Description

需要说明的是,MCPTT用户与MCPTT群组关联表示:该MCPTT用户对MCPTT群组标记为感兴趣,与其它未关联该MCPTT群组的用户相比,该MCPTT用户可以接受到该MCPTT群组发送的推送消息,并且可以延迟加入关联群组的通话。

需要说明的是,上述的用于部署群组数据库的网络设备是一个功能实体,主要是存储一些群组相关的信息,如群组配置数据、签约相关的信息等并且可以对自身存储的数据进行合法的操作处理。可选地,用于部署群组数据库的网络设备上还可以部署其它的功能,此处对其它的功能不做限定。

    第一通信设备接收第二通信设备发送的第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识;所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联;所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户能关联的MCPTT群组;
    所述第一通信设备向所述第二通信设备发送第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组成功关联,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,或者,所述第一通信设备为第一MCPTT服务器,其中,所述第一MCPTT服务器为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;
    所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器时,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联,包括:
    所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的R个MCPTT群组;1≤R≤N,所述R为整数;
    所述第一通信设备向所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送第二关联请求,所述第二关联请求包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和所述R 个MCPTT群组的标识,以使得所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器根据所述第二关联请求和所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述R个MCPTT群组中的所述M个MCPTT群组;1≤M≤R;
    所述第一通信设备接收所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送的第二关联响应,所述第二关联响应用于指示将所述MCPTT用户与所述R个MCPTT群组中的所述M个MCPTT群组关联;
    所述第一通信设备根据所述第二关联响应,将所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组关联。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联,包括:

  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联,包括:
    所述第一通信设备生成第一关联信息,所述第一关联信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组的关联关系。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备生成第一关联信息之后,还包括:
    所述第一通信设备保存所述第一关联信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器时,所述第一通信设备生成第一关联信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一通信设备向所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备发送所述第一关联信息,以使所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备保存所述第一关联信息;或者,
    当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器 或者所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述第一通信设备生成第一关联信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一通信设备根据所述第一关联信息分别向K个第二MCPTT服务器发送第二关联信息,以使每个所述第二MCPTT服务器保存接收的所述第二关联信息;其中,1≤K≤M,所述K为整数,所述K个第二MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组包括所述M个MCPTT群组;每个所述第二MCPTT服务器管理所述M个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组,每个所述第二关联信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户与接收所述第二关联信息的所述第二MCPTT服务器管理的所述至少一个MCPTT群组的关联关系;或者,
    当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或者所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述第一通信设备生成第一关联信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一通信设备向所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送所述第一关联信息,以使所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器保存所述第一关联信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联之前,还包括:
    所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的签约数据;以及根据所述MCPTT用户的签约数据获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息;或者,
    所述第一通信设备根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,获取所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息;以及根据所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联之前,还包括:
    所述第一通信设备根据所述M个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,确定所述MCPTT用户为所述M个MCPTT群组的合法MCPTT群组用户。
  11. 一种用户与群组关联的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一通信设备通过第三通信设备接收第二通信设备发送的第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数;
    所述第一通信设备向所述第三通信设备发送第二关联响应,以使得所述第三通信设备根据所述第二关联响应将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述M个MCPTT群组并且向所述第二通信设备发送第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组成功关联。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二关联响应包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和所述M个MCPTT群组的标识。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;或者,
    所述第二通信设备为UE,所述第一通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器;或者,
    所述第二通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或者为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组之前,还包括:
    所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的签约数据;以及根据所述MCPTT用户的签约数据获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息;或者,
    所述第一通信设备根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,获取所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息;以及根据所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组之前,还包括:
    所述第一通信设备根据所述M个MCPTT群组和所述MCPTT用户的标识,确定所述MCPTT用户为所述M个MCPTT群组的合法MCPTT群组用户。
  16. 一种用户与群组关联的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二通信设备向第一通信设备发送第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    所述第二通信设备接收所述第一通信设备发送的第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组成功关联,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备;或者,所述第一通信设备为第一MCPTT服务器,所述第一MCPTT服务器为所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;
    所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述第二通信设备向所述第一通信设备发送第一关联请求,包括:
    所述第二通信设备通过所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器向所述第一通信设备发送所述第一关联请求;
    所述第二通信设备接收所述所述第一通信设备发送的第一关联响应,包括:
    所述第二通信设备通过所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器接收所述第一通信设备发送的所述第一关联响应。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于管理N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;所述第二通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二通信设备向第一通信设备发送第一关联请求之前,还包括:
    所述第二通信设备接收UE发送的第三关联请求,所述第三关联请求包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和H个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第三关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述H个MCPTT群组;所述H为大于或等于1的整数,所述H个MCPTT群组包括所述N个MCPTT群组;
    所述第二通信设备根据所述第三关联请求和T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组,确定所述H个MCPTT群组中所述T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组;所述T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组包括所述H个MCPTT群组;每个所述第三MCPTT服务器管理所述H个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组;其中,所述第一通信设备为所述T个第三MCPTT服务器中的任一MCPTT服务器;
    所述第二通信设备接收所述第一通信设备发送的第一关联响应之后,还包括:
    所述第二通信设备根据所述T个第三MCPTT服务器发送的所述第一关联响应,向所述UE发送第三关联响应,所述第三关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述H个MCPTT群组中的L个MCPTT群组成功关联,M≤L≤H,所述L为整数。
  21. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,作为第一通信设备,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第二通信设备发送的第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识;所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    处理单元,用于根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联;所述MCPTT用 户的关联签约信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户能关联的MCPTT群组;
    发送单元,用于向所述第二通信设备发送第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组成功关联,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,或者,所述第一通信设备为第一MCPTT服务器,其中,所述第一MCPTT服务器为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;
    所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;所述第二通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的通信设备,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器时,所述处理单元,具体用于:
    根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的R个MCPTT群组;1≤R≤N,所述R为整数;
    向用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送第二关联请求,所述第二关联请求包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和所述R个MCPTT群组的标识,以使得所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器根据所述第二关联请求和所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述R个MCPTT群组中的所述M个MCPTT群组;1≤M≤R;
    接收所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送的第二关联响应,所述第二关联响应用于指示将所述MCPTT用户与所述R个MCPTT群组中的所述M个MCPTT群组关联;
    根据所述第二关联响应,将所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组关联。
  25. 根据权利要求22或23所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组;将所述MCPTT 用户关联至所述M个MCPTT群组。
  26. 根据权利要求21-25任意一项所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元在将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联时,具体用于:生成第一关联信息,所述第一关联信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组的关联关系。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元在生成第一关联信息之后,还用于保存所述第一关联信息。
  28. 根据权利要求26或27所述的通信设备,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器时,所述发送单元还用于在所述处理单元生成第一关联信息之后,向所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备发送所述第一关联信息,以使所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备保存所述第一关联信息;或者,
    当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述发送单元还用于在所述处理单元生成第一关联信息之后,根据所述第一关联信息分别向K个第二MCPTT服务器发送第二关联信息,以使每个所述第二MCPTT服务器保存接收的所述第二关联信息;其中,1≤K≤M,所述K为整数,所述K个第二MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组包括所述M个MCPTT群组;每个所述第二MCPTT服务器管理所述M个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组,每个所述第二关联信息用于指示所述MCPTT用户与接收所述第二关联信息的所述第二MCPTT服务器管理的所述至少一个MCPTT群组的关联关系;或者,
    当所述第一通信设备为所述用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或者所述用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述发送单元还用于在所述处理单元生成第一关联信息之后,向所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器发送所述第一关联信息,以使所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器保存所述第一关联信息。
  29. 根据权利要求21-28任意一项所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于在根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联之前,根据所述 MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的签约数据;以及根据所述MCPTT用户的签约数据获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息;或者,
    根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,获取所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息;以及根据所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息。
  30. 根据权利要求21-29任意一项所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于在根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,将所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组关联之前,根据所述M个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,确定所述MCPTT用户为所述M个MCPTT群组的合法MCPTT群组用户。
  31. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,作为第一通信设备,包括:
    接收单元,用于通过第三通信设备接收第二通信设备发送的第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    处理单元,用于根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数;
    发送单元,用于向所述第三通信设备发送第二关联响应,以使得所述第三通信设备根据所述第二关联响应将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述M个MCPTT群组并且向所述第二通信设备发送第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述M个MCPTT群组成功关联。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第二关联响应包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和所述M个MCPTT群组的标识。
  33. 根据权利要求31或32所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;或者,
    所述第二通信设备为UE,所述第一通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT 用户的MCPTT服务器;或者,
    所述第二通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备,所述第三通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或者为所述用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器。
  34. 根据权利要求31-33任意一项所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于在根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组之前,根据所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的签约数据;以及根据所述MCPTT用户的签约数据获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息;或者,
    根据所述N个MCPTT群组的标识,获取所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息;以及根据所述N个MCPTT群组的群组信息和所述MCPTT用户的标识,获取所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息。
  35. 根据权利要求31-34任意一项所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于在根据所述MCPTT用户的关联签约信息,确定将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组之前,根据所述M个MCPTT群组和所述MCPTT用户的标识,确定所述MCPTT用户为所述M个MCPTT群组的合法MCPTT群组用户。
  36. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,作为第二通信设备,包括:
    发送单元,用于向第一通信设备发送第一关联请求,所述第一关联请求包括紧急任务即按即说MCPTT用户的标识和N个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第一关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述N个MCPTT群组;所述N为大于或等于1的整数;
    接收单元,用于接收所述第一通信设备发送的第一关联响应,所述第一关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述N个MCPTT群组中的M个MCPTT群组成功关联,1≤M≤N,所述M为整数。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于部署群组数据库的网络设备;或者,所述第一通信设备为第一MCPTT服务器,所述第一MCPTT服务器为所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器或者管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;
    所述第二通信设备为用户设备UE。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的通信设备,其特征在于,当所述第一通信设备为用于管理所述N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器或用于部署群组数据库的网络设备时,所述发送单元具体用于:通过所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器向所述第一通信设备发送所述第一关联请求;
    所述接收单元具体用于:通过所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器接收所述第一通信设备发送的所述第一关联响应。
  39. 根据权利要求36所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述第一通信设备为用于管理N个MCPTT群组的MCPTT服务器;所述第二通信设备为用于管理所述MCPTT用户的MCPTT服务器。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的通信设备,其特征在于,还包括:处理单元;
    所述接收单元还用于在所述发送单元向第一通信设备发送第一关联请求之前,接收UE发送的第三关联请求,所述第三关联请求包括所述MCPTT用户的标识和H个MCPTT群组的标识,所述第三关联请求用于请求将所述MCPTT用户关联至所述H个MCPTT群组;所述H为大于或等于1的整数,所述H个MCPTT群组包括所述N个MCPTT群组;
    所述处理单元,用于根据所述第三关联请求和T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组,确定所述H个MCPTT群组中所述T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组;所述T个第三MCPTT服务器管理的MCPTT群组包括所述H个MCPTT群组;每个所述第三MCPTT服务器管理所述H个MCPTT群组中至少一个MCPTT群组;其中,所述第一通信设备为所述T个第三MCPTT服务器中的任一MCPTT服务器;
    所述发送单元还用于在所述接收单元接收所述第一通信设备发送的第一关联响应之后,根据所述T个第三MCPTT服务器发送的所述第一关联响应,向所述UE发送第三关联响应,所述第三关联响应用于指示所述MCPTT用户与所述H个MCPTT群组中的L个MCPTT群组成功关联,M≤L≤H,所述L为整数。
