现有的手机通常采用一体式卡托,卡托包括卡托体和卡托头两部分,卡托体和卡托头为一体结构,卡托体与手机主板上的卡座相匹配,卡托头与手机壳体侧面的开口相匹配。卡托通常设置在手机的侧面,可选择性的推入或抽出手机主体,从而无需打开手机后盖即可安装或拆卸存储卡。

本发明实施例提供的分体式卡托和用户设备,卡托头与卡托体为分体结构,通过在卡托体与所述卡托头的其中之一设置凹槽,另一个设置可伸入所述凹槽的连接板,并通过凹槽上的第一固定孔、连接板上的第二固定孔和紧固件使卡托头和卡托体活动连接在一起,从而卡托头与卡托体之间可以相对运动,当用户设备的卡座与壳体开口的相对位置出现偏差时,可对卡托头和卡托体的安装位置进行调整,有效的避免了卡座与壳体开口组装误差导致的卡托难插拨、卡托与手机之间配合不紧密的现象,提高了卡托插拔的顺畅性和卡托与用户设备之间的配合紧密度。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例所述的用户设备可以是手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等其他便携设备。本发明实施例所述的分体式卡托可以应用于上述任意用户设备。
本发明实施例提供的分体式卡托和用户设备,旨在解决现有技术中卡托插拔不顺和卡托加工量多造成的加工成本高及异响的技术问题。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图1为本发明实施例一提供的分体式卡托的分解状态示意图;图2为本发明实施例一提供的分体式卡托的组合状态示意图;图3为本发明实施例一提供的分体式卡托的局部纵向剖视图;图4为本发明实施例一提供的分体式卡托的局部横向剖视图。如图1-图4所示,本实施例所提供的分体式卡托包括:卡托体1、卡托头2和紧固件3;卡托体1的一端开设有一凹槽11,凹槽11的上表面和下表面分别设置有第一固定孔12;卡托头2上设置有可伸 入凹槽11的连接板21,连接板21上设置有与第一固定孔12对应的第二固定孔22;卡托头2通过第一固定孔12、第二固定孔22和紧固件3活动连接在卡托体1上。
需要说明的是,本实施例是以卡托体1上设置凹槽11、卡托头2上设置连接板21为例进行说明,但是,本领域技术人员可以知道,凹槽11也可以设置在卡托头2上,对应的,连接板21设置在卡托体1上,此种设计的分体式卡托,其具体结构和原理与本实施例的分体式卡托类似,下面具体以卡托体1上设置凹槽11、卡托头2上设置连接板21为例说明本发明的技术方案。
本实施例中,卡托头2通过第一固定孔12、第二固定孔22和紧固件3活动连接在卡托体1上,可以包括:凹槽11的上表面与下表面之间的垂直距离大于连接板21的厚度,以使连接板21伸入凹槽11后在垂直于所述连接板21的方向(以下简称垂直方向)上有一定的活动间隙,使得卡托体1与卡座完全配合的状态下,卡托头2的位置在垂直方向上可调,以适应用户设备上卡座与壳体侧面开口的相对位置与设计值之间产生的垂直方向上的偏差。具体的,该垂直方向上的间隙可以根据安装分体式卡托的用户设备的主板与壳体的组装公差确定,例如,本实施例中,卡托头2可以在垂直方向上上下移动0.10mm,当然,也可根据需要适当的增大或缩小该活动间隙。
优选地,卡托头2通过第一固定孔12、第二固定孔22和紧固件3活动连接在卡托体1上,还可以包括:紧固件3与第二固定孔22之间呈间隙配合,以使连接板21伸入凹槽11后在水平方向上有一定的活动间隙,使得卡托体1与卡座完全配合的状态下,卡托头2的位置在平行于所述连接板21的方向(以下简称水平方向)上可调,以适应用户设备上卡座与壳体侧面开口的相对位置与设计值之间产生的水平方向上的偏差。具体的,该水平方向上的间隙可以根据安装分体式卡托的用户设备的主板与壳体的组装公差确定,例如,本实施例中,卡托头2可以在水平方向上左右移动0.30mm,当然,也可根据需要适当的增大或缩小该活动间隙。
具体的,卡托体1采用不锈钢材质制成,可通过粉未冶金一体成型,以保证卡托体外观美观的同时,减少加工工序;也可用金属材料计算机数字控制机床(Computer numerical control;简称CNC)成型,使卡托体1更加精致美观。卡托体1上开设的凹槽11可以为开放结构的凹槽,例如,凹槽11除了 朝向卡托头2的一面开口,其两侧也为开口结构;凹槽11也可以为封闭结构的凹槽,即凹槽11只有朝向卡托头2的一面开口,卡托头2上的连接板21伸入凹槽11后被凹槽11完全包覆。
卡托头2采用铝合金或不锈钢材质制成,可通过CNC加工成型或粉未冶金等金属加工工艺制成,卡托头2上的连接板21与卡托体1上的凹槽11相匹配,连接板21与凹槽11之间可存在间隙。
紧固件3具体可以是销钉、铆钉等其他可用于紧固的器件,本实施例中优选销钉,销钉的尾部可通过焊接或铆接的方式使销钉与凹槽11的下表面固定连接;此外,紧固件3的具体数量可以是一个或多个,本实施例中优选为两个;对应的,第一固定孔12和第二固定孔22的数量随紧固件3的数量而定。
本实施例中的分体式卡托组装过程为:将卡托头2上的连接板21伸入卡托体1上的凹槽11中,对齐第一固定孔12与第二固定孔22;然后将紧固件3穿入对齐的第一固定孔12与第二固定孔22中,通过焊接或铆接等其他方式将紧固件3与凹槽11固定在一起。
本实施例中的分体式卡托,卡托体1与卡托头2为分体结构,两者之间可以相对运动,当用户设备的卡座与壳体开口的相对位置出现偏差时,可对卡托体1和卡托头2的安装位置进行调整,能够避免卡座与壳体开口组装误差导致的卡托难插拨、卡托与手机之间配合不紧密的现象。组装完成后,卡托头2上的连接板21完全伸入卡托体1上的凹槽11中,卡托头2与卡托体1的连接处上下表面平整,不存在连接形成的断层,外观精致,且不会出现卡托体1与卡托头2的连接处挡住用户设备壳体或卡座的现象,卡托插拔的顺畅性高。另外,为了保证卡托头2的外观美观,卡托头2通常采用铝合金制成,并通过CNC加工成型,而伸入用户设备内部的卡托体1部分则可通过粉未冶金一体成型工艺。本实施例中的分体式卡托,卡托体1上的凹槽11可通过粉末冶金一体成型,加工量少,加工成本低;且开设有凹槽11的卡托体1可一体成型,能够保证卡托体1的尺寸稳定精准,避免了通过CNC开槽而产生的制造公差,进一步保证了卡托插拔的顺畅性。
本实施例提供的分体式卡托,卡托头与卡托体为分体结构,通过在卡托体上开设凹槽,在卡托头上设置可伸入凹槽的连接板,并通过凹槽上的第一 固定孔、连接板上的第二固定孔和紧固件使卡托头和卡托体活动连接在一起,从而卡托头与卡托体之间可以相对运动,当用户设备的卡座与壳体开口的相对位置出现偏差时,可对卡托头和卡托体的安装位置进行调整,有效的避免了卡座与壳体开口组装误差导致的卡托难插拨、卡托与手机之间配合不紧密的现象,提高了卡托插拔的顺畅性和卡托与用户设备之间的配合紧密度。
图5为本发明实施例二提供的分体式卡托的分解状态示意图;图6为本发明实施例二提供的分体式卡托的组合状态示意图;图7为本发明实施例二提供的分体式卡托的局部横向剖视图。本实施例是对上述实施例一中的卡托结构的进一步优化,因此,实施例一中的相关内容也可以用来参考。如图5-图7所示,本实施例中,分体式卡托的凹槽11为封闭结构的凹槽。
具体的,凹槽11只有朝向卡托头2的一面开口,卡托头2上的连接板21伸入凹槽11后被凹槽11完全包覆,从而在将卡托头2上的连接板21伸入卡托体1上的凹槽11后,通过紧固件3采用焊接或铆接等其他方式进行固定时,凹槽11两侧的连接臂111可以起到一定的支撑作用,能够有效的避免固定紧固件3时凹槽11的上表面和下表面由于受力变形而影响卡托的插拔,进一步保证了卡托插拔的顺畅性。
本实施例中,优选的,凹槽11的上表面与下表面之间的垂直距离大于连接板21的厚度,以使连接板21伸入凹槽11后在垂直方向上有一定的活动间隙,和/或紧固件3与第二固定孔22之间呈间隙配合,以使连接板21伸入凹槽11后在水平方向上有一定的活动间隙,在此不再赘述。
可选的,本实施例中,连接板21上靠近凹槽11的一端开设有缺口23,缺口23内设置有弹性垫24,以防止卡托头2的连接板21在卡托体1的凹槽11中晃动幅度大而影响卡托的插拔。具体的,该缺口23可为方形、圆形等其他形状;弹性垫24根据缺口23的形状和大小确定,其厚度稍大于连接板21的厚度,以起到一定的防晃作用,具体可以为软胶垫(比如硅胶垫)等弹性胶垫。
在上述两个实施例中,卡托体1上均设置有至少一个用于安装存储卡的卡槽13。具体的,卡槽13根据存储卡的类型确定形状和位置,其中,存储卡包括SIM卡、SD卡等,SIM卡具体包括标准SIM卡、微SIM卡(Micro SIM 卡)、纳米SIM卡(Nano SIM卡)等;SD卡具体包括迷你SD卡(Mini SD卡)、Micro SD卡(也被称为Trans-flash卡或TF卡)等。卡槽13可以为一个或多个,当卡槽13为多个时,可以如图5所示的在卡托体1的同一表面并排设置多个,也可以在卡托体1的上表面和下表面以层叠方式分别设置一个或多个。此外,卡槽13的设置有很大的灵活性,当卡槽13为多个时,多个卡槽13可以同时为SIM卡的卡槽或SD卡的卡槽,也可以同时包括SIM卡的卡槽和SD卡的卡槽。例如,以卡托体1上设置两个卡槽13为例,两个卡槽13可以同为标准SIM卡的卡槽;也可以是一个为标准SIM卡的卡槽,另一个为Micro SIM卡的卡槽;还可以是一个为标准SIM卡的卡槽,另一个为Micro SD卡的卡槽,具体可根据需要任意设置。
此外,可选的,卡托体1的另一端设置有锁紧槽14,与用户设备中的锁紧机构相配合,以便在分体式卡托插入用户设备后通过锁紧机构锁紧卡托,以防止卡托脱落。锁紧槽14的具体结构可以参考现有的卡托的各种锁紧结构,图5中的锁紧槽结构只是作为本发明的一个示例,并非用于限定本发明。
本实施例提供的分体式卡托,通过将凹槽设置为封闭结构的凹槽,有效的避免了固定紧固件时凹槽的上表面和下表面由于受力变形而影响卡托的插拔,进一步保证了卡托插拔的顺畅性。
本发明一实施例提供一种用户设备,包括:主板和分体式卡托;其中,分体式卡托包括卡托体1、卡托头2和紧固件3;卡托体1与卡托头2的其中之一设置有凹槽11,另一个设置有可伸入凹槽11的连接板21;凹槽11的上表面和下表面分别设置有第一固定孔12,连接板21上设置有与第一固定孔12对应的第二固定孔22;卡托头2通过第一固定孔12、第二固定孔22和紧固件3活动连接在卡托体1上;主板上设置有卡座,卡座与卡托的卡托体1相匹配;用户设备的壳体上设置有开口,开口与卡托的卡托头2相匹配。
图1-图7为凹槽11设置在卡托体1上、连接板21设置在卡托头2上的分体式卡托结构;凹槽11设置在卡托头2上、连接板21设置在卡托体1上的分体式卡托的具体结构和原理与图1-图7所示的分体式卡托类似。本实施例中,优选的,凹槽11设置在卡托体1的一端,连接板21设置在卡托头2上。分体式卡托的具体结构可以参照上述图1-图7所述的实施例。
本实施例中,主板的具体结构可以参见现有的各种用户设备(如手机、平板电脑等)的主板结构;主板上可以设置一个或多个卡座,例如:可以在主板上同时设置一个用于安装SIM卡卡托的卡座和/或一个用于安装SD卡卡托的卡座,也可以在主板上同时设置多个用于安装SIM卡卡托的卡座和/或多个用于安装SD卡卡托的卡座,具体可以根据用户设备的通讯和存储功能需求设置。分体式卡托的具体结构和技术效果可以参见上述分体式卡托的实施例,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的用户设备包括了本发明的分体式卡托,卡托头与卡托体为分体结构,通过在卡托体与卡托头的其中之一设置凹槽,另一个设置可伸入凹槽的连接板,并通过凹槽上的第一固定孔、连接板上的第二固定孔和紧固件使卡托头和卡托体活动连接在一起,从而卡托头与卡托体之间可以相对运动,当用户设备的卡座与壳体开口的相对位置出现偏差时,可对卡托头和卡托体的安装位置进行调整,有效的避免了卡座与壳体开口组装误差导致的卡托难插拨、卡托与手机之间配合不紧密的现象,提高了卡托插拔的顺畅性和卡托与用户设备之间的配合紧密度。
在本发明的另一实施例中,参照图5-图7,凹槽11为封闭结构的凹槽11。
本实施例中,优选的,凹槽11的上表面与下表面之间的垂直距离大于连接板21的厚度。
进一步的,紧固件3与第二固定孔22之间呈间隙配合。
可选的,本实施例中,连接板21上靠近凹槽11的一端开设有缺口23,缺口23内设置有弹性垫24。
在本发明提供的用户设备的所有实施例中,卡托体1上均设置有至少一个用于安装存储卡的卡槽13。
可选的,卡托的另一端设置有锁紧槽14,主板上设置有与锁紧槽14相配合的锁紧机构,锁紧机构用于锁紧分体式卡托。锁紧机构的具体结构可以参考现有的用户设备中主板上用于锁紧卡托的各种锁紧结构,本实施例不做特别限定。
本实施例中,分体式卡托中各部件的具体结构和技术效果可以参见上述分体式卡托的实施例,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的用户设备,通过将分体式卡托的凹槽设置为封闭结构的 凹槽,有效的避免了固定紧固件时凹槽的上表面和下表面由于受力变形而影响卡托的插拔,进一步保证了卡托插拔的顺畅性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种分体式卡托,其特征在于,包括:卡托体、卡托头和紧固件;
    所述卡托体与所述卡托头的其中之一设置有凹槽,另一个设置有可伸入所述凹槽的连接板;
    所述凹槽的上表面和下表面分别设置有第一固定孔;所述连接板上设置有与所述第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔;
    所述卡托头通过所述第一固定孔、所述第二固定孔和所述紧固件活动连接在所述卡托体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述凹槽设置在所述卡托体的一端,所述连接板设置在所述卡托头上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述凹槽为封闭结构的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述凹槽的上表面与下表面之间的垂直距离大于所述连接板的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述紧固件与所述第二固定孔之间呈间隙配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述连接板上靠近所述凹槽的一端开设有缺口,所述缺口内设置有弹性垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托体上设置有至少一个用于安装存储卡的卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的分体式卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托体的另一端设置有锁紧槽。
  9. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:主板和分体式卡托;
    所述分体式卡托包括卡托体、卡托头和紧固件;其中,所述卡托体与所述卡托头的其中之一设置有凹槽,另一个设置有可伸入所述凹槽的连接板;所述凹槽的上表面和下表面分别设置有第一固定孔,所述连接板上设置有与所述第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔;所述卡托头通过所述第一固定孔、所述第二固定孔和所述紧固件活动连接在所述卡托体上;
    所述主板上设置有卡座,所述卡座与所述卡托的卡托体相匹配;所述用户设备的壳体上设置有开口,所述开口与所述卡托的卡托头相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述凹槽设置在所述卡托体的一端,所述连接板设置在所述卡托头上。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述凹槽为封闭结构的凹槽。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述凹槽的上表面与下表面之间的垂直距离大于所述连接板的厚度。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述紧固件与所述第二固定孔之间呈间隙配合。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述连接板上靠近所述凹槽的一端开设有缺口,所述缺口内设置有弹性垫。
  15. 根据权利要求9-14任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述卡托体上设置有至少一个用于安装存储卡的卡槽。
  16. 根据权利要求9-15任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述卡托体的另一端设置有锁紧槽,所述主板上设置有与所述锁紧槽相配合的锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构用于锁紧所述分体式卡托。
