请参照图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种头戴式显示设备示意图,并结合图2,为第一实施例提供的一种磁性组件装配方式示意图。该头戴式显示设备1包括:壳体10,容置于壳体10内的光学显示模组(未示出),以及眼罩20;壳体10包括显示侧壁11,该显示侧壁11设置有可视窗口12,用于提供近眼观看光学显示模组的成像内容;眼罩20通过磁性组件30可拆卸地连接于显示侧壁11。
用户佩戴该头戴式显示设备,通过设置于显示侧壁11的可视窗口12,可观看容置于壳体1内的光学显示模组提供的显示内容。
具体的,磁性组件30包括相互吸合的磁体31及被吸附体32;磁体31设置于显示侧壁11,被吸附体32设置于眼罩20,或者,磁体31设置于眼罩20,被吸附体32设置于显示侧壁11,其中,磁体31、被吸附体32对位设置。作为一种实施方式,被吸附体32可以为铁片,固定于眼罩20的外侧20A,该外侧20A即眼罩20用于连接显示侧壁11的所在侧,相应的,于显示侧壁11对应被吸附体32的位置设置磁体31,当用户需要安装眼罩20时,将眼罩20与显示侧壁11对位靠近,磁体31与被吸附体32产生吸合磁力使得眼罩20连接于显示侧壁11。当需要拆卸掉眼罩20时,只需施加于相对眼罩20、显示侧壁11的分离外力大于吸合磁力,即实现了眼罩20的拆卸。通过该磁性组件30的连接方式,眼罩20实现了便捷装配、拆卸。该实施例中,磁体31置于显示侧壁11的外侧11A上部中间位置,被吸附体32对位磁体31设置于眼罩20外侧20A的上部中间位置,但本发明并不限于此,磁体31、被吸附体32也可内嵌于显示侧壁11、眼罩20,磁体31、被吸附体32也可直接形成显示侧壁11、眼罩20相互接触的区域,即一体化设置,或者磁体31设置于眼罩20,被吸附体32设置于显示侧壁11,即磁体31、被吸附体32的形态可以根据产品形态灵活设置,可实现二者吸合时眼罩20与显示侧壁11的对位连接即可。
本发明提供的实施方式,头戴显示设备1包括眼罩20,提升了产品使用时的舒适性,同时,眼罩20的设置对于沉浸式头戴式显示设备实现了更佳的沉浸观看效果,且眼罩20通过磁性组件30连接于头戴式显示设备1,通过磁性组件30的磁力吸合特质实现连接,提供了便捷的快拆快装的方式。
本发明第二实施例提供的一种磁性组件装配方式,请参考图3-图7,显示侧壁11包括容置部13,用于容置磁体31。该实施例的容置部13设置于显示侧壁11的内侧11B,该内侧11B即为显示侧壁11面向壳体构建的内部空间的所在侧,磁体31固定容置于该容置部13,具体的固定方式可以采用粘贴、限位结构、卡扣结构等方式实现。该容置部13采用了框体结构,框体的一边侧固定连接于显示侧壁11的内侧11B,该方式下,磁体31可通过框体的另一侧开口 取出,从而实现了磁体31的可更换、拆卸的方式。
眼罩20包括容置被吸附体32的定位部215。该定位部215用于固定容置被吸附体32,具体的固定方式可以采用粘贴、限位结构、卡扣结构等方式实现。
由于磁体31、被吸附体32对位设置,相应的,可以理解的是,定位部215与容置部13对位设置。从而可通过分别设置于显示侧壁11、眼罩20的磁体31、被吸附体32产生的吸合磁力,实现眼罩20可拆卸地连接头戴式显示设备1。
较优的,眼罩20包括:支撑件21及缓冲层22,支撑件21的外侧21A通过磁性组件30连接于显示侧壁11的外侧11A,支撑件21的内侧21B连接缓冲层22。该支撑件21包括了与可视窗口12对应的可视通孔211,相应的,缓冲层22设有开口空间221,该开口空间221沿可视通孔211外围将可视通孔211环绕其中。如此,通过磁体31、被吸附体32分别置于容置部13、定位部215的对位设置,用户可透过开口空间221、可视通孔211看到可视窗口12内的显示内容。可以理解的是,该实施例中的对位设置包括实现开口空间221、可视通孔211对位可视窗口12的相对位置的设定,本实施方式中,采用了容置部13设置于显示侧壁11的两个可视窗口12的上端中间位置,定位部215设置于支撑件21的两个可视通孔211的上端中间位置,但本发明并不限于此,可以理解的是,磁体31、被吸附体32的对位设置,可以通过设置容置部13、定位部215的对位设置实现。
其中,缓冲层22可以采用泡棉等柔性材料,固定粘贴于支撑件21。一方面由于该缓冲层的柔性材质,使得用户佩戴时更佳舒适,另一方面,可以更贴合面部,且具有一定的遮光性,提供了用户佩戴时与显示前端间更好的密闭性。较优的,该缓冲层22还可以进一步采用具有良好透气性的材料。其他实施方式中,缓冲层22也可通过子母扣(俗称魔鬼贴)的方式连接支撑件21,从而提供了单独拆卸缓冲层22以便替换或取下进行清洗。较优的,该缓冲层22外部可包覆更加舒适的绒质层,在实现了隔离硬质支撑件21的缓冲作用的同时,提供更佳的舒适度。
较优的,可视通孔211的边缘设置有定位凸缘212,用于嵌入可视窗口12。可视通孔211对应可视窗口12的形状而设,通过可视通孔211边缘向可视窗口12延伸的定位凸缘212,可进一步通过该定位凸缘212内嵌可视窗口12实现定位作用,稳固连接状态。可以理解的是,其他实施方式中,该定位凸缘212可以为隔断式的凸起。
进一步的,该支撑件21采用遮光材质,从而可以达到更好的遮光效果,实现更佳的沉浸式体验。
具体的,支撑件21可以采用软胶,如PP材料。较优的,该支撑件21还可以包括两端的翘曲部213,该翘曲部213采用软胶、其他区域采用硬质材料,或者翘曲部213采用软胶与硬胶的结合体(双射成型),如硅胶与PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物)等材料结合,以达到翘曲部213可以根据不同人面部形状而在佩戴过程中合理变形,以达到减小面部压力及挡光和提高佩戴舒适性。
被吸附体32包括容置于定位部215的固定端321,及伸出定位部215的连接端322;容置部13设置于显示侧壁11的内侧11B,容置部13对应的显示侧壁区域设置有开口14,连接端322通过开口14伸入容置部13,与磁体31相互吸合。具体的,定位部215设置于支撑件13的内侧,即朝向用户的所在侧,被吸附体32的固定端321固定容置于该定位部215,具体的固定方式可以采用粘贴、限位结构、卡扣结构等方式实现,被吸附体32的另一端,即连接端322,通过定位部215对应的支撑件13区域设置的通孔伸出定位部215。该实施方式中,磁性组件30包括两个被吸附体32,其各自的固定端321分别固定于定位部215,连接段322通过定位部215对应的支撑件13区域开设对应的通孔的方式伸出定位部215,相应的,显示侧壁11对应容置部13的区域可设有相应的两个通孔14,从而两个被吸附体32可分别通过通孔14伸入容置部13,与磁体31吸合。该方式下,通过连接部322进一步提升了连接的稳固性。该实施方式中,被吸附体32采用磁针或铁针的方式加以示意阐述本发明的原理,但本发明 并不限于此。可以理解的是,被吸附体32还可以采用“+”字型结构,当采用一个该结构的被吸附体32,也可以起到相应的稳固作用。
本发明的磁性组件30可以包括至少一个被吸附体32。其他实施方式中,可以将多个被吸附体32置于多个定位部215,如分别设置于眼罩20的左右两端、或者该两端以及上部中间位置,还可以为上下左右四端设置以达到稳固定位,等设置方式,相应设置多个磁体31容置于与多个定位部215对应的容置部13。
本发明第三实施方式提供的一种磁性组件装配方式,请参考图8-15,该磁性组件30包括磁体31及具有被吸附体的滑钮32’。该实施方式中,磁体31固定于眼罩20,具体的,眼罩20可以为一支撑件21,或者支撑件21与缓冲层22的组合,该实施例中以支撑件21为例,包括贴合显示侧壁11外侧11A的连接面216,连接面216沿背离显示侧壁11方向延伸的包覆侧壁217,以及包覆侧壁217延伸出的翘曲部213,其中,包覆侧壁217包括固定容置磁体31的容置部13及容置部13向包覆侧壁217外侧延伸的嵌合部2171。该实施例中,包覆侧壁217的两端分别设有开口2172,对应该开口2172分别向包覆侧壁217内侧、外侧延伸形成容置部13、嵌合部2171。显示侧壁11对应于嵌合部2171设有槽口111,滑钮32’可于槽口111内滑动,当支撑件21的连接面216贴合显示侧壁11,磁体31与滑钮32’产生吸合磁力,从而带动滑钮32’于槽口111中朝向磁体31方向滑动,从而嵌入嵌合部2171,实现了眼罩20与显示侧壁11的磁性连接。
具体的,滑钮32’包括相互扣合的第一部件323及第二部件324,第一部件323包括连接臂3232及设置于连接臂3232一端的被吸附体3231,第二部件324包括扣合连接臂3232另一端的凹槽。连接臂3232的另一端,即连接被吸附体3231一端的对端,由槽口111外伸入槽口111并连接槽口111内的第二部件324,第一部件323从而与及第二部件324扣合,并且连接臂3232位于被吸附体3231与第二部件324之间的非扣合部分可于槽口111中沿其长度方向滑动。该长度 方向为对应嵌合部2171朝向背离该容置部13延伸的方向。本实施方式中,槽口111的宽度小于被吸附体3231、第二部件324的宽度,并且与连接臂3232的宽度匹配,使得吸附体3231、第二部件324无法通过槽口111,并且滑钮32’只能沿槽口111的长度方向运动。该实施方式提供的滑钮32’提供了便捷装配的方式。较优的,该槽口111由对应嵌合部2171往包覆侧壁217的外侧方向开设,滑钮32’还包括与被吸附体3231一同连接于连接臂3232一端的操作部3233,当需要拆卸眼罩20时,用户可通过对操作部3233施加远离嵌合部2171的作用力,当该作用力大于磁体31与被吸附体3231的吸合磁力时,被吸附体3231滑出嵌合部2171,即可实现眼罩20的拆卸。
具体的,还可以包括弹片36,用于提供滑钮32’归位至原始状态的回复力,该原始状态为无磁体31吸合时,滑钮32’位于槽口111远离嵌合部2171的一端。具体的,弹片36的一端连接第二部件324,另一端在固定位置实现抵触,如可以抵触至一内壁,或其他任意结构可实现弹片36该另一端固定位置的抵触即可。无外力作用于滑钮32’时,如图13及15所示,滑钮32’位于槽口111远离嵌合部2171的一端,即提供了眼罩20的连接面216贴合显示侧壁11的空间,较优的,将眼罩20贴合显示侧壁11后,嵌合部2171恰好与被吸附体3231相对,磁体31与被吸附体3121产生吸合磁力,被吸附体3121滑入嵌合部2171,带动连接臂3232由槽口111远离嵌合部2171的一端滑入对位嵌合部2171的一端,此时,第二部件324的同步滑动压缩弹片36,需说明的是,磁体31与被吸附体3231的吸合磁力大于弹片36的回复力,因此,即便存在弹片36的回复力,眼罩20与显示侧壁11依然保持磁性连接状态。
可以理解的是,该第三实施例提供的磁性组件30不限于附图中的位置、个数限定,可以根据需要灵活布设。在其他实施方式中,还可以采用如图8所示的组合方式,包括第二实施方式的磁性组件30及该第三实施方式的磁性组件,当然也可以结合第一实施方式。
上述实施方式可实现眼罩的快速拆装更换,方便使用,同时还可以防止眼 罩移位和翻转。
该头戴式显示设备1的壳体1两端可延伸形成用以佩戴的耳挂,还可以延伸连接至耳机装置60,形成音视频输出的一体化头戴式显示设备。如图1所示的头戴式显示设备,还包括头戴支架70,该方式下,当头戴支架70与用于显示的壳体1相互叠合收纳时,拆下眼罩20,进一步可以实现头戴式显示设备的便于收纳、携带。
本发明提供的一种头戴式显示设备,通过磁性组件将眼罩可拆卸的设置于头戴式显示设备,实现了眼罩的便捷装配、拆卸。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,包括:壳体,容置于所述壳体内的光学显示模组,以及眼罩;
    所述壳体包括显示侧壁,该显示侧壁设置有可视窗口,用于提供近眼观看所述光学显示模组的成像内容;
    所述眼罩通过磁性组件可拆卸地连接于所述显示侧壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述磁性组件包括相互吸合的磁体及被吸附体;
    所述磁体设置于所述显示侧壁并且所述被吸附体设置于所述眼罩,或所述磁体设置于所述眼罩并且所述被吸附体设置于所述显示侧壁;
    其中,所述磁体、被吸附体对位设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示侧壁包括容置部,用于容置所述磁体。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述眼罩包括容置所述被吸附体的定位部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述被吸附体包括容置于所述定位部的固定端,及伸出所述定位部的连接端;
    所述容置部设置于所述显示侧壁的内侧,所述容置部对应的显示侧壁区域设置有开口,所述连接端通过所述开口伸入所述容置部,与所述磁体相互吸合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述眼罩包括:支撑件及缓冲层,所述支撑件的一侧通过所述磁性组件连接于所述显示侧壁的外壁,另一侧连接缓冲层。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括对 应所述可视窗口的可视通孔,所述可视通孔的边缘设置有定位凸缘,用于嵌入所述可视窗口。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述磁性组件包括磁体及具有被吸附体的滑钮;
    所述磁体设置于所述显示侧壁并且所述滑钮设置于所述眼罩,或所述磁体设置于所述眼罩并且所述滑钮设置于所述显示侧壁。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述眼罩包括贴合所述显示侧壁的外侧的连接面,所述连接面沿背离所述显示侧壁方向延伸的包覆侧壁;
    所述包覆侧壁包括固定容置所述磁体的容置部及容置部向包覆侧壁外侧延伸的嵌合部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示侧壁包括对应于所述嵌合部设置的槽口;
    所述滑钮包括第一部件及第二部件,所述第一部件包括连接臂及设置于连接臂一端的被吸附体,所述被吸附体可嵌入所述嵌合部;所述第二部件包括扣合所述连接臂的另一端的凹槽;
    所述被吸附体置于所述槽口外,所述连接臂的另一端通过所述槽口连接槽口内的所述第二部件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,还包括弹片,连接所述滑钮,用于提供所述滑钮朝向槽口远离嵌合部一端的回复力。
