本申请涉及硬盘安装领域,例如涉及一种硬盘安装装置及设备。
背景技术
电子类产品很多会配装有硬盘产品,尤其是大数据时代,服务器、大型数据中心等越来越多,硬盘的使用也越来越多,硬盘本身相对容易损坏,因而硬盘的安装需要考虑易维护性、可靠性等问题。
目前常用的一些防护方式,如螺钉固定、压板盖压等方式,或者可靠性差,不能很好的固定硬盘;或者维护性差,难以拆装。
因此,如何提供一种便于安装维护的装置,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种硬盘安装装置及设备,以解决硬盘固定方式不便于安装维护的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种硬盘安装装置,其包括:安装箱体,以及至少一个硬盘安装盒,硬盘安装盒包括硬盘固定件以及卡位活动件,卡位活动件用于将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在安装箱体内。
可选地,硬盘固定件设置有与待固定硬盘外形匹配的固定壁,固定壁上设置有螺钉孔。
可选地,硬盘固定件还包括固定在固定壁上的夹层壁,夹层壁与固定壁配合形成夹层,卡位活动件固定在夹层内。
可选地,卡位活动件设置有提手,夹层壁上设置有提手的活动孔,通过提手在活动孔内活动,卡位活动件将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在安装箱体内。
可选地,硬盘安装盒还包括连接件,连接件连接硬盘固定件以及卡位活动 件。
可选地,连接件包括转轴,转轴穿过卡位活动件及硬盘固定件。
可选地,活动孔为扇形,提手在活动孔内转动,实现硬盘安装盒的固定安装。
可选地,活动孔的两个端部位置还分别设置有用于固定提手的固定孔。
可选地,硬盘固定件设置有收纳腔,卡位活动件包括弹性构件,弹性构件设置于收纳腔内。
可选地,硬盘安装盒上还设置有用于推动硬盘安装盒移动的挡板。
可选地,该硬盘安装装置还包括:设置在安装箱体和/或硬盘安装盒上,用于缓冲的缓冲件。

本发明实施例还提供了一种设备,其包括上述硬盘安装装置。
本发明实施例提供了一种硬盘安装装置,包括安装箱体,以及至少一个硬盘安装盒,硬盘安装盒包括硬盘固定件以及卡位活动件,卡位活动件将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在安装箱体内,在使用时,将硬盘安装在硬盘固定件上实现硬盘固定,之后将硬盘安装盒放置在安装箱体内,利用卡位活动件实现卡位固定,这样通过简单的操作,就可以实现硬盘的拆或者装,大大提高了操作的方便性;安装后硬盘能够可靠固定,提高了安装的可靠性。本发明实施例的硬盘安装装置操作方便,功能可靠,通用性好,可以减少安装维护的工作量,总体上降低安装、维护的难度,节约了成本。

本发明的实施方式
第一实施例:
图1为第一实施例提供的硬盘安装装置的结构示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,硬盘安装装置1包括:安装箱体11,以及至少一个硬盘安装盒12,硬盘安装盒12包括硬盘固定件121以及卡位活动件122,卡位活动件122用于将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒12卡位固定在安装箱体11内。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘固定件121设置有与待固定硬盘外形匹配的固定壁,固定壁上设置有螺钉孔。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘固定件121还包括固定在固定壁上的夹层壁,夹层壁与固定壁配合形成夹层,卡位活动件122固定在夹层内。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的卡位活动件122设置有提手,夹层壁上设置有提手的活动孔,通过提手在活动孔内活动,卡位活动件将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在安装箱体内。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘安装盒12还包括连接件123,连接件123连接硬盘固定件121以及卡位活动件122。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的连接件123包括转轴,转轴穿过卡位活动件及硬盘固定件。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的活动孔为扇形,提手可在扇形活动孔内转动,实现硬盘安装盒的固定安装。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的扇形活动孔的两个端部位置还分别设置有用于固定提手的固定孔。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘固定件121设置有收纳腔,卡位活动件122包括弹性构件,弹性构件设置于收纳腔内。该结构实现简单,可以采用收缩弹簧等实现定位。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘安装盒12上还设置有用于推动硬盘安装盒移动的挡板124。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的硬盘安装装置还包括:设置在安装箱体和/或硬盘安装盒上,用于缓冲的缓冲件。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的缓冲件包括减震橡胶钉。
本发明实施例还提供了一种设备,其包括如上所述的硬盘安装装置。
现结合应用场景对本发明实施例做诠释说明。
第二实施例:
如图1至8所示:
在本实施例中,硬盘安装装置1包括:如图2所示的安装箱体11,以及至少一个如图5所示的硬盘安装盒12。通过左右打沉头螺钉把硬盘装配到硬盘安装盒12安装硬盘之后,如图3所示。如图4所示,将安装有硬盘的硬盘安装盒12放置到安装箱体11内,其中,最初放入硬盘安装盒12的状态如41所示,然后通过拨动硬盘盖板上面的挡板124,把硬盘安装盒12手动拨动到42的状态,此时硬盘装配到位。提起旋转提手1221,逆时针旋转卡位活动件(一个盖板)约90度,放下旋转提手,插入到固定孔里面,如图1所示,使得旋转盖板上面的橡胶垫顶住插箱,至此硬盘安装完成。
硬盘取出的过程和前面安装的过程正好相反,先把图1所示的卡位活动件 122顺时针旋转到如图4所示的42状态(打开状态),然后拨动挡板124至41状态,然后取出硬盘安装装置。
如图5至8所示:
本实施例内的硬盘安装盒包括:硬盘固定件121、卡位活动件122、连接件123,以及设置在硬盘固定件121上的挡板124。其中,硬盘固定件121包括固定壁1211及夹层壁1212,固定壁1211及夹层壁1212通过铆钉或其他方式固定到一起形成夹层,夹层壁1212设置有90°的扇形的活动孔1213,固定壁1211设置有固定孔1214及1215(图7所示),相差90°;连接件123为一个转轴,从内部穿过固定壁1211、卡位活动件122至夹层壁1212;卡位活动件122为一个长条形的旋转板,设置在硬盘固定件121的夹层内,旋转板围绕着转轴相对于硬盘固定件121转动,其一端设置有提手1221,另一端设置有缓冲件。
如图5所示,提手1221处于固定孔1214内,旋转板被限位于关闭状态,此时可以拆卸硬盘安装盒,将安装硬盘,安装之后,如图3所示;如图6所示,提手1221处于固定孔1215内,旋转板被限位于打开状态,此时可以固定硬盘安装盒,如图1所示。
上面的盖板是可以重复使用的,不仅仅限制于两边交错装螺钉的结构。在空间允许的条件下,两侧可以做成完全对称的拧多个螺钉的结构。此种结构可以通过尺寸的变化演变为多种结构,可实现3.5寸硬盘的安装和2.5寸硬盘等的安装,如图8所示。
综上可知,本发明实施例提供了一种硬盘安装装置,包括安装箱体,以及至少一个硬盘安装盒,硬盘安装盒包括硬盘固定件以及卡位活动件,卡位活动件将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在安装箱体内,在使用时,将硬盘安装在硬盘固定件上实现硬盘固定,之后将硬盘安装盒放置在安装箱体内,利用卡 位活动件实现卡位固定,这样通过简单的操作,就可以实现硬盘的拆或者装,大大提高了操作的方便性,安装后硬盘能够可靠固定,提高了安装的可靠性。可见本发明实施例的硬盘安装装置操作方便,功能可靠,通用性好,可以减少安装维护的工作量,总体上降低安装、维护的难度,节约了成本。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种硬盘安装装置,包括:安装箱体,以及至少一个硬盘安装盒,所述硬盘安装盒包括硬盘固定件以及卡位活动件,所述卡位活动件用于将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在所述安装箱体内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述硬盘固定件设置有与待固定硬盘外形匹配的固定壁,所述固定壁上设置有螺钉孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述硬盘固定件还包括固定在所述固定壁上的夹层壁,所述夹层壁与所述固定壁配合形成夹层,所述卡位活动件固定在所述夹层内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述卡位活动件设置有提手,所述夹层壁上设置有所述提手的活动孔,通过所述提手在所述活动孔内活动,所述卡位活动件将固定有硬盘的硬盘安装盒卡位固定在所述安装箱体内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述硬盘安装盒还包括连接件,所述连接件连接所述硬盘固定件以及所述卡位活动件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述连接件包括转轴,所述转轴穿过所述卡位活动件及所述硬盘固定件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述活动孔为扇形,所述提手在所述活动孔内转动,实现所述硬盘安装盒的固定安装。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述活动孔的两个端部位置还分别设置有用于固定所述提手的固定孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述硬盘固定件设置有收纳腔,所述卡位活动件包括弹性构件,所述弹性构件设置于所述收纳腔内。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述硬盘安装盒上还设置有用于推动所述硬盘安装盒移动的挡板。
  11. 如权利要求1至10任一项所述的硬盘安装装置,还包括:设置在所述安装箱体和/或所述硬盘安装盒上的,用于缓冲的缓冲件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的硬盘安装装置,其中,所述缓冲件包括减震橡胶钉。
