在本发明实施例中,在替换的所述一个或多个信息为字符信息时,在所述一个或多个信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换之后,所述装置还包括:显示模块,设置为显示替换后待发送的所述字符信息,或显示未替换的所述字符信息。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,提供了一种终端,所述终端包括:比较器,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,所述信息为语音和/或字符信息;处理器,设置为在所述输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与所述本地存储的信息匹配时,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
在本发明实施例中,所述处理器包括:控制器,设置为判断所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,所述第一类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,所述第二类信息为所述本地存储 的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第一类信息进行删除;在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换。
通过本发明实施例,采用在用户输入语音和/或字符信息时,比较该输入的信息与本地存储的信息,在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与本地存储的信息匹配时,进而对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤的方式。通过该方式避免了用户在误操作或口误的情况下,将错误的字符信息保存下来或发出去,解决了相关技术中用户在对智能终端进行语音和/或文字字符信息输入时,发生口误或操作失误而导致交流出现差错的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
本实施例提供了一种语音和/或字符信息的过滤方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的语音和/或字符信息的过滤方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S102:比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息;其中,信息为语音和/或字符信息;
步骤S104:在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与本地存储的信息匹配时,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
通过本实施例上述步骤,采用在用户输入语音和/或字符信息时,比较该输入的信息与本地存储的信息,在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与本地存储的信息匹配时,进而对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤的方式。通过该方式避免了用户在误操作或口误的情况下,将错误的字符信息保存下来或发出去,解决了相关技术中用户在对智能终端进行语音和/或文字字符信息输入时,发生口误或操作失误而导致交流出现差错的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。
可选地,在比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息之前,本实施例的方法还可以包括:在本地设置并存储需要删除与需要替换的信息以及与需要替换的信息对应的信息。通过该方式用户可以随时更新本地存储的该信息,或者更改本地存储的该信息,从而可以实时的根据当前的语言环境进行更新。
在设置和存储好本地的信息后,对于本实施例中涉及到的对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤的方式可以通过如下方法来实现,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S11:判断一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,第一类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,第二类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;
步骤S12:在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第一类信息进行删除;
步骤S13:在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第二类信息进行替换。
需要说明的是,并不是输入的语音和/字符信息与本地存储的语音和/或信息相匹配时就执行过滤(删除或替换),而是先提示用户确认是否需要进行过滤,在确认是需要执行过滤的情况下,才能执行过滤操作。此外,对于上述两种过滤的方式:删除和替换,仅仅是本实施例中的可选实施方式,并不构成对本发明的限定。
而在本实施例的另一个可选实施方式中,在替换的一个或多个信息为字符信息时,在一个或多个信息中的第二类信息进行替换之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:显示替换后待发送的字符信息,或显示未替换的字符信息。也就是说,在可以显示替换后的字符信息或者显示未替换的字符信息,而终端在后台发送的是已经替换过的字符信息。
在本实施例中还提供了一种语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”“单元”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:比较模块22,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,信息为语音和/或字符信息;过滤模块24,与比较模块22耦合连接,设置为在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息存在于本地存储的信息中时,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
图3是根据本发明实施例的语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置可选结构框图一,如图3所示,在比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息之前,该装置还可以包括:设置模块32,与比较模块22耦合连接,设置为在本地设置并存储需要删除与需要替换的信息以及与需要替换的信息对应的信息。
图4是根据本发明实施例的语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置可选结构框图二,如图4所示,该过滤模块24包括:判断单元42,设置为判断一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,第一类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,第二类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需 要替换的信息;删除单元44,与判断单元42耦合连接,设置为在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第一类信息进行删除;替换单元46,与判断单元42耦合连接,设置为在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第二类信息进行替换。
图5是根据本发明实施例的语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置可选结构框图三,如图5所示,在替换的一个或多个信息为字符信息时,在一个或多个信息中的第二类信息进行替换之后,装置还可以包括:显示模块52,与过滤模块24耦合连接,设置为显示替换后待发送的字符信息,或显示未替换的字符信息。
图6是根据本发明实施例的终端结构框图,如图6所示,该终端包括:比较器62,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,信息为语音和/或字符信息;处理器64,与比较器62耦合连接,设置为在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息存在于本地存储的信息中时,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
可选地,该处理器64包括:控制器66,设置为判断一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,第一类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,第二类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第一类信息进行删除;在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的第二类信息进行替换。
可选地,该终端还可以包括:存储器,与比较器耦合连接,设置为在本地设置并存储需要删除与需要替换的信息以及与需要替换的信息对应的信息;显示器,与处理器64耦合连接,设置为显示替换后待发送的字符信息,或显示未替换的字符信息。
下面通过本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本可选实施例提供了一种可以过滤语音或文字(字符)的方法及装置,以解决用户语音通话或者文字输入时的口误和操作失误问题,并可在用户不想让周围人听到或者看到自己想发送的内容时,帮助用户完成通话或文字发送,以及在特殊场合能够保护用户输入的安全。
其中,本可选实施例的方案包括如下几点:(1)通过设置模块设置过滤需要删除或者替换的词语、是否开启和关闭过滤功能、以及替换的显示设置;(2)对于语音通 话,在通话开始时开启语音检测模块(对应于上述的比较模块),对于文字输入,在进入文字输入界面时,开启文字检测模块(对应于上述的比较模块);(3)对于语音通话,当语音过滤模块检测到设置模块中储存的词语时,触发语音过滤处理器按照设置模块中设置的状态删除或者替换;对于文字输入,在文字过滤模块检测到设置模块中储存的词语时,触发文字过滤处理器按照设置模块中设置的状态删除或者替换;(4)对于文字输入,在进行词语替换时,可以按照设置模块中设置的状态,显示替换后的词语或者依然显示原词语但底层发送的是已经替换的词语。
下面结合附图对本可选实施例进行详细的说明;
图7是根据本发明可选实施例的设置模块UI界面的结构示意图,如图7所示,在该界面中,用户可以设置所要替换的原词语,以及替换后的词语,并且提供替换词语的录音功能。可以针对该词语分别控制开启是否要进行语音通话中的替换或者进行文字输入中的替换。
其中,对于语音字符信息过滤,通过语音字符信息过滤设置,可以选择语音通话中删除设置的原词语,也可以选择替换为其他的词语。
对于针对文字字符信息过滤,通过文字字符信息过滤设置,可以选择文字输入中删除设置的原词语,也可以选择替换为其他的词语。另外,还可以通过文字显示时显示原词语还是显示替换后词语的功能。
图8是根据本发明可选实施例的过滤模块的结构框图,如图8所示,在该过滤模块包括:检测单元设置为检测监听所有的语音输入或者文字输入,语音或文字过滤单元,设置为替换或者删除设置模块中存储并开启过滤的词语。
图9是根据本发明可选实施例的过滤模块的处理方法的流程图,如图9所示,该流程的步骤包括:
步骤S902:进入语音通话状态或者文字输入状态;
步骤S904:开启过滤模块中的检测单元;
步骤S906:检测判断是否出现设置过的词语;在判断结果为是时,执行步骤S910,在判断结果为否时,执行步骤S908;
步骤S908:正常语音通话或者文字输入;
步骤S910:触发文字或者语音过滤器进行过滤;
步骤S912:删除或者替换设置过的语音或者文字。
也就是说,上述步骤S902至步骤S912中,在设置模块中开启过滤后,当用户操作手机进入语音通话状态或者文字输入状态时,开启过滤模块中的检测单元进行监听,当出现设置中的词语时,触发过滤器对原词语过滤(删除或替换),并将处理后的词语传送给对方。
图10是根据本发明可选实施例的替换单元的结构框图,图11是根据本发明可选实施例的替换单元的处理方法的流程图,基于图10,图11所示的该流程的步骤包括:
步骤S1102:设置并录制要替换的词语;
步骤S1104:将该词语进行A/D转换;
步骤S1106:将转换后的要替换词语的数字信号存入存储器,之后执行步骤S1120;
步骤S1108:发起通话,产生语音信号;
步骤S1110:进入语音识别模块,将语音识别成文字;
步骤S1112:通过分析处理模块分析判断是否有需要替换的词语,在判断结果为是时执行步骤S1116,在判断结果为否时,执行步骤S1114;
步骤S1114:按一般通话处理直接将原始语音信号传送给通信模块;
步骤S1116:将需要替换的词语删除,并将截取要删除词语后的语音模拟信号,删除部分保持空缺;
步骤S1118:将删除词语后的语音模拟信号通过A/D转换模块转为数字信号;
步骤S1120:将存储器(即存储模块)中存储的替换词语的数字信号通过A/D转换合成模块合入留有空缺的已做删除的原始语音数字信号中;
步骤S1122:通过通信模块进行通讯。
也就是说,在上述步骤S1102至步骤S1122中,将需要替换的词语录制本人的声音已备用替换;并将录制好的声音通过A/D(模数)转换为数字信号并保存在存储器中备用;进而当一个语音通话开始以后,产生的语音信号首先进入语音识别模块中进行识别,语音识别模块将接收到的语音信号进行识别后传送到分析处理模块、分析处理模块的作用是首先判断是否有需要替换的词语,如果没有,则将原语音模拟信号直 接转交给通讯模块按照正常流程处理;如果有,则将需要替换的词语删除,并将删除词语后的原始模拟信号传送到A/D转换转化为数字信号,但保持删除部分的空缺;最后将存储器里保存的替换词语合并到已删除词语的原语音数字信号空缺处,并将合并后的信号传送给通讯模块进行通讯。
图12是根据本发明可选实施例的字输入显示的处理方法的流程图,如图12所示,该流程的步骤包括:
步骤S1202:设置显示的文字输入是原词语还是替换词语;
步骤S1204:文字输入状态下替换设置好的词语;
步骤S1206:判断该词语是否设置为显示原来的词语,在判断结果为否时执行步骤S1208,在判断结果为是时执行步骤S1210;
步骤S1208:显示替换后的词语;
步骤S1210:显示原来的词语;
步骤S1212:发送替换的词语。
也就是说,上述步骤S1202至步骤S1212中,通过在设置模块中设置显示的是原词语或者替换的词语,当文字输入需要替换词语时,过滤器会进行判断,如果该词语在设置模块中设置为显示替换词语,则显示为替换词语;如果设置模块中设置该词语为显示原词语,则显示为原词语,但是底层会将替换后的词语发送给对方。
基于上述本实施例的方法,本实施例还可以提供一种终端,该终端包括:比较器,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,信息为语音和/或字符信息;
处理器,设置为在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息存在于本地存储的信息中时,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
通过本可选实施方式中的比较器对输入的信息和本地存储的信息进行比较,然后将用于指示比较结果的信号传送给处理器,处理器在接收到该信号之后,根据该信号指示的比较结果进行相应的处理,如在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息存在于本地存储的信息中时,对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
可选地,在该处理器中还可以包括:控制器;
该控制器,设置为判断一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,第一类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,第二类信息为本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对一个或多个信息中的第一类信息进行删除;在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对一个或多个信息中的第二类信息进行替换。
通过本可选实施例,可在用户不想让周围人听到或者看到自己想发送的内容时,帮助用户完成通话或文字发送,解决了用户语音通话或者文字输入时的口误和操作失误问题,并提高了用户的操作体验。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及可选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以应用于语音和/或字符信息的过滤过程中,采用在用户输入语音和/或字符信息时,比较该输入的信息与本地存储的信息,在输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与本地存储的信息匹配时,进而对一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤的方式。通过该方式避免了用户在误操作或口误的情况下,将错误的字符信息保存下来或发出去,解决了相关技术中用户在对智能终端进行 语音和/或文字字符信息输入时,发生口误或操作失误而导致交流出现差错的问题,达到了提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种语音和/或字符信息的过滤方法,包括:
    比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,所述信息为语音和/或字符信息;
    在所述输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与所述本地存储的信息匹配时,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    在本地设置并存储需要删除与需要替换的信息以及与所述需要替换的信息对应的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤包括:
    判断所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,所述第一类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,所述第二类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;
    在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第一类信息进行删除;
    在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在替换的所述一个或多个信息为字符信息时,在所述一个或多个信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换之后,所述方法还包括:
    显示替换后待发送的所述字符信息,或显示未替换的所述字符信息。
  5. 一种语音和/或字符信息的过滤装置,包括:
    比较模块,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,所述信息为语音和/或字符信息;
    过滤模块,设置为在所述输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与所述本地存储的信息匹配时,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,在比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息之前,所述装置还包括:
    设置模块,设置为在本地设置并存储需要删除与需要替换的信息以及与所述需要替换的信息对应的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述过滤模块包括:
    判断单元,设置为判断所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,所述第一类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,所述第二类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要替换的信息;
    删除单元,设置为在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第一类信息进行删除;
    替换单元,设置为在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,在替换的所述一个或多个信息为字符信息时,在所述一个或多个信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换之后,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,设置为显示替换后待发送的所述字符信息,或显示未替换的所述字符信息。
  9. 一种终端,包括:
    比较器,设置为比较输入的信息与本地存储的信息,其中,所述信息为语音和/或字符信息;
    处理器,设置为在所述输入的信息中的一个或多个语音和/或字符信息与所述本地存储的信息匹配时,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息进行过滤。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其中,所述处理器包括:
    控制器,设置为判断所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息是否与第一类信息或第二类信息匹配,其中,所述第一类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示提醒用户需要删除的信息,所述第二类信息为所述本地存储的信息中用于指示 提醒用户需要替换的信息;在匹配为第一类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行删除的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第一类信息进行删除;在匹配为第二类信息时,接收用户用于触发执行替换的指令,对所述一个或多个语音和/或字符信息中的所述第二类信息进行替换。
