Description
Background of the Present Invention
Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular relates to a medical endoscope suture line loop.
Description of Related Arts
In the prior art, when a gastrointestinal system, a biliary system and other body cavities and hollow organs of a patient bleed, commonly used methods include medicine spray, medicine injection, laser coagulation, clamping with hemostatic clips, etc. However, the bleeding area of a mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal system is often large. At this moment, an effective method is to place a plurality of hemostatic clips (such as Olympus HX-201LR-135L/HX-201UR-135L) to fully clamp the bleeding mucous membrane to achieve the goal of stopping bleeding. Consequently, the surgical time is prolonged, the surgical difficulty is increased, the surgical cost is increased and the pain of the patient is increased.
Summary of the Present Invention
The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a novel medical endoscope suture line loop, which can quickly clamp a large-area bleeding mucous membrane, is simple to operate and can save the surgical time.
The present invention is realized through the following technical solution:
A novel medical endoscope suture line loop comprises a ligation ring and a sleeve, wherein the ligation ring is made of a solid polyamide filament through hot melting and comprises a ligation loop, a hot-melt knot and a pull ring, wherein the ligation loop and the pull ring are connected to form an integral body by the hot-melt knot, and the sleeve sleeves the ligation ring.
The sleeve is of a transparent hollow tubular structure with elasticity, and is made of a silica
gel or rubber material.
The ligation ring is made of a solid polyamide filament and has good elasticity and strength.
The ligation ring is made of a polyamide filament through hot melting, and a hot-melt knot is formed at the position of hot melting.
The sleeve is sleeved at the external part of the hot-melt knot of the ligation ring.
The inner diameter of the sleeve is smaller than two times of the outer diameter of the solid polyamide filament.
The ligation loop is approximately elliptical.
The pull ring is of an approximate circular structure.
The present invention has the beneficial effects that the ligation ring has good elasticity and strength, the large-area bleeding mucous membrane can be clamped, the bleeding can be safely and effectively stopped through a method of ligation under an endoscope, and the structure is simple, convenient and practical.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
By referring to the drawings, the present invention is further described.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a novel medical endoscope suture line loop comprises a ligation ring 1 and a sleeve 2. Wherein, the ligation ring 1 is made of a section of solid polyamide filament which is firstly subjected to heat setting treatment and then hot melting such that a hot-melt knot is formed at the position of hot melting, and comprises a ligation loop 1-1, a hot-melt knot 1-2 and a pull ring 1-3, where the ligation loop and the pull ring are connected to form an integral body through the hot-melt knot. The ligation loop 1-1 is approximately elliptical. The pull ring 1-3 is of a approximate circular structure.
The sleeve 2 is of a transparent hollow tubular structure with elasticity, and is made of a silica gel or rubber material. The sleeve 2 is sleeved at the external part of the hot-melt knot 1-2 of the ligation ring 1. The inner diameter of the sleeve 2 is smaller than two times of the outer diameter of the solid polyamide filament.
The clinical embodiments of the present invention are described below by referring to Figs. 4-7.
During actual operation, one side of the ligation loop 1-1 is clamped by using hemostatic clips, as shown in Fig. 4, the ligation loop 1-1 enters a bleeding mucous membrane through a working channel of an endoscope, the ligation loop 1-1 and the bleeding mucous membrane are clamped together by using the hemostatic clips, then one hemostatic clip is released, the other hemostatic clip is enabled to reach the bleeding position through the endoscope to clamp the bleeding mucous membrane and the ligation ring 1-1 together, as shown in Fig. 5, and then the hemostatic clip is released. A spring tube 5 with a hook 4 is delivered to the position of a pull ring 1-3, and the pull ring 1-3 is hooked by using a hook 4, as shown in Fig. 6, then the hook 4 is pulled
towards a near end, the sleeve 2 presses against the front end of the spring tube 5 since the outer diameter of the sleeve is equal to the outer diameter of the spring tube 5, and the ligation loop 1-1 is slowly shrunk when the ligation ring is pulled by the hook 4, such that the bleeding mucous membrane surrounded by the ligation loop 1-1 is closed and finally reaches a state as shown in Fig. 7. Under the elastic effect of the sleeve 2, the ligation loop 1-1 is kept in a shape that the ligation loop 1-1 closes the bleeding mucous membrane, such that the goal of treatment is achieved. Finally the hook 4 moves towards a far end, with the result of being withdrawn from the spring tube 5 and being separated from the pull ring 1-3.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a suture line loop, which is not clamped by a hemostatic clip, after the pull ring 1-3 is pulled by using the hook 4. From Fig. 8, it can be seen that the suture line loop can only clamp a small part of the mucous membrane.
The above-mentioned embodiments are used for explaining and describing the present invention, rather than limiting the present invention. Any modification and change made to the present invention within the spirit of the present invention and the protection scope of the claims shall fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
