如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种内容植入的实现方法,该方法包括:
步骤S10,检测到用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求后,根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性;
步骤S20,根据用户的属性确定植入内容;
步骤S30,伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端;所述连接响应用于指示用户终端分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求;
所述方法还可以包括下述特点:
可选地,检测到用户终端发送的第一网页地址的连接请求,包括:
通过并联在接入设备出口的分光链路检测到用户终端发送的第一网页地址的连接请求;
其中,移动电话网对应的接入设备包括:GGSN(Gateway GPRS Support Node,网关GPRS支持节点)、PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node,分组数据服务节点)或PGW(PDN GateWay,PDN网关);
固网对应的接入设备包括:BRAS(Broadband Remote Access Server,宽带远程接入服务器)、或CR(Core Router,核心路由器);
可选地,所述用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求为超文本传输协议HTTP GET请求;
可选地,根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性,包括:
从所述连接请求中提取出用户的基本信息,根据用户的基本信息查询用户的远程用户拨号认证系统Radius(Remote Authentication Dial In User Service)消息,获得用户的属性信息;
可选地,用户的属性信息包括以下信息的至少一种:用户账号、套餐类型、用户终端类型、用户终端位置区域、HTTP GET请求的统一资源定位符URL;
可选地,根据用户的属性确定植入内容,包括:
根据获取到的用户属性信息向策略控制中心模块发送查询请求,接收所 述策略控制中心模块返回的查询响应,根据所述查询响应确定植入内容的URL;

伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
其中,所述脚本文件用于用户终端自动执行该脚本文件后,分别向所述第一网页URL和所述植入内容URL发起连接请求;
可选地,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端,包括:
伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
其中,所述脚本文件用于用户终端自动执行该脚本文件后,分别向所述第一网页URL和所述植入内容URL发起连接请求;接收到植入内容URL对应的服务器返回的响应内容后,以漂浮窗口显示所述植入内容;
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种内容植入的实现装置,该装置包括:
策略执行模块201,设置为检测到用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求后,根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性,向策略控制中心模块发送查询请求,其中携带所述用户的属性信息;接收到所述策略控制中心模块返回的查询响应后,从中提取出植入内容的网页地址;伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端;所述连接响应用于指示用户终端分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求;
策略控制中心模块202,设置为接收到策略执行模块发送的查询请求后,根据所述用户的属性信息确定植入内容,向所述策略执行模块返回查询响应,其中携带所述植入内容的网页地址;

实施例1
如图3所示为本发明实施例的系统组成架构图。系统包括:策略执行模块、策略控制中心模块和内容广告平台。
如图4所示,本发明实施例的内容植入的实现方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201:用户联网请求认证通过后,用户终端向某个服务提供商(Service Provider,SP)网站发起HTTP GET请求。
步骤202:策略执行模块通过分光部署,获取到用户终端的HTTP GET请求。
步骤203:策略执行模块结合用户的Radius消息,与用户的HTTP GET请求进行关联,获得用户帐号、套餐类型。同时通过解析用户的HTTP GET请求获得HTTP请求URL、终端类型、位置区域等信息。策略执行模块将上述信息发送给策略控制中心模块。
步骤204:策略控制中心模块根据收到的信息,根据用户帐号、套餐类型、请求URL、终端类型、位置信息等到数据库中匹配此用户的访问喜好数据,得到匹配的广告URL和对应的脚本,返回给策略执行模块。
步骤205:策略执行模块根据广告URL和脚本,构造发送给SP的伪造终端断链包和发送给终端的伪造SP响应包。
步骤206:策略执行模块将构造的伪造终端断链包发送给SP。
步骤207:策略执行模块将构造的SP响应包发送给终端,返回的SP响应包中含有脚本内容和用户原请求URL,广告内容URL及终端屏幕适配等信息。
步骤208:终端设备收到响应包后,执行响应包中脚本,所述脚本要求终端顺序陆续发起对应的HTTP请求。
步骤209:终端设备先向SP网站继续发起对原URL的HTTP请求。
步骤210:SP网站返回对应内容。
步骤211:终端设备再向广告内容平台发起对广告内容URL的HTTP请求。
步骤212:广告内容平台返回对应内容。
步骤213:终端设备按脚本要求,在用户网页上叠加内容窗口,窗口形式可以是左右对联或横幅窗口、顶端或下端弹出窗口、左下角弹出窗口、居中弹出窗口等方式,窗口中展示广告的内容。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述方法。
由上述的实施可见,在移动互联网时代,通过本发明实施例的这种实现方法,通过网络访问终端用户级别的个性化策略配置,可以很方便实现单一用户或某类用户的内容植入服务,提高了用户运营商品牌粘度的同时,更为运营商带来一定的增值业务收入。
上述实施例提供的一种内容植入的实现方法和装置,根据用户终端连接第一网页地址的连接请求确定用户的属性,根据用户的属性确定植入内容,伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端,用户终端根据所述连接响应的指示分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求,同时显示网页内容和植入内容。本 发明实施例能够使内容植入过程与用户的正常上网过程并行执行,通过合理的内容植入策略,可分段,分区域,根据用户喜好进行内容植入且整个系统部署在运营商网络中,可大大减少时延,减轻内容植入对用户正常上网活动的影响。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
需要说明的是,本申请还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本申请精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本申请作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,根据用户终端连接第一网页地址的连接请求确定用户的属性,根据用户的属性确定植入内容,伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端,用户终端根据所述连接响应的指示分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求,同时显示网页内容和植入内容。本发明实施例能够使内容植入过程与用户的正常上网过程并行执行,减轻内容植入对用户正常上网活动的影响。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种内容植入的实现方法,包括:
    检测到用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求后,根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性;
    根据用户的属性确定植入内容;
    伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端;所述连接响应用于指示用户终端分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的实现方法,其中:
    检测到用户终端发送的第一网页地址的连接请求,包括:
    通过并联在接入设备出口的分光链路检测到用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的实现方法,其中:
    根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性,包括:
    从所述连接请求中提取出用户的基本信息,根据用户的基本信息查询用户的远程用户拨号认证系统Radius消息,获得用户的属性信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的实现方法,其中:
    用户的属性信息包括以下信息的至少一种:用户账号、套餐类型、用户终端类型、用户终端位置区域、HTTP GET请求的统一资源定位符URL。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的实现方法,其中:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端,包括:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
    其中,所述脚本文件用于用户终端自动执行该脚本文件后,分别向所述第一网页统一资源定位符URL和所述植入内容URL发起连接请求。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的实现方法,其中:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端,包括:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
    其中,所述脚本文件用于用户终端自动执行该脚本文件后,分别向所述第一网页统一资源定位符URL和所述植入内容URL发起连接请求;接收到植入内容URL对应的服务器返回的响应内容后,以漂浮窗口显示所述植入内容。
  7. 一种内容植入的实现装置,包括:
    策略执行模块,设置为检测到用户终端发送的连接第一网页地址的连接请求后,根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性,向策略控制中心模块发送查询请求,其中携带所述用户的属性信息;接收到所述策略控制中心模块返回的查询响应后,从中提取出植入内容的网页地址;伪造断链包并发送给所述第一网页地址对应的服务器以取消之前所述用户终端的连接请求,伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端;所述连接响应用于指示用户终端分别向所述第一网页地址和所述植入内容的网页地址发起连接请求;
    策略控制中心模块,设置为接收到策略执行模块发送的查询请求后,根据所述用户的属性信息确定植入内容,向所述策略执行模块返回查询响应,其中携带所述植入内容的网页地址。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的实现装置,其中:
    策略执行模块,是设置为采用以下方式检测到用户终端发送的第一网页地址的连接请求:
    通过并联在接入设备出口的分光链路检测到用户终端发送的第一网页地 址的连接请求。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的实现装置,其中:
    策略执行模块,是设置为采用以下方式根据所述连接请求确定用户的属性:
    从所述连接请求中提取出用户的基本信息,根据用户的基本信息查询用户的远程用户拨号认证系统Radius消息,获得用户的属性信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的实现装置,其中:

    策略执行模块,是设置为采用以下方式伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
    其中,所述脚本文件用于用户终端自动执行该脚本文件后,分别向所述第一网页统一资源定位符URL和所述植入内容URL发起连接请求。
  12. 如权利要求7或8所述的实现装置,其中:
    策略执行模块,是设置为采用以下方式伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应并发送给所述用户终端:
    伪造所述第一网页地址对应的服务器的连接响应,在所述连接响应中携带脚本文件;
