Description

高速信号传输装置 技术领域
本发明是关于高速信号传输装置,尤指一种藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,以与两侧信号源的电路板端所设的双连结的第一插座连接器、第三插座连接器与第二插座连接器、第四插座连接器互为结合,即可将车用信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输速率的高速信号传输装置。
背景技术
根据已知的信号传输缆线,如中国台湾新型第M479496号及第M479497号等现有技术,为提升信号传输效率到达USB3.0的传输速度,信号缆线必须设有9组的信号线,同样地,既然设有9组信号线,当然就必须有包含9组端子的插头连接器与插座连接器,因此,在目前车辆所使用的传输速度均为USB2.0的情况下,因为传输速率低,会造成车辆信号传输推迟的问题,如要外接的USB装置,如影音装置、数据计算机等目前均为USB3.0的系统,则只能降低速度以传输到车辆系统,无法提升影音与计算机系统的质量。
为此,本案发明人,积多年相关产品的设计与制造经验,特针对前述目前车用信号传输速度的问题加以研究,乃发明本案。
发明的公开
本发明的目的,乃是在提供一种藉由并用的第一传输装置与第二传输装置,与信号源的电路板端所设双连结的第一插座连接器与第二插座连接器,即可将车用信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升车用信号、或影音传输、或计算机数据的读取与传输到车用系统的高速信号传输装置。
为达前述目的,本发明所述的高速信号传输装置,乃于第一传输装置设第一信号缆线,前述第一信号缆线两端各设第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器;设第二传输装置,前述第二传输装置设第二信号缆线,于前述第二信号缆线两端设第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器;对应于前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器,乃于信号源的电路板端设双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,对应于前述第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器,乃于另端信号源的电路板端设双连结的第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,如此,得藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,将车用信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输的效率者。
本发明所述的高速信号传输装置,其中于第二传输装置的第一信号缆线两端所设的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器;与第二传输装置的第二信号缆线两端所设的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器,得以插座连接器取代;及于车用信号源的电路板端设双连结的第一插座连接器、第三插座连接器、第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,得以插头连接器取代,如此,即可将第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用,并对应于插设于信号源的电路板端所设双连结的连接器,提升车用信号传输到达USB3.0的速度。
本发明所述的高速信号传输装置,其中第一传输装置设第一信号缆线,于前述第一信号缆线两端各设第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器;前述第二传输装置设第二信号缆线,于前述第二信号缆线两端各设有第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器;对应于前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器,乃于信号源的电路板端设双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,对应于前述第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器,乃于车内输入端设第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,前述第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器的另一侧并将信号转换到万用接头或其他信号输入接头,即可得藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,将车用信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输的效率。

如图1及2所示,本发明所述的高速信号传输装置,包含第二传输装置2,设第二信号缆线20,于前述第二信号缆线20的两端分别设有第三插头连接器21a与第四插头连接器21b,前述第二信号缆线20的内部并设有两组高速传输线组20a、20b,前述高速传输线组20a、20b各设有两条信号线200a、200b与200c、200d及一条接地线200e、200f,以形成两组线,如此,乃于第二信号缆线的两端所设的第三插头连接器21a与第四插头连接器21b仅需设置四组端子。
如图3所示,其为本发明的实施例一,对应于前述第一传输装置1的第一插头连接器11a与第二传输装置2的第三插头连接器21a,乃于信号源的电路板端设有双连结的第一插座连接器3a与第三插座连接器4a,前述双连结的第一插座连接器3a与第三插座连接器4a乃是藉由一连结件30将二者结合成一体,且藉由颜色得以区分,即可让使用者或安装施工者快速插设连结,并维持各第一插座连接器3a与第三插座连接器4a各有四组端子,以配合前述第一传输装置1的第一插头连接器11a、11b与第二传输装置2的第二插头连接器21a、21b的端子运作。对应于前述第一传输装置1的第二插头连接器11b与第二传输装置2的第四插头连接器21b,乃于另端信号源的电路板端设双连结的第二插座连接器3b与第四插座连接器4b,前述双连结的第二插座连接器3b与第四插座连接器4b乃是藉由一连结件30将二者结合成一体,且藉由颜色得以区分,即可让使用者或安装施工者快速插设连结,并维持各第二插座连接器3b与第四插座连接器4b各有四组端子,以配合前述第一传输装置1的第二插头连接器11b与第二传输装置2的第四插头连接器21b的端子连接运作,如此,即可得藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置, 将信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输的效率。

本发明所述的高速信号传输装置,其中于第二传输装置所设的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器;与第二传输装置所设的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器,均得以以插座连接器取代;及于一端信号源的电路板端所设的第一插座连接器及第三插座连接器,及另一端信号源的电路板端所设的第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器,或车内输入端所设的第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器,均得以以插头连接器取代,只要可将第一传输装置与第二传输装置并用,并对应于插设于信号源的电路板端或车内输入端所设的连接器即可。因此,本发明的第一传输装置所设的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器,第二传输装置所设的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器,一端信号源所设双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,另一端信号源所设双连结的第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器;或车内输入端所设的第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器,均不受该名称的定义所限制,得以依据实际使用需求而变化运作。
由此,本发明得以藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,配合信号源的电路板端或车内输入端所设的连接器,即可将车用信号传输提升到达USB3.0的速度,强化信号传输效用者,足见本发明确实具备实用性与进步性,为本案的组成。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,至少包含:第一传输装置,设第一信号缆线,前述第一信号缆线两端分别设第一插头连接器与第二插头连接器;第二传输装置,设第二信号缆线,前述第二信号缆线两端分别设第三插头连接器与第四插头连接器;对应于前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器,乃于一端信号源的电路板端设双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,及对应于前述第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器,于另一侧信号源的电路板端设双连结的第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,如此,得藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,将信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输的速率。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一传输装置的第一信号缆线内部设四组信号线,如此,乃于第一信号缆线两端所设的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器仅需设四组端子。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第二传输装置的第二信号缆线内部设两组高速传输线组,前述高速传输线组各设两条信号线及一条接地线,以形成二组线,如此,乃于第二信号缆线两端所设的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器仅需设四组端子。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,对应于第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器的信号源电路板端所设的双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,乃是藉由一连结件将二者结合成一体,且藉由颜色区分,并于第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器各设四组端子,以配合前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器的端子运作。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,对应于第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器的信号源电路板端所设的双连结的第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,乃是藉由一连结件将二者结合成一体,且藉由颜色区分,并于第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器各设四组端子,以配合前述第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器的端子运作。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器,得以以插座连接器取代,并将信号源电路板端所设的第一插座连接器及第三插座连接器与第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器,以插头连接器取代之,以配合使用需求。
  7. 一种高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,至少包含:第一传输装置,设第一信号缆线,前述第一信号缆线两端分别设第一插头连接器与第二插头连接器;第二传输装置,设第二信号缆线,前述第二信号缆线两端分别设第三插头连接器与第四插头连接器;对应于前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器,乃于一端信号源的电路板端设双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,及对应于前述第一传输装置的第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第四插头连接器,于车内输入端设第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器,前述第二插座连接器与第四插座连接器并与万用接头或其他输入接头相结合而形成信号交换装置,如此,得藉由第一传输装置与第二传输装置的并用设置,将信号传输到达USB3.0的速度,以提升信号传输的速率者。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一传输装置的第一信号缆线内部设四组信号线,如此,乃于第一信号缆线两端所设的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器仅需设四组端子。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第二传输装置的第二信号缆线内部设两组高速传输线组,前述高速传输线组各设两条信号线及一条接地线,以形成二组线,如此,乃于第二信号缆线两端所设的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器仅需设四组端子。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,对应于第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器的信号源电路板端所设的双连结的第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器,乃是藉由一连结件将二者结合成一体,且藉由颜色得以区分,并于第一插座连接器与第三插座连接器各设四组端子,以配合前述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器的端子运作。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的高速信号传输装置,其特征在于,所述第一传输装置的第一插头连接器及第二插头连接器与第二传输装置的第三插头连接器及第四插头连接器,得以以插座连接器取代,并将信号源电路板端所设的第一插座连接器及第三插座连接器与车内输入端所设的第二插座连接器及第四插座连接器,以插头连接器取代之,以配合使用需求。
