可选地,该上报模块24,还设置为通过蜂窝移动网的方式将配置信息上报到网络侧。
图3是根据本发明实施例的无线保真WIFI网络的建立装置的可选结构框图一,如图3所示,装置还包括:上传模块32,与第二接收模块26耦合连接,设置为在终端接收网络侧响应于设备信息的用于接入WIFI设备的接入请求之后,通过蜂窝移动网的方式向网络侧上传上行业务数据;第三接收模块34,与上传模块32耦合连接,设置为接收网络侧通过WIFI设备发送的下行业务数据。
可选地,配置信息包括:WIFI设备的网络地址、用于标识WIFI设备的标识信息。
可选地,蜂窝移动网络的方式包括:第三代移动通信系统和/或第四代移动通信系统。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
下面结合本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本发明提供了一种可以安全接入周围WIFI热点的方法,该方法采用当用户收听到周围WIFI无线路由器广播时,终端获取该路由器的信息,终端在3G/4G网络上发起登录请求,并上传该路由器的信息,网络侧根据用户请求,对用户鉴权,并对路由器信息鉴权,在满足接入条件的情况下允许用户接入。用户连接到网络之后,上行数据通过终端3G/4G网络发起,下行数据通过WIFI路由器发起。
其中,用户使用具有3G/4G上网功能和WIFI功能的终端,在WIFI路由器覆盖范围内可以收听到WIFI路由器广播的路由器信息。WIFI路由器广播的信息包括路由器的网络地址,设备信息,无线资源使用情况等可以反应路由器状态的信息。
下面结合附图对本可选实施例进行详细说明;
图4是根据本发明可选实施例的终端鉴权连接方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S401:用户终端接收到WIFI路由器的WIFI广播;
步骤S402:用户终端向网络侧发送接入请求;
步骤S403:网络侧对用户鉴权成功时,并上报路由器信息到用户终端;
步骤S404:用户终端向网络侧上报路由器信息;
步骤S405:网络侧对路由器鉴权成功,向用户终端发送允许接入请求;
步骤S406:用户终端上报终端与路由器连接后的配置信息;
步骤S407:用户终端获取上行业务数据;以及WIFI路由器下发下行数据到用户终端。
由上述步骤S401至步骤S407可知,如果WIFI无线路由器有闲置的无线资源,用户根据需要选择接入WIFI路由器。使用终端的3G/4G网络向网络侧发起接入请求。网络侧对用户身份进行鉴权,成功后,网络侧返回给用户上报路由器信息的指令。用户使用终端的3G/4G网络向网络侧上报WIFI路由器信息。网络测对收到的路由器信息进行鉴权,如果WIFI路由器是真实的,合法的。则网络侧为终端和路由器建立网络连接。用户使用终端的3G/4G网络向网络侧上报接入路由器后的配置信息。用户使用终端的3G/4G网络向网络侧发起上行业务。网络侧将下行业务数据发送到WIFI路由器。WIFI路由器根据地址标示,将数据发送给用户终端,图5是根据本发明可选实施例的上下行切换的示意图。
对于本实施例的一应用场景,如在一处WIFI网络覆盖区域。用户终端检测到WIFI热点的广播信息,且有闲置资源可用,提示用户是否需要接入。用户输入自己的宽带账号密码,登陆成功后用户就连上了该WIFI热点。在用户接入路由器过程中,网络会对用户需要接入的路由器鉴权。非法的,或者是钓鱼的路由器都会被识别。在数据交互过程中,用户的上行数据是通过用户终端3G/4G网络传输,更加安全。
通过本可选实施例,用户在有宽带账号密码的情况下,可以在任何有wifi覆盖的地方上网。提高了便利性;用户需要连接的路由器会通过网络鉴权,防止恶意的,非法的路由器进行数据截获,或者其他窃取活动;用户的上行数据是通过终端的3G/4G网络传送,安全机制更好。防止用户信息泄露。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1:终端接收无线保真WIFI设备广播的WIFI设备的配置信息;
S2:终端将配置信息上报到网络侧;
S3:终端接收网络侧响应于配置信息的用于接入WIFI设备的接入请求,其中,接入请求为网络侧在依据配置信息对WIFI设备鉴权成功时向终端发送的请求。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

通过本发明实施例,采用终端接收WIFI设备广播的WIFI设备的配置信息,进而该终端将配置信息上报到网络侧,该终端接收网络侧响应于配置信息的用于接入WIFI设备的接入请求,其中,接入请求为网络侧在依据配置信息对WIFI设备鉴权,满足预定条件时向终端发送的请求的方法,在终端接入WIFI设备之前,终端会上报该WIFI设备的配置信息,在网络侧鉴权该配置信息满足预定条件时,运行终端接入该WIFI设备,解决了相关技术中终端在接入WIFI公共热点时用户信息会泄露的问题,提高了用户信息安全性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无线保真WIFI网络的建立方法,包括:
    终端接收WIFI设备广播的所述WIFI设备的配置信息;
    所述终端将所述配置信息上报到网络侧;
    所述终端接收所述网络侧响应于所述配置信息的用于接入所述WIFI设备的接入请求,其中,所述接入请求为所述网络侧在依据所述配置信息对所述WIFI设备鉴权成功时向所述终端发送的请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端将所述配置信息上报到网络侧包括:
    所述终端通过蜂窝移动网的方式将所述配置信息上报到所述网络侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述终端接收所述网络侧响应于所述设备信息的用于接入所述WIFI设备的接入请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端通过蜂窝移动网的方式向所述网络侧上传上行业务数据;
    所述终端接收所述网络侧通过所述WIFI设备发送的下行业务数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述配置信息包括:所述WIFI设备的网络地址、用于标识所述WIFI设备的标识信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述蜂窝移动网的方式包括:第三代移动通信系统和/或第四代移动通信系统。
  6. 一种无线保真WIFI网络的建立装置,应用于终端侧,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收WIFI设备广播的所述WIFI设备的配置信息;
    上报模块,设置为将所述配置信息上报到网络侧;
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述网络侧响应于所述配置信息的用于接入所述WIFI设备的接入请求,其中,所述接入请求为所述网络侧在依据所述配置信息对所述WIFI设备鉴权成功时向所述终端发送的请求。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述上报模块,还设置为通过蜂窝移动网的方式将所述配置信息上报到所述网络侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括
    上传模块,设置为在所述终端接收所述网络侧响应于所述设备信息的用于接入所述WIFI设备的接入请求之后,通过所述蜂窝移动网的方式向所述网络侧上传上行业务数据;
    第三接收模块,设置为接收所述网络侧通过所述WIFI设备发送的下行业务数据。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述配置信息包括:所述WIFI设备的网络地址、用于标识所述WIFI设备的标识信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述蜂窝移动网的方式包括:第三代移动通信系统和/或第四代移动通信系统。
