Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de traitement de trafic de média for un système basé sur un pivot fédérant des systèmes disparates de communications unifiées. Selon un mode de réalisation, un système comprend un serveur de fédération qui est configuré pour se connecter à un premier système de communications unifiées et à un deuxième système de communications unifiées, le serveur de fédération recevant une demande de déclenchement d'appel multimédia en provenance d'un premier client du premier système de communications unifiées, la demande de déclenchement d'appel multimédia déclenchant un appel multimédia avec un deuxième client du deuxième système de communications unifiées, et le serveur de fédération fournissant un localisateur uniforme de ressource au deuxième client d'après la demande de déclenchement d'appel multimédia, le localisateur uniforme de ressource étant configuré pour inviter un utilisateur sur le deuxième client vers un navigateur à accepter l'appel multimédia.
