背景技术
在电视广播技术领域,图像信息的传输主要是单向传输,主要有如下三种传输方式:卫星(英文:satellite)传输方式、有线(英文:cable)传输方式、地面(英文:terrestrial)传输方式。其中,卫星传输方式和地面传输方式是源端通过不同的无线频谱信号将压缩复用后的图像信息通过发射器广播发送,终端(如:机顶盒或者电视机)接收空中广播的信号,并对接收到的信号进行解调和解码,然后在屏幕上进行显示,呈现给观众,整个传输过程从源端到终端都是单向广播处理。对于有线传输方式,具备了回传通道,终端和源端之间可以实现互动,但是由于成本高和运营商商业模式等问题,应用比较少,因此,目前图像信息的传输主要采用卫星传输方式和地面传输方式。
随着电视广播技术的发展,很多业务也得到了发展,例如电视广告业务,典型的展现方式就是在电视屏幕上进行区域分割,一部分区域展示电视播放的视频信息,一部分区域显示视频信息中插入的广告信息,如图1所示,这样,存在视频业务质量较低、用户体验较差的缺陷。
综上所述,目前播放电视信息的方式存在视频业务质量较低,用户体验较差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种播放多媒体数据的方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中存在的视频业务质量较低、影响用户体验的缺陷。

本发明实施例中提出一种播放多媒体数据的方法,该方法为:网络源端设备获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;所述网络源端设备将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流,将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得所述媒体播放设备进行播放;所述预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧,在该方案中,第一数据流和第二数据流叠加时,预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧,而预设叠加时长和预设叠加间隔均满足上述条件时,用户是无法看见播放的第一数据流所呈现的信息,只能看见第二数据流所呈现的信息,因此,提高 了视频业务质量,及用户体验。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下,对本申请中的所使用的原理进行阐述说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解。
随着电视制作技术的发展,数字电视节目信号一般采用30帧每秒、60帧每秒或者更高的120帧每秒的速率进行显示。主要原因是根据所谓的视觉残留现象,视觉暂留现象是光对视网膜所产生的视觉在光停止作用后,仍保留一段时间的现象,产生原因是由视神经的反应速度造成的,视神经的最大时值是二十四分之一秒,上述是动画、电影等视觉媒体形成和传播的根据。
视觉实际上是靠眼睛的晶状体成像,感光细胞感光,并且将光信号转换为神经电流,传回大脑引起人体视觉。感光细胞的感光是靠一些感光色素,感光色素的形成是需要一定时间的,这就形成了视觉暂停的机理。根据这个原理,如果电视画面的显示时间小于二十四分之一秒,电视画面将很难在肉眼上形成视觉影像。
当数字电视节目信号采用30帧每秒、60帧每秒或者120帧每秒的高速率进行采集和显示时,画面的内容必须有连贯性,也就是说如果画面内容仅有1帧或者更短的时间,用户的人眼可能将无法看到。
本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字母“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,并且在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
参阅图2A所示,本发明实施例中,播放多媒体数据的一种流程如下,设备架构如图2B所示:
步骤200:网络源端设备获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;
步骤210:网络源端设备将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流,将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得媒体播放设备进行播放;预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,网络源端设备有多种形式,可选的,可以为编码器,也可以是源端播控设备,也可以是两种设备的结合,当然,还可以为其他设备,在此不再进行一一详述。
本发明实施例中,网络源端设备将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放 设备的方式有多种,可选的,可以采用如下方式:
网络源端设备将叠加后的混合数据流,通过传输第二数据流的通道传输至媒体播放设备。
在实际应用中,第二数据流都有自己的通道传输至媒体播放设备,但是,即使第一数据流叠加至第二数据流,混合后的数据流也是通过传输第二数据流的通道传输至媒体播放设备。
本发明实施例中,为了提高多媒体数据的播放质量,及提高用户体验,网络源端设备将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔与第二数据流混合之后,将叠加后的数据流传输至媒体播放设备之前,还包括如下操作:
网络源端设备将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
上述只是讲述了三个具体的处理的例子,在实际应用中,还有多种其他处理技术,在此不再进行一一详述。
本发明实施例中,可选的,待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
本发明实施例中,可选的,第一数据流在播放时,在显示设备显示时,可以以二维码的形式显示,也可以以链接的形式进行显示。
本发明实施例中,可选的,媒体播放设备可以为机顶盒。
网络源端设备将第一数据流叠加至第二数据流的混合数据流经过可以采用satellite传输方式,或者cable传输方式,或者terrestrail传输方式将混合数据流传送到媒体播放设备(如机顶盒或者显示设备等终端设备),媒体播放设备仍然保持网络源端设备传输的速率进行逆处理和播放,如果网络源端设备的传输速率是30帧每秒或者60帧每秒或者120帧每秒的速率,媒体播放设备还是以30帧每秒或者60帧每秒或者120帧每秒的速率进行播放,这时候,叠加至第二数据流的短时间且长间隔的第一数据流的数据信息画面也得到还原,但是用户人眼从显示设备无法看到叠加的数据信息画面。
隐藏播放的数据信息人眼无法看见,随着手机摄像技术的发展,尤其高速摄像头技术的发展,手机摄像头采集信息的能力越来越高,很多摄像头的 采样率保持在30帧每秒以上,并且有越来越高的发展趋势。利用高速摄像头的技术特性,上述播放的混合数据流在显示设备显示后,对显示设备呈现的画面进行扫描或者数据采样,此时手机能够提取显示设备中呈现的人眼无法看见的第一数据流所表征的数据信息,由手机提取后进行处理。
例如,电影电视节目植入某个软性广告,一般观众只是在剧情中看到某个商品很吸引人,但是一般很难马上知道相关的品牌,更别说商品的其他特性了,利用本发明实施例所提供的播放方式,商户可以将商品信息及购买信息通过第一数据流叠加在第二数据流中进行播放,用户如果对某个商品感兴趣,利用手机扫描一下电视播放的画面就可以获取相关的商品信息,甚至直接购买。
上述讲述的是,网络源端设备将第一数据流叠加至第二数据流,在应用中,也可以是媒体播放设备来进行叠加,具体过程如下。
参阅图3A所示,本发明实施例中,播放多媒体数据的另一种流程如下,设备架构如图3B所示:
步骤300:媒体播放设备接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
步骤310:媒体播放设备将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至第二数据流,将叠加后的混合数据流进行播放;预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,媒体播放设备接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流的方式有多种,可选的,可以采用如下方式:
媒体播放设备通过第一通道接收第一数据流、通过第二通道接收第二数据流。
也就是说,第一数据流和第二数据流是通过不同的通道传输至媒体播放设备的,然后由媒体播放设备进行混合。
本发明实施例中,为了提高多媒体数据的业务质量,及提供用户体验, 进一步的,媒体播放设备将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至第二数据流之后,将叠加后的数据流进行播放之前,还包括如下操作:
媒体播放设备将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。

隐藏播放的数据信息人眼无法看见,随着手机摄像技术的发展,尤其高速摄像头技术的发展,手机摄像头采集信息的能力越来越高,很多摄像头的采样率保持在30帧每秒以上,并且有越来越高的发展趋势。利用高速摄像头的技术特性,上述播放的混合数据流在显示设备显示后,对显示设备呈现的画面进行扫描或者数据采样,此时手机能够提取显示设备中呈现的人眼无法看见的第一数据流所表征的数据信息,由手机提取后进行处理。

为了更好地理解本发明实施例,以下给出具体应用场景,针对播放电视数据信息的过程,作出进一步详细描述,如图4所示:
步骤400:网络源端设备获取广告数据信息的第一数据流;
步骤410:网络源端设备将第一数据流以预设叠加时长为1/48秒、预设叠加间隔为48帧叠加至电视数据信息的第二数据流;
步骤420:网络源端设备将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理;
步骤430:网络源端设备将处理后的混合后的数据流通过传输电视数据信息的通道传输至机顶盒;
步骤440:机顶盒将接收到的混合的数据流按照与网络源端设备传输速率相同的传输速率传输至电视机;
步骤450:电视机将接收到的机顶盒传输的混合数据流进行显示。
基于上述相应方法的技术方案,参阅图5A所示,本发明实施例提供一种网络源端设备,网络源端设备包括获取单元50、叠加单元51、和发送单元52,其中:
获取单元50,用于获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;
叠加单元51,用于将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
发送单元52,用于将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得媒体播放设备进行播放;
预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,可选的,发送单元52具体用于:
将叠加后的混合数据流,通过传输第二数据流的通道传输至媒体播放设备。
本发明实施例中,进一步的,网络源端设备还包括处理单元53,处理单元53用于将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
本发明实施例中,可选的,待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
基于上述相应方法的技术方案,参阅图5B所示,本发明实施例提供一种网络源端设备,网络源端设备包括接收器500、处理器510、和发射器520,其中:
接收器500,用于获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;
处理器510,用于将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待 显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
发射器520,用于将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得媒体播放设备进行播放;
预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,可选的,发射器520具体用于:
将叠加后的混合数据流,通过传输第二数据流的通道传输至媒体播放设备。
本发明实施例中,进一步的,处理器510还用于,将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
本发明实施例中,可选的,待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
基于上述相应方法的技术方案,参阅图6A所示,本发明实施例提供一种媒体播放设备,媒体播放包括接收单元60、叠加单元61、和播放单元62,其中:
接收单元60,用于接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
叠加单元61,用于将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至第二数据流;
播放单元62,用于将叠加后的混合数据流进行播放;
预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,可选的,接收单元60具体用于:
通过第一通道接收第一数据流、通过第二通道接收第二数据流。
本发明实施例中,进一步的,媒体播放设备还包括处理单元63,处理单元63用于将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
本发明实施例中,可选的,待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
基于上述相应方法的技术方案,参阅图6B所示,本发明实施例提供一种 媒体播放设备,媒体播放包括接收器600、处理器610,其中:
接收器600,用于接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
处理器610,用于将第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至第二数据流;
处理器610还用于,将叠加后的混合数据流进行播放;
预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
本发明实施例中,可选的,接收器600具体用于:
通过第一通道接收第一数据流、通过第二通道接收第二数据流。
本发明实施例中,进一步的,处理器610还用于,将混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
本发明实施例中,可选的,待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种播放多媒体数据的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络源端设备获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;
    所述网络源端设备将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流,将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得所述媒体播放设备进行播放;
    所述预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络源端设备将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,具体包括:
    所述网络源端设备将叠加后的混合数据流,通过传输所述第二数据流的通道传输至所述媒体播放设备。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络源端设备将所述第一数据流以所述预设叠加时长、所述预设叠加间隔与所述第二数据流混合之后,将叠加后的数据流传输至所述媒体播放设备之前,还包括:
    所述网络源端设备将所述混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
  5. 一种播放多媒体数据的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    媒体播放设备接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
    所述媒体播放设备将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至所述第二数据流,将叠加后的混合数据流进行播放;
    所述预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述媒体播放设备接收待隐 藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流,具体包括:
    所述媒体播放设备通过第一通道接收所述第一数据流、通过第二通道接收所述第二数据流。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述媒体播放设备将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至所述第二数据流之后,将叠加后的数据流进行播放之前,还包括:
    所述媒体播放设备将所述混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
  8. 如权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
  9. 一种网络源端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流;
    叠加单元,用于将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
    发送单元,用于将叠加后的混合数据流传输至媒体播放设备,以使得所述媒体播放设备进行播放;
    所述预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的网络源端设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    将叠加后的混合数据流,通过传输所述第二数据流的通道传输至所述媒体播放设备。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的网络源端设备,其特征在于,所述网络源端设备还包括处理单元,所述处理单元用于将所述混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
  12. 如权利要求9-11任一项所述的网络源端设备,其特征在于,所述待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
  13. 一种媒体播放设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收待隐藏播放的数据信息的第一数据流、待显示播放的多媒体数据信息的第二数据流;
    叠加单元,用于将所述第一数据流以预设叠加时长、预设叠加间隔叠加至所述第二数据流;
    播放单元,用于将叠加后的混合数据流进行播放;
    所述预设叠加时长小于或者等于1/24秒,所述预设叠加间隔大于或者等于24帧。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的媒体播放设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:
    通过第一通道接收所述第一数据流、通过第二通道接收所述第二数据流。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的媒体播放设备,其特征在于,所述媒体播放设备还包括处理单元,所述处理单元用于将所述混合后的数据流进行缩放、色彩、声音处理。
  16. 如权利要求13-15任一项所述的媒体播放设备,其特征在于,所述待隐藏播放的数据信息包括产品信息、购物信息、影评信息中的至少一种。
