Abstract
Es wird eine stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung mit mindestens einer steuerbaren Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (10), einer Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (20) mit ersten und zweiten Anschlussseite (50, 60) beschrieben. Diese Anschlussseiten (50, 60) sind über die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (20) und die mindestens eine Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (10) miteinander verbunden. Mindestens eine der Anschlussseiten (50, 60) weist mehrere Anschlüsse auf, die über die mindestens eine Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (20) auswählbar mit einem Leistungsanschluss der mindestens einen Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (10) verbunden sind. Es wird ferner eine teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung mit mehreren steuerbaren Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b), und einer Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (210) beschrieben. Die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (210) ist stationär oder mobil. Eine der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen ist stationär und die andere ist mobil. Zwei Anschlussseiten sind über die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b) und die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (240) verbunden sind. Die erste der Anschlussseiten (250) ist stationär. Mehrere Anschlüsse der zweiten Anschlussseite (260) können über die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b) auswählbar mit der Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (210) verbunden werden.

Stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung und teilstationäre LeistungssteuerungsSchaltung
In Fahrzeugen mit elektrischem Antrieb, d.h. in elektrischen Fahrzeugen und Hybridfahrzeugen sind eine Vielzahl von Leistungshalbleiter verbaut. Ebenso in den damit verbindbaren stationären Ladevorrichtungen oder stationären Netzen finden sich eine Vielzahl von Leistungshalbleitern.
Jeder Halbleiter ist mit Kosten, Aufwand bei der Verkabelung, Aufwand zur Kühlung und Aufwand bei der Ansteuerung verbunden. Insbesondere Halbleiter, die eine hohe Schaltfrequenz aufweisen bzw. auch Strom abschalten können, beispielsweise MOSFETs, sind mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Möglichkeit aufzuzeigen, mit der sich der genannte Aufwand reduzieren lässt. Darstellung der Erfindung
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die Gegenstände der unabhängigen Ansprüche. Weitere Ausführungsformen, Merkmale und Eigen¬ schaften ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und aus der folgenden Beschreibung.
Um die Verwendung von Leistungshalbleitern effizienter zu gestalten, wird vorgeschlagen, zumindest eine Leistungs¬ pfad-Auswahlstufe zu verwenden, mit der mehrere Leistungsquellen oder Leistungssenken einer Leistungs-Modulationsstufe zuge¬ schaltet werden können, um so für mehrere Leistungssenken/Leistungsquellen (und somit für mehrere Funktionen) die gleiche Leistungs-Modulationsstufe zu verwenden. Dies betrifft insbesondere stationäre Funktionen, d.h. Funktionen stationärer Vorrichtungen, etwa stationäre Antriebe, Ladestationen,
Wechselrichter für Photovoltaikanlagen (oder andere vorzugsweise regenerative Energieerzeugungsanlagen) , Wechselrichter zur Einspeisung von Energie aus mobilen Batterien (etwa
Traktionsbatterien) in ein stationäres Versorgungsnetz und anderes .
Die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (auch verkürzt als Modulati- onsstufe bezeichnet) kann für verschiedene Funktionen wie¬ derverwendet werden, indem mindestens eine steuerbare Leis¬ tungspfad-Auswahlstufe (auch verkürzt als Auswahlstufe be¬ zeichnet) bereitgestellt wird, die mit der Modulationsstufe verbunden ist. Mittels dieser Stufe lassen sich die geeigneten Leistungspfade wählen, die durch die Modulationsstufe führen. Die Erfindung richtet sich an stationäre Anwendungen oder teilstationäre Anwendungen und insbesondere Anwendungen, bei denen ein elektrisch oder hybrid angetriebenes Fahrzeug elektrisch mit einem stationären Teilnetz oder zumindest einem stationären Fahrzuganschluss verbunden ist.
Mit der Modulationsstufe kann insbesondere ein Wechselspan¬ nungssignal in gewünschter Form erzeugt werden. Die mindestens eine Modulationsstufe ist insbesondere zur Erzeugung eines Leistungssignals eingerichtet, dessen Stromverlauf, Span¬ nungsverlauf oder der Verlauf der Leistung selbst zeitlich gemittelt (etwa Mittelung über ein Zeitfenster oder Tiefpassfilterung) eine (angenäherte) Sinuswelle ergibt, etwa zur Ansteuerung einer elektrischen Maschine. Als Sinuswelle wird ein ein- oder auch mehrphasiges Signal bezeichnet. Die Modulati¬ onsstufe ist gemäß einer ersten Variante insbesondere in der Lage, einen Stromfluss unabhängig von der aktuellen Phasenlage, von dem aktuellen Stromwert und von dem aktuellen Spannungswert, an- und auszuschalten.
Schaltvorgänge der Modulationsstufe sind nicht an bestimmte Zeitpunkte gebunden, wie es etwa bei Phasenanschnittsteuerungen von Thyristoren der Fall ist. Gemäß einer weiteren Variante ist die Modulationsstufe an Schaltvorgänge zu bestimmten aktuellen Phasenlagen bzw. Bedingungen bzgl. der Phasenlage (des Stroms oder der Spannung) gebunden, etwa an Nulldurchgänge. Die Lebensdauer der Modulationsstufe bzw. der Schaltelemente der Modulationsstufe beträgt insbesondere mindestens 106 und vor-
zugsweise mindestens 10 oder mindestens 10 Schaltspiele bei Nennschaltleistung der Modulationsstufe bzw. der Schaltelemente. Besonders bevorzugt werden Schaltelemente verwendet, die keinen Verschleiß aufweisen und in der Anzahl der Schaltspiele unbegrenzt sind. Die Modulationsstufe ist vorzugsweise für
Schaltvorgänge mit einer Frequenz von mindestens 20 Hz, 100 Hz oder 200 Hz, und vorzugsweise mindestens 1 kHz, mindestens 5 kHz oder mindestens 10 oder 20 kHz oder mindestens 100kHz. Zumindest eine der Auswahlstufen kann zur einfachen Zuschaltung und Trennung einer oder mehrere Anschlüsse vorgesehen werden, wobei dies als binäre Leistungssteuerung angesehen werden kann, da nur zwei verschiedene Leistungsniveaus (entsprechend 0% und 100%) vorgesehen sind. Vorzugsweise wird jedoch die Zuschaltung und die Trennung der Auswahlstufen im Sinne eines Pulswei- tenmodulationsverfahrens ausgeführt, wobei sich durch die zeitliche Mittelung eine Vielzahl weiterer Leistungsniveaus (zwischen 0% und 100%) ergibt. Die Auswahlstufen sind daher zur Phasenanschnittsteuerung oder zur Schwingungspaketsteuerung. Vorzugsweise ist eine Ansteuervorrichtung, die (zumindest) den Ansteuerstufen ansteuernd vorgeschaltet ist, in der Lage, gemäß einer Leistungsvorgabe die Auswahlstufen gemäß einer Phase- nanschnittansteuerung oder zur Schwingungspaketansteuerung anzusteuern. Mit anderen Worten ist die mindestens eine Aus- wahlstufen eingerichtet, die Leistung bzw . Leistungen (oder auch den mindestens einen Leistungspfad) in mehreren Stufen (ins¬ besondere mehr als zwei) oder im Wesentlichen kontinuierlich einzustellen, insbesondere durch Pulsweitenmodulation bzw. durch Einstellen eines Tastverhältnisses. Die mindestens eine Modulationsstufe ist eingerichtet, gemäß einem Modulations¬ signal die Leistung bzw. den Leistungspfad einzustellen, wobei eine zeitliche Mittelung des Modulationssignals der Leis¬ tungsvorgabe entspricht bzw. wobei über den Modulationsgrad und eine Strommessung auf eine Leistung geregelt werden kann.
Es wird eine stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung beschrieben, die mindestens eine steuerbare Leistungspfad- Auswahlstufe und mindestens einer steuerbaren Leis-
tungs-Modulationsstufe aufweist. Die stationäre Leistungs- steuerungsschaltung ist mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Anschlussseite ausgestattet. Die erste und die zweite An¬ schlussseite sind über die mindestens eine Leistungs- pfad-Auswahlstufe und die mindestens eine Leis- tungs-Modulationsstufe miteinander verbunden. Es kann (mindestens) eine Auswahlstufe zwischen der Modulationsstufe und der ersten Anschlussseite geschaltet sein, oder es kann (mindestens) eine Auswahlstufe zwischen der Modulationsstufe und der zweiten Anschlussseite zwischengeschaltet sein. Bei mehreren Aus¬ wahlstufen ist vorzugsweise (mindestens) eine zwischen der Modulationsstufe und der ersten Anschlussseite vorgesehen, und es kann mindestens eine weitere Auswahlstufe zwischen der Modulationsstufe und der zweiten Anschlussseite zwischenge- schaltet sein.
Die mindestens eine der Anschlussseiten weist mehrere Anschlüsse (zum Anschluss verschiedener Leistungsquellen oder Leistungssenken) auf, die über die mindestens eine Leistungs- pfad-Auswahlstufe auswählbar mit einem Leistungsanschluss der mindestens einen Leistungs-Modulationsstufe verbunden sind.
An die mindestens eine Anschlussseite kann ein stationäres Versorgungsnetz, örtliche Leistungsquellen wie Photovoltaik- , Biogas-, Windkraft oder Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlagen oder auch andere Leistungsquellen angeschlossen werden. Ferner können Verbraucher angeschlossen werden, wie Pumpen, Lüfter, Förderbänder, Mahlwerke, Zerkleinerungsanlangen, Heizungen, Klimaanlagen oder auch andere elektrische Verbraucher, bei- spielsweise Verbraucher, wie sie in Industriebetrieben auftreten. Zudem können Energiespeicher angeschlossen werden, die stationär oder mobil sind.
Die Modulationsstufe umfasst mindestens ein Schaltelement, insbesondere mindestens einen Leistungshalbleiter, vorzugsweise einen durch Ansteuersignale ansteuerbaren Leistungshalbleiter, beispielsweise einen Leistungstransistor. Der Leistungshalb¬ leiter kann insbesondere ein Feldeffekttransistor (insbesondere
mit isoliertem Gate) oder ein Bipolartransistor sein, etwa ein MISFET (metal insulator semiconductor field effect transistor, Metall-Isolator-Halbleiter-Feldeffekttransistor) , insbesondere ein MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor, Metall-Oxid-Halbleiter-Feldeffekttransistor) oder ein IGBT (Bipolartransistor mit isoliertem Gate) . Ferner kann der Leistungshalbleiter auch ein GTO-Thyristor (GTO: Gate Turn Off) sein . Die Auswahlstufe (bzw. jede Auswahlstufe) umfasst ein
Schaltelement, vorzugsweise mindestens eines für jeden der Anschlüsse der Auswahlstufe. Das Schaltelement kann als elektromechanischer Schalter ausgebildet sein, ist jedoch vorzugsweise ein Leistungshalbleiter, insbesondere ein an- steuerbarer Leistungshalbleiter.
Das Schaltelement der Auswahlstufe ist insbesondere ein
Transistor, beispielsweise ein Feldeffekttransistor wie ein MOSFET oder ein Bipolartransistor, beispielsweise ein IGBT. Alternativ kann das Schaltelement in Form eines thyristorba¬ sierten elektronischen Schalters vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise in Form mindestens eines Thyristors, oder in Form min¬ destens eines TRIACs . Ferner kann das Schaltelement einen GTO-Thyristor umfassen.
Es können mehrere Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen vorgesehen sein, die parallel an die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe angeschlossen sind. Die mehreren Auswahlstufen sind an der gleichen Seite der Modulationsstufe angeschlossen, wobei dies als "parallel an- geschlossen" bezeichnet wird. Ein Anschluss einer Auswahlstufe ist mit der Modulationsstufe verbunden, wobei ein Anschluss einer zweiten Auswahlstufe an der gleichen Stelle mit der Modula¬ tionsstufe verbunden ist. Die der Modulationsstufe entgegen¬ gesetzten Enden sind mit unterschiedlichen Leistungsquelle oder Leistungssenken verbunden und können ferner mit unterschiedlichen Anschlüssen (Netzanschlüsse und Fahrzeuganschlüsse) verbunden sein. Es können an eine der Auswahlstufe eine erste Gruppe von Leistungssenken oder Leistungsquellen angeschlossen
werden, während an eine Weitere der Auswahlstufen eine zweite Gruppe von Leistungssenken oder Leistungsquelle angeschlossen werden kann. Die erste Gruppe kann stationär sein und an einen Netzanschluss der Auswahlstufe angeschlossen werden, und eine zweite Gruppe kann mobil sein und über einen elektrischen Fahrzeuganschluss der weiteren Auswahlstufe angeschlossen werden .
Die mehreren Anschlüsse der Anschlussseiten umfassen mindestens einen Netzanschluss , mindestens einen elektrischen Fahrzeug¬ anschluss oder ein oder mehrere Netzanschlüsse sowie ein oder mehrere Fahrzeuganschlüsse. Ein Netzanschluss ist für eine Spannung und die Frequenz eines Versorgungsnetzes ausgelegt und ist insbesondere ein Wechselstromanschluss . Der Netzanschluss kann ein- oder mehrphasig sein und ist insbesondere für Nie¬ derspannung ausgelegt. Beispielsweise kann der Netzanschluss für eine Wechselstrom-Nennspannung von 100, 110, 120, 220 oder 230 V bei 50 oder 60 Hz ausgelegt sein. Insbesondere die an die Anschlüsse angeschlossenen Modulations- und Auswahlstufen sind für diese Nennspannung (en) und Frequenz (en) ausgelegt. Der
Netzanschluss kann als Steckanschluss , etwa als Buchse, aus¬ gestaltet sein, falls Leistungsquellen oder -senken per
Steckkontakt verbunden werden sollen. Alternativ kann der Netzanschluss als Verbindungselement für dauerhafte Verbin- düngen ausgestaltet sein, etwa als Klemm-, Schraub-, oder Nietverbindung; im einfachsten Fall als ein einfaches Leiterende. Der Fahrzeuganschluss kann als Steckverbinderelement ausgestaltet sein, der zum elektrischen (lösbaren) Anschluss eines Fahrzeugs eingerichtet ist, insbesondere zum Steckan- schluss eines Hochvoltbordnetzes eines Fahrzeugs. Der Fahr¬ zeuganschluss ist daher zum Ankoppeln eines
PHEV ( Plug-in-Hybridfahrzeug, englisch: Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) oder eines Elektrofahrzeugs ) vorgesehen. Der Fahr¬ zeuganschluss ist gemäß der Norm IEC 62196 bzw. kompatibel mit einer der dort definierten Steckverbindervarianten ausgebildet.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform umfasst eine erste der Leis¬ tungspfad-Auswahlstufen mindestens einen Netzanschluss . Eine
Zweite der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen umfasst mindestens einen elektrischen Fahrzeuganschluss . Bei mehreren elektrischen Fahrzeuganschlüssen können diese für unterschiedliche Fahrzeugfunktionen vorgesehen sein, etwa für einen elektrischen Klimakompressor, für einen Heizwiderstand und/oder für eine Bordnetzbatterie (insbesondere eine Hochvolt-Traktions¬ batterie) bzw. deren Lademodul.
Die stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung ist vorzugsweise mit einer Ansteuervorrichtung ausgestattet . Diese ist ansteuernd mit der mindestens einen Modulationsstufe und der mindestens einen Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe verbunden. Die stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung kann eine Datenschnittstelle aufweisen, die zur Datenübertragung, etwa Steuerbefehle, er- fasste Betriebsparameter, ... von einem Fahrzeug und an ein
Fahrzeug eingerichtet ist, insbesondere das Fahrzeug, das an einer Anschlussseite der Leistungssteuerungsschaltung angeschlossen ist. Die vorangehend genannten Ausführungsformen betreffen eine
Leistungssteuerungsschaltung, bei der die Modulationsstufe (n) und die Auswahlstufe (n) stationär sind, wobei betreffende Anschlüsse eine Verbindung mit mobilen Einheiten (Fahrzeugen) ermöglichen. Im Folgenden werden weitere erfindungsgemäße Leistungssteuerungsschaltungen beschrieben, wobei vorgesehen ist, dass zumindest eine der Auswahlstufen und/oder die Mo¬ dulationsstufe mobil sind und in einem Fahrzeug untergebracht sind. Die Leistungssteuerungsschaltungen weisen daher Anschlüsse zum Anbinden dieser mobilen Komponenten (d.h. mobile Modulationsstufe bzw. mobile Auswahlstufe) auf. Die mobilen Komponenten sind aufgrund der Anschlüsse der Leistungssteue¬ rungsschaltung anbindbar. Es ergibt sich ein teilstationäres bzw. teilmobiles System. Es wird daher eine teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung beschrieben, mit mehreren steuerbaren Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen und mindestens einer steuerbaren Leis- tungs-Modulationsstufe . Die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe ist
stationär oder liegt mobil in einem Fahrzeug vor. Eine Erste der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen ist stationär. Eine weitere der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen liegt mobil in einem Fahrzeug vor. Die Leistungssteuerungsschaltung hat eine erste und eine zweite Anschlussseite. Die erste und die zweite Anschlussseite sind über die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen und die mindestens eine
Leistungs-Modulationsstufe miteinander verbunden. Die Erste der Anschlussseiten ist stationär. Die zweite der Anschlussseiten weist mehrere Anschlüsse auf, die über die mehreren Leis- tungspfad-Auswahlstufen auswählbar mit einem Leistungsanschluss der mindestens einen Leistungs-Modulationsstufe verbunden sind.
Die erste Anschlussseite kann einen Netzanschluss aufweisen. Die Leistungssteuerungsschaltung kann ferner mit einem Gleich- richter ausgestattet sein. Dieser befindet sich zwischen der ersten Anschlussseite und der Leistungs-Modulationsstufe .
Zwischen dem Gleichrichter und der Modulationsstufe ergibt sich ein Gleichspannungs-Zwischenkreis . Dieser kann insbesondere mit einer anderen Gleichstrom-Leistungsquelle (oder auch -Senke) verbunden werden, insbesondere mit einer Hochvoltbatterie, einer Photovoltaikanlage oder einer Brennstoffzelle. Diese voran¬ gehend genannten Komponenten sind vorzugsweise stationär und können direkt oder über einen optionalen Spannungswandler oder Spannungsregler mit dem Gleichspannungs-Zwischenkreis verbunden werden. An den Gleichrichter kann ferner eine Biogas-, Windkraftoder Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlage oder eine andere Leistungs¬ quelle angeschlossen werden.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform ist die Modulationsstufe stationär. Die Weitere der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen, welche mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt, ist über einen (lösbaren) Fahrzeug- anschluss mit der Modulationsstufe verbunden.
Weiterhin kann die Modulationsstufe stationär sein und über einen Netzanschluss an ein Versorgungsnetz angeschlossen sein (z.B. PV-Wechselrichter) . Alternativ liegt die Modulationsstufe mobil in einem Fahrzeug vor. Die Modulationsstufe ist insbesondere über einen Fahrzeuganschluss mittelbar über einen stationären
Gleichrichter mit einem Versorgungsnetz verbunden oder ist unmittelbar mit einem Versorgungsnetz verbunden.
Eine weitere Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass die Modulati- onsstufe mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt. Die Modulationsstufe verbindet einen mobilen elektrischen Energiespeicher mit der weiteren, mobilen Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe. Die Modulati¬ onsstufe verbindet ferner den mobilen elektrischen Energiespeicher mit der ersten, stationären Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe über einen Fahrzeuganschluss .
Zumindest eine der Auswahlstufen kann eingerichtet sein, einzelne Phasen der daran angeschlossenen Anschlussseite, die mehrphasig ausgeführt ist, steuerbar in Stern- oder Dreieck- Schaltung zu verbinden. Hierzu kann zumindest eine der Aus¬ wahlstufen verwendet werden, welche entsprechend angeschlossen sind. Die Stern-Dreieicks-Umschaltung betrifft stationäre und teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltungen gleichermaßen. Die Auswahlstufen können hierzu Schalterelemente aufweisen, die zwischen verschiedene Phasen geschaltet sind, und die in be¬ kannter Weise die Phasen in Dreieckskonfiguration schalten können, oder wahlweise in Sternkonfiguration (mit Sternpunkt) schalten können. Vorzugsweise ist die betreffende Anschlussseite dreiphasig .
Schließlich wird eine Ausführungsform beschrieben, bei der die Modulationsstufe stationär ist. Die Modulationsstufe kann einen Gleichstrom-Netzanschluss aufweisen. An diese ist eine sta¬ tionäre Energieerzeugungsanlage angeschlossen oder an- schließbar. Die Energieerzeugungsanlage ist insbesondere eine Photovoltaikanlage . Die Modulationsstufe verbindet den sta¬ tionären Gleichstrom-Netzanschluss mit den Leistungs¬ pfad-Auswahlstufen . Der Präfix „Leistung" bedeutet, dass das so bezeichnete Merkmal (Modulationsstufe, Auswahlstufe, Anschlüsse, Ansteuerungs- schaltung, Leistungspfad, Halbleiter, etc.) für eine Stromstärke von mindestens 1 A, mindestens 10 A, mindestens 50 A oder
mindestens 100 A, gegebenenfalls von mindestens 200 oder 300 A ausgelegt ist.
Die Auswahlstufe und/oder die Modulationsstufe sind vorzugsweise für Nenn-Betriebsspannungen von mindestens 12V, mindestens 42 oder 48 Volt, von mindestens 60 V oder auch von mindestens 350 V, 360 V, 380 V oder 400 V, insbesondere von mindestens 500 V oder 600 V ausgelegt. Ferner können die einzelnen Schaltelemente der Auswahlstufe und/oder der Modulationsstufe mit Spitzensperr- Spannungen von mindestens 60V, mindestens 250 V oder von mindestens 400 V oder 600 V, 650 V ausgelegt sein. Es können ferner Schaltelemente mit Spitzensperrspannungen von mindestens 800, 1200 oder mindestens 3300 V verwendet werden. Die hier genannten Elemente können ausgestaltet sein, wie in der Anmeldung DE 10 2013 019 395 und in der Anmeldung
PCT/EP2014/072213 beschrieben ist; es werden für die gleichen Elemente in dieser Beschreibung die gleichen oder entsprechende Bezeichnungen wie in den genannten Anmeldungen verwendet.
Die Figuren 1 - 5 zeigen beispielhafte Anwendungen zur Erläuterung von Ausführungsformen stationärer und teilstationärer LeistungssteuerungsSchaltungen . Die Figur 1 zeigt eine stationäre Anwendung, bei der eine
Leistungs-Modulationsstufe 10 einer Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe 20 vorgeschaltet ist. Auf der Seite der Leistungs¬ pfad-Auswahlstufe 20, die der Leistungs-Modulationsstufe 10 entgegengesetzt ist, sind mehrere Verbraucher vorgesehen, wobei die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe 20 zum einen die Verbraucher einzeln zuschalten oder abtrennen kann, und zum anderen vorzugsweise die Leistung jedes Verbrauchers durch Pulsweiten¬ modulation oder Schwingungspaketansteuerung oder Phasenanschnittsteuerung einstellen kann. Allgemein sind der Leis- tungspfad-Auswahlstufe 20 Leistungssenken oder Leistungsquellen (allgemein: Leistungskomponenten 30 - 36) nachgeschaltet, die stationär sind. Die Leistungskomponenten 30 und 32 können beispielsweise unterschiedliche (stationäre) Antriebe sein,
etwa einer Pumpe, eines Lüfters, einer Zerkleinerungsanlage wie ein Mahlwerk, oder ähnliches. Die Leistungskomponenten 34 und 36 können einer (stationären) Heizung oder einer Klimaanlage (bzw. einem elektrisch betriebenen Klimakompressor) entsprechen.
Die Modulationsstufe ist (über einen optionalen Gleichrichter 40, der auch einen Glättungskondensator umfassen kann) mit einer ersten Seite 50 verbunden, an die sich ein Wechselstrom-Versorgungsnetz anschließt. Die entgegengesetzte Seite entspricht der zweiten Anschlussseite 60, die (unter anderem) über die Modulationsstufe 10 und die Auswahlstufe 20 mit der ersten Seite 50 verbunden ist.
Die Modulationsstufe 10 ist über den Gleichrichter 40 an ein Wechselstrom-Versorgungsnetz angeschlossen. Zwischen der Modulationsstufe 10 und dem Gleichrichter 40 ist ein Gleich- spannungs-Zwischennetz ausgebildet. Dieses kann ggf. direkt an eine (stationäre oder mobile) Gleichspannungs-Komponente an¬ geschlossen werden, etwa an eine Photovoltaikanlage, an eine Brennstoffzellenanlage, oder an einen (stationären oder mobilen bspw. zur Traktion verwendeten) elektrischen Hochvoltspeicher.
Eine Ansteuervorrichtung C ist ansteuernd mit der Modulati¬ onsstufe 10 und der Auswahlstufe 20 verbunden, wie es mit den Doppelpfeilen darstellt ist.
Mit dem Querstrich, der sich auf einer Verbindungslinie befindet, wird angegeben, dass es sich um eine mehrphasige Verbindung handelt, vorzugsweise um eine dreiphasige Verbindung. An der ersten und/oder an der zweiten Seite 50, 60 können Anschlüsse in Form von Steckanschlüssen aber auch von anderen Verbindungen (Schraub-, Einrast-, Löt- oder Einrastverbindungen) vorgesehen sein, um an der ersten Seite das Versorgungsnetz anzuschließen, oder um an der zweiten Seite die Komponenten 30-36 anzuschließen. In der Figur 1 sind alle dargestellten Elemente stationär, etwa Teil einer elektrischen Anlage eines Gebäudes oder industriellen Betriebs .
Die Figuren 2-6 zeigen teilstationäre Anwendungen. In den Figuren 1-6 entsprechen sich Elemente, deren (letzten) beiden Ziffern identisch sind, bzw. haben die gleichen Eigenschaften. Abweichend hiervon können Elemente mit wie vorangehend erwähnt vergleichbaren Bezugszeichen stationär oder mobil sein und hierdurch abweichende Eigenschaften haben.
Die Figur 2 zeigt einen teilstationären Fall, bei dem eine Modulationsstufe 110 einer Auswahlstufe 120 vorgeschaltet ist, wobei die Modulationsstufe 110 (über einen der Modulationsstufe vorgeschalteten Gleichrichter 140) eine erste Anschlussseite 150 mit einer zweiten Anschlussseite 160 verbindet.
Die erste Anschlussseite 150 ist zum Anschluss an ein stationäres Versorgungsnetz eingerichtet. Die zweite Anschlussseite 160 ist teilweise für einen stationären Anschluss von Komponenten 130, 132 eingerichtet, sowie für die Anschluss von mobilen Komponenten 134, 136. Die zweite Anschlussseite 160 umfasst daher stationäre Anschlüsse al, a2 (eingerichtet zur stationären Anbindung von Komponenten an die stationäre Auswahlstufe 120) sowie mobile Anschlüsse bl, b2 eingerichtet für den Anschluss von mobilen Komponenten 134, 136 an die stationäre Auswahlstufe 120. Die Anschlüsse al, a2 können daher als Netzanschlüsse bezeichnet werden und sind zur stationären Anbindung von Komponenten geeignet. Die Anschlüsse bl, b2 können als elektrischen
Fahrzeuganschluss bezeichnet werden, da über diese mobile Komponenten, d.h. Komponenten eines Fahrzeugs angeschlossen werden . Wie auch in Figuren 2-6 stellt die strichpunktierte Linie eine Grenzstelle zwischen einem mobilen Abschnitt M und einem stationären Abschnitt S dar. Daher befinden sich auch die Anschlüsse bl und b2 an dieser Linie, da jenseits der Linie (in dem Abschnitt M) mobile Komponenten vorliegen und diesseits der Linie (in dem Abschnitt S) stationäre Komponenten vorliegen.
In der Figur 2 ist lediglich eine Auswahlstufe 120 dargestellt, die sowohl mit Fahrzeuganschlüssen bl, b2 als auch mit Netz-
anschlüssen al, a2 verbunden ist. Diese Auswahlstufe dient daher zur gesteuerten Anbindung von mobilen und stationären Komponenten, insbesondere zur Auswahl von Leistungspfaden, die rein stationär sind, und Leistungspfaden, die zu einer mobilen Komponente führen.
In der Figur 3 ist wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 eine Modulationsstufe 210 dargestellt, die über einen (optionalen) Gleichrichter 240 mit einer ersten Anschlussseite 250 verbunden ist. Diese erste Anschlussseite 250 ist zum Anschluss an ein Versorgungsnetz ausgebildet. Im Gegensatz zu den Figuren 1 und 2 sind mehrere Auswahlstufen 220a, b dargestellt, die gemeinsam an die Mo¬ dulationsstufe 210 angeschlossen sind. Die Auswahlstufe 220a ist mit stationären Komponenten 230, 232 verbunden, insbesondere an der zweiten Seite 260. Es sind vorzugsweise stationäre Anschlüsse bzw. Netzanschlüsse wie in Figur 2 mit den Bezugszeichen al, a2 vorgesehen, die mit der Auswahlstufe 220a verbunden sind. Es sind ferner vorzugsweise Fahrzeuganschlüsse vorgesehen, etwa wie in Fig. 2 mit den Bezugszeichen bl, b2 dargestellt ist, welche mit der anderen Auswahlstufe 220b verbunden sind. Die Auswahlstufe 220a ist zur Anbindung stationärer Komponenten vorgesehen (etwa stationäre Antriebe 230, 232) , und die Auswahlstufe 220b ist zur Anbindung mobiler Komponenten vorgesehen, etwa ein elektrisch betriebener Klimakompressor 234 eines Fahrzeugs und ein
Heizwiderstand 236 eines Fahrzeugs. In der Figur 3 liegen jedoch beide Auswahlstufen 220a, b stationär vor, d.h. innerhalb des Abschnitt S, während die mobilen Komponenten 234, 236 in dem mobilen Abschnitt M liegen. In der Figur 4 ist wie in den vorangehend beschriebenen Figuren eine Modulationsstufe 310 dargestellt, die über einen (ggf. optionalen) Gleichrichter 340 mit einer ersten Anschlussseite 350 angeschlossen ist, welche zur Anbindung an ein (stationäres) Versorgungsnetz dient. Eine erste Auswahlstufe 320a verbindet die Modulationsstufe 310 mit einer zweiten Anschlussseite 360 über Netzanschlüsse und eine zweite Auswahlstufe 320b ist über einen Fahrzeuganschluss mit der Modulationsstufe 310 verbunden und liegt innerhalb eines Fahrzeugs vor. Die an die erste
Auswahlstufe 320a angeschlossenen Komponente 330, 332 sind stationär, während die an die zweite Auswahlstufe 320b ange¬ schlossenen Komponenten 334, 336 wie auch die zweite Auswahlstufe selbst mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegen. Die mobilen Komponenten sind über die zweite Auswahlstufe leistungsübertragend ange¬ bunden, da die zweite Auswahlstufe über einen Fahrzeuganschluss (nicht dargestellt) der Leistungssteuerungsschaltung angeschlossen ist. In den mobilen Abschnitt M fallen daher die Komponenten 334 und 336 sowie die zweite Auswahlstufe 320b. Insbesondere die Modulationsstufe 310 und die erste Auswahlstufe 320a sind stationär. Allgemein ist der Gleichrichter insbesondere eingerichtet, Energie von der ersten Anschlussseite an die Modulationsstufe bzw. in die Richtung der Modulationsstufe zu übertragen. Alternativ oder in Kombination hiermit kann der Gleichrichter eingerichtet sein, Energie von der Modulati¬ onsstufe kommend an die ersten Anschlussseite zu übertragen, wobei dies den Fall einer mobilen Energiequelle entspricht, die Energie in eine stationäre Komponente oder ein stationäres (Versogungs- ) etz einspeist.
In der Figur 5 ist eine mobile Modulationsstufe 410 dargestellt, der eine mobile (zweite) Auswahlstufe 420b nachgeschaltet ist, während eine erste Auswahlstufe 420a stationär ist und über einen Fahrzeuganschluss (nicht dargestellt) an die fahrzeugseitige Modulationsstufe 410 angeschlossen ist. Der mobile Abschnitt M umfasst daher die Modulationsstufe 410 und die zweite Aus¬ wahlstufe 420a. Die mobilen Komponenten 434 und 436 sind über die zweite Anschlussseite an die zweite Auswahlstufe angeschlossen. Die stationären Komponenten 430, 432 sind ebenso über die zweite Anschlussseite 460 angeschlossen, insbesondere über die erste Auswahlstufe 420a. Die zweite Anschlussseite 460 umfasst daher einen stationären Teil (mit Netzanschlüssen, nicht dargestellt) , sowie einen mobilen Teil, in dem Bordnetzanschlüsse vorgesehen sind, um mobile Komponenten 434 und 436 an die mobile zweite Auswahlstufe 420b anzubinden.
In der Figur 6 ist eine Modulationsstufe 510 an eine erste Anschlussseite 550 angeschlossen. Die erste Anschlussseite 550
ist in diesem Fall für eine Gleichspannung ausgelegt. Die Modulationsstufe 510 ist daher direkt, d.h. ohne Gleichrichter, an der ersten Anschlussseite 550 angeschlossen. Ein Energiespeicher, beispielsweise ein Hochvoltakkumulator 570, kann an diese erste Anschlussseite 550 angeschlossen sein. Falls die erste Anschlussseite stationär ist, kann eine Photovoltaikanlage bzw. eine Photovoltaikanlage mit vorgeschaltetem DCDC-Wandler anstatt oder in Kombination mit dem Hochvoltakkumulator angeschlossen sein. Der Energiespeicher ist insbesondere ein elektrischer Energiespeicher (d.h. zur Aufnahme und Abgabe elektrischer Energie ausgestaltet) und kann als elektrosta¬ tischer Speicher (Kondensator) , elektrochemischer Speicher (Akkumulator) oder elektrochemischer Speicher ( Superkonden- sator) ausgebildet sein, oder kann eine nicht elektrisch speichernde Speichereinheit und Wandler aufweisen, etwa eine BrennstoffZeilenvorrichtung oder ein Druckluftspeicher mit entsprechenden mechanisch-elektrischen Wandlern.
In der Figur 6 ist die erste Anschlussseite mobil (d.h. liegt innerhalb des mobilen Bereichs M) , und entspricht insbesondere einem Anschluss zur Hochvolt-Traktionsbatterie 570 eines Fahrzeugs. Eine der Modulationsstufe 510 nachgeschaltete zweite Auswahlstufe 520b ist ebenso mobil vorgesehen, während eine erste Auswahlstufe 520a stationär vorliegt (d.h. innerhalb des stationären Bereichs S) . Die erste Auswahlstufe 520a kann über einen Fahrzeuganschluss (nicht dargestellt) mit der Modula¬ tionsstufe 510 verbunden werden. Stationär sind ferner zwei Komponenten 530, 532 vorgesehen, die über eine zweite Anschlussseite 560 an die erste Auswahlstufe 520a angeschlossen sind. Zudem sind zwei mobile Komponenten 534 und 536 vorgesehen, die über die zweite Anschlussseite mit der zweiten Auswahlstufe verbunden sind. Auch hier umfasst die zweite Anschlussseite zwei Teile, nämlich einen stationären Teil und einen mobilen Teil, der sich in einem Fahrzeug befindet, und an dem die Komponenten 534 und 536 an die zweite Auswahlstufe 520b angeschlossen sind. Der zweite Teil ist somit ein fahrzeugseitiger Bordnetzanschluss . Ferner kann die Auswahlstufe mobil sein (d.h. fahrzeugseitig angeordnet) , während mindestens eine angeschlossene Kompo-
nenten, etwa ein Verbraucher, stationär ist und mindestens eine Komponente, etwa ein Verbraucher, mobil ist bzw. fahrzeugseitig angeordnet ist. Hier beschreibt "mobil" die Möglichkeit der Mobilität, so dass auch prinzipiell mobile und dennoch zeitweise stehende (parkende) Komponenten darunter fallen.
Auf diese Weise kann das Fahrzeug mit den stationären Komponenten verbunden werden und beispielsweise ein Versorgungsnetz mittels der fahrzeugseitigen Traktionsbatterie stützen (oder auch von diesem geladen werden) . Ferner kann durch die hier beschriebene Anbindung eine fahrzeugseitige Komponente von dem stationären Versorgungsnetz (oder einer anderen stationären Komponenten wie ein lokales Kraftwerk wie eine Photovoltaikanlage) gespeist werden, etwa eine Klimaanlage oder eine elektrische Heizung an Bord des Fahrzeugs.
Bei einer anderen als der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Unterteilung mittels der strichpunktierten Linie kann der Speicher 550 ein stationärer Energiespeicher sein, etwa eine stationäre Hoch- voltbatterie . In diesem Fall kann die Modulationsstufe stationär oder mobil sein und über einen Fahrzeuganschluss angebunden sein. In allen anhand Fig. 6 dargestellten Fällen befindet sich die erste Anschlussseite 550 in einem ( zweileiterbasiertem)
Gleichspannungsnetz. Dieses kann ein lokales (Haus-internes) Gleichspannungsnetz sein, etwa ein Gleichspannungsnetz, in das auch eine Photovoltaikanlage oder eine Brennstoffzellenanlage einspeisen, oder kann ein Zwischenkreis sein, der nur zwischen einem Gleichrichter und der Modulationsstufe besteht.

1. Stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung mit
mindestens einer steuerbaren Leistungspfad- Auswahlstufe (10) ;
mindestens einer steuerbaren Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (20) ;
einer ersten und einer zweiten Anschlussseite (50, 60); wobei die erste und die zweite Anschlussseite (50, 60) über die mindestens eine Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (20) und die mindestens eine Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (10) miteinander verbunden sind und
mindestens eine der Anschlussseiten (50, 60) mehrere Anschlüsse aufweist, die über die mindestens eine
Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (20) auswählbar mit einem Leistungsanschluss der mindestens einen Leis¬ tungs-Modulationsstufe (10) verbunden sind.

vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mehreren Anschlüsse mindestens einen Netzanschluss (al, a2) und/oder mindestens einen elektrischen Fahrzeuganschluss (bl, b2) umfassen.
4. Stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach einem der
vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine erste der Leistungs¬ pfad-Auswahlstufen mindestens einen Netzanschluss (al, a2) umfasst und eine zweite der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen mindestens einen elektrischen Fahrzeuganschluss (bl, b2) umfasst .
5. Stationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach einem der
vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Ansteuervorrichtung (C) , die ansteuernd mit der mindestens einen Modulationsstufe (10)
und der mindestens einen Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (20) verbunden ist.
Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung mit
einer oder mehreren steuerbaren Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b) ;
mindestens einer steuerbaren Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (210) ;
wobei die Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (210) stationär ist oder mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt, eine erste der Leis¬ tungspfad-Auswahlstufen (320a) stationär ist und eine weitere der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (320b) mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt; und
einer ersten und einer zweiten Anschlussseite (150, 160); wobei die erste und die zweite Anschlussseite (150, 160) über die Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b) und die mindestens eine Leistungs-Modulationsstufe (240) mit¬ einander verbunden sind und
die erste der Anschlussseiten (250) stationär ist und die zweite der Anschlussseiten (260) mehrere Anschlüsse aufweist, die über die mehreren Leistungs¬ pfad-Auswahlstufen (220a, b) auswählbar mit einem
Leistungsanschluss der mindestens einen Leis¬ tungs-Modulationsstufe (210) verbunden sind.
Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die erste Anschlussseite (350) einen Netzanschluss aufweist und die Leistungssteuerungsschaltung ferner mit einem Gleichrichter (340) ausgestattet ist, der zwischen der ersten Anschlussseite (350) und der Leis¬ tungs-Modulationsstufe (310) geschaltet ist.
Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Modulationsstufe (310) stationär ist und die weitere der Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen (320b) , welche mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt, über einen Fahrzeuganschluss mit der Modulationsstufe verbunden ist.

Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach Anspruch 6, oder 7, wobei die Modulationsstufe (310) stationär ist und über einen Netzanschluss an ein Versorgungsnetz angeschlossen ist, oder wobei die Modulationsstufe (410) mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt und über einen Fahrzeuganschluss mittelbar über einen stationären Gleichrichter (440) oder unmittelbar mit einem Versorgungsnetz verbunden ist.

Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 9, wobei die Modulationsstufe (510) mobil in einem Fahrzeug vorliegt und einen mobilen elektrischen Energiespeicher (570) mit der weiteren, mobilen Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (520b) verbindet und ferner den mobilen elektrischen Energiespeicher (570) mit der ersten, stationären Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufe (520a) über einen Fahrzeuganschluss verbindet.
11. Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 10, wobei zumindest eine der Auswahlstufen eingerichtet ist, einzelne Phasen der daran angeschlossenen
Anschlussseite, die mehrphasig ausgeführt ist, steuerbar in Stern- oder Dreieckschaltung zu verbinden.
12. Teilstationäre Leistungssteuerungsschaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 10, wobei die Modulationsstufe stationär ist und einen Gleichstrom-Netzanschluss aufweist, an den eine stationäre Energieerzeugungsanlage, insbesondere eine Photovoltaikanlage, anschließbar ist, wobei die Modulati¬ onsstufe den stationären Gleichstrom-Netzanschluss mit den Leistungspfad-Auswahlstufen verbindet.
