接收来自发起终端的携带有发起终端自身支持的共享能力的共享能力探测请求;当接收到第一通知,将接收到的共享能力探测请求转发给联系终端;接收来自联系终端返回的共享能力探测响应,并转发给发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端;
所述能力发现模块是设置为:通过对用户数据管理模块的查询,确定需要探测的联系终端是否注册,如果已注册,向第二会话处理模块输出第一通知;
可选地,还包括用户数据管理模块,设置为存储包括有用户注册状态的用户信息的核心数据库。

与相关技术相比,本申请技术方案包括:核心网接收到来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求,确定出需要探测的联系终端已注册;将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端,并将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起终端。本发明实施例提供的技术方案通过共享能力探测过程,使得终端如RCS终端/IMS终端之间,方便有效地发现了可共享的每一类软硬件资源。这样一来,在直连范围内的终端如RCS终端/IMS终端之间,通过传输层的直连,每个终端如RCS终端/IMS终端的每一类软硬件资源实现了共享,为在共享的基础上衍生出众多创新型的应用提供了基础。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
图1为本发明实施例的发现共享资源的方法的流程图,如图1所示,包括:
步骤100:核心网接收到来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求,确定出需要探测的联系终端已注册。
本发明实施例中的终端,包括发起终端、联系终端等,既可以是RCS终端,也可以是IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,简称IMS)终端。
本步骤中,在接收到共享能力探测请求时,会查询需要探测的联系终端即被请求方的IMS注册状态,以确定出需要探测的联系终端是否注册。
本步骤中,可以采用IP选项(IP OPTIONS)报文作为实现共享能力探测的共享能力探测请求的请求报文。其中,IP OPTIONS报文的联系(Contact)字段中携带发起终端的IP地址,以及,接受-联系(Accept-Contact)字段携带共享能力集,用于发起终端询问联系终端支持该字段中的哪些能力。
步骤101:将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端,并将来自联系终端支持的共享能力返回给发起终端。
本步骤包括:
如果联系终端已注册,将对IP OPTIONS报文处理后的会话发起协议选项(SIP OPTIONS)报文转发给已注册的联系终端,由已注册的联系终端来处理共享能力探测请求,此时,收到SIP OPTIONS报文的联系终端,会经由核心网向发起终端返回共享能力探测响应如200OK响应,同时将联系终端自身支持的共享能力携带在200OK响应报文的Contact字段中。需要说明的是,如果联系终端本身不支持任何资源的共享,那么,在返回的200OK响应报文的Contact字段中不携带任何共享能力。
如果确定出需要探测的联系终端未注册,本发明实施例的方法还包括:
核心网直接向发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端返回请求超时或是对方不可达的响应,比如:直接向发起终端返回480请求超时(480Request Timeout)或者408暂时不可达(408Temporary Unavailable)的响应。
本发明实施例的方法通过共享能力探测过程,使得终端如RCS终端/IMS终端之间,方便有效地发现了可共享的每一类软硬件资源。这样一来,在直连范围内的终端如RCS终端/IMS终端之间,通过传输层的直连,每个终端如RCS终端/IMS终端的每一类软硬件资源实现了共享,为在共享的基础上衍生出众多创新型的应用提供了基础。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指
令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述发现共享资源的方法。
图2为本发明实施例的发现共享资源的系统的组成结构示意图,如图2所示,至少包括终端、以及核心网;其中,
终端,设置为发起共享能力探测请求;获得联系终端的共享能力;
核心网,设置为接收到来自终端的共享能力探测请求,确定出需要探测的联系终端已注册,将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端;将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起共享能力探测请求的终端。
其中,
终端至少包括第一会话处理模块、资源共享管理模块;其中,
资源共享管理模块,设置为整理并存储本终端自身支持的共享能力即可共享软硬件资源,以及存储其他联系终端的可共享资源。其中,共享能力信息包括但不限于终端软硬件资源的功能、性能、媒体参数等等。
第一会话处理模块,设置为向核心网发起共享能力探测请求;接收经由核心网转发的来自联系终端的共享能力探测响应。
可选地,第一会话处理模块还设置为:接收到经由核心网转发的来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求,将本终端支持的共享能力携带在共享能力探测响应经由核心网返回给发起终端。需要说明的是,如果第一会话处理模块所属终端本身不支持任何资源的共享,那么,在返回的共享能力探测响应中不携带任何共享能力。
第一会话处理模块是对SIP协议的实现,SIP协议是实现RCS的基础协议,本发明实施例中,要对多种SIP方法进行扩展,这些扩展都需要会话控制模块来支持。第一会话处理模块对资源共享管理模块提供发起和响应共享能力探测的接口,在收到共享能力探测请求时还要向上通知资源共享管理模块。
对于终端如RCS终端/IMS终端的用户来说,为了便于操作,终端还可以提供在资源共享过程中与用户的UI交互界面,这样,用户可以通过UI交互编辑和保存本终端的可共享资源,发起共享能力探测请求,接受或拒绝联系终端的共享能力探测,也可以查看联系终端的共享能力。这里强调的是在终
端提供可供用户对可共享资源的编辑如查询、修改、删除等,以及查询的功能,具体实现属于本领域技术人员的惯用技术手段,具体实现并不用于限定本发明的保护范围,这里不再赘述。
此外,终端还包括如无线接入模块、局域网接入模块等对应不同网络接入的功能模块。
核心网至少包括第二会话处理模块、用户数据管理模块,以及能力发现模块;其中,
第二会话处理模块,设置为接收来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求;当接收到第一通知,将接收到的共享能力探测请求转发给联系终端;接收来自联系终端返回的共享能力探测响应,并转发给发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端;当接收到第二通知,直接向发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端返回如请求超时或是对方不可达的共享能力探测响应。
能力发现模块,是实现终端之间共享能力探测的重要网元,设置为通过对用户数据管理模块的查询,确定需要探测的联系终端是否注册,如果已注册,向第二会话处理模块输出第一通知;如果未注册,向第二会话处理模块输出第二通知。
用户数据管理模块,设置为存储用户信息的核心数据库,包括静态数据和动态数据。其中,静态数据包括融合通信用户标识、用户的业务触发信息等,动态数据包括用户注册状态等。
第二会话处理模块还设置为实现对终端的注册、鉴权、会话控制和信令路由等功能。
能力发现模块还设置为:提供每一种消息业务,比如点对点消息、群聊消息等。
其中,第二会话处理模块可以设置在已有服务呼叫会话控制功能(Serving Call Session Control Function,简称S-CSCF)中;用户数据模块也可以设置在S-CSCF中,但需要从归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,简称HSS)中获取部分用户数据;能力发现模块可以设置在已有呈现服务器(Presence Server)中。
图3为本发明实施例的发现共享资源的方法的实施例的流程图,本实施例中,以终端为RCS终端为例,假设终端A可以在多种场景下发起共享能力探测请求,如图3所示,包括:
步骤300:终端A可以在多种场景下发起共享能力探测,比如可以在登录后对每个RCS联系终端发起共享能力探测请求,也可以只针对在直连范围内的RCS联系终端发起共享能力探测请求。
本步骤中,终端A的资源共享管理模块首先获取本终端的可共享资源,然后调用第一会话处理模块的接口发送共享能力探测请求,以向终端B发起共享能力探测。
在本实施例中,假设以SIP OPTIONS方法作为共享能力探测请求的报文。第一会话处理模块在构造OPTIONS报文时,根据自身所属终端A的可共享资源生成Contact字段中携带所述发起终端的IP地址,而Accept-Contact字段为询问对方是否支持的共享能力集。
步骤301:IMS核心网接收由终端A发给终端B的共享能力探测请求。
步骤302:IMS核心网中的能力发现模块在收到共享能力探测请求后,首先向用户数据管理功能查询终端B的注册状态。
步骤303:如果终端B还未在IMS核心网注册,进入步骤304;如果终端B已在IMS核心网注册,进入步骤305。
步骤304:IMS核心网的能力发现模块不再转发该接收到的共享能力探测请求,而是直接向终端A返回408Request Timeout或者480Temporary Unavailable响应。结束本流程。
此时,终端A收到该响应后就知道终端B此时不支持资源共享,对终端B的共享能力探测结束。
步骤305:如果终端B已注册,能力发现模块将共享能力探测请求转发给终端B。
步骤306~步骤307:终端B在收到共享能力探测请求后,首先要决定是否接受该共享能力探测请求,如果接受,进入步骤308;如果不接受,进入步骤309。
这里,决定是否接受该共享能力探测请求的方式可以是:通过UI界面向
用户发起是否接受的询问;也可以是:由用户通过UI界面预先进行统一设置,这样避免了每次收到共享能力探测请求都需要用户进行选择的麻烦。
步骤308:如果终端B接受共享能力探测请求,其资源共享管理模块将获取终端B自身的可共享资源,而其第一会话控制模块根据本终端的共享资源探测响应报文,其中的Contact字段中携带有终端B支持的共享能力集。之后进入步骤310。
步骤309:如果终端B不接受共享能力探测请求,共享资源探测响应报文的Contact字段中则不携带终端B支持的共享能力集。
步骤310:终端B向终端A返回共享资源探测响应报文如200OK响应报文。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的每个模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的可选实施例,当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
上述技术方法使得终端如RCS终端/IMS终端之间,方便有效地发现了可共享的每一类软硬件资源,为在共享的基础上衍生出众多创新型的应用提供了基础。
Claims (19)
- 一种发现共享资源的方法,包括:核心网接收到来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求,确定出需要探测的联系终端已注册;将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端,并将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述共享能力探测请求为IP选项IP OPTIONS报文;其中,IP OPTIONS报文的联系Contact字段中携带所述发起终端的IP地址;IP OPTIONS报文的接受-联系Accept-Contact字段携带所述发起终端询问联系终端支持该字段中的哪些能力的共享能力集。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端包括:将对所述IP OPTIONS报文处理后得到的会话发起协议选项SIP OPTIONS报文转发给所述已注册的联系终端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起终端包括:所述收到SIP OPTIONS报文的联系终端,经由核心网向所述发起终端返回共享能力探测响应,同时将联系终端自身支持的共享能力携带在共享能力探测响应的Contact字段中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,如果所述联系终端本身不支持任何资源的共享,所述将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起终端包括:所述收到SIP OPTIONS报文的联系终端,经由核心网向所述发起终端返回共享能力探测响应,在返回的共享能力探测响应的Contact字段中不携带任何共享能力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,如果确定出所述需要探测的联系终端未注册,该方法还包括:所述核心网向所述发起终端返回请求超时或是对方不可达的响应。
- 一种终端,包括第一会话处理模块、资源共享管理模块;其中,资源共享管理模块,设置为整理并存储本终端自身支持的共享能力即可共享软硬件资源,以及存储其他联系终端的可共享资源;第一会话处理模块,设置为向核心网发起共享能力探测请求;接收经由核心网转发的来自其他联系终端的共享能力探测响应。
- 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述第一会话处理模块还设置为:接收到经由核心网转发的来自发起终端的共享能力探测请求,将本终端支持的共享能力携带在共享能力探测响应经由核心网返回给发起终端。
- 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述第一会话处理模块还设置为:接收来自核心网的请求超时或是对方不可达的共享能力探测响应。
- 根据权利要求7、8或9所述的终端,所述终端还包括:对应不同网络接入的功能模块。
- 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述终端为RCS终端或IMS终端。
- 一种核心网,包括第二会话处理模块,以及能力发现模块;其中,第二会话处理模块,设置为接收到来自终端的共享能力探测请求;将共享能力探测请求转发给已注册的联系终端;将来自联系终端的共享能力返回给发起共享能力探测请求的终端;能力发现模块,设置为确定出需要探测的联系终端已注册。
- 根据权利要求12所述的核心网,其中,所述第二会话处理模块是设置为:接收来自发起终端的携带有发起终端自身支持的共享能力的共享能力探测请求;当接收到第一通知,将接收到的共享能力探测请求转发给联系终端;接收来自联系终端返回的共享能力探测响应,并转发给发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端;所述能力发现模块是设置为:通过对用户数据管理模块的查询,确定需 要探测的联系终端是否注册,如果已注册,向第二会话处理模块输出第一通知。
- 根据权利要求13所述的核心网,还包括用户数据管理模块,设置为存储包括有用户注册状态的用户信息的核心数据库。
- 根据权利要求13所述的核心网,其中,所述能力发现模块还设置为:确定出所述需要探测的联系终端未注册,向所述第二会话处理模块输出第二通知;所述核心网的第二会话处理模块还设置为:当接收到第二通知,向所述发起共享能力探测请求的发起终端返回请求超时或是对方不可达的共享能力探测响应。
- 根据权利要求12~15任一项所述的核心网,其中,所述第二会话处理模块还设置为:实现对终端的注册、鉴权、会话控制和信令路由。
- 根据权利要求12~15任一项所述的核心网,其中,所述能力发现模块还设置为:提供每一种消息业务。
- 根据权利要求12~15任一项所述的核心网,其中,所述第二会话处理模块设置在S-CSCF中;所述用户数据模块设置在S-CSCF中,并从HSS获取部分用户数据;所述能力发现模块设置在呈现服务器中。
