic of an adhesive member 101 and a functionality of a compressive member 102. Also, the adhesive sheet 100 of the present invention further includes a release paper 200 on the bottom of an adhesive member 101 for commerciallization.
As shown in FIG. 9 (B), a compressive member 102 of an adhesive sheet 100 of the present invention basically comprises of a base film 120 only in case that an inside hole 230 is formed in the release paper 200. Concretely, an adhesive member 101 includes an adhesive layer 110 on the bottom of a base film 120, and may further include a printing layer 130, a protection film 140 and release paper 200 in addition. However, a compressive member 102 has the much less thickness than an adhesive member 101 because a compressive member 102 of an adhesive sheet 100 does not include an adhesive layer 110 on the bottom and does not have a printing layer 130 on the upper face. Therefore, an adhesive sheet 100 of the present invention consisting of an adhesive member 101 and a compressive member 102 is hygienically disposed after using because sewage does not adhere on the bottom of a compressive member 102, and can be easily wounded for product packing and storage because the center of the sheet is thin.
However, it is preferable that the base film 120 consists of a transparent plastic film in order to observe inside the adhesive sheet 100 easily. a protection film 140 can be provided on the upper face of the compressive member 102 in addition in order to intensify physical characteristic and compression functionality.
FIG. 10 is an explanation drawing schematically showing the appearance that an adhesive sheet and a release paper according to an embodiment of the present invention adhere on a toilet.
As shown in FIG. 10, an adhesive sheet for toilet according to the present invention comprises an adhesive sheet 100 and a release paper 200 adhering on the bottom of the sheet. the release paper 200 consists of a lower release paper 210 and an upper release paper 220. Therefore, user removes the upper release paper 220 in advance to make the adhesive sheet 100 on the upper face of toilet T seat adhere, and adheres the lower release paper 210 on the upper face of toilet T seat to seal air inside toilet T from the outside as separating the lower release paper 210 from the adhesive sheet 100 slowly.
FIG. 11 is an explanation drawing schematically showing the appearance that an adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention adheres on a toilet.
As shown in FIG. 11, when user flushes the toilet after making an adhesive sheet 100 on the upper face of toilet T seat adhere, as above-described, a problem of clogged toilet can be resolved due to increased air pressure and potential energy of water. However, when the problem of clogging is not resolved although increased air pressure and potential energy of water, user can apply force to the compressive member of an adhesive sheet ascending upward by internal pressure of toilet T to resolve the problem of clogged toiletT.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
An adhesive sheet according to the present invention enables to seal internal air of toilet from the outside to innovatively enhance internal pressure of toilet by making a film adhere on the opened part of toilet. Therefore, an adhesive sheet for toilet according to the present invention can be manufactured easily due to having simple structure, enables manufacturing cost to be reduced, is capable of easily resolving a problem of clogged toilet because user can use conveniently. Also, the adhesive sheet is hygienically disposed after using because sewage does not adhere on the center of the adhesive sheet, and can be easily wounded for product packing and storage because a center of the adhesive sheet can be formed the thinner.

Claims (20)

  1. A adhesive sheet for toilet, comprising:
    a base film; and
    an adhesive layer provided on the bottom of the base film;
    wherein the adhesive layer adheres on the upper face of seat of the toilet to make internal air of the toilet blocked against external air of the toilet.
  2. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base film is a plastic film.
  3. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base film is a transparent plastic film.
  4. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, further comprising, a release paper adhering on the bottom of the adhesive layer.
  5. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 4, wherein the release paper comprises:
    a lower release paper;
    an upper release paper provided on the upper side of the lower release paper to have the broader width than the lower release paper; and
    a dotted line provided between the lower release paper and the upper release paper.
  6. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, further comprising, a printing layer provided on the upper face of the base film.
  7. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 6, further comprising, a protection film adhering on the upper face of the printing layer.
  8. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer consists of a transparent adhesive resin.
  9. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base film has the shape of polygon.
  10. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base film is characterized that a side in the shape of polygon has a shape of semicircle.
  11. A adhesive sheet for toilet, comprising:
    a adhesive member is characterized that an adhesive layer is provided on the bottom of an area excluding a designated central area of a base film; and
    a compressive member is characterized that the adhesive layer is not provided on the bottom of the designated central area of the base film.
  12. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, wherein the base film is a transparent plastic film.
  13. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, further comprising, a printing layer provided on the upper face of the release film.
  14. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, wherein the adhesive member and the compressive member further comprises a protection film adhering on the upper face of the printing layer.
  15. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, further comprising, a release paper provided on the bottom of the adhesive member and the compressive member.
  16. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 15, wherein the release paper consists of:
    a lower release paper;
    an upper release paper provided on the upper side of the lower release paper to have the broader width than the lower release paper; and
    a dotted line provided between the lower release paper and the upper release paper.
  17. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 16, wherein the lower release paper has an inside hole in a designated central area.
  18. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 17, wherein a position and shape of the inside hole correspond to those of the compressive member.
  19. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, wherein the base film has a shape of polygon.
  20. The adhesive sheet for toilet as set forth in claim 11, wherein the base film is characterized that a side in the shape of polygon has a shape of semicircle.
