화장품 용기
본 발명은 안치판에 놓인 내용물 표면을 탄성 메쉬 망으로 감싸므로써, 사용으로 인해 내용물이 줄어들더라도 메쉬 망이 내용물과 함께 줄어들면서 내용물 표면에 밀착되어 내용물이 소진될 때까지 균일한 내용물의 토출 품질을 유지할 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
기존의 색조 화장품에서 파우더 팩트, 오일 케익 타입의 스킨커버류는 고형으로 용기에 충진하여 사용하며 액상제품의 파운데이션은 에어리스 펌프, 튜브, 쿠션에 함침된 용기 등에 넣어 충전된다. 최근에 출시된 말랑말랑한 젤리 같은 제형은 파우더 팩트와 마찬가지로 용기에 충전되어 사용된다. 그런데, 오일 케익타입의 스킨커버류, 파우더 팩트류는 사용 중에 가운데 부분이 집중적으로 닳아 없어지며 형태의 변형이 생긴다. 특히 최근에 개발된 젤리 타입의 팩트는 경도가 낮기 때문에 그 형태의 변형은 더욱 심하며 사용하면 할수록 사용이 불편하고, 의도하지 않은 낙하 등과 같은 충격에 의해 변형되거나 깨지는 경우가 빈번하다. 또한, 파우더 팩트와 오일케익 중간정도의 경도를 갖는 제품은 그 형태의 변형이 너무 심하기 때문에 제품의 안정성을 담보하기 어려워 성형이 불가능하다. 또한, 젤리 타입의 내용물과 망의 간격이 떨어진 화장품 용기의 경우 젤리 타입의 내용물이 소진됨에 따라 내용물의 높이가 줄어들면서 망과 내용물 사이의 간격이 벌어지기 때문에 내용물을 사용하면 할수록 내용물의 토출 품질이 떨어지는 문제가 있다.
일례로서, 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-0362370호는 "화장품 용기"를 개시한다.
전술한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명의 실시예는 안치판에 놓인 내용물 표면을 탄성 메쉬 망으로 감싸므로써, 사용으로 인해 내용물이 줄어들더라도 메쉬 망이 내용물과 함께 줄어들면서 내용물 표면에 밀착되어 내용물이 소진될 때까지 균일한 내용물의 토출 품질을 유지할 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기를 제공하고자 한다.
전술한 목적을 이루기 위해 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 안치판 위에 놓이는 내용물 표면을 감싸는 메쉬 망; 을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 내용물 표면은 안치판으로부터 상향으로 볼록한 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 메쉬 망은 팽팽한 상태로 내용물 표면에 탄력적으로 밀착될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 메쉬 망의 가장자리는 안치판 외주면에 결합되는 고정구에 의해 가장자리 부위가 당겨져 팽팽한 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 메쉬 망은 탄성 망일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 내용물은 유화형 또는 분산 타입 또는 분산 타입으로 자외선 차단분체, 사용 감촉을 개선하는 분체류, 색조화장에 이용되는 색소, 착색안료를 포함하는 분체를 함유한 액상 고점도 크림 제형 및 페이스트 제형 및 압축 파우터 제형 중 선택되는 어느 하나일 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 의하면, 안치판에 놓인 내용물 표면을 탄성 메쉬 망으로 감싸므로써, 사용으로 인해 내용물이 줄어들더라도 메쉬 망이 내용물과 함께 줄어들면서 내용물 표면에 밀착되어 내용물이 소진될 때까지 균일한 내용물의 토출 품질을 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 메쉬 망이 내용물의 형태를 잡아주어 내용물의 형태 변형을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 메쉬 망을 통해 내용물이 뭉침 없이 얇고 균일하게 토출되므로 내용물을 피부에 발랐을 때 내용물이 피부에 골고루 묻어 자연스러운 화장을 연출할 수 등 화장 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성 요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 이하에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명할 것이나, 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 이에 한정하거나 제한되지 않고 당업자에 의해 변형되어 다양하게 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
먼저 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 구성을 설명한다.
도 1, 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 케이스 본체(1) 내부에 수용되는 안치판(80), 안치판(80) 위에 놓이는 내용물(11) 및 내용물(11) 표면을 감싸는 메쉬 망(30)을 포함한다.
구체적으로 안치판(80)은 케이스 본체(1)의 수용공간에 결합된다. 안치판(80) 위에 놓이는 내용물(11)은 충격에 의해 형태가 쉽게 변형될 수 있는 젤(gel) 타입일 수 있다. 또한 내용물(11)은 유화형 또는 분산 타입 또는 분산 타입으로 자외선 차단분체 또는 사용 감촉을 개선하는 분체류 또는 색조화장에 이용되는 색소 또는 착색안료를 포함하는 분체를 함유한 액상 고점도 크림 제형 및 페이스트 제형 및 압축 파우터 제형 등일 수 있다.
내용물(11)은 저면이 안치판(80) 상면에 놓인다. 내용물(11)은 사용과정에서 가운데 부분이 집중적으로 닳기 때문에 내용물(11)의 표면은 상향으로 볼록한 형태인 것이 바람직하다.
내용물(11)의 저면은 안치판(80) 상면에 안정적으로 안치될 수 있도록 평면으로 형성된다. 일례로서 내용물(11)은 표면뿐만 아니라 전체면이 탄력이 있는 메쉬 망으로 감싸질 수 있다. 내용물(11)이 놓이는 안치판(80) 역시 내용물(11) 저면이 안정적으로 안치될 수 있도록 평면으로 형성된다.
메쉬 망(30)은 내용물(11)의 표면을 감싸는 형태로 설치된다. 메쉬망(30)이 내용물(11) 표면을 감싼 상태에서 메쉬 망(30)을 누르면 압력에 의해 내용물(11)이 메쉬 망(30)을 통과하면서 토출된다. 내용물(11)은 메쉬 망(30)을 통과하는 과정에서 뭉침이 없이 균일하게 걸러진다.
내용물(11) 표면이 볼록한 형태이기 때문에 내용물(11) 표면에 밀착되는 메쉬 망(30) 또한 상향으로 볼록한 형태로 결합된다. 메쉬 망(30)은 미세한 그물 형태의 망으로 형성된다. 메쉬(mesh) 망의 망목 크기는 제한이 없으나 내용물(11)의 점도 및 입도를 고려하여 적절하게 메쉬 망의 망목 크기를 설계하는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 내용물(11)이 화장하기 적합한 최적의 상태로 걸러질 수 있도록 메쉬 망(30)의 망목 크기를 설계하는 것이 바람직하다.
메쉬 망(30)은 내용물(11) 표면에 압력이 고르게 전달될 수 있도록 내용물(11) 표면에 부합하는 형태로 내용물(11) 표면에 밀착된다. 메쉬 망(30)은 내용물(11) 표면에 팽팽한 상태로 밀착되는 것이 바람직하다. 메쉬 망(30)은 신축성 있는 탄성 망일 수 있다. 메쉬 망(30)은 탄력이 있는 나일론, 폴리에스터, 폴리우레탄, 면, 실크, PET, PE, PP, NBR, 실리콘고무, NHBR, 불소고무 등일 수 있다.
사용에 따라 내용물(11)이 줄어들어도 탄성의 메쉬 망(30)은 내용물(11)과 함께 줄어들면서 내용물(11)에 긴밀히 밀착되어 내용물(11)의 균일한 토출을 유지할 수 있다. 메쉬 망(30)의 가장자리는 용기(10) 상부 외측에 결합되는 고정구(50)에 의해 고정된다. 메쉬 망(30)은 고정구(50)에 의해 팽팽한 상태로 결합된다.

상부고정구(51)와 하부고정구(52)는 상부고정구(51)의 걸림부(511)가 하부고정구(52)의 수용부(521)에 대응하여 끼워진다. 또한, 하부고정구(52)의 수용부(521)에 상부고정구(51)의 걸림부(511)가 결합되는 과정에서 메쉬 망(30)의 가장자리 부위가 이들 사이에 끼움 고정된다. 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 고정구(50)의 상면 원주방향을 따라 돌기(53)가 일정간격으로 형성된다. 메쉬 망(30)의 가장자리 부위는 고정구(50)에 형성된 돌기(53)에 걸리게 된다.
이하 첨부되는 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 작용을 설명한다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 퍼프(puff)를 메쉬 망(30) 상부에 위치시킨 후 메쉬 망(30)을 하향으로 누른다. 메쉬 망(30)은 하향으로 눌러지게 된다. 메쉬 망(30)이 내용물(11) 표면을 누름에 따라 내용물(11) 표면에 압력이 고루 전달된다. 이 압력에 의해 내용물(11)이 메쉬 망(30)을 통과하면서 토출된다.
메쉬 망(30)을 통과한 내용물(11)은 퍼프에 묻는다. 이때, 퍼프에 묻은 젤 타입 내용물(11)은 메쉬 망(30)을 통과하는 과정에서 균일하게 걸러지기 때문에 뭉침이 전혀 없다. 따라서 이러한 뭉침이 없는 내용물(11)을 피부에 바를 경우 피부에 골고루 묻어 자연스러운 화장을 연출할 수 있다.
또한, 사용에 따라 내용물(11)이 줄어들더라도 내용물(11)이 줄어든 만큼 탄력 메쉬 망(30)이 수축되면서 내용물(11) 표면에 긴밀히 밀착되므로 내용물(11)을 사용하더라도 초기 내용물(11)의 토출 상태와 동일한 토출 품질을 그대로 유지할 수 있다.
예컨대, 젤리 타입의 내용물(11)이 소진됨에 따라 내용물(11)의 높이가 줄어들어 메쉬 망(30)과 내용물(11) 사이의 간격이 벌어짐에 따라 내용물(11)을 사용하면 할수록 내용물(11)의 토출 품질이 떨어질 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 실시예는 내용물(11)이 줄어들어도 탄력 메쉬 망(30)이 줄어든 내용물(11) 표면에 밀착되어 초기와 같은 내용물(11)의 토출 품질을 유지할 수 있다.
살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 탄성 메쉬망이 내용물 표면을 감싸기 때문에 내용물을 사용하더라도 초기와 같은 내용물의 토출 품질이 유지될 수 있으며, 내용물 표면에 밀착된 메쉬 망에 의해 젤 타입 등과 같이 경도가 낮은 내용물의 형태 변형을 방지함과 아울러 젤 타입의 내용물이 메쉬 망을 통과하는 과정에서 균일하게 걸러지면서 토출되어 내용물이 뭉쳐지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 등 젤 타입의 내용물에 적합한 최적의 화장품 용기를 제공할 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예 및 첨부된 도면들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 케이스 본체 내부에 수용되는 안치판; 및
    상기 안치판 위에 놓인 내용물의 표면을 감싸는 메쉬 망;
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 표면은,
    안치판으로부터 상향으로 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬 망은,
    팽팽한 상태로 내용물 표면에 탄력적으로 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬 망의 가장자리는,
    안치판 외주면에 결합되는 고정구에 의해 가장자리 부위가 당겨져 팽팽한 상태로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬 망은,
    탄성 망인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물은,
    유화형 또는 분산 타입 또는 분산 타입으로 자외선 차단분체, 사용 감촉을 개선하는 분체류, 색조화장에 이용되는 색소, 착색안료를 포함하는 분체를 함유한 액상 고점도 크림 제형, 페이스트 제형 및 압축 파우터 제형 중 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 저면은,
    평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물이 놓이는 안치판 상면은,
    평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬 망은,
    탄력이 있는 나일론, 폴리에스터, 폴리우레탄, 면, 실크, PET, PE, PP, NBR,실리콘고무, NHBR, 불소고무 중 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내용물은,
    표면은 물론 전면이 메쉬 망에 의해 탄력적으로 감싸지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
