Description

扬声器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其是涉及一种集成化设计的多功能扬声器装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,直接影响着便携式电子装置的使用效果。
随着便携式电子装置越来越薄,扬声器装置的厚度越来越成为业界关注的重点。同时,为了有利于便携式电子装置的薄型化设计,其内部电子部件的集成化设计成为设计趋势。怎样提供一种薄型化设计、集成度高的扬声器成为研发人员面临的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成化设计高、薄型化设计好的扬声器装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,并且:所述第二固定部上设置有天线线路,所述第一固定部对应所述天线线路设置有第一外部焊盘,所述天线线路与所述第一外部焊盘电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二固定部对应所述音圈设置有 第二焊盘,所述音圈与所述第二焊盘电连接。
作为进一步一种优选的技术方案,所述第一固定部设置有第二外部焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述天线线路为导电金属线路。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述天线线路通过激光直接成型设置于所述第二固定部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述天线线路设置于所述定心支片靠近所述振膜一侧。
作为另一种优选的技术方案,所述天线线路设置于所述定心支片远离所述振膜一侧。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳,所述定心支片的所述第一固定部固定设置于所述前盖和所述外壳之间。
本发明的扬声器装置,在定心支片第二固定部的中心位置设置天线线路,将天线装置与发声装置一体结合,在不增加扬声器装置厚度、有利于扬声器装置薄型化设计的前提下,实现天线功能,有利于产品的薄型化设计和集成化设计。因此,本发明扬声器装置具有集成化设计高、薄型化设计好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1所示,本发明扬声器装置的具体实施方式,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统。辅助系统包括前盖11和外壳12,前盖11和外壳12收容固定振动系统和磁路系统。振动系统包括振膜4,与振膜4固定结合的定心支片3和音圈5,磁路系统包括磁铁和导磁件,如图2所示,磁路系统设置有磁间隙,音圈5悬设于所述磁间隙内。外部电信号进入到音圈5内,设置于磁场内的音圈5内电流变化使音圈5受到洛仑兹力而上下振动,音圈5振动带动振膜4振动,振膜4振动策动空气发声。
如图2所示,本发明扬声器装置,定心支片3包括第一固定部31,设置于第一固定部31内的第二固定部32,第二固定部32为平面结构,第一固定部31和第二固定部32通过连接臂33连接,第一固定部31上设置有一组第一外部焊盘31a。如图3所示,本发明扬声器装置第二固定部32上设置有天线线路2,天线线路2与第一固定部31的第一外部焊盘31a电连接。天线线路2通过第一外部焊盘31a与外部电路电结合,从而使本发明扬声器装置具有天线功能。设置于定心支片第二固定部上的天线线路,不占用扬声器装置的空间,有利于扬声器装置薄型化设计,天线线路使本发明扬声器装置具有信号收发功能,有利于扬声器装置的集成化设计,同时,由于天线线路设计于扬声器定心支片上,位于扬声器内部,还可以对天线线路进行保护,避免了设置于扬声器装置外部的天线线路在扬声器生产应用过程中受到破坏,提高了天线线路的可靠性。
如图3所示,第二固定部32上设置有一组第二焊盘32a。第二焊盘32a与音圈焊接。第一固定部31上设置有一组第二外部焊盘31b,第二外部焊盘31b与第二焊盘32a电结合。定心支片3上设置有导电线路,第一固定部31,第二固定部32以及连接臂33均设置有导电线路。设置于第一固定部上的外部焊盘与设置于第二固定部上的焊盘通 过导电线路电连接。
在实际应用过程中,天线线路可以为导电金属线路。该导电金属线路可以设置于定心支片内,定心支片可以为柔性线路板结构,内部设置有天线线路,相当于柔性线路板天线。在实际应用过程中,天线线路也可以通过激光直接成型(LDS)直接设置于定心支片的表面。可以根据需要,将天线线路设置于定心支片远离振膜一侧或者靠近振膜一侧,均不影响本发明扬声器装置优点体现。
如图1所示,本发明扬声器装置,辅助系统包括前盖11和外壳12,定心支片3的第一固定部31固定设置于前盖11和外壳12之间,第二固定部32收容于前盖11和外壳12围成的空间内。设置于第二固定部上的天线线路也收容于前盖和外壳之间,前盖和外壳可以保护天线线路,避免扬声器在组装和应用过程中对天线线路产生破坏,保证天线线路正常工作。
本发明的扬声器装置,在定心支片第二固定部的中心位置设置天线线路,将天线装置与发声装置一体结合,在不增加扬声器装置厚度、有利于扬声器装置薄型化设计的前提下,实现天线功能,有利于产品的薄型化设计和集成化设计。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,其特征在于:所述第二固定部上设置有天线线路,所述第一固定部对应所述天线线路设置有第一外部焊盘,所述天线线路与所述第一外部焊盘电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第二固定部对应所述音圈设置有第二焊盘,所述音圈与所述第二焊盘电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部设置有第二外部焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路为导电金属线路。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路通过激光直接成型设置于所述第二固定部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路设置于所述定心支片靠近所述振膜一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述天线线路设置于所述定心支片远离所述振膜一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳,所述定心支片的所述第一固定部固定设置于所述前盖和所述外壳之间。
