본 발명은 다른 종류의 서비스 및 제품을 제공하는 이종 업종간 통합된 서비스를 제공하여, 가맹점 공동의 광고효과를 증대시키고, 사용자의 통합된 서비스 이용에 대한 편의성을 증대시키며, 가맹점들 간의 이용 활성화를 증대시키기 위한 이종 가맹점 간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 서로 다른 서비스를 제공하는 가맹점들 사이에 통합된 서비스를 제공하고, 이들 서비스 제공에 따라 부수적으로 발생되는 마일리지를 관리하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 유통업(예를 들면 퀵서비스가 대표적 예가 될 수 있다)을 중심으로 마일리를 제공하고, 이들 제공된 마일리지를 통합적으로 관리하는 이종 가맹점 간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
그리고 본 발명은 퀵서비스 제공자를 중심으로 한 퀵 물류시장 창출을 위한 마일리지 포인트를 제공하눈 방법에 관한 것이다.
전통적으로 조합형태의 단체를 통한 서비스 또는 제화의 제공은 동일/유사한 업종의 주체가 모여 결성되고 유지되는 것이 일반적이었다.
그러나, 최근에는 온라인의 발달, 소비자의 토탈 서비에 대한 다양한 소비 요구 등이 증대되면서, 각각 다른 이종의 서비스(제화)제공자들의 통합된 서비스 제공이 필요하게 되었고, 이에 대한 서비스가 제공되기도 한다.
전술한 바와 같이, 온라인 상의 통합된 서비스 제공은 서비스 제공자 측면에서는 소비자들에 대한 가맹점들의 광고 및 서비스제공이 통합적으로 이루어져 매출을 증대할 수 있다는 장점이 있고, 소비자 측면에서는 다양한 서비스를 원스톱으로 일괄하여 제공받을 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 최근에는 각 매장의 회원으로 가입한 고객에 대하여 상기 고객의 구매한 금액에 따라 특정 비율로 마일리지를 제공하고, 일정 수준 이상의 마일리지를 누적한 고객에게 다양한 유/무형서비스로 보상해주는 마일리지 누적보상 방식이 일반적으로 적용되고 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 마일리지 누적은 각 매장에서 발급되는 마일리지 적립카드를 통해 이루어진다. 즉, 신용카드, 체크카드, 선불카드 등과 같은 결제수단으로 사용되는 카드와 상기한 바와 같은 마일리지를 적립할 수 있는 마일리지 카드를 판매점에 제시하면, 결제금액에서 특정 비율의 마일리지를 상기 마일리지 카드에 누적 적립된다.
그러나, 상기한 바와 같은 이종 가맹점 간의 통합된 서비스를 제공하는 경우, 가맹점 간의 서비스의 제공 및 사용이 이루어질 수 있고, 이 경우 마일리지 부여 및 사용에 따른 형평성 등이 고려되어야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 대한민국 공개특허 제10-2007-0119471호에서는 상품의 구매 결제시 통합 마일리지 카드 한 장으로 상기 서비스 회원 가입시 고객이 선택한 모든 마일리지 제공사의 가맹점에서 마일리지 적립 및 사용 가능하도록 하는 기술이 제시되어 있다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래기술에서는, 카드 마일리지, 통신사 마일리지 등 서비스를 제공하는 측과 고객(개인)과의 관계에서 발생하는 상황에 국한되어 있는 것으로, 이에 반해 업종의 성격에 따라서 상호 간 거래량이 다수 발생하는 경우가 있다. 예를 들어, 택배, 꽃집, 문구, 인쇄소, 퀵서비스 등과 같이 필요에 의해 상호간 거래가 빈번하게 발생한다.
이와 같은 경우, 마일리지 제공사의 서비스를 이용하면 특정된 마일리지를 적립할 수 있지만, 업종 간 상호 매번 이용하는 서비스에 대한 혜택을 질적으로 향상시키지 못하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 서로 다른 업종의 가맹점들 사이에 통합된 서비스를 제공하고, 이들 사이에 서비스 이용 실적에 따라 형평성 있는 마일리지는 합리적으로 제공하는 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

상기에서 살핀 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에서는 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
본 발명에서는 다른 업종의 가맹점간 통합된 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하고, 이들 가맹점간 마일리지 부여, 적립 그리고 사용이 가능하여 가맹점들간 고정고객이 확보되며, 이를 통해 상호 가맹점간 제공하는 서비스를 질적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그리고 본 발명에서는 가맹점들간 확보된 고정고객의 매출/매입에 따라 마일리지를 차등지급하여 마일리지 서비스 혜택의 불균형을 해소할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 상기 마일리지 서비스 혜택의 불균형을 해소함에 따라, 가맹점들간 고객충성도가 높아짐으로 상호 가맹점간 거래 활성화 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 다른 업종의 가맹점들로 구성된 조합내 구성원들 간의 통합된 서비스를 제공함에 있어, 도면 상에는 설명의 편의상 3개의 가맹점을 포함하여 서비스가 제공되는 것을 예로 들어 도시하였으나, 그 이상 다수 가맹점들을 포함하여 서비스가 실시되는 것이 일반적이다.
그리고 본 발명의 실시예를 설명함에 있어 메인관리서버는 제어부, 통신부, 저장부, 마일리지 관리부 등의 구성요소를 포함하고 있고, 상기 다양한 구성요소가 적용되어 본 발명에 의한 통합관리를 수행하기 위한 회원가입, 회원 데이터베이스 관리, 마일리지 적립 및 사용 그리고 이에 대한 가맹점 인증절차 등이 수행된다.
또한, 본 발명에 있어, 마일리지 적립 및 사용방법은 공지된 다양한 기술에 의해 수행될 수 있다. 즉, 마일리지 서비스 회원가입 시, 접촉식 IC칩 또는 비접촉식 IC칩을 포함하여 구성된 휴대가능한 카드를 발급하고, 상기 카드의 고유식별번호(주민가입번호, 공인인증서, 카드발급번호 등)를 통해 마일리지를 적립 및 사용할 수도 있고, 근거리 무선 통신망을 통해 연결된 가맹점의 장치를 검색하고, 상기 검색된 가맹점장치에 고유번호를 포함하는 접속 요청 신호를 전송하여 마일리지를 적립 및 사용할 수도 있다.
이하에서는 상기한 바와 같은 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 구체적인 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 설명한다.

먼저 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공시스템은, 온라인 상에서 서비스 및 제화를 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 서비스 종류에 따라 각각 카테고리가 나뉘고, 해당 카테고리 별로 가맹점에 대한 정보 및 해당 가맹점의 서비스 신청등을 제공하여 상기 가맹점의 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 제공한다.
물론, 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공은 서비스가 제공된ㄴ 매장에서 이용자와 제공자의 단말을 통해 수행될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 제 1실시예를 설명함에 있어서 사용되는 용어 중 '업체'는 메인관리서버(100)를 운영하는 가맹점을 말하는 것으로, '퀵서비스' 제공업체의 단말이 상기 메인관리서버(100) 역할을 수행하는 경우를 예로 들어 설명한다. 그리고 '가맹점'은 본 발명에서 제공되는 서비스를 타 가맹점에게 제공하고, 또 다른 가맹점에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 가맹점을 말한다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 시스템은 메인관리서버(100)와 가맹점단말들(200, 300, 400)을 포함하여 구성된다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 실시예를 설명함에 있어, 가맹점 단말이라 함은 가맹점 자체를 대표하는 의미를 포함하는 용어로 사용하도록 한다.
한편, 상기 메인관리서버(100)는 가맹점 중 본 발명에 의한 서비스를 제공하고 운영하는 주체가되는 가맹점의 서버를 지칭하는 것으로, 가맹점들의 정보를 제공받아 통합 서비스 운영을 제공하고, 마일리지를 관리한다. 구체적으로는 마일리지 부여서비스, 마일리지 결제서비스, 마일리지 이용서비스, 마일리지 지급 청구서비스 등을 제공한다.
이때, 상기 마일리지 부여서비스는 상기 가맹점이 상기 업체에서 제공하는 상품을 결제할 경우, 상기 상품 결제금액에 상응하는 마일리지를 적립해 주는 것으로, 본 실시예와 같이 퀵서비스 제공자의 서버가 메인관리서버를 구성하는 경우, 상기 마일리지 부여서비스는 퀵물류시장 창출을 위한 마일리지 포인트일 수 있고, 이는 상기 메인관리서버(100)에 가입된 마일리지 정책에 따라 적립된다.
여기서, 상기 마일리지 정책은 특정 규칙에 의해 마일리지의 적립 및 사용을 관리하는 것으로, 구체적으로 마일리지 적립 비율, 마일리지 구매가능 여부, 최소 마일리지 사용 가능 금액제한, 마일리 보상체계 등의 정보가 포함되어 있다.
한편, 상기 가맹점 단말(200, 300, 400)은 본 발명에 의한 통합 서비스에 가입된 가맹점의 단말들로, 상기 메인관리서버(100)에서 제공되는 제품(서비스)를 구매하고, 이에 대한 마일리지를 부여받는다.
그리고 상기 가맹점 단말(200, 300, 400)은 누적된 마일리지를 이용하여 제품 또는 서비스에 대한 결제를 수행할 수 있고, 이와 같은 마일리지 결제의 대상은 메인관리서버 및 다른 가맹점을 포함한다.
이하에서는 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제 1실시예를 도 4를 참고하여 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 있어, 상기 업체와 가맹점들의 마일리지 적립 및 마일리지 정보의 변경은, 상기 업체에서 제공하는 상품(서비스)를 이용하는 경우, 가맹점간 마일리지를 사용하여 상품(서비스)을 결제하는 경우, 마일리지 지급 청구하는 경우 등 마일리지 서비스 형태에 따라 다양한 경우에 발생하는바, 이하에서는 가맹점에서 업체에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 경우와, 가맹점 간에 누적된 마일리지를 이용하여 결제를 시행하는 경우를 예를 들어 설명하도록 한다.
한편, 상기 마일리지 적립 및 사용에 따라 변경된 마일리지 정보는 상기 메인 관리서버(100)의 제어부와 저장부를 통해 실시간으로 관리된다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 업체(퀵서비스)에서 제공하는 상품(서비스)을 제 1가맹점이 이용하는 경우를 살펴보면, 상기 제 1가맹점이 상품을 이용하면(S110), 상기 메인 관리서버(100)는 이에 따라 상기 상품 결제금액에 대한 마일리지를 제1감맹점에 대하여 부여한다(S120).
그리고 상기 제1가맹점단말는 해당 마일리지를 누적한다(S130). 이때, 상기 제 120 단계에서 누적되는 마일리지는 마일리지 정책에 따라 결제금액에 상응하는 마일리지가 발생한다.
다음으로, 상기 가맹점들이 마일리지를 일정 이상 보유하고, 제 1가맹점이 상기 마일리지를 결제수단으로 하여 제 2가맹점에서 제공하는 상품(서비스)을 결제하는 경우를 살펴보면, 상기 메인 관리서버(100)는 상기 제 1가맹점단말(200)로부터 마일리지 결제 요청이 있는경우, 이를 제2가맹점 단말로 전달한다(S140).
이때, 상기 제140단계에서 상기 상품에 대한 결제는 일정 마일리지와 현금, 체크카드, 신용카드 등의 결제수단과 병행하여 요청될 수 있다.
이후, 상기 결제 요청을 수신한 제2가맹점단말(300)은 상기 제1가맹점단말(200)의 마일리지 정보를 상기 메인관리서버(100)로부터 수신하여 마일리지를 이용하여 결제를 수행하고, 상기 마일리지 이용결과를 상기 메인관리서버(100)로 전송한다(S160).
이때, 도시하지는 않았으나, 상기 마일리지 결제 요청에 대한 승인이 거절될 경우, 상기 메인 관리서버(100)는 마일리지 결제 요청한 가맹점단말로 마일리지부족, 회원 미가입 등의 거절이유를 포함하는 메시지를 생성하여 전송할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 메인 관리 서버(100)에서는 마일리지 결제를 승인함에 따라 마일리지 정보가 변경되는데, 전술한 경우, 제1가맹점단말(200)의 누적마일리지는 차감하고(S170), 제2가맹점단말(300)의 마일리지는 제1가맹점단말기(200)에서 차감된 마일리지만큼 누적된다(S180).
이후, 상기 변동된 마일리지 정산결과를 제1가맹점단말(200) 및 제2가맹점단말기(300)로 전송한다(S190, S200).
이하에서는 본 발명에 의한 상호 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제2실시예를 도 5 내지 도 7을 참고하여 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제 2실시예에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공시스템의 구성을 도시한 블록도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 제 2실시예에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공방법을 도시한 도시한 흐름도이며, 도 7은 본 발명의 제 2실시예에 의한 가맹점별 마일리지 취득 및 부여 이력에 따른 불균형지수의 산출예를 도시한 예시도이다.
본 발명에 의한 상호 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제2실시예를 제1실시예의 경우와 대비하여 설명하면, 본 발명의 제1실시예의 경우, 특정 가맹점이 마일리지를 부여하고, 이를 가맹점에서 사용하는 반면, 본 발명의 제2실시예의 경우, 다수(또는 모든)의 가맹점 단말이 마일리지를 부여하고, 상기 가맹점들은 이를 타 가맹점에서 사용하는 구조를 갖고, 메인 관리서버는 전체 가맹점들의 마일리지 누적 및 변화를 관리한다.
본 발명에 의한 상호 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제2실시예를 구체적으로 살피면, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 제2실시예에 의한 상호 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 시스템은 메인 관리서버(100)와 가맹점단말들(200, 300, 400)을 포함하여 구성된다.
이때, 상기 메인 관리서버(100)는 상기 가맹점들의 정보를 제공받아 마일리지 서비스를 제공하는 것으로, 구체적으로 클러스터(조합, cluster)에 가입된 상기 가맹점단말들(200, 300, 400) 사이에서 발생하는 마일리지 변경정보 관리 및 마일리지 산출 등의 서비스를 제공한다. 이때, 상기 가입은 클러스터 내 구성원(가맹점)의 의사합의에 의해 결정될 수 있다.
즉, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 가맹점 단말들(200, 300, 400) 중 어느 하나가 다른 가맹점 단말에서 제공되는 서비스(제품)를 이용하고 결제를 수행하는 경우, 타 가맹점 단말은 서비스 이용 가맹점 단말에 마일리지를 부여한다.
또한, 가맹점 단말들(200, 300, 400) 중 어느 하나는 다른 가맹점 단말에서 제공되는 서비스(제품)를 이용함에 있어, 보유한 마일리지를 이용하여 결제를 수행할 수도 있다.
이와 같은 마일리지의 부여 및 이용에 따른 상기 가맹점단말의 마일리지 누적 변화는 실시간으로 상기 메인관리서버(100)로 전송되어 관리된다.
이때, 상기 마일리지의 부여되는 마일리지의 양은 마일리지 정책에 따라 결정되는데, 상기 마일리지 정책에 대하여는 이후에 다시 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
다음으로 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제2실시예를 도 6을 참고하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 의한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법의 제2실시예는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 가맹점들 중 어느 한 가맹점(300)이 다른 가맹점(200)에서 제공하는 서비스 또는 제품을 이용 또는 구매하는 것으로 부터 시작된다(S310, S320).
이후 서비스(또는 제품)를 제공한 가맹점 단말(200)은 서비스(또는 제품) 제공에 따른 결제금액에 따라 마일리지를 제공하기 위하여 서비스(또는 제품)의 이용금액을 상기 메인관리서버(100)로 전송한다(S330).
이후, 상기 이용금액을 수신한 상기 메인관리서버(100)는 수신된 이용금액 및 가맹점 정보에 따라 부여될 마일리지를 산출한다(S340).
이때, 상기 마일리지의 산출은 전술한 바와 같이 마일리지 정책에 따라 결정되는 것으로, 상기 마일리지 산출 방법은 이후에서 다시 설명하기로 한다.
그리고 상이 메인관리서버(100)는 산출된 마일리지에 따른 마일리지 부여 결과를 서비스(또는 제품)를 이용한 가맹점 단말(300)로 전송하고(S250, S360), 마일리지 부여에 따라 변화되는 가맹점 정보를 갱신하도록 데이터베이스(DB)를 갱신한다.
이때, 상기 데이터베이스 갱신은 마일리지를 부여받은 가맹점의 누적 마일리지를 갱신하는 것에 더하여, 마일리지를 부여한 가맹점의 마일리지 부여/취득 내역을 갱신하여 저장하는 것을 포함한다.
이후, 상기 가맹점이 보유한 마일리지를 이용하여 상기 마일리지를 결제수단으로 하여 다른 가맹점에서 제공하는 상품(서비스)을 결제하는 경우를 살펴보면, 먼저, 가맹점 단말 중 어느 하나(제2가맹점단말, 300)로부터 다른 가맹점 단말(200)로 마일리지 결제 요청이 있는 경우(S410), 이를 해당 가맹점 단말(200)로 전달한다(S420).
이때, 상기 제410단계에서 상기 상품에 대한 결제는 일정 마일리지와 현금, 체크카드, 신용카드 등의 결제수단과 병행하여 요청될 수 있음은 전술한 바와 같다.
이후, 상기 결제 요청을 수신한 제1가맹점단말(200)은, 해당 서비스의 결제금액을 포함하여 마일리지 결제에 대한 승인요청을 상기 메인관리서버(100)로 전송한다(S430).
그리고 마일리지 결제 승인요청을 수신한 메인관리서버(100)는(S440), 결제를 요청한 가맹점(가맹점2)의 마일리지를 조회하고, 누적된 마일리지가 허용하는 경우 해당 마일리지 결제를 승인한다(S450, S460).
이후, 상기 메인관리서버(100)는 상기 마일리지 이용에 따른 차감 결과를 각각의 가맹점 단말(200, 300)로 전송한다(S480, S490).
여기서, 마일리지의 차감이라 함은 결제 수단으로 마일리지를 사용한 가맹점(가맹점2)은 누적된 마일리지에서 해당 금액에 상응하는 마일리지를 차감하고, 마일리지를 통해 결제 받은 가맹점(가맹점1)은 차감된 마일리지 만큼 마일리지 누적 량을 증가시키는 것을 의미한다.
그리고 상기 메인관리서버(100)는 마일리지에 사용에 따른 마일리지 차감 결과에 따라 변화되는 가맹점 정보를 갱신하도록 데이터베이스(DB)를 갱신한다(S500).
이때, 상기 데이터베이스 갱신은 마일리지를 부여받은 가맹점 및 마일리지를 차감한 가맹점의 누적 마일리지를 갱신하는 것을 말한다.
다음으로, 마일리지 정책에 따른 지급될 마일리지의 산출방법에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
기본적으로, 상기 지급 마일리지는 어느 한 가맹점이 다른 가맹점에서 제공하는 서비스(또는 재화)를 이용하여, 마일리지 이외의 결제 수단에 의해 결제를 수행하는 경우 지급되는 마일리지를 의미하는 것으로, 상기 지급 마일리지의 산출은 결제 금액, 해당 가맹점의 마진율 및 해당 가맹점의 마일리지 부여 및 취득 내역에 따라 수행된다.
이와 같은 지급 마일리지의 산출 방법은, 각 가맹점 간의 마일리지 부여 및 사용에 따른 불균형을 줄이기 위한 방법으로, 두가지 산출 예를 아래에서 설명하도록 한다.
먼저, 상기 지급 마일리지는 아래 수학식 1에 의해 산출될 수 있다.

이때, 상기 M은 산출될 마일리지를 의미하고, P는 결제 금액, α는 마진률계수 그리고 e는 불균형계수를 의미한다.
여기서, 마일리지가 결제 금액을 반영함은 자명한 사실이고, 상기 마진률계수(α)는 상품(서비스)을 제공하는 가맹점의 마진(중간이윤)에 따라 부여되는 마일리지를 달리하기 위한 것이다.
즉, 결제 금액이 큰 경우에도 업종에 따라 이윤은 다양하게 차별화 될 수 있으므로, 다른 업종간의 공정한 마일리지 관리를 위해 해당 업종의 마진율을 마일리지 산출에 반영하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 상기 상기 마진율은 각 가맹점의 가입시에 업종에 따라 부여되는 값이다.
그리고 상기 불균형 계수는, 클러스터 내의 가맹점의 이용형태를 반영하기 위한 것으로, 도 7을 참조하여 성명하기로 한다.
*도 7에 도시된 바를 예로 들어 설명하면, 가맹점 1의 경우 마일리지 부여 이력이 2,200포인트인 반면, 취득이력은 600포인트에 그치고 있다. 이는 가맹점 1이 클러스터 내의 다른 가맹점이 가맹점 1을 이용하는 정도에 비해 클러스터 내의 다른 가맹점을 이용하고 있지 않다는 것을 의미한다.
또한, 가맹점 2의 경우, 반대로 마일리지의 부여/취득 비율이 300/2,000으로 가맹점 2는 클러스터 내의 다른 가맹점을 적극적으로 이용하는 반면, 가맹점 2는 다른 가맹점들에 의해 이용이 거의 되지 않고 있음을 의미한다.
이러한 가맹점들간의 이용형태에 따른 불균형을 해소하기 위하여, 불균형 계수 e를 도입한다.
따라서 첫번째 지급 마일리지 산출식에서 상기 불균형 계수 e는 서비스 제공 가맹점의 부여마일리지의 합÷취득마일리지의 합으로부터 산출될 수 있다.
또한 두번째 지급 마일리지 산출식에서는 상기 불균형 계수 e를 서비스 이용 가맹점의 취득마일리지의 합÷부여마일리지의 합으로부터 산출할 수도 있다.
물론, 이 경우 상기 불균형 계수 e가 과도하게 커지거나 작아지는 경우를 방지하기 위하여, 상기 불균형 계수의 상한 및 하한 값을 제한 하는 것도 가능하고, 상기 불균형 계수의 반영 비율을 줄이는 것도 가능하다.
이때 상기 불균형 계수의 반영비율을 줄이는 것을 수식으로 표현하면, 아래 수학식 2와 같이 표현될 수 있다.

이때, 계수 A 및 B는 불균형 계수의 반영 비율을 조절하기 위한 것으로 A 및B의 합은 1이 되도록 한다.
이와 같은 불균형 계수(e)의 도입은 상기 클러스터에서 특정 가맹점의 매출(마일리지 부여)보다 매입(마일리지 취득)이 많은 경우 이점(advantage)을 주고, 특정 가맹점의 매출보다 매입이 적은 경우 불리(disadvantage)를 적용하여 상기 클러스터 내의 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 이용에 따른 불균형을 해소하여 매출 및 이용 현황에 따라 모든 가맹점들게 본 발명에 의한 통합 서비스 이용에 따른 매리트를 제공하기 위함이다.
본 발명의 권리는 이상에서 설명된 실시예에 한정되지 않고 청구범위에 기재된 바에 의해 정의되며, 본 발명의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 청구범위에 기재된 권리 범위 내에서 다양한 변형과 개작을 할 수 있다는 것은 자명하다.
본 발명은 가맹점간 마일리지 부여 및 적립, 그리고 마일리지의 사용이 가능하도록 하는 마일리지 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 가맹점간 마일리지 부여, 적립 그리고 사용이 가능하여 가맹점들간 고정고객이 확보되고, 이를 통해 상호 가맹점간 제공하는 서비스를 질적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  1. 서로 다른 서비스 또는 제품을 제공하는 가맹점들 사이에 통합된 서비스를 제공하고, 상기 가맹점들 간의 통합된 마일리지를 부여 및 사용기 위한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 있어,
    (A) 메인관리서버에 접속된 가맹점단말로부터 상기 메인관리서버에서 제공되는 서비스 또는 상품이용에 따른 결제가 수행되는 단계와;
    (B) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 서비스 또는 상품이용 결제금액에 따른 지급 마일리지를 산출하는 단계와;
    (C) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 서비스 또는 상품이용 결제금액에 상응하는 마일리지를 상기 가맹점단말로 부여하는 단계; 그리고

  7. 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
    (g) 메인관리서버에 접속된 제1가맹점단말이 제2가맹점단말로부터 제1가맹점에서 제공하는 서비스 또는 상품에 대하여 마일리지 결제를 요청받는 단계와;
    (h) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 제2가맹점단말에 대한 인증절차를 통해 상기 결제 요청을 승인하는 단계; 그리고
    (i) 상기(h)단계의 처리 결과 발생되는 상기 제2가맹점단말에 대한 마일리지 차감과 제1가맹점단말에 대한 마일리지 누적 결과를 상기 제1가맹점 단말 및 제2가맹점단말로 통지하는 단계를 더 포함하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 이종 가맹점 사이의 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  8. 서로 다른 서비스 또는 제품을 제공하는 가맹점들 사이에 통합된 서비스를 제공하고, 상기 가맹점들 간의 통합된 마일리지를 부여 및 사용기 위한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 있어,
    (a) 메인관리서버에 접속된 가맹점단말중 어느 하나의 가맹점 단말이 상기 메인관리서버에 접속된 다른 가맹점단말이 제공하는 서비스 또는 상품이용에 따른 결제를 수행하는 단계와;
    (b) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 서비스 또는 상품이용 결제금액에 따른 지급 마일리지를 산출하는 단계와;
    (d) 상기 (b) 단계에서 산출된 지급 마일리지에 따라 서비스 또는 상품 이용 가맹점 단말에 대한 마일리지 누적 결과를 통지하는 단계와;
    (e) 상기 메인관리서버가 상기 서비스 또는 상품의 이용 가맹점단말과 상기 서비스 또는 상품의 제공 가맹점단말에 대한 마일리지 부여 및 취득 결과를 누적/갱신하는 단계; 그리고
    (f) 상기 메인관리서버가 갱신된 마일리지 내역을 가맹점단말기에 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 수행되고:
    상기 지급마일리지의 산출은,
    결제 금액, 상기 서비스 또는 상품 제공 가맹점의 마진율 및 상기 서비스 또는 상품 제공 가맹점의 마일리지 부여 및 취득 내역을 반영하여 산출되도록,

    여기서, 상기 M은 산출될 마일리지이고, 상기 P는 결제 금액이며, 상기 α는 마진률계수이고, 상기 e는 불균형계수임을 특징으로 하는 이종 가맹점 사이의 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  9. 서로 다른 서비스 또는 제품을 제공하는 가맹점들 사이에 통합된 서비스를 제공하고, 상기 가맹점들 간의 통합된 마일리지를 부여 및 사용기 위한 이종 가맹점간 통합 서비스 제공 방법에 있어,
    (a) 메인관리서버에 접속된 가맹점단말중 어느 하나의 가맹점 단말이 상기 메인관리서버에 접속된 다른 가맹점단말이 제공하는 서비스 또는 상품이용에 따른 결제를 수행하는 단계와;
    (b) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 서비스 또는 상품이용 결제금액에 따른 지급 마일리지를 산출하는 단계와;
    (d) 상기 (b) 단계에서 산출된 지급 마일리지에 따라 서비스 또는 상품 이용 가맹점 단말에 대한 마일리지 누적 결과를 통지하는 단계와;
    (e) 상기 메인관리서버가 상기 서비스 또는 상품의 이용 가맹점단말과 상기 서비스 또는 상품의 제공 가맹점단말에 대한 마일리지 부여 및 취득 결과를 누적/갱신하는 단계; 그리고
    (f) 상기 메인관리서버가 갱신된 마일리지 내역을 가맹점단말기에 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 수행되고:
    상기 지급마일리지의 산출은,
    결제 금액, 상기 서비스 또는 상품 제공 가맹점의 마진율 및 상기 서비스 또는 상품 제공 가맹점의 마일리지 부여 및 취득 내역을 반영하여 산출되도록,

  10. 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 불균형 계수 e는,
    서비스 제공 가맹점의 부여마일리지의 합을 취득마일리지의 합으로 나눈 값임을 특징으로 하는 이종 가맹점 사이의 통합 서비스 제공 방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    (g) 메인관리서버에 접속된 제1가맹점단말이 제2가맹점단말로부터 제1가맹점에서 제공하는 서비스 또는 상품에 대하여 마일리지 결제를 요청받는 단계와;
    (h) 상기 메인관리서버에서 상기 제2가맹점단말에 대한 인증절차를 통해 상기 결제 요청을 승인하는 단계; 그리고
