通过IWS网元完成MME与MSC网元的互通,IWS与MME之间采用S102接口UDP(User Datagram Protocol,用户数据包协议)隧道。
UE接入到LTE网络后,当需要向CDMA2000的MSC发送消息时,UE发送消息到MME,MME基于UE所在的小区ID选择IWS并转发消息,IWS为UE分配隧道资源,记录相关的信息,同时IWS向MSC转发消息。
由于UE移动到新的小区,UE所在的IWS会发生变化,选择了新的IWS,但原IWS中仍为此UE分配了资源,随着UE不断移动,原IWS将存在很多资源被分配,但UE已不属于原IWS的情况,造成资源浪费。
针对相关技术中上述的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种管理用户资源的方法,以至少解决当用户设备UE移动到新的小区并已选择新的IWS时,原IWS网元中仍为此UE分配了资源,导致用户资源浪费的问题。

通过上述技术方案,在MSC从IWS接收到UE的消息,确定所述UE归属于新的IWS的情况下,MSC向UE移动之前原IWS下发删除此UE资源的通知;或者在MSC从HLR接收到删除UE的消息,确定所述UE已登记到其他MSC的情况下,MSC向UE移动之前原IWS下发删除此UE资源的通知,从而使得原IWS删除已经为UE分配的资源,解决了用户资源浪费的问题。
在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
为了使本发明实施例的技术方案和实现方法更加清楚,下面将结合实施例对其实现过程进行详细描述。
示例1
示例1是UE移动到新的小区后,选择到新IWS和原MSC的场景下的示例,如图4示,包括:
步骤401,UE附着在LTE网络下,当决定发起到CDMA2000网络的业务(比如注册到CDMA2000网络、CDMA2000语音呼叫等业务)时,构造CDMA2000消息,在LTE网络下发出CDMA2000消息;
步骤402,IWS为UE分配资源,记录用户国际移动用户识别码IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number)及MME网元的IP地址;
步骤403,IWS根据UE发起的CDMA2000业务类型,构造相应的A1口消息(比如位置更新请求、语音起呼等),发送给MSC;
步骤404,UE发生移动,进入新的小区;
步骤405,UE再次发起到CDMA2000网络的业务,发出CDMA2000消息;
步骤406,MME基于新的小区ID,选择到新的IWS网元;
步骤407,MME向新IWS转发CDMA2000消息;
步骤408,新的IWS根据UE发起的CDMA2000业务类型,构造相应的A1口消息,发送给MSC;
步骤409,MSC基于之前保存的原IWS的IP地址,发现消息从不同IWS的IP地址发送上来,决策出IWS发生了变化,向原IWS下发删除消息;
步骤410,MSC向原IWS下发UE删除资源消息;
步骤411,原IWS删除UE相关的资源。
示例2
示例2是UE移动到新的小区后,选择到新IWS和新MSC的场景下的示例,如图5所示,包括:
步骤501,UE附着在LTE网络下,当决定发起到CDMA2000网络的业务(比如注册到CDMA2000网络、CDMA2000语音呼叫等业务)时,构造CDMA2000消息,在LTE网络下发出CDMA2000消息;
步骤502,IWS为UE分配资源,记录用户IMSI及MME网元的IP地址;
步骤503,IWS根据UE发起的CDMA2000业务类型,构造相应的A1口消息(比如位置更新请求、语音起呼等),发送给MSC;
步骤504,UE发生移动,进入新的小区;
步骤505,UE再次发起到CDMA2000网络的业务,发出CDMA2000消息;
步骤506,MME基于新的小区ID,选择到新的IWS网元;
步骤507,MME向新的IWS转发CDMA2000消息;
步骤508,新的IWS选择到新的MSC,根据UE发起的CDMA2000业务类型,构造相应的A1口消息,发送给新的MSC;
步骤509,新的MSC发起到HLR的登记;
步骤510,HLR完成UE的登记后,向UE移动之前原MSC发送删除UE消息;
步骤511,原MSC接收到HLR的删除UE消息,表明用户已离开本MSC,删除UE记录,同时向原IWS下发删除UE资源消息;
步骤512,原MSC向原IWS发送删除UE资源消息;
步骤513,原IWS删除UE相关资源。
实施例3
本发明实施例3还提供了一种移动交换中心MSC,适用于用户设备UE从 LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,该网元可以被配置为实现上述实施例1方法。包括:第一接收模块,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新互操作节点网元IWS发送的业务消息;第一确定发送模块,被配置为确定IWS发生变化,向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。第一确定发送模块还可以包括,判断模块,被配置为判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址与原IWS的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。
实施例4
本发明实施例4还提供了一种移动交换中心MSC,适用于用户设备UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,该网元可以被配置为实现上述实施例2的方法。包括:第二接收模块,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收归属服务寄存器发送的删除用户消息;第二发送模块,被配置为根据所述用户删除消息向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。
实施例5
本发明实施例5还提供了一种管理用户资源的系统,该系统可以被配置为实现上述管理用户资源方法,适用于用户设备UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,包括:
移动交换中心MSC和互操作节点网元IWS;
所述MSC,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新IWS发送的业务消息;确定IWS发生变化,并向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息;
所述原IWS,被配置为根据接收到的所述用户资源删除消息删除用户资源;
或者,所述MSC,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收归属服务寄存器发送的删除用户消息;根据所述用户删除消息向所述UE发生移动 前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息;
所述原IWS,被配置为根据接收到的所述用户资源删除消息删除用户资源。
所述MSC确定IWS发生变化可以包括:所述MSC判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址与原IWS的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。
上述实施例中描述的网络侧网元和/系统对应于上述的方法实施例,其实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,根据本发明的上述实施例,解决了用户资源浪费的问题。

本申请公开了一种管理用户资源的方法,适用于UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,包括:当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,MSC接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新IWS发送的业务消息;所述MSC确定IWS发生变化,向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。其中,所述MSC确定IWS发生变化包括,所述MSC判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址 与原IWS的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。通过该技术方案,能够使原IWS删除已经为UE分配的资源,解决了用户资源浪费的问题。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种管理用户资源的方法,适用于用户设备UE从长期演进LTE回落到码分多址CDMA2000的情况,包括:当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,
    移动交换中心MSC接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新互操作节点IWS发送的业务消息;
    所述MSC确定IWS发生变化,向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述MSC确定IWS发生变化包括,
    所述MSC判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址与原IWS的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。
  3. 一种管理用户资源的方法,适用于用户设备UE从长期演进LTE回落到码分多址CDMA2000的情况,包括:当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,
    移动交换中心MSC接收归属服务寄存器发送的删除用户消息;
    所述MSC根据所述用户删除消息向所述UE发生移动前的原互操作节点IWS发送用户资源删除消息。
  4. 一种移动交换中心MSC,适用于用户设备UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,包括:
    第一接收模块,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新互操作节点IWS发送的业务消息;
    第一确定发送模块,被配置为确定IWS发生变化,向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的MSC,其中,所述第一确定发送模块包括,
    判断模块,被配置为判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址与原IWS 的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。
  6. 一种移动交换中心MSC,适用于用户设备UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,包括:
    第二接收模块,被配置为当所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收归属服务寄存器发送的删除用户消息;
    第二发送模块,被配置为根据所述用户删除消息向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息。
  7. 一种管理用户资源的系统,适用于用户设备UE从LTE回落到CDMA2000的情况,包括:移动交换中心MSC和互操作节点网元IWS,
    所述MSC,被配置为所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收所述UE发生移动后选择的新IWS发送的业务消息;确定IWS发生变化,并所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息;
    所述原IWS,被配置为根据接收到的所述消息删除用户资源;
    或者
    所述MSC,被配置为所述UE移动到新的小区的情况下,接收归属服务寄存器发送的删除用户消息;且根据所述用户删除消息向所述UE发生移动前的原IWS发送用户资源删除消息;
    所述原IWS,被配置为根据接收到的所述消息删除用户资源。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,所述MSC确定IWS发生变化包括:
    所述MSC判断所述业务消息对应的新IWS的IP地址与原IWS的IP地址不同,决策IWS发生变化。
