Description

Neck support device and headset, electronic device having same
The present invention relates to a neck support device and a headset and an electronic device having the same, and more particularly, to a neck support device equipped with a function having low weight, compact appearance, and associated with a terminal, and a headset and an electronic device having the same. .
In general, single-neck syndrome or turtle neck syndrome (hereinafter referred to as turtle neck syndrome) is a symptom that the neck bone is deformed or curved forward. When the neck bone is dated, the shock dampening effect is reduced, which increases the probability of causing neck discs. In addition, a significant amount of stress on the muscles and spine of the shoulder can cause discomfort in everyday life.
In the past, Turtle Neck Syndrome has been known to occur as age and muscle mass decrease, but nowadays it is common to adolescents in the growing age who use mobile terminals such as smartphones and tablet PCs or young people who work mainly using computers. Regardless of gender or gender, it is frequently occurring. In recent years, products and exercise therapies for the correction of turtle neck syndrome have been introduced.
However, the known turtle neck correction device has not been sufficiently validated, and most patients rely on medication or have to visit a hospital for physical therapy. In addition, since most turtle neck correction devices have been developed for the purpose of correcting turtle neck symptoms or for the purpose of correction, the symptoms may be temporarily relieved, but the basic treatment is limited. In addition, the conventional turtle neck correction device is often bulky and heavy, which is not suitable to wear in everyday life, so many times and costs are often not satisfactory.
On the other hand, posture correction mechanisms for preventing turtles are relatively unknown. In addition, the known posture correcting apparatus is configured in such a manner as to acquire a posture through an image device that is mainly used, and provide a danger signal to the current posture based on the acquired data. Korean Patent Publication Nos. 10-2011-0094854, 10-2013-0023129, and the like are devices of the above-described method.
However, as described above, the conventional posture correcting mechanism provides only a danger signal to the user as described above, and thus does not substantially correct or prevent posture, thereby limiting effectiveness.
In addition, the conventional posture correction mechanism can be used only when a function of acquiring, transmitting, or displaying an image from a mobile terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet PC or a fixed terminal such as a desktop PC is installed. For posture correction, there was a cost problem of receiving additional functions in the form of an application or purchasing a new terminal equipped with the functions.
In addition, the conventional posture correcting apparatus as described above, does not wear directly on the human body, but merely performs a function of acquiring an image to inform the user of the danger of the current posture through the screen or a headset worn by the user, Posture correction mechanisms themselves had limitations in providing additional functionality.
It is an object of the present invention to wear a user to not only be alert to their posture, but also to correct the bad posture by yourself to support the neck support device that can treat, alleviate or prevent the turtle neck syndrome, and a headset, an electronic device having the same I'm trying to provide.

However, one frame portion of the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion 20 may be formed of a material having elasticity, while the other frame portion may be formed of a hard material having no elasticity. Both the portion 10 and the second frame portion 20 do not have elasticity, but a separate elastic member is disposed between the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion 20, or either frame portion 10 ( It is sufficient if it is provided between 20 and the band part 30, and the 2nd frame part 20 can move to an up-down direction.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the hinge groove 15 is formed in the first frame part 10, and the hinge protrusion 25 is formed in the second frame part 20, so that the first frame part 10 and the second frame part are formed. An elastic member 50 is hinged so that the frame part 20 is rotatable with each other, and the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 are elastically supported in the vertical direction such as a compression spring. Can be. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 are connected in a hinged manner as in the embodiment of FIG. 3, and an elastic member 50 such as a tension spring is connected to the connected points. May be installed. In this case, since the first frame portion 10 is rotatably coupled to the second frame portion 20, both ends of the second frame portion 20 may serve as a band portion. In addition to the structure described above, it is sufficient to have a configuration such that the user has elasticity between the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion 20 to the extent that the user can move the head freely in a certain range. The first frame portion and the second frame portion will be described based on the example in which both are elastic.
The first frame part 10, the second frame part 20, and the band part 30 may be integrally formed. In this case, the first frame portion 10, the second frame portion 20, the band portion 30 is formed of a single material having elasticity, such as metal or synthetic resin, or has a relatively high rigidity while having an elastic inside A thin core having a core (心 가지는) is provided on the outside and the outer peripheral surface of the core may be provided with a protective material having a relatively soft. The protective material may be preferably formed of soft silicone or soft material in consideration of direct contact with the skin.
And if the neck support device is a dual structure consisting of a core material and a protective material, the entire neck support device may be formed in a double structure, but only the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion 20 is formed in a double structure and the band portion 30 may be formed in a single structure using a material such as a protective material.
Here, the first frame portion 10, the second frame portion 20, the band portion 30 as shown in FIG. Can be. That is, the constricted portion may be formed to form the band portion 30 and both convex portions of the band portion 30 may form the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion 20.
However, as shown in FIG. 6, the plurality of frame portions 10 and 20 having a seed (C) shape are bundled so that both ends thereof have a band portion 30, and a rounded middle portion has a first frame portion 10 and a first portion, respectively. It may be formed to form the two frame portion 20. In this case, the first frame part and the second frame part may be bundled and fastened by a fastening member 60 such as a clip, and the band part 30 including the fastening member 60 may be wrapped and covered with a protective material 70.
Meanwhile, at least one of the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 may be bent near or at both ends of the other frame part. As a result, the distance between the two frame parts increases gradually as the distance between the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 is coupled to each other, and between the two frame parts 10 and 20. The spacing may be increased or decreased by the elastic force of the bent frame portion or by the elastic force of the elastic member when a separate elastic member is provided.
In this case, when the first frame part 10 is bent, the center portion of the first frame part 10 is bent downward so that the first frame part 10 corresponds to the breast line of the user. It may be desirable because it can increase the fit.
On the other hand, when the second frame part 20 is bent, the band part 30 is formed on the shoulder to bend only the front side of the second frame part 20 so that only the part contacting the user's chin is supported. It can be aesthetically advantageous as it can be supported and can be hidden in the collar.
In addition, since the role of the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 are different from each other, the cross-sectional shape may also be formed differently according to the role. For example, the first frame part 10 may be formed in a flat cross-sectional shape because the first frame part 10 is in close contact with the user's torso, and the second frame part 20 is supported in close contact with the user's chin. As in the jaw support surface 21 on the front side may be formed to have a larger area than other areas.
Meanwhile, the first frame part 10 or the second frame part 20 may be detachably coupled to the band part 30. For example, when the user is walking or simply exercising, it is good to move the neck more freely. In this case, the neck support device 1 may be stored separately, but when the neck support device 1 is added with a separate function such as a headset to be described later, some frame parts are separately stored and the headset function is added to the frame. Can be used while swelling in the neck.
To this end, as shown in FIG. 7, the band unit 30 may be formed with a frame mounting groove 31 in which any one of the first frame unit 10 and the second frame unit 20 is inserted into or separated from the band unit 30. have. Accordingly, the user may separate or combine the first frame portion 10 or the second frame portion 20 in the band portion as necessary to use it for use purposes. Of course, the frame mounting groove may be formed in the first frame portion 10 or the second frame portion 20.
Here, when the first frame portion 10 or the second frame portion (hereinafter, the second frame portion is described as a removable structure for convenience) 20 is detachably coupled to the band portion 30, the second frame portion Hook portion 80 may be provided between the band portion 30 and the second frame portion 20 so that 20 is not detached from the band portion 30.
For example, the hook portion 80 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hook protrusion 81 and the second frame portion 20, which is elastically installed on the band portion 30, as shown in Figs. 81 may be formed as a hook groove 82 is inserted.
The hook protrusion 81 is slidably coupled to the hook hole 83 provided in the band part 30 so that the hook protrusion 81 may be elastically supported in the hook groove direction by the hook spring 84 provided inside the hook hole 83.
A plurality of hook grooves 82 may be formed at regular intervals along the length direction of the second frame portion 20.
Neck support device according to the present invention as described above has the following effects.
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, when the user opens the band part 30 of the neck support device 1 and hangs on the user's neck, the first frame part 10 is held in close contact with the shoulder and chest of the user and the second frame is supported. The part 20 gently supports the user's chin and supports the head in an up and down direction.
Then, when the user uses a mobile terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet PC or sits in a chair and looks at the monitor of the laptop or desktop PC, the screen is lower than the gaze and the user tries to bow his head. Since the user must habitually bow his head or bow his head forward to avoid the habit of staring at the screen by winning the elastic force between the second frame part and the second frame part 20, the neck bone can be prevented or corrected. .
In addition, even if the user's head is slightly bowed, the neck support device distributes the weight of the head to reduce the load transmitted to the neck bone as well as the shoulder muscles or spine to prevent the pain caused or the posture is misaligned.
On the other hand, the neck support device according to the present embodiment can support the neck in the vertical direction and at the same time also in the front and rear direction can be more effectively suppressed to extend the neck forward.
For example, in the neck support device 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, one side of the band part 30 is supported by the user's back and is forwardly supported, such that the support part 33 is formed. A jaw support 23 may be formed to protrude from the rear side of the second frame part 20 supporting the jaw by supporting the user's jaw. The back support part 33 and the jaw support part 23 may be formed integrally with the band part 30 and the second frame part 20, but may be detachably provided in some cases.
As described above, the neck support device may be formed to support the user's chin only in the up and down direction, so that the user may not sufficiently suppress the habit of extending the neck toward the screen. However, when the neck support device 1 has the back support part 33 and the jaw support part 23 as in the present embodiment, the neck (or jaw) of the user is supported in the vertical direction and the neck is also supported in the front-rear direction. I can support it. Accordingly, it is possible to correct the habit of extending the neck forward while preventing the user from bowing his head, which may be more effective in preventing or correcting the turtle neck.
On the other hand, the neck support device according to the embodiments described above by the elastic force between the first frame portion and the second frame portion, the user can recognize the current neck position to correct the posture themselves or refrain from poor posture. However, in order to allow the user to recognize the current neck position or posture more accurately, the neck support device may be further provided with a gap maintaining part.
For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the interval maintaining part 90 is installed between the first frame part 10 and the second frame part 20 to detect a gap in real time to detect a change in gap between both frame parts. When the gap change detected by the gap detection unit 91 is more than a predetermined level and electrically connected to the unit 91 and the gap detection unit 91, it is determined that the neck is too bowed or pushed forward to signal a vibration or an alarm. The notification unit 92 may be generated.
The neck support device provided with the space maintaining part 90 as described above, the user using the neck support device (1) while the nerves are dull, so that between the first frame portion 10 and the second frame portion (20) If the neck is not detected only by the elastic force can be recognized that the current neck or the overall posture is leaned a lot by the interval maintaining unit 90 can be more effectively correct or prevent the turtle neck.
On the other hand, although not shown in the drawings, the neck support device according to the present invention may be further provided with a storage unit for storing the first frame and the second frame to keep the two frames overlapping. The storage unit may be applied to various embodiments, such as a band and a clip for binding two frames.
On the other hand, the neck support device according to the present invention can be added to a variety of functions in addition to correcting or preventing the turtle neck.
For example, it is noted that the neck support device corrects or prevents the turtle neck that commonly occurs in people who use a mobile terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet PC or use the PC for a long time. This feature can be added or an additional neck support can be added to an existing headset.
14 is a perspective view illustrating an example in which a headset function is mounted on a neck support device, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view illustrating an example in which a neck support device is mounted on a headset.
As shown in FIG. 14, since the basic configuration of the first frame part 110, the second frame part 120, and the band part 130 and the effects thereof are similar to those of the above-described embodiment, a detailed description thereof is provided. Is omitted. However, the first frame part (or the second frame part or the band part) 110 according to the present embodiment has a headset main body 151 built therein, and the headset main body 151 has a receiver which allows a user to listen to a sound by inserting it into an ear. 155 may be connected. Thus, the user can listen to the sound generated in the terminal using the neck support device.
The headset body 151 may include electronic components that process a control command of a user or transmit and receive a terminal and an electrical signal electrically connected to the headset body 151 to form a signal transmission unit for controlling the terminal. The headset body 151 may include an input unit 152 that receives a control command for operating a terminal electrically connected to the headset body 151. The headset body 151 may be provided with a conventional headset function such as a call function unit 153 for a phone call. In this way, the user can use the headset function only with the neck support device, or control the terminal connected to the headset body and use it as a mobile phone.
In addition, the battery unit 131 is formed in the band unit (or the first frame unit or the second frame unit) 130, and the battery unit 131 is configured to supply power required for the headset body or power required for the terminal.
