应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法。通过采集面部图像获取对应的用户信息,并根据用户信息直接匹配对应的消费清单,并可提供支付界面进行支付,方便了用户使用,并且提高了缴费效率。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明一实施例中,基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法包括:
步骤S10,采集用户的面部图像,识别面部图像,获取面部图像对应的用户信息;
本实施例所提供的自助缴费方法可应用于设置于各医院中的自助缴费终端,也可应用于智能终端,可用于用户看病整个过程中的诊断单据的费用支付以及医药费的支付。在缴费时,可采集用户的面部图像,在采集时既可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的摄像头等图像采集装置进行采集,也可以通过智能终端上自带的摄像头或其他可与网络医院平台通信连接的图像采集软件进行采集。在采集到用户的面部图像后,对该面部图像进行处理并识别,获取面部图像所对应的用户信息,例如对面部图像进行处理以得到该用户的面部轮廓信息,或者对该面部图像进行识别以获取与面部图像相关联的挂号号码。
在得到了用户信息后,对用户信息进行校验,例如,判断得到的面部轮廓信息是否存在于面部轮廓信息库中,该面部轮廓信息库中存储有挂号时采集过面部图像的所有病人的面部轮廓信息,或者,判断获取的挂号号码是否正确;同时,判断面部轮廓信息库中与识别出的面部轮廓信息相同的面部轮廓信息的存储时间是否在规定的时间范围内,或判断挂号号码的存储时间是否在规定的时间范围内,该时间范围可以设置为一周,即一周内存储的面部轮廓信息或挂号号码都有效,在一周内缴费均无需再次挂号,可直接在缴费后进行其他相关诊疗。
步骤S20,根据用户信息匹配对应的消费清单并显示;
对用户信息进行校验并且成功后,即确定该用户信息是正确的,并且其存储时间在规定的时间范围内时,根据用户信息在预置的消费清单库中匹配该用户信息对应的消费清单,预置的消费清单库中存储有与每个采集过面部图像的病人的面部轮廓信息或挂号号码相关联的消费清单;在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,将该消费清单进行显示,以便用户查看,消费清单可以列表的形式逐条列出病人在诊断过程中的全部消费情况。
步骤S30,提供支付界面,以供支付消费清单对应的费用。
在显示消费清单的同时,可在显示界面上同时显示供用户选择的选择项,例如“支付”或“取消”,当用户点击“支付”时,向用户提供支付界面,用户可通过任何方式进行支付,例如可通过智能终端连接网络通过网银或第三方支付平台的方式支付,也可通过自助缴费终端通过银行卡或社保卡等方式进行支付。
本实施例在采集到用户的面部图像后,对该面部图像进行识别并获取对应的用户信息,并在对用户信息校验成功后根据该用户信息匹配对应的消费清单并向用户显示,在用户支付时向用户提供支付界面,以供支付消费清单对应的费用。通过采集面部图像获取对应的用户信息,并根据用户信息直接匹配对应的消费清单,并可提供支付界面进行支付,方便了用户使用,并且提高了缴费效率。
参照图2,图2为图1中步骤S20的细化流程示意图。
在上述实施例中,步骤S20具体包括:
步骤S201,获取用户信息相关联的病人信息;
在采集到用户的面部图像并通过处理或识别得到用户信息后,从用户信息中获取相关联的病人信息,例如,从对面部图像识别所得到的面部轮廓信息中或者与面部图像相关联的挂号号码中获取相关联的病人信息。本实施例中,病人信息包括病人的基本信息和诊断信息,其中,基本信息包括该病人的姓名、性别、年龄及既往病史等可标识该病人的信息,诊断信息包括病人在一次看病的过程中所产生的全部需要缴费的诊断单据。
步骤S202,根据病人的基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配根据诊断信息生成的消费清单;
步骤S203,在显示界面显示消费清单。
获取到病人的基本信息后,根据该基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配该病人的消费清单,消费清单库中存储有所有采集过面部图像的病人的用户信息对应的消费清单,消费清单根据诊断单据生成,即在病人看病的过程中,系统会记录该病人的用户信息所对应的每一次产生的诊断单据,并将病人的全部诊断单据进行统计和计算,为该病人生成相应的消费清单。匹配到相应的消费清单后,将其显示在智能终端或自助缴费终端的显示界面上,供用户了解消费详情。
参照图3,图3为本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法第一实施例,第二实施例中,该方法还包括:
步骤S40,在病人挂号时采集病人的面部图像,生成面部图像对应的用户信息,并将病人的基本信息与用户信息相关联。
在病人通过网络医院平台或通过智能终端上的挂号软件挂号时,首先采集该病人的面部图像,采集时,可通过自助缴费终端上设置的摄像头等图像采集装置进行采集,也可通过智能终端上自带的摄像头或其他可与网络医院平台通信连接的图像采集软件进行采集,并对采集到的面部图像进行分析得到面部轮廓信息或为该病人分配相应的挂号号码,面部轮廓信息和挂号号码即为该面部图像对应的用户信息。然后将病人的基本信息与生成的用户信息相关联,即建立用户信息与病人的姓名、性别、年龄及既往病史等信息的对应关系,在后续缴费或进行其他诊疗时,只需要采集病人的面部图像,并对该面部图像进行分析得到对应的用户信息,即可关联出该病人的基本信息,无需再次采集或输入。本实施例中,该步骤S40优选在执行上述步骤S10之前执行。

基于本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法第一实施例,第三实施例中,该方法还包括:
步骤S50,在病人会诊过程中,将该病人的用户信息与诊断信息相关联;诊断信息至少包括诊断单据。
在病人会诊的过程中,医生可能会为病人开出各种治疗或检查的诊断单据或处方单,该病人会诊的整个过程中的所有诊断单据和处方单即为该病人的诊断信息,在每开出一张诊断单据或处方单的时候,将其与病人的用户信息相关联,以方便根据诊断信息统计病人的消费情况,并且在缴费时方便根据用户信息关联出相应的消费清单。本实施例中,该步骤S50优选在执行上述步骤S10之前执行。
参照图5,图5为本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费方法第四实施例的流程示意图。
基于本发明上述实施例,该自助缴费方法还包括:
步骤S60,根据病人的诊断信息,分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,并存储至诊断信息对应的消费清单中。
本实施例中,在根据病人的诊断信息计算消费情况时,可根据该病人的社保参保情况,将其消费金额进行分类统计,即分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,将医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额均存储至消费清单中,在向用户显示消费清单时,可将医保账户消费金额的清单和个人账户消费金额的清单分别列出,供用户查看。本实施例中,该步骤S60优选在步骤S10之前执行。
本发明还提供一种基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费系统。
参照图6,图6为本发明基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费系统第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在一实施例中,基于面部识别的网络医院自助缴费系统包括:
识别模块10,用于采集用户的面部图像,识别面部图像,获取面部图像对应的用户信息;
匹配模块20,用于根据用户信息匹配对应的消费清单并显示;
界面提供模块30,用于提供支付界面,以供支付消费清单对应的费用。
本实施例所提供的自助缴费方法可应用于设置于各医院中的自助缴费终端,也可应用于智能终端,可用于用户看病整个过程中的诊断单据的费用支付以及医药费的支付。在缴费时,可采集用户的面部图像,在采集时既可以通过自助缴费终端上设置的摄像头等图像采集装置进行采集,也可以通过智能终端上自带的摄像头或其他可与网络医院平台通信连接的图像采集软件进行采集。在采集到用户的面部图像后,识别模块10对该面部图像进行处理并识别,获取面部图像所对应的用户信息,例如对面部图像进行处理以得到该用户的面部轮廓信息,或者对该面部图像进行识别以获取与面部图像相关联的挂号号码。
在得到了用户信息后,识别模块10对用户信息进行校验,例如,判断得到的面部轮廓信息是否存在于面部轮廓信息库中,该面部轮廓信息库中存储有挂号时采集过面部图像的所有病人的面部轮廓信息,或者,判断获取的挂号号码是否正确;同时,判断面部轮廓信息库中与识别出的面部轮廓信息相同的面部轮廓信息的存储时间是否在规定的时间范围内,或判断挂号号码的存储时间是否在规定的时间范围内,该时间范围可以设置为一周,即一周内存储的面部轮廓信息或挂号号码都有效,在一周内缴费均无需再次挂号,可直接在缴费后进行其他相关诊疗。
对用户信息进行校验并且成功后,即确定该用户信息是正确的,并且其存储时间在规定的时间范围内时,匹配模块20根据用户信息在预置的消费清单库中匹配该用户信息对应的消费清单,预置的消费清单库中存储有与每个采集过面部图像的病人的面部轮廓信息或挂号号码相关联的消费清单;在匹配到用户信息对应的消费清单后,将该消费清单进行显示,以便用户查看,消费清单可以列表的形式逐条列出病人在诊断过程中的全部消费情况。
在显示消费清单的同时,可在显示界面上同时显示供用户选择的选择项,例如“支付”或“取消”,当用户点击“支付”时,界面提供模块30向用户提供支付界面,用户可通过任何方式进行支付,例如可通过智能终端连接网络通过网银或第三方支付平台的方式支付,也可通过自助缴费终端通过银行卡或社保卡等方式进行支付。

在上述实施例中,匹配模块20具体用于:
获取用户信息相关联的病人信息;
根据病人的基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配根据诊断信息生成的消费清单;
在显示界面显示消费清单。
在采集到用户的面部图像并通过处理或识别得到用户信息后,匹配模块20从用户信息中获取相关联的病人信息,例如,从对面部图像识别所得到的面部轮廓信息中或者与面部图像相关联的挂号号码中获取相关联的病人信息。本实施例中,病人信息包括病人的基本信息和诊断信息,其中,基本信息包括该病人的姓名、性别、年龄及既往病史等可标识该病人的信息,诊断信息包括病人在一次看病的过程中所产生的全部需要缴费的诊断单据。
获取到病人的基本信息后,匹配模块20根据该基本信息,在预置的消费清单库中匹配该病人的消费清单,消费清单库中存储有所有采集过面部图像的病人的用户信息对应的消费清单,消费清单根据诊断单据生成,即在病人看病的过程中,系统会记录该病人的用户信息所对应的每一次产生的诊断单据,并将病人的全部诊断单据进行统计和计算,为该病人生成相应的消费清单。匹配到相应的消费清单后,匹配模块20将其显示在智能终端或自助缴费终端的显示界面上,供用户了解消费详情。

本实施例中,在根据病人的诊断信息计算消费情况时,计算模块60可根据该病人的社保参保情况,将其消费金额进行分类统计,即分别计算医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额,将医保账户消费金额和个人账户消费金额均存储至消费清单中,在向用户显示消费清单时,可将医保账户消费金额的清单和个人账户消费金额的清单分别列出,供用户查看。
