上述步骤S11和S12涉及的预定阈值可以为45°,也就是说在终端屏幕显示画面所在平面与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角大于45°时,终端才会旋转显示画面,而在小于45°时则不旋转该显示画面。
由于用户操作终端的场景多种多样,并不是在所有终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角大于45°的情况下,就旋转终端显示画面,因此,需要在触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,显示用于是否触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转的信息。如上述举例,通过该方式可以避免在任何时候该第一夹角大于45°时,终端就旋转该屏幕显示画面。
此外,对于相关技术中的终端,基本上都具有通过重力感应传感器通过获取终端的姿态实现自动的旋转,不需要考虑当前用户的视线方向,因此,为了避免终端的自动旋转显示画面功能与本实施例中的通过获取用户视线的方向实现旋转显示画面的功能同时存在,造成误操作,在本实施例的另一个可选实施例中,在触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,本实施例的方法还可以包括:关闭终端通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能。
需要说明的是,上述特征只适用于仅仅只需要通过重力感应传感器实现自动旋转显示画面的终端上,也就是说如要启动本实施例中的旋转显示画面的功能需要先关闭终端通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能;当然如果是终端不具备通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能,该特征也就不需要了。
而对于本实施例中的上述步骤S102和步骤S104涉及到的技术特征,在本实施例的可选实施方式中,可以通过预设的方式触发该步骤S102和步骤S104方案的执行, 也就是在获取终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在的直线的夹角之前,本实施例的方法还可以包括:
步骤S21:获取终端屏幕显示画面所在平面与水平线的第二夹角;
步骤S22:在第二夹角满足预定范围时,触发开启用于获取当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的信息的前置摄像头。
需要说明的是,上述步骤S21和步骤S22的方式仅仅是用来进行举例说明,并不构成对本发明的限定,其他能够触发的方式也是在本发明的保护范围之内的。
在本实施例中还提供了一种终端屏幕显示画面的旋转装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”“单元”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的终端屏幕显示画面的旋转装置结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:第一获取模块22,设置为获取终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角;旋转模块24,与第一获取模块22耦合连接,设置为比较第一夹角与预定阈值,依据比较结果确定是否触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转。
图3是根据本发明实施例的终端屏幕显示画面的旋转装置可选结构框图一,如图3所示,旋转模块24包括:触发单元32,设置为在第一夹角大于或等于预定阈值时,触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转;禁止单元34,设置为在第一夹角小于预定阈值时,禁止触发终端显示画面的旋转。
可选地,在触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,装置还包括:显示模块,与旋转模块24耦合连接,设置为显示用于是否触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转的信息。和/或,在触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,装置还包括:关闭模块,旋转模块24耦合连接,设置为关闭终端通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能。
图4是根据本发明实施例的终端屏幕显示画面的旋转装置可选结构框图二,如图4所示,在获取终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在的直线的夹角之前,装置还包括:第二获取模块42,与触发模块44耦合连接,设置为获取终端屏幕显示画面所在平面与水平线的第二夹角;触发模块44,与第一获 取模块22耦合连接,设置为在第二夹角满足预定范围时,触发开启用于获取当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的信息的前置摄像头。
下面结合本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本可选实施例提供了一种基于人脸识别技术的终端智能转屏技术的方法,利用终端的前置摄像头对人脸进行检测,并基于所识别的内容对终端做出转屏操作,从而使终端内容始终水平与用户的视线。本可选实施例使终端的自动转屏功能并不只依赖于重力传感器,可以使终端对是否需要转屏做出正确的选择。
为了实现上述目的,本可选实施例所采用的技术方案包括:前置摄像头人脸识别单元,终端重力传感器单元及转屏判断单元。
其中,该前置摄像头人脸识别单元,设置为终端对用户脸部的识别,终端通过该单元获取用户的脸部图像并作为转屏的判断条件之一;终端重力传感器单元,设置为检测终端相对于水平线的横竖状态,终端通过该单元获取终端的倾斜角度数据;该转屏判断单元可作为系统的计算单元,用于结合用户的脸部图像及终端的倾斜角度数据判断是否对终端做出转屏操作。
下面结合各模块的功能对本可选实施例进行详细的说明;
在本可选实施例中,前置摄像头人脸识别单元,设置为识别面对终端屏幕的用户的脸部信息,由于本发明实施例的整个系统只需要判断人脸相对于水平线的倾斜角度,因此该单元并不需要识别太多内容,只需要识别出用户的双眼即可。如此可使识别速度相对整个脸部的识别速度较快,也可使整个识别操作占用更少的系统资源。
终端重力感应传感器单元,设置为获取终端的倾斜状态,该倾斜状态在本可选实施例中可以通过该终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与水平线的夹角来确定。在一般的终端自动转屏应用中,该单元直接决定了终端是否做出转屏操作,而在本可选实施例中,该单元仅记录终端相对于水平线的倾斜角度,并作为判断终端是否转屏的数据之一使用。
转屏判断单元,设置为判断终端是否需要转屏,该单元基于所识别的用户脸部信息及终端的倾斜角度信息,并依照判断终端转屏的算法,对终端进行转屏操作。
需要说明的是,为了减少系统资源的占用,因此在灭屏状态下不启用该功能。
下面结合本可选实施例的智能转屏的流程对本可选实施例进行详细说明;
步骤S202:记录终端角度数据;
其中,在本可选实施例中可选地,在终端为竖直方向摆放时,终端单位显示内容(例如文字)的读取方向则是与竖直方向垂直的方向,在终端由竖直的方向向水平的方向旋转,以向左旋转为例,首先设定阈值,如当终端旋转超过六十度并且倾斜角度与水平线的夹角小于三十度或大于六十度时,进行一次终端水平线与水平线夹角数值的记录。
步骤S204:记录用户脸部信息数据;
其中,在本可选实施例中可选地,以用户脸部由竖直旋转至九十度(因为旋转方向与终端旋转方向相反,因此向右旋转)为例,进行数据的记录。由于需要做到系统资源占用最少,因此可以仅在步骤S202中终端的倾角超过阈值时开启前置摄像头,进行信息的记录,其中,记录的信息仅为用户的双眼信息。
步骤S206:利用转屏判断单元及获取的角度信息做出是否转屏的判断,计算单元获取记录的双眼信息,并获取双眼间连线与水平线的夹角。计算双眼间连线与终端水平线的夹角A,并设定一个阈值,当A超过这个阈值(如45°度)时,终端便进行转屏操作。
步骤S208:上述两个阈值的设定应使终端转屏后的内容,如文字图片等,始终处于人眼可识别的夹角范围内。
以上仅为本发明的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以用于控制终端屏幕显示画面的旋转。采用获取终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角,进而比较第一夹角与预定阈值,依据比较结果确定是否触发终端屏幕显示画面的旋转,即通过用户双眼的连线与显示画面所在平面的夹角来确定是否要触发终端显示画面的旋转,并不是简单的通过重力感应传感器来触发终端显示画面的旋转,这样更加人性化的实现了终端显示画面的旋转,解决了相关技术中误启动通过重力感应触发终端自动转屏功能的问题,提高了用户的体验效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端屏幕显示画面的旋转方法,包括:
    获取终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角;
    比较所述第一夹角与预定阈值,依据比较结果确定是否触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,依据比较结果确定是否触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转包括:
    在所述第一夹角大于或等于所述预定阈值时,触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转;
    在所述第一夹角小于所述预定阈值时,禁止触发所述终端显示画面的旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,所述方法还包括:
    显示用于是否触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,所述方法还包括:
    关闭所述终端通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在获取所述终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在的直线的夹角之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与水平线的第二夹角;
    在所述第二夹角满足预定范围时,触发开启用于获取当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的信息的前置摄像头。
  6. 一种终端屏幕显示画面的旋转装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取所述终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的第一夹角;
    旋转模块,设置为比较所述第一夹角与预定阈值,依据比较结果确定是否触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述旋转模块包括:
    触发单元,设置为在所述第一夹角大于或等于所述预定阈值时,触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转;
    禁止单元,设置为在所述第一夹角小于所述预定阈值时,禁止触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,在触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,设置为显示用于是否触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,在触发所述终端屏幕显示画面的旋转之前,所述装置还包括:
    关闭模块,设置为关闭所述终端通过重力感应传感器触发的自动旋转屏幕显示画面的功能。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,在获取所述终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与当前操作用户双眼连线所在的直线的夹角之前,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取所述终端屏幕单位显示内容的读取方向所在直线与水平线的第二夹角;
    触发模块,设置为在所述第二夹角满足预定范围时,触发开启用于获取当前操作用户双眼连线所在直线的信息的前置摄像头。
