Description

Wound band with UHF tag
The present invention relates to a wound band with a UHF tag applied to personnel management in a medical field or factory.
Conventionally, when performing a medical examination in a hospital, a subject has a wristband with an RFID tag that contains personal identification data such as name, age, and blood type, and the wristband is used as a reader during examinations and examinations. A system has been developed that verifies the identity of the user by holding it over.
Conventionally, there is a technique described in Patent Document 1 as this kind of technique. Patent Document 1 discloses a wristband RFID label and an RFID wristband that can exchange only the band portion of a wristband, can reuse an RFID tag portion that stores personal information, and can reduce reissue costs. It is disclosed.
In the wristband incorporating the RFID tag described above, since the reader reads information from the RFID tag by bringing the RFID tag close to the reader, it is necessary to hold the wristband over the reader during inspection or examination. . However, there is a possibility that a human error occurs that forgets to hold the wristband over the reader. Therefore, for example, it is conceivable that an RFID tag having a communication range of about 1 to 2 m is attached to a wristband and attached to a subject. Thereby, it becomes possible to read the identification data of the subject via the RFID tag without holding the wristband over the reader.
Incidentally, UHF tags are known as RFID tags having a relatively large communication range. However, the UHF tag is not suitable for attaching the UHF tag directly to the body because the performance decreases when the UHF tag is attached to a place with a lot of moisture.
The object of the present invention is to solve such problems and to provide a winding band with a UHF tag that enables communication of about 1 to 2 m while attached to the body.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
(1) A band with a UHF tag including a band part and a passive metal-compatible UHF tag attached to the band part, wherein the band part is made of an elastic member that can be wound around the body. And a band-shaped metal member that is flexible and is disposed on the band main body, and a wound band with a UHF tag.
According to (1), the metal member can be interposed between the body and the passive metal-compatible UHF tag by a simple operation of winding the band portion around the body. Thereby, since the fall of the performance of the UHF tag by attaching to a body can be suppressed, the fall of the communication distance of the UHF tag attached to the body can be suppressed. Therefore, wireless communication of about 1 to 2 m can be stably performed in a state where the UHF tag is attached to the body.
(2) In (1), the metal-compatible UHF tag includes a tag body having an antenna section and an IC section that performs wireless communication via the antenna section, and a case in which the tag body is accommodated and attached to the band section The winding band with a UHF tag according to claim 1, wherein a width of the metal member is wider than a width of the tag main body.
According to (2), it is possible to make the communication distance of the metal-compatible UHF tag longer by making the width of the metal member wider than the width of the tag body. As a result, wireless communication of about 1 to 2 m can be performed more stably.
(3) In (1) and (2), the metal-corresponding UHF tag is detachable from the band part, and a wound band with a UHF tag.
According to (3), it is possible to easily change the band part to a length that matches the size of the attachment part to the body.
(4) In (1) to (3), the band body is a wound band with a UHF tag, wherein the band body is made of silicon rubber.
According to (4), it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the band part due to body sweat, and the life of the band part can be extended.
(5) In (1) to (4), the metal member is elastically deformable so as to bend in the width direction, and is maintained in a straight state by being bent in the width direction. A wound band with a UHF tag, which is deformed into a rounded state by pressing a part of a metal member.
(5) According to (5), before attaching to the body, the band is wound around the body by bending the metal member so that the band is in a straight state and lightly hitting the band on the attachment to the body. This makes it easy to attach the wound band with the UHF tag to the body.
(6) In (1) to (4), the band main body has a lower band disposed on the body side and an upper band superimposed on the lower band, and the metal member is a sheet member A wound band with a UHF tag, which is sandwiched between the upper band and the lower band.
According to (6), it is possible to easily change the length of the metal member. Further, since the metal member is a sheet member, the flexibility of the band portion is improved. Thereby, when the band with a UHF tag is attached to, for example, the wrist, the band portion easily fits the wrist.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing the appearance of a wound band 1 with a UHF tag according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 (a) is a plan view, and FIG. 1 (b) is an exploded view of FIG. 1 (a). FIG.1 (c) is a side view of Fig.1 (a).
The wound band 1 with a UHF tag includes a band portion 10 and a metal-compatible UHF tag 20.
The band unit 10 includes a band body 12 and a metal member 14. The band body 12 is a band-shaped hollow member made of a rubber material, for example, silicon rubber. The metal member 14 is a flexible strip-shaped member housed in the band body 12. The metal member 14 is applicable as long as it is a flexible member that can be wound around a part of the body, for example, the wrist.
Referring to FIG. 1, a metal-compatible UHF tag 20 is a UHF band passive RFID tag that can be directly attached to a metal and used.
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing an example of the configuration and operation of the metal member 14, FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view in the width direction of the metal member 14 in the first state, and FIG. It is sectional drawing of the width direction of the metal member 14 in a 2nd state. 2C is a longitudinal sectional view of the metal member 14 in the first state, and FIG. 2D is a longitudinal sectional view of the metal member 14 in the second state.
The metal member 14 has a cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the metal member 14 that is not curved as shown in FIG. 2 (a), and is projected to the front side as shown in FIG. 2 (b). It has a function of switching to either of the second state curved so as to be.
The metal member 14 is normally in the first state. In this case, the metal member 14 is rounded as shown in FIG. Further, the metal member 14 is elastically deformed from a rounded state to a straight state, and further curved in the width direction to be switched to the second state, thereby forming a straight flat plate shape as shown in FIG. Maintained. Therefore, the band unit 10 (see FIG. 1) can be switched between a straight state and a rounded state according to the deformation of the metal member 14 inside.
3 is a cross-sectional view of the metal-compatible UHF tag 20, FIG. 3 (a) shows a cross section taken along line AA in FIG. 1 (a), and FIG. 3 (b) shows a cross section taken along line BB in FIG. 1 (b). . FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a schematic configuration of the tag main body 22.
The metal-compatible UHF tag 20 includes a tag main body 22 and a case 24.
As shown in FIG. 4, the tag main body 22 includes an IC portion 22a and an antenna portion 22b.
The IC unit 22a is an IC chip that integrates a wireless communication circuit, a storage circuit that stores information, a control circuit that performs various controls such as communication control and storage control, and the like. The antenna unit 22b transmits and receives radio waves. The tag body 22 is configured by housing the IC portion 22a and the antenna portion 22b in a ceramic casing.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the case 24 is composed of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member in which lower portions on both ends in the longitudinal direction are obliquely cut out, and as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), A concave storage portion 24a for storing the tag main body 22 is formed on the upper surface, and a through hole 24b through which the band portion 10 is detachably passed is formed through the longitudinal direction. The case 24 further includes a lid 24c that closes the storage portion 24a.
And the metal corresponding | compatible UHF tag 20 is comprised by accommodating the tag main body 22 in the accommodating part 24a of case 24, and attaching the cover body 24c. Furthermore, the band 1 with a UHF tag is formed by inserting the band portion 10 into the through hole 24b. Here, the band portion 10 is attached to the case 24 so as to be in a rounded state on the lower surface side of the case 24 when deformed from a straight state to a rounded state. When the UHF tag-wound band 1 is viewed in plan, the tag body 22 is disposed at the center of the case 24, and the placement area of the tag body 22 is included in the placement area of the metal member 14. It is.

In the present embodiment, the length of the metal member 14 is configured to be longer than the length of the tag body 22. Thereby, the communication distance of the metal corresponding | compatible UHF tag 20 at the time of attaching to a body can be kept long. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of more suitably maintaining the communication distance of the metal-compatible UHF tag 20 when attached to the body, the width of the metal member 14 is preferably configured wider than the width of the tag body 22.
Specifically, the length of the metal member 14 is preferably 50 mm or more, and more preferably 100 mm or more. The width of the metal member 14 is preferably wider than the width of the tag main body 22, and more preferably twice or more the width of the tag main body 22.
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a method of mounting the winding band 1 with a UHF tag in the present embodiment. The user holds the end of the band portion 10 in the wound band 1 with the UHF tag with one hand, and taps the band portion 10 against the wrist of the other hand. As a result, the metal member 14 of the band portion 10 is switched from the curved state shown in FIG. 2B to the straight shape shown in FIG. 2A, and the band portion 10 is automatically rounded and wound around the wrist of the user. It is done. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the winding band 1 with a UHF tag is mounted | worn with a user's wrist. When the winding band 1 with the UHF tag is attached to the wrist of the user, the metal member 14 is interposed between the wrist of the user and the tag main body 22 (see FIG. 1B).
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a communication system 100 using the wound band 1 with a UHF tag in the present embodiment.
The communication system 100 includes a winding band 1 with a UHF tag and a reader / writer 102.
The reader / writer 102 performs wireless communication with the metal-compatible UHF tag 20, reads information on the metal-compatible UHF tag 20, and writes information on the metal-compatible UHF tag 20.
Since the metal-compatible UHF tag 20 performs wireless communication at a frequency in the UHF band, it can perform wireless communication with the reader / writer 102 within a range of about 1 to 2 m from the reader / writer 102. The metal UHF tag 20 wirelessly transmits information requested by the reader / writer 102 to the reader / writer 102 using a radio wave received from the reader / writer 102 as a power source.
Next, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in Tables 1 to 7, the wound band with the UHF tag of each example using the band part including the metal member (aluminum tape) is the UHF of Comparative Example 1 using the band part not including the metal member. It was confirmed that the communication distance was longer than that of the wrapping band with a tag.
Further, in Examples 2 to 4, 6 to 8, 10 to 12, 14 to 16, 18 to 20, 22 to 24, and 26 to 28 in which the length of the metal member is 100 mm or more, the communication distance can be kept particularly long. I understood. Furthermore, in Examples 13, 17, 21, and 25 in which the width of the metal member is wider than the width of the tag body, the communication distance can be kept long even when the length of the metal member is relatively short (for example, 50 mm). I understood.
Next, the relationship between the direction of the tag body and the communication distance in the winding band with the UHF tag was examined.
Here, when the arrangement of the tag body is changed using a band portion to which an aluminum tape having a width of 30 mm and a length of 150 mm is attached, and the longitudinal direction of the tag body is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the aluminum tape (Example 23) The communication distance was measured when the width direction of the tag body was arranged along the longitudinal direction of the aluminum tape (Example 29). The results are shown in Table 8.

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000008
As shown in Table 8, it was confirmed that there was no significant change in the communication distance even when the orientation of the tag body was changed.
According to the present embodiment configured as described above, it is easy to interpose the metal member 14 between the wrist and the passive metal UHF tag by a simple operation of winding the band portion 10 around the wrist. Will be possible. Thereby, since the fall of the performance of the metal corresponding | compatible UHF tag 20 by attaching to a body can be suppressed, the fall of the communication distance of the metal corresponding | compatible UHF tag 20 attached to the body can be suppressed. Accordingly, wireless communication of about 1 to 2 m can be stably performed in a state where the metal-compatible UHF tag 20 is attached to the body.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the width of the metal member 14 is made wider than the width of the tag main body 22, whereby the communication distance of the metal-compatible UHF tag 20 can be made longer. Moreover, since the case 24 and the band part 10 are interposed between the tag main body 22 and the wrist, the influence of sweat on the wrist main body 22 can be reduced.
Moreover, according to this embodiment, since the metal corresponding | compatible UHF tag 20 is detachable with respect to the band part 10, it is easy to change the band part 10 to the thing of the length suitable for the attachment site | part to a body. become.
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the band main body 12 is made of silicon rubber, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the band main body 12 due to sweat of the body, and the sweat is difficult to reach the metal member 14. It becomes possible to suppress the deterioration of the metal member 14. In this way, the life of the band unit 10 can be extended.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the metal member 14 can be elastically deformed so as to bend in the width direction, and maintains a straight state by being bent in the width direction, and a part of the metal member 14 in a straight state. Deforms into a curled state by pressing. For this reason, before attaching to the body, the band member 10 is wound around the body by curving the metal member 14 so that the band unit 10 is in a straight state and lightly tapping the band unit 10 on the attachment part to the body. This makes it easy to attach the wound band 1 with a UHF tag to the body.
In addition, although embodiment of this invention was described, embodiment of this invention is not restricted to embodiment mentioned above. 8A and 8B are explanatory views showing the configuration of the wound band 2 with a UHF tag according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8A is a perspective view showing an appearance, and FIG. 8B shows components. It is a disassembled perspective view.
The winding band 2 with a UHF tag in another embodiment includes a band portion 30, a tag main body 22, and a ring member 36. In addition, about the member same as the member which comprises the winding band 1 with a UHF tag shown in FIG. 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
The band unit 30 includes a band body 32 and a metal member 34.
The band main body 32 includes an upper band 40 and a lower band 42. The upper band 40 and the lower band 42 are band-like members made of a rubber-based material such as silicon rubber. When the upper band 40 and the lower band 42 are viewed in plan, the upper band 40 and the lower band 42 42 has the same shape.
A rectangular parallelepiped case 40a is formed at the center of the upper band 40 in the longitudinal direction. The case portion 40 a houses the tag main body 22, and the tag main body 22 is inserted from an opening formed on the back surface side of the upper band 40. That is, in this embodiment, it can be said that the metal-corresponding UHF tag is configured by the tag main body 22 and the case portion 40a as a case.
A plurality of holes 40b are formed side by side in the longitudinal direction at one end of the upper band 40, and a protrusion 40c is formed at the other end.
At one end of the lower band 42, a plurality of holes 42b are formed side by side in the longitudinal direction. When the upper band 40 is superimposed on the lower band 42, the holes 40b and the holes 42b matches.
The metal member 34 is made of a metal tape, such as an aluminum tape, and is a band-like member that is slightly thinner and shorter than the lower band 42. The metal member 34 is disposed on the lower band 42, and is further sandwiched between the upper band 40 and the lower band 42 by overlapping the upper band 40 thereon. At one end of the metal member 34, a plurality of holes 34b are formed side by side in the longitudinal direction. These holes 34b are formed so as to coincide with the holes 34b when the metal member 34 is fixed on the lower band 42.
An index indicating the position where the metal member 34 is disposed is formed on the lower band 42, and the metal member 34 is disposed on the lower band 42 according to this index. In addition, an index indicating the position where the tag main body 22 is disposed is formed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the metal member 34.
And the metal member 34 is arrange | positioned on the lower side band 42, the upper side band 40 is piled up on it, and the band part 30 is comprised by the upper side band 40 and the lower side band 42 being integrated with an adhesive agent etc. Is done.
The ring member 36 is a ring body whose outer periphery is made of the same member as the upper band 40 and the lower band 42, that is, made of a rubber-based material such as silicon rubber. The ring member 36 is disposed between the case portion 40 a and the protrusion 40 c in the band portion 30. The inner side of the ring member 36 is set to about twice the thickness of both end portions of the band portion 30.
Then, the metal member 34 is disposed on the lower band 42, the tag main body 22 is fixed to the metal member 34 with an adhesive or the like, and an adhesive or the like is applied to the outside of the arrangement region of the metal member 34 in the lower band 42, The upper band 40 and the lower band 42 are attached, and the ring member 36 is inserted to form the wound band 2 with a UHF tag. Further, when the UHF tag-wound winding band 2 is viewed in plan, the placement area of the tag main body 22 is included in the placement area of the metal member 14. Note that an adhesive that can peel the upper band 40 from the lower band 42 is desirable.
When the wound band 2 with the UHF tag is attached to, for example, a wrist, the band portion 30 is wound around the wrist with the lower band 42 facing the wrist side, and the projection 40c is fitted into the desired hole portion 42b. Further, the end of the band portion 30 on the hole 42b side is inserted into the ring member 36 as necessary. Thereby, the wound band 2 with the UHF tag is attached to the wrist.
By configuring in this way, the length of the metal member 34 can be easily changed. Further, since the metal member 34 is made of a metal tape, the flexibility of the band portion 30 is improved. Accordingly, when the wound band 2 with the UHF tag is attached to, for example, a wrist, the band portion 30 is easily fitted to the wrist.
In this embodiment, the upper band 40 and the lower band 42 are integrated using an adhesive, but may be integrated using other members. For example, a tape having adhesiveness on both sides may be used.
