背景技术
在现有技术中,在同一基站所覆盖的网络系统中的终端,在信息传输的过程中,通常根据CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance,载波侦听多址访问)协议进行数据的传输。在终端通过信道发送数据之前先侦听无线信道是否处于忙碌状态,即要侦听此时无线信道中是否有数据正在进行传输。当信道处于忙碌状态时,终端等待至信道处于空闲状态;当信道处于空闲状态时,终端延迟一段时间,比如:SIFS(Short Inter-Frame Space,短帧间间隙)、PIFS(Point Inter-Frame Space,PCF帧间间隙)或DIFS((Distributed Inter-Frame Spacing,DCF帧间间隙),之后按照均匀分布规则将竞争窗口(Contention Window,CW)在时间上划分成(CW-1)份,得到区间[0,CW-1],并从区间中选取一个整数作为退避计数器的初始值,当退避计数器的值减为0且信道仍然处于空闲状态时,此时,终端可以获取该信道用以发送数据。
在实际应用中,用户可以通过手动调整将终端的竞争窗口调大或调小,来提高信道获取的成功率。比如:当用户将终端A的竞争窗口调小之后,其他终端的竞争窗口的大小不变,则终端A在网络系统中获取信道的传输机会的几率增大。但是,这同时也降低了网络系统中其他终端获取信道的传输机会的几率,使网络系统中的终端无法公平的竞争资源。

本发明实施例可以用于一种网络系统,网络系统中至少包括:终端和网络设备,其中,网络设备用于为终端提供网络接入的接口,比如:为终端提供无线网络接入的接口的基站。如图1所示的网络系统中,终端A和终端B之间可以采用DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication,专用短程通信技术)接口或者其它的802.11接口进行数据传输;基站和终端A之间,或基站和终端B之间可以采用基站和LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)终端之间的接口进行数据传输,比如:采用LTE-Uu接口进行数据传输。
本发明实施例提供一种调整竞争窗口的方法,该方法流程均由网络设备实现。如图2所示,所述方法包括:
101、网络设备获取终端信息。
其中,所述终端信息包括终端数量和终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数。当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,执行步骤102,否则不需要确定终端的竞争窗的调整方案。
以网络设备是基站为例,基站可以周期性获取终端信息,比如:统计单位时间内,基站提供的网络所覆盖区域中的每个终端竞争失败的次数。终端上可以设置计数器,将计数器的初始值设置为0,当每个终端每次竞争失败时,可以将终端上的计数器所记录的终端竞争失败的次数加1,且在达到单位时间时,将计数器所记录的终端竞争失败的次数向基站发送,并将计数器清零;或者,基站提供的网络所覆盖区域中的每个终端每次竞争失败时,向基站上报竞争失败的结果,基站分别记录每个终端竞争失败的次数,在达到单位时间时,基站分别统计所记录的每个终端竞争失败的次数。
基站还可以实时获取终端信息,比如:实时获取基站提供的网络所覆盖区域中的终端的数量,基站可以通过广播的方式向基站提供的网络所覆盖区域中的每个终端发送消息,在每个终端接收到基站广播的消息之后,向基站发送响应消息,此时基站可以通过统计终端发送的响应消息的数量来确定当前基站提供的网络所覆盖区域中的终端的数量。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,终端信息不仅可以包括终端的数量或终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数,还可以包括其他影响终端获取资源几率的参数。

本发明实施例提供的一种调整竞争窗口的方法,当网络设备获取的终端信息超过预设门限值时,网络设备根据终端信息确定终端竞争窗口的调整方案,以便于终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方案,之后由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
由于当终端数量较多时,终端碰撞的几率较大,终端获取资源的几率较小;当终端数量较少时,终端碰撞的几率较小,终端获取资源的几率较大,因此,终端数量可以影响终端碰撞的几率,从而影响终端获取资源的几率。在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,终端数量可以作为考察终端获取资源的几率的参数,当所述终端信息为所述终端数量时,在如图2所示实现方式的基础上,步骤102所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,可以具体实现为如图4所示的步骤1021或步骤1022:

本发明实施例提供的一种调整竞争窗口的方法,当网络设备获取的终端信息超过预设门限值时,网络设备根据终端信息确定终端竞争窗口的调整方案,并通过广播方式向所有终端发送,以便于终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一 个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方案,之后通过广播方式向所有终端发送,由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使所有终端均可以接收到网络设备发送的调整方案,同时,每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
本发明实施例提供一种调整竞争窗口的装置20,如图7所示,图7所示的装置20用于执行图2所示的方法,所述装置20包括:
获取模块21,用于获取终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数。
确定模块22,用于当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,根据所述获取模块21获取的终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,所述调整方案用于所述终端根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,图7所示的装置20用于执行图4所示的方法,所述确定模块22具体用于:
确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第一预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第一预设关系包括所述终端数量和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第一预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,图7所示的装置20用于执行图5所示的方法,所述确定模块22具体用于:
确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第二预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第二预设关系包括所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第二预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,如图8所示,图8所示的装置20用于执行图6所示的方法,所述装置20还包括:
发送模块23,用于通过广播方式向所有终端发送所述确定模块22确定的所述调整方案。
本发明实施例提供的一种调整竞争窗口的装置,当网络设备获取的终端信息超过预设门限值时,网络设备根据终端信息确定终端竞争窗口的调整方案,以便于终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方案,之后由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
本发明实施例提供一种网络设备30,如图9所示,所述网络设备30设置有接收器31、发送器32、存储器33、处理器34和总线35,其中,接收器31、发送器32、存储器33、处理器34通过总线35通信连接。
存储器33可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)。存储器33可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。在通过软件或者固件来实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案时,用于实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案的程序代码保存在存储器33中,并由处理器34来执行。
接收器31和发送器32用于网络设备30与终端或通信网络(例如但不限于以太网,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)等)之间的通信。
处理器34可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。
总线35可包括一通路,在网络设备30中的各个部件(例如接收器31、发送器32、存储器33、处理器34)之间传送信息。
应注意,尽管图9所示的硬件仅仅示出了网络设备30的存储器33、接收器31和处理器34以及总线35,但是在具体实现过程中,本领域的技术人员应当明白,该终端还包含实现正常运行所必须的其他器件。同时,根据具体需要,还可包含实现其他功能的硬件器件。
在本发明实施例中,所述存储器33,用于存储包括程序指令的信息。
所述接收器31,用于获取终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数。
所述处理器34,用于当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,所述调整方案用于所述终端根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,当所述终端信息为终端数量时,所述处理器34,具体用于:
确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第一预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第一预设关系包括所述终端数量和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第一预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,当所述终端信息为所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数时,所述处理器34,具体用于:
确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第二预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第二预设关系包括所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第二预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
在本发明实施例的另一个实现方式中,所述发送器32,具体用于:
通过广播方式向所有终端发送所述调整方案。
本发明实施例提供的一种网络设备,当获取的终端信息超过预设门限值时,根据终端信息确定终端竞争窗口的调整方案,以便于终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方案,之后由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
本发明实施例提供一种终端40,如图10所示,所述终端40设置有 接收器41、发送器42、存储器43、处理器44和总线45,其中,接收器41、发送器42、存储器43、处理器44通过总线45通信连接。
存储器43可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)。存储器43可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。在通过软件或者固件来实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案时,用于实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案的程序代码保存在存储器43中,并由处理器44来执行。
接收器41和发送器42用于终端40与网络设备或通信网络(例如但不限于以太网,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)等)之间的通信。
处理器44可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。

所述处理器44,用于根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
本发明实施例提供的一种终端,当终端接收到网络设备根据终端信息确定的调整方案之后,根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方 案,之后由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
本发明实施例提供一种网络系统50,如图11所示,所述网络系统50包括任意一项所述的网络设备30和所述的终端40。
本发明实施例提供的一种网络系统,当网络设备获取的终端信息超过预设门限值时,网络设备根据终端信息确定终端竞争窗口的调整方案,以便于终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口。相比较于现有技术中由用户根据需要,单独调整某一个或多个终端的竞争窗口,本发明实施例可以通过网络设备获取终端信息,并根据终端信息确定调整方案,之后由终端根据调整方案,调整终端的竞争窗口,使每个终端信息超过预设门限值的终端均参与调整,以便于同时提高或者降低网络系统中所有终端获取资源的几率,从而提高网络系统中终端竞争资源的公平性。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种调整竞争窗口的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数;
    确定模块,用于当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,根据所述获取模块获取的终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,所述调整方案用于所述终端根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于:
    确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第一预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第一预设关系包括所述终端数量和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第一预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于:
    确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第二预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第二预设关系包括所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第二预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    发送模块,用于通过广播方式向所有终端发送所述确定模块确定的所述调整方案。
  5. 一种调整竞争窗口的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    网络设备获取终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数;
    当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,所述调整方案用于所述终端根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述终端信息为终端数量时,所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,包括:
    所述网络设备确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第一预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第一预设关系包括所述终端数量和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者,
    所述网络设备确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第一预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述终端信息为所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数时,所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,包括:
    所述网络设备确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第二预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第二预设关系包括所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者,
    所述网络设备确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第二预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备通过广播方式向所有终端发送所述调整方案。
  9. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备设置有接收器、发送器、存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储包括程序指令的信息;
    所述接收器,用于获取终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数;
    所述处理器,用于当所述终端信息超过预设门限值时,所述网络设备根据所述终端信息确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案,所述调整方案用于所述终端根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的网络设备,其特征在于,当所述终端信息为所述终端数量时,所述处理器,具体用于:
    确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第一预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第一预设关系包括所述终端数量和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端 按照所述第一预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的网络设备,其特征在于,当所述终端信息为所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数时,所述处理器,具体用于:
    确定所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所有终端按照第二预设关系调大所述竞争窗口,所述第二预设关系包括所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数和所述竞争窗口大小的匹配关系;或者用于所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案为所述所有终端按照所述第二预设关系调小所述竞争窗口。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述发送器,具体用于:
    通过广播方式向所有终端发送所述调整方案。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端设置有接收器、发送器、存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储包括程序指令的信息;
    所述发送器,用于发送终端信息,所述终端信息包括终端数量或所述终端单位时间内竞争失败的次数;
    所述接收器,用于获取所述终端竞争窗口的调整方案;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述调整方案,调整所述终端的竞争窗口。
  14. 一种网络系统,其特征在于,所述网络系统包括权利要求9至12中任意一项所述的网络设备和权利要求13所述的终端。
