Description

波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,尤其是一种适用于滚筒式采煤机的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒。
背景技术:
煤炭是我国最主要的能源,采掘机械是煤炭开采的主要工具。滚筒式采煤机是使用最广泛的采煤机械,通过采煤机滚筒上的截齿对煤层进行截割,但目前使用的滚筒式采煤机大都存在着截割比能耗高、块煤少的问题,因此减小截割比能耗、提高块煤率一直是提高采煤机性能的方向。近年来,虽然采煤机截割比能耗逐渐减小,块煤率逐渐提高,但优化空间仍然很大。
发明内容:
技术问题:本发明的目的是针对已有技术的问题,提供一种波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,在现有技术的基础上,合理调整截齿结构,从而进一步减小截割比能耗,提高块煤率。
技术方案:本发明的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,包括筒毂、螺旋叶片、端盘、以及安装在端盘和螺旋叶片上的镐型截齿,筒毂为圆柱形,筒毂头部焊有端盘,端盘上布置安装有倾斜角度不同的镐型截齿,所述安装在端盘上的镐型截齿倾斜分布在端盘上的5条截线上,5条截线的截距分别为20mm、倾斜角度分别为35°、20°、0°、-7°、-15°;所述的筒毂上焊有两条外缘为波浪形的螺旋叶片,一条螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶对应另一条螺旋叶片的波浪形谷底,两条螺旋叶片上分布有11条截线,截距为40mm,每条截线上布置有安装高度不同的两个镐型截齿,两个镐型截齿分别安装在螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶和波浪形谷底处。
所述的波浪形螺旋叶片的峰顶与谷底的外缘直径差为16-40mm,根据滚筒直径的大小选择外缘直径差的大小;所述的端盘直径为两条波浪形螺旋叶片的平均直径。
有益效果:由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明在现有技术的基础上,合理调整截齿结构,将螺旋叶片外缘做成波浪形,避免产生应力集中,对螺旋叶片的强度和刚度没有太大影响;在螺旋叶片的每一条截线上,截齿总是一高一低分布,在端盘的每条截线上,截齿的安装高度为螺旋叶片上的截齿的平均高度,从而使每条截线的总切削厚度相同。通过增大螺旋叶片上截齿的截线距,有效减小了截割比能耗,从而大大提高了块煤率。其结构简单、安装操作方便,在本技术领域内具有广泛的实用性。

下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施作进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本发明的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒主要由筒毂1、波浪形螺旋叶片2、端盘3、镐型截齿4构成。所述的筒毂1为圆柱形,筒毂1头部焊有端盘3,端盘3上布置安装有倾斜角度不同的镐型截齿4,端盘3上有a、b、c、d和e 5条螺旋叶片截线5,截距为20mm,a、b、c、d和e每条截线上所安装的镐型截齿4的倾斜角度分别为35°、20°、0°、-7°、-15°;所述的筒毂1上焊有两条外缘为波浪形的螺旋叶片2,每条螺旋叶片2上的镐型截齿4间隔布置,两条螺旋叶片2上共有f-P11条螺旋叶片截线5,截距为40mm,每条截线上布置有安装高度不同的两个镐型截齿4,在同一条截线上,一条螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶对应另一条螺旋叶片的波浪形谷底;所述的波浪形螺旋叶片2的峰顶与谷底的外缘直径差为16-40mm,根据滚筒直径的大小选择外缘直径差的大小。
如图2和图3所示,所述的螺旋叶片2外缘为波浪形;所述的镐型截齿4安装在螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶和波浪形谷底处,以实现不同的安装高度;所述的端盘3直径为波浪形螺旋叶片2的平均直径。
工作原理:本发明的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,滚筒上的螺旋叶片外缘做成波浪形,既不会影响螺旋叶片的强度和刚度,又能改变镐型截齿的安装高度,从而提高截齿之间的距离,提高块煤率,减小截割比能耗;在同一条截线上,一条螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶对应另一条螺旋叶片的波浪形谷底,镐型截齿安装在螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶和谷底处,使每一条截线上的镐型截齿总是一高一低分布,从而使每一条截线的总切削厚度相同。

  1. 一种波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,包括筒毂(1)、螺旋叶片(2)、端盘(3)、以及安装在端盘和螺旋叶片上的镐型截齿(4),筒毂(1)为圆柱形,筒毂(1)头部焊有端盘(3),端盘(3)上布置安装有倾斜角度不同的镐型截齿(4),其特征在于:所述安装在端盘(3)上的镐型截齿(4)倾斜分布在端盘(3)上的5条截线(5)上,5条截线(5)的截距分别为20mm、倾斜角度分别为35°、20°、0°、-7°、-15°;所述的筒毂(1)上焊有两条外缘为波浪形的螺旋叶片(2),一条螺旋叶片的波浪形峰顶对应另一条螺旋叶片的波浪形谷底,两条螺旋叶片(2)上分布有11条截线(5),截距为40mm,每条截线(5)上布置有安装高度不同的两个镐型截齿(4),两个镐型截齿(4)分别安装在螺旋叶片(2)的波浪形峰顶和波浪形谷底处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,其特征在于:所述的波浪形螺旋叶片(2)的峰顶与谷底的外缘直径差为16-40mm,根据滚筒直径的大小选择外缘直径差的大小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的波浪形螺旋叶片滚筒,其特征在于:所述的端盘(3)直径为两条波浪形螺旋叶片(2)的平均直径。
