Description

一种立杆塑包铝LED灯 技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯的技术领域,特别涉及一种立杆塑包铝LED灯结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,立杆式节能灯的发光角度都比较大,但少见升级为LED灯。因此,本发明人对此进行研究,并对升级结构进行合理设计,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,以提升产品安全性,增强发光效果。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,由圆筒状塑料玻璃管、LED芯片、mcpcb铝基板(金属基印刷电路板)、圆管状立杆、电路板、散热体、塑料玻璃灯体和灯头组成,圆筒状塑料玻璃管的上端封闭而下端开口,圆筒状塑料玻璃管的下端与塑料玻璃灯体的上端通过超声波焊接或扣位连接在一起,散热体紧密固定在塑料玻璃灯体中,电路板安装在散热体中,圆管状立杆位于圆筒状塑料玻璃管中且下端插置在散热体上,圆管状立杆的表面和顶部都固定有铝基板,LED芯片安装在mcpcb铝基板上并电连接,灯头固定在塑料玻璃灯体的下端,灯头通过电路板也与mcpcb铝基板电连接。
所述圆筒状塑料玻璃管和塑料玻璃灯体采用聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate简称PC)材料制成。
所述散热体与塑料玻璃灯体的间隙在0.1-1mm之间。
所述圆筒状塑料玻璃管的表面具有菱形或弧形或梯形的凸起。
所述散热体的顶部还罩有反射套。
所述散热体的中央形成插接管,圆管状立杆的下端通过过盈配合或螺钉固定插置在散热体的插接管上。
所述mcpcb铝基板包括长条铝基板和圆形铝基板,圆管状立杆的表面形成T型插槽,长条铝基板固定插置在插槽中,圆形铝基板借助螺钉等固定在圆管状立杆的顶部。
所述电路板包括中央电路板和周边电路板,中央电路板固定在散热体的插接管中央,圆形铝基板通过中央电路板与灯头电连接,周边电路板固定在散热体的插接管上,长条铝基板通过周边电路板与灯头电连接。
采用上述方案后,本发明因为由圆筒状塑料玻璃管和塑料玻璃灯体作为外壳,使整灯采用全塑外壳,而且,散热体与塑料玻璃灯体紧密配合,所以,LED芯片发光以及电路板工作时产生热量通过mcpcb铝基板、圆管状立杆和散热体一起散热,使整灯温度低,安全性高,全塑外壳可以防漏电和防发热。
另外,圆管状立杆的表面和顶部都固定有带LED芯片的铝基板,增加了整灯的发光角度,再配合圆筒状塑料玻璃管表面的菱形或弧形或梯形的凸起,还可以增加整灯的发光均匀性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明揭示的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,由圆筒状塑料玻璃管1、LED芯片2、mcpcb铝基板3、圆管状立杆4、电路板5、散热体6、塑料玻璃灯体7和灯头8组成。
圆筒状塑料玻璃管1的上端封闭而下端开口。圆筒状塑料玻璃管1的下端与塑料玻璃灯体7的上端通过超声波焊接在一起,形成安装其他构件的空腔。圆筒状塑料玻璃管1和塑料玻璃灯体7具体可以采用聚碳酸酯材料制成。圆筒状塑料玻璃管1的表面还具有菱形或弧形或梯形的凸起11,此凸起11可以增加整灯的发光均匀性。
散热体6紧密固定在塑料玻璃灯体7中,以利于快速有效地散热,最佳结构是散热体6与塑料玻璃灯体7的间隙在0.1-1mm之间。散热体6的顶部还罩有反射套9,增加发光效果。
圆管状立杆4位于圆筒状塑料玻璃管1中,且圆管状立杆4的下端插置在散热体6上,为了方便固定,在散热体6的中央形成插接管61,圆管状立杆4的下端通过过盈配合或螺钉固定插置在散热体6的插接管61上。
mcpcb铝基板3固定在圆管状立杆4的表面和顶部,LED芯片2安装在mcpcb铝基板3上并且LED芯片2和mcpcb铝基板3电连接,圆管状立杆4的表面和顶部都有LED芯片2,增加了整灯的发光角度。mcpcb铝基板3具体可以包括长条铝基板31和圆形铝基板32,圆管状立杆4的表面形成T型插槽41,长条铝基板31固定插置在插槽41中,圆形铝基板32则借助螺钉等固定在圆管状立杆4的顶部。
电路板5安装在散热体6中。电路板5具体可以包括中央电路板51和周边电路板52,中央电路板51固定在散热体6的插接管61中央,圆形铝基板32与中央电路板51电连接,周边电路板52固定在散热体6的插接管61上,与周边电路板52电连接。
灯头8固定在塑料玻璃灯体7的下端,灯头8通过中央电路板51与圆形铝基板32电连接,通过周边电路板52与长条铝基板31电连接。
本发明工作时,由灯头8导通电源,再通过中央电路板51向圆形铝基板32上的LED芯片2供电,通过周边电路板52向长条铝基板31上的LED芯片2供电,使LED芯片2发光,光线直接透过圆筒状塑料玻璃管1进行光扩散,或通过反射套9反射再透过圆筒状塑料玻璃管1进行光扩散,实现照明。
本发明LED芯片2发光以及电路板5工作时产生热量通过mcpcb铝基板3、圆管状立杆4和散热体6一起散热,使整灯温度低,安全性高,全塑外壳可以防漏电和防发热。

1、一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:由圆筒状塑料玻璃管、LED芯片、mcpcb铝基板、圆管状立杆、电路板、散热体、塑料玻璃灯体和灯头组成,圆筒状塑料玻璃管的上端封闭而下端开口,圆筒状塑料玻璃管的下端与塑料玻璃灯体的上端通过超声波焊接或扣位连接在一起,散热体紧密固定在塑料玻璃灯体中,电路板安装在散热体中,圆管状立杆位于圆筒状塑料玻璃管中且下端插置在散热体上,圆管状立杆的表面和顶部都固定有铝基板,LED芯片安装在mcpcb铝基板上并电连接,灯头固定在塑料玻璃灯体的下端,灯头通过电路板也与mcpcb铝基板电连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述圆筒状塑料玻璃管和塑料玻璃灯体采用聚碳酸酯材料制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种全塑圆环LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体与塑料玻璃灯体的间隙在0.1-1mm之间。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述圆筒状塑料玻璃管的表面具有菱形或弧形或梯形的凸起。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体的顶部还罩有反射套。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体的中央形成插接管,圆管状立杆的下端通过过盈配合或螺钉固定插置在散热体的插接管上。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述mcpcb铝基板包括长条铝基板和圆形铝基板,圆管状立杆的表面形成T型插槽,长条铝基板固定插置在插槽中,圆形铝基板借助螺钉等固定在圆管状立杆的顶部。
8、如权利要求7所述的一种立杆塑包铝LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体的中央形成插接管,电路板包括中央电路板和周边电路板,中央电路板固定在散热体的插接管中央,圆形铝基板通过中央电路板与灯头电连接,周边电路板固定在散热体的插接管上,长条铝基板通过周边电路板与灯头电连接。
