移动终端按照公式S=A(T-t)计算花费的费用;其中,S为花费的费用,A为套餐外单位时间内的通话费用或套餐外每条短信的费用或套餐外单位流量的费用,T为通话时间或短信发送的条数或上网流量,t为套餐内剩余的通话时间或套餐内剩余的短信发送条数或套餐内剩余的上网流量。

步骤104、当移动终端判断出花费的费用大于0时,移动终端根据花费的费用计算新的话费余额,保存新的话费余额并发送给虚拟运营商的服务器。
本步骤中,新的话费余额为原话费余额与花费的费用之间的差值。
本步骤中,当移动终端判断出话费的费用小于或等于0时,结束本流程。
本步骤中,移动终端还可以将更新的套餐内剩余的通话时间或套餐内剩余的短信发送条数或套餐内剩余的上网流量发送给虚拟运营商的服务器。
通过本发明实施例的方案,通过移动终端实现了虚拟运营商的计费,并且减少了虚拟运营商的服务器的负担。
参见图2,本发明实施例还提出了一种移动终端,包括:
接收模块21,设置为:接收到来自虚拟运营商的服务器的套餐信息和/或话费余额;接收到来自用户的通话请求或短信请求或上网请求,向计算模块发送第一通知消息;
存储模块22,设置为:保存或更新套餐信息和/或话费余额;保存新的话费余额并发送给虚拟运营商的服务器;
计算模块23,设置为:接收到第一通知消息,根据保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费,向控制模块发送第二通知消息;当判断出通话结束或短信发送完成或上网结束时,根据套餐信息计算花费的费用;当判断出花费的费用大于0时,根据花费的费用计算新的话费余额;
控制模块24,设置为:接收到第二通知消息,允许用户进行通话或短信发送或上网。
其中,接收模块21可以采用接收机来实现,存储模块22、计算模块23和控制模块24的功能均可以是通过处理器执行存储在存储器中的程序/指令实现,还可以通过固件/逻辑电路/集成电路实现。
本发明实施例的移动终端中,计算模块23还设置为:
当根据保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费时,根据套餐信息和话费余额计算当前所能支持的最大通话时间或最大短信条数或最大上网流量;在用户进行通话或短信发送或上网过程中,当判断出通话时间大于最大通话时间,或短信发送的条数大于最大短信条数,或上网流量大于最大上网流量时,向控制模块发送第三通知消息;
控制模块24还设置为:
接收到第三通知消息,挂断通话或阻止短信发送或禁止上网。
本发明实施例的移动终端中,控制模块24还设置为:
接收到第三通知消息,向用户发送表示通话时间大于最大通话时间,或短信发送的条数大于最大短信条数,或上网流量大于最大上网流量的信息。
本发明实施例的移动终端中,所述计算模块23是设置为:

接收到第四通知消息,向用户发送表示已欠费的信息。
本发明实施例的移动终端中,所述计算模块23是设置为:
按照公式S=A(T-t)计算花费的费用;其中,S为花费的费用,A为套餐外单位时间内的通话费用或套餐外每条短信的费用或套餐外单位流量的费用,T为通话时间或短信发送的条数或上网流量,t为套餐内剩余的通话时间或套餐内剩余的短信发送条数或套餐内剩余的上网流量。

上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

本发明实施例通过移动终端实现了虚拟运营商的计费,并且减少了虚拟运营商的服务器的负担。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种实现计费的方法,包括:
    移动终端接收到来自虚拟运营商的服务器的套餐信息和/或话费余额,保存或更新套餐信息和/或话费余额;
    移动终端接收到来自用户的通话请求或短信请求或上网请求,根据保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费,允许用户进行通话或短信发送或上网;
    当移动终端判断出通话结束或短信发送完成或上网结束时,移动终端根据套餐信息计算花费的费用;
    当移动终端判断出花费的费用大于0时,移动终端根据花费的费用计算新的话费余额,保存新的话费余额并发送给虚拟运营商的服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    当所述移动终端根据所述保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费时,所述移动终端根据所述套餐信息和所述话费余额计算当前所能支持的最大通话时间或最大短信条数或最大上网流量;
    在所述用户进行通话或短信发送或上网过程中,当所述移动终端判断出通话时间大于所述最大通话时间,或短信发送的条数大于所述最大短信条数,或上网流量大于所述最大上网流量时,所述移动终端挂断通话或阻止短信发送或禁止上网。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    在所述用户进行通话或短信发送或上网过程中,当所述移动终端判断出通话时间大于所述最大通话时间,或短信发送的条数大于所述最大短信条数,或上网流量大于所述最大上网流量时,所述移动终端向所述用户发送表示所述通话时间大于所述最大通话时间,或所述短信发送的条数大于所述最大短信条数,或所述上网流量大于所述最大上网流量的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述移动终端根据套餐信息和话费余额计算当前所能支持的最大通话时间或最大短信条数或最大上网流量包括:

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    当所述移动终端根据所述保存或更新的话费余额判断出已欠费时,所述移动终端向所述用户发送表示已欠费的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的方法,其中,所述移动终端根据套餐信息计算花费的费用包括:
    所述移动终端按照公式S=A(T-t)计算所述花费的费用;其中,S为所述花费的费用,A为套餐外单位时间内的通话费用或套餐外每条短信的费用或套餐外单位流量的费用,T为通话时间或短信发送的条数或上网流量,t为套餐内剩余的通话时间或套餐内剩余的短信发送条数或套餐内剩余的上网流量。
  8. 一种移动终端,包括:
    接收模块,设置为:接收到来自虚拟运营商的服务器的套餐信息和/或话费余额;接收到来自用户的通话请求或短信请求或上网请求,向计算模块发送第一通知消息;
    存储模块,设置为:保存或更新套餐信息和/或话费余额;保存新的话费余额并发送给虚拟运营商的服务器;
    计算模块,设置为:接收到第一通知消息,根据保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费,向控制模块发送第二通知消息;当判断出通话结束或短信发送完成或上网结束时,根据套餐信息计算花费的费用;当判断出花费的费用大于0时,根据花费的费用计算新的话费余额;
    控制模块,设置为:接收到第二通知消息,允许用户进行通话或短信发送或上网。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述计算模块还设置为:
    当根据所述保存或更新的话费余额判断出未欠费时,根据所述套餐信息和所述话费余额计算当前所能支持的最大通话时间或最大短信条数或最大上网流量;在所述用户进行通话或短信发送或上网过程中,当判断出通话时间大于所述最大通话时间,或短信发送的条数大于所述最大短信条数,或上网流量大于所述最大上网流量时,向所述控制模块发送第三通知消息;
    所述控制模块还设置为:
    接收到所述第三通知消息,挂断通话或阻止短信发送或禁止上网。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制模块还设置为:
    接收到所述第三通知消息,向所述用户发送表示所述通话时间大于所述最大通话时间,或所述短信发送的条数大于所述最大短信条数,或所述上网流量大于所述最大上网流量的信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的移动终端,其中,所述计算模块是设置为:

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制模块还设置为:
    接收到所述第四通知消息,向所述用户发送表示已欠费的信息。
  14. 根据权利要求8或9或10所述的移动终端,其中,所述计算模块是设置为:
    按照公式S=A(T-t)计算所述花费的费用;其中,S为所述花费的费用,A为套餐外单位时间内的通话费用或套餐外每条短信的费用或套餐外单位流量的费用,T为通话时间或短信发送的条数或上网流量,t为套餐内剩余的通话时间或套餐内剩余的短信发送条数或套餐内剩余的上网流量。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-7任一项的方法。
