本申请涉及移动通信技术领域,特别涉及一种号码拨打的方法及装置。
在移动通信技术领域中,为了防止号码的泄漏带来的各种营销广告和恶意骚扰,产生了一卡多号业务。一卡多号(Single IMSI Multiple MSISDN,SIMM)是指一个用户身份识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)上包括多个号码。一般的,其中一个号码为主号码,其他号码为副号码。
利用一卡多号业务,用户外呼时,可以选择使用一个主号码或副号码作为主叫号码。例如,用户在拨打陌生号码时,更多的使用副号码发起语音呼叫业务。现有技术中,用户在一卡多号业务中的副号码实现采用副号码呼出时,通常需要在手机拨号界面输入号码。具体的,先输入前缀业务接入码,再输入被叫号码,进而进行拨号,实现副号码呼出。例如要拨打某个11位手机号码,需要在手机拨号界面输入一系列号码。具体的,先在手机拨号界面输入前缀业务接入码95096,再输入被叫的11位手机号码,之后进行拨号。通过在呼叫的号码前增加前缀业务接入码,可以实现使用一卡多号业务中的副号码拨打被叫号码。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
现有技术提供的副号码拨号的方法中,用户需要记住并输入前缀业务接入码和被叫号码,操作较为繁琐,用户体验不佳。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种号码拨打的方法及装置,以简单快速地实现副号码拨打,改善用户体验。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
以下以几个具体的例子详细说明本申请实施例的具体实现。
以下首先介绍本申请一种号码拨打的方法的实施例。图1是说明根据本申请某些实施例提供的号码拨打的方法的流程示意图,而对于需要使用副号码进行拨号的用户,需要以后台程序、插件等方式,将本申请实施例提供的号码拨号功能在电子设备的一个或多个处理器上运行。虽然下文描述流程包括以特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些过程可以包括更多或更少的操作,这些操作可以顺序执行或并行执行(例如使用并行处理器或多线程环境)。该实施例包括:
S110:接收预设拨号触发指令。
设备接收预设拨号触发指令,在某些实施例中,所述预设拨号触发指令包括用户执行拨打号码的操作。具体的,例如用户的电子设备上有未接来电,用户可以直接执行号码拨打的操作;也包括用户在拨号界面输入号码并执行号码拨打的操作。
在某些实施例中,当用户在当前电子设备触发了所述预设拨号触发指令后,电子设备后台运行的插件即可接收到所述预设拨号触发指令,该触发指令可以激活后续的过程,且过程进度可以由当前设备自动控制,独立于用户;或者也可以由用户控制。如用户所理解的那样,该过程可以是即时的、接近即时的、渐进的或是处于任何适当速率的。
S120:判断当前拨打号码是否为陌生号码。
在某些实施例中,当电子设备接收到当前电子设备的预设拨号触发指令后,可以判断当前拨打号码是否为陌生号码。所述陌生号码包括未存储在当前电子设备上的号码。例如,检测所述当前拨打号码的号码信息是否与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的号码信息相匹配。当检测出所述当前拨打号码的号码信息与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的任意一个号码的号码信息都不匹配时,可以判断所述当前拨打号码为陌生号码。反之,当检测出所述当前拨打号码的号码信息与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的任意一个号码的号码信息相匹配时,可以判断出所述当前拨打号码不是陌生号码。一旦判断出所述当前拨打号码不是陌生号码时,可以直接执行正常的主号码拨打的操作。具体的,假设当前拨打的号码为某11位的手机号码,检测号码信息是否匹配的过程可以包括:读取号码信息,可以从左往右、也可以从右往左,或者可以从中间某一位开始对号码进行读取。并且可以按序一位一位的读取,且可以一边读取一边与设备中存储的通讯录进行比对,当读取了一定数量位的号码信息时,如果已经检测到设备中存储的通讯录没有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以停止读取当前拨打号码的号码信息,判断该号码为陌生号码;在某些实施例中,需要匹配的号码信息的位数是预先设置的,如果读取了预设数量位的号码信息时,没有检测到设备中存储的通讯录有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以判断该号码为陌生号码。反之,如果读取了全部的或连续的预设数量位的号码信息后,依然检测到设备中存储的通讯录有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以判断该号码不为陌生号码。这里读取号码信息的位数可以预先设置,一般对于中国的手机号码所述位数小于等于号码的总位数十一,大于等于八。在某些实施例中,所述位数也可以小于八,但一般太小的位数对于判断上述号码信息是否匹配存在较大的误差。一般对于中国的座机号码所述位数小于等于号码的总位数八,大于等于六。在某些实施例中,所述位数也可以小于六,但一般太小的位数对于判断上述号码信息是否匹配存在较大的误差。此外,在某些实施例中,对于手机的电话区位码、以及座机的区号,可以先进行识别处理,再进行上述号码信息匹配的过程。
在某些实施例中,除了上述检测号码信息是否匹配的过程外,所述检测号码信息是否匹配的过程还可以包括:读取号码信息,可以从左往右、也可以从右往左,或者可以从中间某一位开始对号码进行读取。并且可以按序读取预设数量位的号码信息,读取后与设备中存储的通讯录进行比对,检测是否有相匹配的号码信息。如果没有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可判断该号码为陌生号码。反之,可以判断该号码不为陌生号码。
S130:根据判断结果,确定是否执行副号码拨打的操作。
在某些实施例中,当步骤S120的判断结果为是时,也即当判断出所述当前拨打号码为陌生号码时,可以确定执行副号码拨打的操作。在某些实施例中,所述副号码拨打的操作可以包括设备直接执行副号码拨打。在某些实施例中,如图2所示的是所述副号码拨打的操作过程200的流程图,该过程200可以包括:
设备发出副号码拨打的提示(202)。在某些实施例中,设备可以发出副号码拨打的提示,所述提示可以是一种可视反馈。例如在电子设备的屏幕显示预设拨号选择页面,以供用户选择是否需要进行副号码拨号。所述预设拨号选择页面可以包括副号码拨打选项。另外,所述预设拨号选择页面还可以包括取消拨打当前号码的选项和/或主号码拨打选项。如图3所示的是一种以智能手机为例的电子设备的一种预设拨号选择页面的示意图。其中,所述预设拨号选择页面300包括当前拨打的号码(13011112222)301、副号码拨打选项302、主号码拨打选项303、以及取消选项304。在某些实施例中,所述预设拨号选择页面还可以是其他形式,例如还包括多个副号码拨打选项等,本申请实施例并不以此为限。
在某些实施例中,除了可视反馈外,电子设备还会提供非可视反馈,以便指示用户进行副号码拨打。该非可视反馈可以包括音频反馈(例如声音)或物理反馈(例如振动)等。
当设备发出副号码拨打的提示之后,用户可以根据具体的需要触发相应的指令。结合附图3所示的可视反馈,例如,用户使用至少一只手以及使用一个或多个手指来执行点击副号码拨打选项302所在区域可以触发副号码拨打指令(204)。为了便于说明,在过程200以及下文描述的其他实施例中,副号码拨打的触发指令将被描述成是由用户用手指点击副号码拨打选项所在区域。但是应该了解,该指令也可以使用任何适当的物体或配件来进行,例如指示笔等。在某些实施例中,所述指令,除了点击之外,还包括保持与持续的点击,在保持持续点击的同时移动点击的接触点,中断接触,或其任意组合。本申请实施例并不以此为限。
在某些实施例中,结合附图3,例如当用户用手指点击主号码拨打选项303所在区域可以触发主号码拨打指令;当用户用手指点击取消选项304所在区域可以触发终止当前拨号的指令。
设备接收副号码拨打的触发指令(206)。
设备执行副号码拨打(208)。当设备接收到副号码拨打的触发指令后,可以执行副号码拨打。在某些实施例中,设备执行完副号码拨打后,可以给用户提供已经进行副号码拨打的反馈,以提示用户正在使用副号码进行拨号。所述反馈可以包括可视的反馈,例如设备显示一种预设页面,如图4所示,该预设页面400包括当前拨打的号码(13011112222)401、正在使用副号码拨打402、以及取消选项403。在某些实施例中,所述预设页面还可以是其他形式,
本申请实施例并不以此为限。在某些实施例中,所述反馈也可以包括非可视反馈。
以下首先介绍本申请一种号码拨打的方法的另一实施例。图5是说明根据本申请某些实施例提供的号码拨打的方法的流程示意图,而对于需要使用副号码进行拨号的用户,需要以后台程序、插件等方式,将本申请实施例提供的号码拨号功能在电子设备的一个或多个处理器上运行。虽然下文描述流程包括以特定顺序出现的多个操作,但是应该清楚了解,这些过程可以包括更多或更少的操作,这些操作可以顺序执行或并行执行(例如使用并行处理器或多线程环境)。该实施例包括:
S510:当设备处于拨号界面时,获取当前输入的号码信息。
当设备处于拨号界面时,用户可以在所述拨号界面输入要拨打的号码,设备获取当前输入的号码信息。在某些实施例中,一旦设备检测到用户输入号码信息的指令,可以激活后续的过程,且过程进度可以由当前设备自动控制,独立于用户;或者也可以由用户控制。如用户所理解的那样,该过程可以是即时的、接近即时的、渐进的或是处于任何适当速率的。
S520:判断所述当前输入的号码信息是否为陌生号码信息。
在某些实施例中,当电子设备获取当前输入的号码信息后,可以判断所述当前输入的号码信息是否为陌生号码信息。所述陌生号码信息包括未存储在当前电子设备上的号码信息。例如,检测所述当前输入的号码信息是否与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的号码信息相匹配。当检测出所述当前输入的号码信息与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的任意一个号码的号码信息都不匹配时,可以判断当前输入的号码信息为陌生号码信息。反之,当检测出所述当前输入的号码信息与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的任意一个号码的号码信息相匹配时,可以判断出所述输入的号码信息不是陌生号码信息。一旦判断出所述当前拨打号码不是陌生号码时,可以直接执行正常的主号码拨打的操作。具体的,假设当前需要拨打的号码为某11位的手机号码,用户输入号码信息后,检测号码信息是否匹配的过程可以包括:按序一位一位的读取输入的号码信息,可以一边读取一边与设备中存储的通讯录进行比对,当读取了一定数量位的号码信息时,如果已经检测到设备中存储的通讯录没有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以停止读取当前输入的号码信息,并判断该号码信息为陌生号码信息;在某些实施例中,需要匹配的号码信息的位数是预先设置的,如果读取了预设数量位的号码信息时,没有检测到设备中存储的通讯录有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以判断该号码信息为陌生号码信息。反之,如果读取了全部的或连续的预设数量位的号码信息后,依然检测到设备中存储的通讯录有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可以判断该号码不为陌生号码。这里读取号码信息的位
数可以预先设置,一般对于中国的手机号码所述位数小于等于号码的总位数十一,大于等于八。在某些实施例中,所述位数也可以小于八,但一般太小的位数对于判断上述号码信息是否匹配存在较大的误差。一般对于中国的座机号码所述位数小于等于号码的总位数八,大于等于六。在某些实施例中,所述位数也可以小于六,但一般太小的位数对于判断上述号码信息是否匹配存在较大的误差。此外,在某些实施例中,对于手机的电话区位码、以及座机的区号,可以先进行识别处理,再进行上述号码信息匹配的过程。
在某些实施例中,除了上述检测号码信息是否匹配的过程外,所述检测号码信息是否匹配的过程还可以包括:读取号码信息,可以在获取了全部号码信息后从右往左,或者可以从中间某一位开始对号码进行读取。并且可以按序读取预设数量位的号码信息,读取后与设备中存储的通讯录进行比对,检测是否有相匹配的号码信息。如果没有与之相匹配的号码信息时,可判断该号码信息为陌生号码信息。反之,可以判断该号码信息不为陌生号码信息。
S530:根据判断结果,确定是否执行副号码拨打的操作。
在某些实施例中,当步骤S520的判断结果为是时,也即当判断出所述当前输入的号码信息为陌生号码信息时,可以确定执行副号码拨打的操作。在某些实施例中,所述副号码拨打的操作可以包括:
设备接收号码拨打的触发指令。所述触发指令可以包括用户在输入完整的号码信息后执行的号码拨打的操作。在接收到所述号码拨打的触发指令后,设备执行副号码拨打。
在某些实施例中,所述副号码拨打的操作过程还可以包括:
设备发出副号码拨打的提示。在某些实施例中,所述提示可以是一种可视反馈,以供用户选择是否需要进行副号码拨号。在某些实施例中,除了可视反馈外,电子设备还会提供非可视反馈,以便指示用户进行副号码拨打。该非可视反馈可以包括音频反馈(例如声音)或物理反馈(例如振动)等。在某些实施例中,设备在检测到当前输入的号码信息为陌生号码时,就即时的或接近即时的发出所述提示。在某些实施例中,设备在检测到当前输入的号码信息为陌生号码后,待用户输入全部号码信息后发出所述提示。
当设备发出副号码拨打的提示之后,用户可以根据所述提示触发相应的指令。在某些实施例中,用户可以触发副号码拨打的触发指令。设备接收副号码拨打的触发指令。当设备接收到副号码拨打的触发指令后,可以执行副号码拨打。在某些实施例中,设备执行完副号码拨打后,可以给用户提供已经进行副号码拨打的反馈,以提示用户正在使用副号码进行拨号。所述反馈可以包括可视的反馈,也可以包括非可视反馈。
本申请实施例另一方面还提供一种号码拨打的装置,如图6所示,该装置包括一种号码拨打的装置,包括:
预设拨号触发指令接收单元610,用于接收预设拨号触发指令;
第一判断单元620,用于判断当前拨打号码是否为陌生号码;

由此可见,本申请一种号码拨打的方法及装置的实施例可以接收到预设拨号触发指令,并在接收到所述指令后判断当前拨打的号码是否为陌生号码。并根据判断结果确定是否执行副号码拨打的操作。与现有技术相比,本申请实施例在用户拨打陌生号码时,可以自动识别出当前拨打的号码为陌生号码,并且可以直接执行副号码拨打的操作,简单快速地实现副号码拨打,有效的改善了用户体验。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片2。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description
Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog2。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20 以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。
本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本申请时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断当前拨打号码是否为陌生号码包括:检测所述当前拨打号码的号码信息是否与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的号码信息相匹配;若不匹配,判断所述当前拨打的号码是陌生号码。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断当前拨打号码是否为陌生号码还包括:若匹配,判断所述当前拨打的号码不是陌生号码。

- 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断单元包括:第一检测模块,用于检测所述当前拨打号码的号码信息是否与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的号码信息相匹配;第一判断模块,用于当第一检测模块检测的结果为不匹配时,判断所述当前拨打的号码是陌生号码。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断单元还包括:第二判断模块,用于当第一检测模块检测的结果为匹配时,判断所述当前拨打的号码不是陌生号码。
- 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元包括:第一操作执行模块,用于当所述判断结果为是时,执行副号码拨打的操作。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元还包括:第二操作执行模块,用于当所述判断结果为否时,执行主号码拨打的操作。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,在执行副号码拨打的操作之前,所述第一操作执行模块还包括:发出副号码拨打的提示;接收副号码拨打的触发指令。
- 一种号码拨打的装置,其特征在于,包括:号码信息获取单元,用于当设备处于拨号界面时,获取当前输入的号码信息;第二判断单元,用于判断所述当前输入的号码信息是否为陌生号码信息;第二确定单元,用于根据所述第二判断单元的判断结果,确定是否执行副号码拨打的操作。
- 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二判断单元包括:第二检测模块,用于检测所述当前输入的号码信息是否与当前电子设备的通讯录中存储的号码信息相匹配;第三判断模块,用于当第二检测模块检测的结果为不匹配时,判断所述输入的号码信息是陌生号码信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二判断单元还包括:第四判断模块,用于当第二检测模块检测的结果为匹配时,判断所述输入的号码信息不是陌生号码信息。
- 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定单元包括:第三操作执行模块,用于当所述判断结果为是时,执行副号码拨打的操作。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定单元还包括:第四操作执行模块,用于当所述判断结果为否时,执行主号码拨打的操作。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行副号码拨打的操作包括:发出副号码拨打的提示;接收副号码拨打的触发指令;执行副号码拨打。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行副号码拨打的操作包括:接收号码拨打的触发指令;执行副号码拨打。
