Description

语音电话回落的方法及系统、服务器和移动终端
本申请要求于2015年04月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为CN 201510218934.7、发明名称为“语音电话回落的方法及系统、服务器和移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种语音电话回落的方法、一种CSCF服务器、一种移动终端、一种移动管理服务器和一种语音电话回落的系统。
背景技术
在目前的LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)网络覆盖不完全和IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体系统)业务尚未完全展开的情况下,为了保障移动终端的语音业务的可靠性,LTE网络提供了CSFB(Circuit Switched Fallback,语音电话回落)和SRVCC(Single Radio Voice Call Continuity,双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性)两种技术。
在相关技术中,当移动终端或LTE网络无法支持IMS业务时,移动终端通过语音电话回落(CSFB)技术从LTE网络回落到2G(The 2nd Generation Mobile Communication Technology,第2代移动通信技术)/3G(The 3rd Generation Mobile Communication Technology,第3代移动通信技术)电路域完成通话业务;而当移动终端和LTE网络支持IMS业务时,通过双模单待无线语音呼叫连续性(SRVCC)技术,移动终端可以从LTE网络切换到2G/3G网络,从而保证电话呼叫的连续性。
然而,是选择CSFB模式还是SRVCC模式,需要在移动终端侧进行配置,如此,不利于IMS业务的部署:如果移动终端配置不支持IMS业务,移动终端即使在部署了IMS业务的LTE网络中也须通过LTE网络的OTA(Over The Air,手机等移动终端应用的“空中下载”技术)信令发起CSFB,那么,随着IMS业务在网络侧部署的逐渐成熟,升级移动终端支持IMS业务需要大量的时间和精力,同时也影响原有2G/3G网络向LTE网络的迁移; 如果移动终端支持IMS业务,移动终端和LTE网络不会发起CSFB,而是使用VoLTE(Voice Over LTE,基于IMS的语音业务)和SRVCC技术进行语音通话,那么,在LTE网络和IMS业务部署尚未成熟的地区,会产生大量的呼叫失败和掉话的情况,而且也无法保证语音通话的质量。
因此,需要一种新的语音回落的方法,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,可以有效地指导移动终端执行语音电话回落操作,以确保语音电话的连续性,进而有效地提高支持IMS业务的移动终端的语音通话质量,提升用户体验,同时实现了使LTE网络可以根据当前网络状态选择移动终端的语音通信方式。
有鉴于此,本发明的第一方面,提出了一种语音电话回落的方法,用于CSCF服务器,包括:接收来自移动终端的发起VoLTE语音业务的协议信令;根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动终端的移动管理实体发送业务查询指令;接收来自所述移动管理实体的查询结果,并根据所述查询结果向所述移动终端发送语音电话回落命令,以使所述移动终端执行语音电话回落操作;其中,所述协议信令中包括用于标记所述移动终端支持所述协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作的目标标识,所述查询指令用于使所述移动管理实体进行资源状态查询。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动 管理实体发送所述业务查询指令,具体包括:判断所述CSCF服务器是否支持所述目标标识;在判断结果为是时,向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令。

本发明的第四方面,提出了一种移动终端,包括:标记模块,用于在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;第二发送模块,用于将所述协议信令发送至CSCF服务器;第二接收模块,用于接收来自所述CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令,以执行语音电话回落操作,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及所述查询结果和所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。

如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的CSCF服务器20,包括:第一接收模块202,用于接收来自移动终端的发起VoLTE语音业务的协议信令;确定模块204,用于根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动终端的移 动管理实体发送业务查询指令;所述第一接收模块202还用于:接收来自所述移动管理实体的查询结果;第一发送模块206,用于根据所述查询结果向所述移动终端发送语音电话回落命令,以使所述移动终端执行语音电话回落操作;其中,所述协议信令中包括用于标记所述移动终端支持所述协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作的目标标识,所述查询指令用于使所述移动管理实体进行资源状态查询。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述确定模块204具体用于:判断所述CSCF服务器是否支持所述目标标识;所述第一发送模块206还用于:在判断结果为是时,向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令。

如图3所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的语音电话回落的方法,用于移动终端,包括:步骤302,在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;步骤304,将所述协议信令发送至CSCF服务器;步骤306,接收来自所述CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令,以执行语音电话回落操作,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络。
在该技术方案中,在向CSCF服务器发送协议信令之前,通过在协议信令中添加用于标记该移动终端支持协议信令下的语音电话回落操作的目标标识,即通过修改协议,为使LTE网络可以通过SIP协议指导移动移动终端执行语音电话回落操作提供必要的前提保障,并根据来自CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令中携带的目标网络执行语音电话回落操作,以确保语音电话的连续性,进而有效地提高支持IMS业务的移动终端的语音通话质量,提升用户体验,同时实现了使LTE网络可以根据当前网络状态选择移动终端的语音通信方式。
图4示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的移动终端的框图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的移动终端40,包括:标记模块402,用于在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移 动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;第二发送模块404,用于将所述协议信令发送至CSCF服务器;第二接收模块406,用于接收来自所述CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令,以执行语音电话回落操作,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络。
在该技术方案中,在向CSCF服务器发送协议信令之前,通过在协议信令中添加用于标记该移动终端支持协议信令下的语音电话回落操作的目标标识,即通过修改协议,为使LTE网络可以通过SIP协议指导移动移动终端执行语音电话回落操作提供必要的前提保障,并根据来自CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令中携带的目标网络执行语音电话回落操作,以确保语音电话的连续性,进而有效地提高支持IMS业务的移动终端的语音通话质量,提升用户体验,同时实现了使LTE网络可以根据当前网络状态选择移动终端的语音通信方式。
图5示出了根据本发明的又一个实施例的语音电话回落的方法的流程示意图。
如图5所示,根据本发明的又一个实施例的语音电话回落的方法,用于移动管理实体,包括:步骤502,接收来自CSCF服务器的业务查询指令;步骤504,根据所述业务查询指令进行资源状态查询;步骤506,将查询结果发送至所述CSCF服务器,以确定所述移动终端是否执行语音电话回落操作。

在该技术方案中,根据来自CSCF服务器的业务查询指令进行资源状态查询,并向CSCF服务器反馈查询结果,以确定移动移动终端是执行语音电话回落操作,还是可以进行VoLTE语音业务,如此,通过CSCF服务器和移动管理实体的协同,使LTE网络通过协议指导移动终端执行语音电话回落操作,以确保语音电话的连续性,进而有效地提高支持IMS业务的移动终端的语音通话质量,提升用户体验,同时实现了使LTE网络可以根据当前网络状态选择移动终端的语音通信方式。

图7示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的语音电话回落的系统的框图。
如图7所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的语音电话回落的系统70,包括:如上技术方案中任一项所述的CSCF服务器20、如上技术方案所述的移动终端40和如上技术方案中任一项所述的移动管理实体60,因此,该系统具有和上述技术方案中任一项所述的CSCF服务器20、移动终端40以及移动管理实体60相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图8示出了根据本发明的再一个实施例的语音电话回落的方法的流程示意图。
如图8所示,移动终端和网络设备协同通过SIP协议完成语音电话回落操作的流程具体如下:
(1)终端在发起VoLTE语音业务的电话SIP-INVITE消息(SIP信令)中,比如Accept-Contact,增加一个标记(目标标识),标识该移动终端支持SIP协议下的CSFB操作。
(2)处理该SIP-INVITE消息的CSCF如果同时支持该标识,则先向管理该移动终端的移动管理实体(MME)发送业务查询指令,以查询该移动终端是进行IMS VoLTE业务,还是需要执行CSFB。
(3)MME根据当前网络部署情况(当前网络部署状态)、该终端的业务情况(移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态)以及该移动终端附着的eNB(基站)的负载(移动终端归属的基站的负载状态),以及其他网络资源状态,决定该移动终端此次的语音业务方式。
(4)如果是CSFB方式,MME向CSCF返回结果,并携带移动终端回落的目的网络(目标网络),同时MME通知移动终端回落的目的网络准备电路资源。
(5)CSCF向移动终端返回SIP-4xx消息(客户端出错,表示请求消息中包含语法错误或者服务器端不能完成对该请求消息的处理),表示无法进行VoLTE语音业务,其具体原因可以是488-Not Acceptable(此处不接受)等,并且在这条消息里面附带需要移动终端回落的目的网络,为达到此目的,SIP协议需要相应修改、补充目的网络字段,内容包括:目的网络的类型(比如GSM(Global System For Mobile Communications,全球移动通信系统)、WCDMA(Wide Band Code Division Multiple Access,宽频 码分多址)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)等)、目的网络频段和频点等;而终端需要对此目的网络字段进行处理,根据其内容执行语音电话回落操作。
(6)移动终端接收到SIP-4xx消息后,根据其中的移动终端回落目的网络信息执行CSFB操作,在目的网络电路域进行语音电话业务。
在上述(3)中,如果MME发现当前移动终端附着的LTE网络小区能够支撑IMS业务,则通知CSCF继续进行VoLTE业务,CSCF向被呼叫终端的CSCF发送上述SIP-INVITE消息。
本发明结合CSFB技术,通过CSCF和MME的协同,给LTE网络提供了根据当前网络状态选择移动终端语音通信方式的方法,能够有效提高支持IMS业务的移动终端语音通话质量。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,可以有效地指导移动终端执行语音电话回落操作,以确保语音电话的连续性,进而有效地提高支持IMS业务的移动终端的语音通话质量,提升用户体验,同时实现了使LTE网络可以根据当前网络状态选择移动终端的语音通信方式。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种语音电话回落的方法,用于CSCF服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收来自移动终端的发起VoLTE语音业务的协议信令;
    根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动终端的移动管理实体发送业务查询指令;
    接收来自所述移动管理实体的查询结果,并根据所述查询结果向所述移动终端发送语音电话回落命令,以使所述移动终端执行语音电话回落操作;其中,
    所述协议信令中包括用于标记所述移动终端支持所述协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作的目标标识,所述查询指令用于使所述移动管理实体进行资源状态查询。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的语音电话回落的方法,其特征在于,根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令,具体包括:
    判断所述CSCF服务器是否支持所述目标标识;
    在判断结果为是时,向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的语音电话回落的方法,其特征在于,
    所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:
    当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及
    所述查询结果和所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。
  4. 一种CSCF服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收来自移动终端的发起VoLTE语音业务的协议信令;
    确定模块,用于根据所述协议信令确定是否向所述移动终端的移动管理实体发送业务查询指令;
    所述第一接收模块还用于:接收来自所述移动管理实体的查询结果;
    第一发送模块,用于根据所述查询结果向所述移动终端发送语音电话回落命令,以使所述移动终端执行语音电话回落操作;其中,
    所述协议信令中包括用于标记所述移动终端支持所述协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作的目标标识,所述查询指令用于使所述移动管理实体进行资源状态查询。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的CSCF服务器,其特征在于,
    所述确定模块具体用于:判断所述CSCF服务器是否支持所述目标标识;
    所述第一发送模块还用于:在判断结果为是时,向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的CSCF服务器,其特征在于,
    所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:
    当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及
    所述查询结果和所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。
  7. 一种语音电话回落的方法,用于移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;
    将所述协议信令发送至CSCF服务器;
    接收来自所述CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令,以执行语音电话回落操作,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络。
  8. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    标记模块,用于在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述协议信令发送至CSCF服务器;
    第二接收模块,用于接收来自所述CSCF服务器的语音电话回落命令,以执行语音电话回落操作,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络。
  9. 一种语音电话回落的方法,用于移动管理实体,其特征在于,包括:
    接收来自CSCF服务器的业务查询指令;
    根据所述业务查询指令进行资源状态查询;
    将查询结果发送至所述CSCF服务器,以确定所述移动终端是否执行语音电话回落操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的语音电话回落的方法,其特征在于,所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:
    当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及
    所述查询结果中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。
  11. 一种移动管理实体,其特征在于,包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收来自CSCF服务器的业务查询指令;
    查询模块,用于根据所述业务查询指令进行资源状态查询;
    第三发送模块,将查询结果发送至所述CSCF服务器,以确定所述移动终端是否执行语音电话回落操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动管理实体,其特征在于,所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:
    当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及
    所述查询结果中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。
  13. 一种语音电话回落的系统,其特征在于,包括CSCF服务器、移动终端和移动管理实体,其中:
    所述移动终端在协议信令中添加目标标识,所述目标标识用于标记所述移动终端支持协议信令下的所述语音电话回落操作;
    所述移动终端将所述协议信令发送至所述CSCF服务器;
    所述CSCF服务器根据所述协议信令确定向所述移动终端的移动管理实体发送业务查询指令;
    所述移动管理实体根据所述业务查询指令进行资源状态查询;
    所述移动管理实体将查询结果发送至所述CSCF服务器;
    所述CSCF服务器根据所述查询结果向所述移动终端发送语音电话回落命令,其中,所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络;
    所述移动终端执行语音电话回落操作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述CSCF服务器根据所述协议信令确定向所述移动终端的移动管理实体发送业务查询指令,包括:
    所述CSCF服务器判断所述CSCF服务器是否支持所述目标标识;
    在判断结果为是时,所述CSCF服务器向所述移动管理实体发送所述业务查询指令。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述资源状态查询的内容至少包括以下之一:
    当前网络部署状态、所述移动终端的VoLTE语音业务状态、所述移动终端归属的基站的负载状态和其他网络资源状态;以及
    所述查询结果和所述语音电话回落命令中包括所述语音电话回落操作的目标网络,以使所述移动终端根据所述目标网络执行所述语音电话回落操作。
