Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un dispositif d'accès cellulaire reçoit une adresse IP cellulaire, envoyée par un UE, de l'UE, où l'adresse IP cellulaire de l'UE est une adresse IP attribuée à l'UE par un réseau central cellulaire ; et une transmission de données convergente à multiples flux est effectuée entre le dispositif d'accès cellulaire et l'UE par un dispositif d'accès non cellulaire par l'intermédiaire de l'adresse IP cellulaire de l'UE.
