背景技术
目前的智能终端例如手机,都可以做成全网手机,即可以对任一种网络发起搜索。但是现在支持全网手机的实现方法是:手机保存多个运营商的通信模块配置文件,每个配置文件对应一个运营商,当手机插入SIM卡时,手机根据SIM卡的ICCID来判断运营商,然后加载对应运营商的通信模块配置文件,从而实现手机全网通。现有方案存在以下问题:
1.更换不同运营商SIM卡,首先需要去激活旧的通信模块配置文件,加载新的通信模块配置文件,复位通信模块,然后才能激活新的通信模块配置文件,这个过程需要大概几十秒的时间,耗时较长,而且需要复位通信模块,造成的用户体验很不好。因此,只要更换不同运营商SIM卡就需要复位通信模块。
2.现有技术方案需要频繁切换和加载通信模块配置文件,容易出现通信模块配置文件加载失败,导致手机无法使用的问题。
3.现有方案的根本逻辑是根据运营商来加载对应的通信模块配置文件,因此,手机只能支持已经预存通信模块配置文件的运营商的SIM卡。
目前运营商众多,每个运营商的网络制式各不相同,不可能维护所有运营商的信息。这就导致手机只能支持特定的运营商网络,不能支持所有的运营商网络,不能实现真正的全网通。
发明内容
本发明提供一种终端搜网方法及终端,以简便地实现真正的终端的全网搜索。

请参阅图2,为本发明实施例提供的另一种终端搜网的方法的流程示意图,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201,当检测到SIM卡插入终端时,根据所述SIM卡的应用识别AID字段,确定所述SIM卡的类型。
本实施例以终端为手机、用户身份识别模块为常用的SIM卡为例,实际上,用户身份识别模块还可以是USIM卡、CSIM卡。SIM卡也是一种存储卡,在其应用识别(Application Identifiers,AID)字段存储有SIM卡的类型。
步骤S202,加载与所述SIM卡的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,所述终端包括CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件,每套配置文件对应一个SIM卡的类型,每套配置文件包括至少一种网络制式的配置参数。
目前可将SIM卡的类型分为CDMA和GSM两种,当然,随着网络的发展,也可以包括不止这两种终端制式。手机根据这两种SIM卡的类型预存两套通信模块配置文件:CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件。其中,CDMA通信模块配置文件涉及的网络制式包括:CDMA、CDMA 1X、EVDO、LTE等;GSM通信模块配置文件涉及的网络制式包括:GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE等。当手机插入SIM卡后,手机根据SIM卡的AID字段来区分是CDMA类型SIM卡还是GSM类型SIM卡,从而加载对应的通信模块配置文件。
比如:在中国大陆,如果是中国移动和中国联通SIM卡,手机就会根据SIM卡的AID字段来加载对应的GSM通信模块配置文件;如果是中国电信SIM卡,手机就会根据SIM卡的AID字段来加载对应的CDMA通信模块配置文件。
步骤S203,对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。
例如,假设加载的是CDMA通信模块配置文件,则对CDMA、CDMA  1X、EVDO、LTE等多种制式的网络发起搜网;假设加载的是GSM通信模块配置文件,则对GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE等多种制式的网络发起搜网。
步骤S204,选择搜索到的其中一个网络制式对应的网络。
步骤S205,向所述选择的网络发送注册请求。
终端可以搜索到多种网络,但是最终会选择一个或多个网络制式对应的网络,并与该网络的运营商服务器进行协商,发送注册请求,建立确定的网络连接关系。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种终端搜网的方法,通过在终端中存储CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件,每套通信模块配置文件与一个SIM卡的类型对应,每套通信模块配置文件包括多种网络制式的配置参数,根据插入终端的SIM卡的类型加载相应的一套通信模块配置文件,从而可以对多种网络发起搜索,可以不用因为更换用户身份识别模块需要频繁地复位通信模块,也不会因为频繁切换和加载通信模块配置文件,加载失败而导致终端无法使用,不是根据运营商来加载配置文件,从而简便地实现了真正的终端的全网通。
下面结合图3-图4,对本发明提供的实现终端搜网的终端进行详细描述:
请参阅图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图,该终端1000包括:
确定单元11,用于当检测到用户身份识别模块插入终端时,根据所述用户身份识别模块的类型识别字段,确定所述用户身份识别模块的类型。
用户身份识别模块为用于网络识别终端的一种模块,具有一定的存储功能,其包含标识用户身份识别模块类型的字段,当用户身份识别模块插入终端后,终端能读取用户身份识别模块存储的类型识别字段,确定单元11识别或确定该用户身份识别模块的类型。
加载单元12,用于加载与所述用户身份识别模块的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,所述终端包括至少两套通信模块配置文件,每套配置文件对 应一个所述用户身份识别模块的类型,每套配置文件包括至少一种网络制式的配置参数。
在终端中预先存储有至少两套通信模块配置文件,每套通信模块配置文件对应一个用户身份识别模块的类型,而每套通信模块配置文件包括一种或多种网络制式的配置参数。当确定了插入终端的用户身份识别模块的类型后,根据用户身份识别模块的类型与通信模块配置文件的对应关系,可以查找到确定的用户身份识别模块的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,加载单元12加载该配置文件到通信模块,对通信模块进行配置。
搜索单元13,用于对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。
通信模块加载了某一套配置文件,对加载的该配置文件所包括的多个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。从而加载一套通信模块配置文件,可以适用对多种网络发起搜索,可以不用因为更换用户身份识别模块需要频繁地复位通信模块;也不会因为频繁切换和加载通信模块配置文件,加载失败而导致终端无法使用;是根据用户身份识别模块的终端制式来加载配置文件,而不是根据运营商来加载配置文件,从而简便地实现了真正的终端的全网通。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种终端,通过在终端中存储至少两套通用的通信模块配置文件,每套通信模块配置文件与一个用户身份识别模块的类型对应,每套通信模块配置文件包括多种网络制式的配置参数,根据插入终端的用户身份识别模块的类型加载相应的一套通信模块配置文件,从而可以对多种网络发起搜索,可以不用因为更换用户身份识别模块需要频繁地复位通信模块,也不会因为频繁切换和加载通信模块配置文件,加载失败而导致终端无法使用,不是根据运营商来加载配置文件,从而简便地实现了真正的终端的全网通。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施例提供的另一种终端的结构示意图,该终端2000包括:
确定单元21,用于当检测到SIM卡插入终端时,根据所述SIM卡的 应用识别AID字段,确定所述SIM卡的类型。
本实施例以终端为手机、用户身份识别模块为常用的SIM卡为例,实际上,用户身份识别模块还可以是USIM卡、CSIM卡。SIM卡也是一种存储卡,在其AID字段存储有SIM卡的类型。
加载单元22,用于加载与所述SIM卡的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,所述终端包括CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件,每套配置文件对应一个SIM卡的类型,每套配置文件包括至少一种网络制式的配置参数。
目前可将SIM卡的类型分为CDMA和GSM两种,当然,随着网络的发展,也可以包括不止这两种终端制式。手机根据这两种SIM卡的类型预存两套通信模块配置文件:CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件。其中,CDMA通信模块配置文件涉及的网络制式包括:CDMA、CDMA 1X、EVDO、LTE等;GSM通信模块配置文件包括的网络制式包括:GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE等。当手机插入SIM卡后,确定单元21根据SIM卡的AID字段来区分是CDMA类型SIM卡还是GSM类型SIM卡,从而加载单元22加载对应的通信模块配置文件。
比如:在中国大陆,如果是中国移动和中国联通SIM卡,加载单元22就会根据SIM卡的AID字段来加载对应的GSM通信模块配置文件;如果是中国电信SIM卡,加载单元22就会根据SIM卡的AID字段来加载对应的CDMA通信模块配置文件。
搜索单元23,用于对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。
例如,假设加载的是CDMA通信模块配置文件,则搜索单元23对CDMA、CDMA 1X、EVDO、LTE等多种制式的网络发起搜网;假设加载的是GSM通信模块配置文件,则搜索单元23对GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE等多种制式的网络发起搜网。
选择单元24,用于选择搜索到的其中一个网络制式对应的网络。
注册单元25,用于向所述选择的网络发送注册请求。
搜索单元23可以搜索到多种网络,但是选择单元24最终会选择一个 或多个网络制式对应的网络,并与该网络的运营商服务器进行协商,注册单元25向该网络的运营商服务器发送注册请求,建立确定的网络连接关系。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种终端,通过在终端中存储CDMA通信模块配置文件和GSM通信模块配置文件,每套通信模块配置文件与一个SIM卡的类型对应,每套通信模块配置文件包括多种网络制式的配置参数,根据插入终端的SIM卡的类型加载相应的一套通信模块配置文件,从而可以对多种网络发起搜索,可以不用因为更换用户身份识别模块需要频繁地复位通信模块,也不会因为频繁切换和加载通信模块配置文件,加载失败而导致终端无法使用,不是根据运营商来加载配置文件,从而简便地实现了真正的终端的全网通。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为根据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可以用硬件实现,或固件实现,或它们的组合方式来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以将上述功能存储在计算机可读介质中或作为计算机可读介质上的一个或多个指令或代码进行传输。计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质,其中通信介质包括便于从一个地方向另一个地方传送计算机程序的任何介质。存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。以此为例但不限于:计算机可读介质可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储 具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质。此外。任何连接可以适当的成为计算机可读介质。例如,如果软件是使用同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、数字用户线(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)或者诸如红外线、无线电和微波之类的无线技术从网站、服务器或者其他远程源传输的,那么同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、DSL或者诸如红外线、无线和微波之类的无线技术包括在所属介质的定影中。如本发明所使用的,盘(Disk)和碟(disc)包括压缩光碟(CD)、激光碟、光碟、数字通用光碟(DVD)、软盘和蓝光光碟,其中盘通常磁性的复制数据,而碟则用激光来光学的复制数据。上面的组合也应当包括在计算机可读介质的保护范围之内。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明技术方案的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端搜网方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当检测到用户身份识别模块插入终端时,根据所述用户身份识别模块的类型识别字段,确定所述用户身份识别模块的类型;
    加载与所述用户身份识别模块的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,所述终端包括至少两套通信模块配置文件,每套配置文件对应一个所述用户身份识别模块的类型,每套配置文件包括至少一种网络制式的配置参数;
    对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索之后,还包括:
    选择搜索到的其中一个网络制式对应的网络;
    向所述选择的网络发送注册请求。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两套通信模块配置文件包括码分多址CDMA通信模块配置文件和全球移动通信系统GSM通信模块配置文件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CDMA通信模块配置文件涉及的至少一种网络制式包括:CDMA、CDMA 1X、EVDO、LTE,所述GSM通信模块配置文件涉及的至少一种网络制式包括:GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户身份识别模块包括:SIM、USIM、CSIM卡,所述类型识别字段为所述SIM卡、USIM或CSIM的应用识别AID字段。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于当检测到用户身份识别模块插入终端时,根据所述用户身份识别模块的类型识别字段,确定所述用户身份识别模块的类型;
    加载单元,用于加载与所述用户身份识别模块的类型对应的通信模块配置文件,所述终端包括至少两套通信模块配置文件,每套配置文件对应一个所述用户身份识别模块的类型,每套配置文件包括至少一种网络制式的配置参数;
    搜索单元,用于对加载的所述配置文件所包括的至少一个网络制式对应的网络发起搜索。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    选择单元,用于选择搜索到的其中一个网络制式对应的网络;
    注册单元,用于向所述选择的网络发送注册请求。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述至少两套通信模块配置文件包括码分多址CDMA通信模块配置文件和全球移动通信系统GSM通信模块配置文件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述CDMA通信模块配置文件涉及的至少一种网络制式包括:CDMA、CDMA 1X、EVDO、LTE,所述GSM通信模块配置文件涉及的至少一种网络制式包括:GSM、WCDMA、TDSCDMA、LTE。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述用户身份识别模块包括:SIM、USIM、CSIM卡,所述类型识别字段为所述SIM卡、USIM或CSIM的应用识别AID字段。
