背景技术
随着移动互联网、O2O、电子商务和互联网金融的兴起和繁荣,人们越来越多的使用手机来完成线上和线下支付。大到数千元的购物,小到几十元的打车费,移动支付无处不在。
现有的移动支付方案主要包括以下几种:
1、手机App内完成支付。例如支付宝、微信支付均采用该方案。
2、利用NFC的支付方式,例如Apple Pay。
3、扫码支付。即手机App产生二维码,扫二维码完成支付。
4、数字证书设备。如银行所采用的“U盾”等设备,以USB或音频口连接手机,通过该硬件确保支付安全。
然而上述方案均有相应的缺点:
方案1、2、3均依赖用户的手机安全。一旦手机丢失,则存在极高风险。而据北京地铁失物招领处统计,2007至2011年间,手机作为丢失物品的占比在16%-27%之间。另外,手机也较容易在拥有者不注意的情况下被他人使用。一旦这种情况发生,利用上述方法来保证的支付安全就有很大的漏洞和隐患。
方案4,数字证书设备技术上具有很高安全性,但存在数字证书设备也容易丢失。例如女性用户经常将手机、U盾等放在一个手提包里,一旦包丢失则整个防线失守。
因此,考虑到上述缺陷,现有的移动支付方案难以具备全面的安全保障,从而导致用户的利益受到损失。

其中,所述可穿戴电子设备包括但不限于如智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等设备,以及其他任意可固定在人体上的智能设备,如智能戒指、智能项链等。所述移动设备包括但不限于例如手机、平板电脑等非可穿戴电子设备,和/或如智能手表、智能手环等可穿戴电子设备。例如,当所述移动设备为手机时,则本发明所涉及的移动认证即为非可穿戴电子设备与可穿戴电子设备之间的认证;若当所述移动设备为智能手环时,则本发明所涉及的移动认证即为可穿戴电子设备与可穿戴电子设备之间的认证。
所述移动设备1的第一匹配装置11与所述可穿戴电子设备2的 第二匹配装置21建立匹配关系。
具体地,所述第一匹配装置11与所述第二匹配装置21可基于一种或多种无线传输协议,在所述移动设备1与可穿戴电子设备2之间建立无线连接管道,使得两者在连接上相互匹配,从而使得所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2之间可以进行数据交互。其中,所述无线传输协议例如蓝牙协议、WIFI协议等。
在此,建立匹配关系例如:所述第一匹配装置11将所述移动设备1的设备ID发送给所述第二匹配装置21,第二匹配装置21确认所述移动设备的设备ID,并将该设备加入信任列表,从而允许所述移动设备1向所述可穿戴电子设备发送数据;然后,所述第二匹配装置21将所述可穿戴电子设备2的设备ID发送给所述第一匹配装置11,第一匹配装置11确认所述可穿戴电子设备的设备ID,并将该设备加入信任列表,从而允许所述可穿戴电子设备2向所述移动设备发送数据。在此,所述确认设备ID的过程可基于预先设定的确认模式(如允许任意设备进行匹配,或允许具有特定ID或特定标识的设备等)进行自动确认,也可以基于用户手动确认。
例如,当采用蓝牙协议作为无线传输协议时,可采用蓝牙设备的配对模式,通过一次或多次交互,将所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2的设备标识发送给对方设备,并在两者间建立信任关系,以使得两者间可以进行数据传输。
在此,优选地,所述建立匹配关系的过程可在经由安全协议加密后进行建立,当所述匹配关系建立后,后续的数据传输也可以经由安全协议加密后进行。
所述移动设备1的信息获取装置12获取一个或多个待认证信息。
具体地,所述信息获取装置12直接与所述移动设备1的用户相交互,以获取该用户所提交的一个或多个待认证信息;或者,所述信息获取装置12通过基于各类通信协议,通过安全或非安全的数据传输通道,通过与所述移动设备和/或其他设备的其他应用或模块相交互,以获取所述应用或模块所生成的待认证信息。
在此,所述待认证信息包括但不限于任意需要在所述移动设备端进行认证的信息,如身份认证、支付认证等。
当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件时,所述移动设备1的待认证发送装置13将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备,相应地,所述可穿戴电子设备2的待认证获取装置22获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息。
具体地,所述待认证发送装置13基于所建立的匹配关系,通过对应的通信协议,检测所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件是否满足认证条件,若满足认证条件,则将所述待认证信息通过加密或非加密的方式,发送至所述可穿戴电子设备;当所述可穿戴电子设备获取所述待认证信息时,所述可穿戴电子设备可基于需求,将所述待认证信息展现在所述可穿戴电子设备的显示屏上(如图5所示),或者直接获取所述待认证信息而不进行展现。
优选地,所述待认证发送装置13包括检测单元(未示出)与待认证发送单元(未示出),具体地,所述移动设备1的检测单元检测所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的连接条件;所述待认证发送单元当所述连接条件满足认证条件时,将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备。
具体地,当所述信息获取装置12获取到所述待认证信息时,所述检测单元通过基于所建立的匹配关系,检测所述移动设备所匹配的可穿戴设备与该移动设备的连接条件。
其中,所述连接条件包括所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备处于连接状态。例如,所述检测单元通过与所述移动设备的相应模块相交互,以获取当前与所述移动设备处于连接的一个或多个设备,并检测上述设备中是否包括所述可穿戴设备。在此,仅当两者处于连接状态时,认为所述连接条件满足认证条件。

-所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的信号强度高于预定阈值;例如,若所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备之间无线信号强度小于预 定阈值时,则认为两者的距离过远或数据传输状况不良,因此连接条件不佳,不适于进行移动认证;反之,若所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备之间无线信号强度大于或等于预定阈值时,则认为两者的距离符合传输要求且数据传输状况良好,满足认证条件,适于进行移动认证。
-所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的物理距离小于预定阈值;在此,所述物理距离可基于信号强度进行测定,也可以基于如距离传感器等进行测定。当两者之间的物理距离大于预定阈值时,则认为所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备可能分别在不同的用户身上,因此不适于进行移动认证;反之,当两者之间的物理距离小于预定阈值时,则认为所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备在同一用户身上,满足认证条件,可进行移动认证。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所述连接条件可以仅包括上述一种,如对连接状态的检测;也可以包括上述一种或多种的结合,如对连接状态和物理距离的检测,且仅当两者同时满足时,才认为连接状态满足认证条件等。
然后,所述待认证发送单元基于所建立的匹配关系,通过对应的通信协议,将所述待认证信息通过加密或非加密的方式,发送至所述可穿戴电子设备;当所述可穿戴电子设备获取所述待认证信息时,所述可穿戴电子设备可基于需求,将所述待认证信息展现在所述可穿戴电子设备的显示屏上(如图5所示),或者直接获取所述待认证信息而不进行展现。
所述可穿戴电子设备2的认证装置23对所述待认证信息进行认证,以获取与所述待认证信息相对应的认证信息。

具体地,所述第一匹配装置11与所述第二匹配装置21可基于一种或多种无线传输协议,在所述移动设备1与可穿戴电子设备2之间建立无线连接管道,使得两者在连接上相互匹配,从而使得所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2之间可以进行数据交互。其中,所述无线传输协议例如蓝牙协议、WIFI协议等。

然后,所述待认证发送装置13当所述连接条件满足认证条件且所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配时,将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备;相应地,所述待认证获取装置22当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件,且所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配时,获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息。
因此,当所述待认证发送装置13发送所述待认证信息前,除了所述连接条件需要满足认证条件外,所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备所分别对应的用户标识也需要匹配。在此,所述匹配包括但不限于所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相一致,如两个用户ID相一致;或者所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识通过映射等方式,能够确认两者一致,如所述第一用户标识为用户的指纹,所述第二用户标识为用户的虹膜,而所述指纹与虹膜均可映射至用户A,则可认为所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配。
优选地,所述待认证信息包括移动支付认证信息。其中,所述移动支付认证信息包括但不限于支付金额、收款方等信息。
更优选地,所述移动设备1还包括支付检测装置(未示出),其中,所述支付检测装置检测所述可穿戴电子设备的支付条件;例如,当所述移动设备1向所述可穿戴电子设备发送待认证信息时,所述支付检测装置首先检测该待认证信息的类型,若属于移动支付认证信息,则检测所述可穿戴电子设备是否满足支付条件。在此,优选地,所述支付条件包括以下至少任一项:

-所述可穿戴电子设备的可支付次数是否未超过预定阈值次数;例如,若所述可穿戴电子设备的总可支付次数为M或在一定时间段内(如一个自然日)的可支付次数为N,而若当前所述可穿戴电子设备的已支付次数已经大于或等于预定阈值次数M或N,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备不满足支付条件,反之,当前所述可穿戴电子设备的已支付次数尚且小于所述预定阈值次数M或N,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备满足支付条件。
当所述可穿戴电子设备满足所述支付条件且当所述连接条件满足认证条件时,所述待认证发送装置13可以将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述各类判断条件,如有任意一条或多条不满足时,则可在所述可穿戴电子设备和/或所述移动设备的显示屏上给用户示出错误提示信息。

在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所述连接条件可以仅包括上述一种,如对连接状态的检测;也可以包括上述一种或多种的结合,如对连接状态和物理距离的检测,且仅当两者同时满足时,才认为连接状态满足认证条件等。

具体地,所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2可基于一种或多种无线传输协议,在所述移动设备1与可穿戴电子设备2之间建立无线连接管道,使得两者在连接上相互匹配,从而使得所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2之间可以进行数据交互。其中,所述无线传输协议例如蓝牙协议、WIFI协议等。
在此,所述用户标识包括但不限于所述移动设备或所述可穿戴电子设备本身所对应的用户ID,或所述移动设备或所述可穿戴电子设备中的相应软件所对应的用户ID;优选地,所述第一用户标识和/或所述第二用户标识对应于用户体征信息。其中,所述用户体征信息包括但不限于用户的指纹、掌纹、体温、虹膜等信息,以及将上述信息进行处理后的映射信息,如用户指纹可对应于图像,或者将该图像进行哈希加密处理后的哈希值等。
然后,当所述连接条件满足认证条件且所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配时,在步骤S3中,所述移动设备1将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备;相应地,当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件,且所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配时,在步骤S3中,所述可穿戴电子设备2获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息。
因此,当所述移动设备1发送所述待认证信息前,除了所述连接条件需要满足认证条件外,所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备所分别对应的用户标识也需要匹配。在此,所述匹配包括但不限于所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相一致,如两个用户ID相一致;或者所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识通过映射等方式,能够确认两者一致,如所述第一用户标识为用户的指纹,所述第二用户标识为用户的虹膜,而所述指纹与虹膜均可映射至用户A,则可认为所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配。
优选地,所述待认证信息包括移动支付认证信息。其中,所述移动 支付认证信息包括但不限于支付金额、收款方等信息。
更优选地,所述方法还包括步骤S8(未示出);其中,在步骤S8中,所述移动设备1检测所述可穿戴电子设备的支付条件;例如,当所述移动设备1向所述可穿戴电子设备发送待认证信息时,首先检测该待认证信息的类型,若属于移动支付认证信息,则检测所述可穿戴电子设备是否满足支付条件。在此,优选地,所述支付条件包括以下至少任一项:
-所述可穿戴电子设备的可支付金额是否小于所述移动支付认证信息中的支付金额;例如,若所述可穿戴电子设备的单次可支付金额需小于X元,而本次移动支付认证信息中的支付金额大于X元,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备不满足支付条件,反之,若本次移动支付认证信息中的支付金额小于X元,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备满足支付条件;或者,若所述可穿戴电子设备在一定时间段内(如一个自然日)所认证的支付总金额需小于Y元,而该时间段内的已认证支付金额,加上本次移动支付认证信息中的支付金额已经大于Y元,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备不满足支付条件,反之,若该时间段内的已认证支付金额,加上本次移动支付认证信息中的支付金额尚小于Y元,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备满足支付条件。
-所述可穿戴电子设备的可支付次数是否未超过预定阈值次数;例如,若所述可穿戴电子设备的总可支付次数为M或在一定时间段内(如一个自然日)的可支付次数为N,而若当前所述可穿戴电子设备的已支付次数已经大于或等于预定阈值次数M或N,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备不满足支付条件,反之,当前所述可穿戴电子设备的已支付次数尚且小于所述预定阈值次数M或N,则表示所述可穿戴电子设备满足支付条件。
当所述可穿戴电子设备满足所述支付条件且当所述连接条件满足认证条件时,在步骤S3中,所述移动设备1可以将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,上述各类判断条件,如有任意一条或多条不满足时,则可在所述可穿戴电子设备和/或所述移动设备 的显示屏上给用户示出错误提示信息。
图4示出根据本发明一个优选实施例的一种由移动设备与可穿戴电子设备相配合、以实现移动认证的方法流程图。
具体地,在步骤S1’中,所述移动设备1与所述可穿戴电子设备2建立匹配关系;在步骤S2’中,所述移动设备1获取一个或多个待认证信息;当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件时,在步骤S3’中,所述移动设备1将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备,相应地,在步骤S3’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息;在步骤S6’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2获取用户对所述待认证信息的交互信息;在步骤S4’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2根据所述交互信息,对所述待认证信息进行认证,以获取与所述待认证信息相对应的认证信息;然后,在步骤S5’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2将所述认证信息发送至所述移动设备,相应地,在步骤S5’中,所述移动设备1获取所述可穿戴电子设备所发送的认证信息,其中,所述认证信息对应于所述待认证信息。
其中,所述步骤S1’、步骤S2’、步骤S4’、步骤S5’与图3中所示对应步骤相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
具体地,在步骤S3’中,当所述可穿戴电子设备2获取所述待认证信息的同时,将所述待认证信息展现在所述可穿戴电子设备的显示屏或其他显示装置上,然后在步骤S6’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2获取用户通过点击、触摸、文字/语音/手势输入等方式,对所述待认证信息的交互信息,其中,所述交互信息包括但不限于允许认证、拒绝认证、将该认证暂时挂起等;然后,在步骤S4’中,所述可穿戴电子设备2根据所述交互信息,对所述待认证信息进行认证,以获取与所述待认证信息相对应的认证信息。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处 理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本发明的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本发明的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本发明的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本发明的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本发明的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。

A当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件时,获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息;
B对所述待认证信息进行认证,以获取与所述待认证信息相对应的认证信息;
C将所述认证信息发送至所述移动设备。
12.根据条款11所述的方法,其中,所述步骤X包括:
-与一个或多个移动设备建立匹配关系,其中,所述移动设备对 应于第一用户标识,所述可穿戴电子设备对应于第二用户标识;

第二匹配装置,用于与一个或多个移动设备建立匹配关系;
其中,该设备还包括:
待认证获取装置,用于当所述可穿戴电子设备与所述移动设备的连接条件满足认证条件时,获取所述移动设备所发送的待认证信息;
认证装置,用于对所述待认证信息进行认证,以获取与所述待认证信息相对应的认证信息;
认证发送装置,用于将所述认证信息发送至所述移动设备。

  1. 一种在移动设备端用于移动认证的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    x与一个或多个可穿戴电子设备建立匹配关系;
    其中,该方法还包括:
    a获取一个或多个待认证信息;
    b当所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的连接条件满足认证条件时,将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备;
    c获取所述可穿戴电子设备所发送的认证信息,其中,所述认证信息对应于所述待认证信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:
    -检测所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的连接条件;
    -当所述连接条件满足认证条件时,将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述连接条件包括:
    -所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备处于连接状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述连接条件还包括以下至少任一项:
    -所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的物理距离小于预定阈值;
    -所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的信号强度高于预定阈值。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述步骤x包括:
    -与一个或多个可穿戴电子设备建立匹配关系,其中,所述移动设备对应于第一用户标识,所述可穿戴电子设备对应于第二用户标识;

    -当所述移动设备与所述可穿戴电子设备的连接条件满足且所述第一用户标识与所述第二用户标识相匹配时,将所述待认证信息发送至所述可穿戴电子设备。
