For example, the ring-back tone sound source changing system described in Patent Document 1 registers ring-back tone sound source content for each user in the sound source storage device, and is calling the other party when a call is made from the user's telephone terminal. In addition, the registered ringback tone sound source content is transmitted to the user's telephone terminal as a ringback tone.
Also, as an application of the above technique, there is known a technique for displaying a web page image corresponding to a destination telephone number after making a call. For example, in the telephone communication system described in Patent Document 2, when a call is made from a mobile phone terminal with a specific telephone number as a call destination, the web page image corresponding to the call destination telephone number is the caller's mobile phone terminal. It is automatically displayed on the display. For example, when a call is made to a bookstore, a web page image indicating the address and business hours related to the bookstore is displayed on the mobile phone terminal.
Japanese Patent No. 4750493

The caller terminal 100 and the callee terminal 200 are communication terminal devices that enable telephone communication via a communication network and reproduction of multimedia data, such as a mobile phone, a tablet terminal, and a PC with a headset. Server 300 establishes communication between caller terminal 100 and callee terminal 200, and connects caller terminal 100 and callee terminal 200 during a call and during a call. The communication network includes the Internet, a mobile communication network, a public switched telephone network, and a wireless LAN.
(Caller terminal)
The caller terminal 100 enables multimedia data to be registered in the server 300 in advance in association with the caller ID. That is, the multimedia data can be selected by the user of the caller terminal 100 and can be registered in the server 300 from the caller terminal 100. The multimedia data registered in the server 300 is classified according to the recipients, when the recipients are divided into groups, according to the groups, according to the age, gender, occupation of the recipients, It can be classified according to the outgoing time zone.
Examples of the ID include a phone number of the caller terminal 100, an IP phone account, and an SNS (social networking service) account. The multimedia data includes data such as video (still image, moving image, text), audio (music, natural sound, voice) and the like. The multimedia data may be accompanied by additional information such as text information indicating the content and state of the multimedia data. Note that the registration of multimedia data is not limited as long as communication is possible, so it can be performed not only from a mobile phone but also from a PC or the like without a call function. It is also possible for the communication carrier to register multimedia data such as advertisements in the server 300 independently and associate it with the caller ID or / and the callee.
The caller terminal 100 receives a ringing signal from the server 300 in a state where a call is received from the caller terminal 100 to the callee terminal 200 and is being called. At that time, the server 300 extracts the multimedia data registered in association with the caller and transmits it to the callee terminal 200.
The caller terminal 100 can also transmit a signal instructing the server 300 to delete the registration information of the multimedia data after a predetermined period set by the caller has elapsed. The signal may be a signal of any layer of the OSI reference model (any signal of layers 1 to 7).
(Callee terminal)
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a callee terminal 200 as a communication terminal device. The callee terminal 200 receives a call signal from the caller terminal 100 or the server 300, receives multimedia data associated with the caller, displays an image, and reproduces the sound by outputting sound. To do. The callee terminal 200 includes an input unit 210, a call unit 215, a communication unit 220, a playback unit 230, a condition determination unit 240, a display unit 250, an external speaker 255, a list management unit 260, a storage unit 265, a call determination unit 270, and a playback. A confirmation unit 280 is provided.
The input unit 210 is, for example, a touch panel of a mobile phone or an operation key that can be pressed, and accepts a user operation. The call unit 215 receives voice input via the transmitter and outputs voice from the receiver. The communication unit 220 establishes communication for a call with the server 300 based on a call from the server 300 provided on the communication network.
When the communication unit 220 receives multimedia data corresponding to the caller telephone number from the server 300 during the incoming call, the playback unit 230 plays back the received multimedia data. Thus, for example, multimedia data such as a caller's face image, own company advertisement, and own photo can be reproduced on the callee terminal 200 while the caller is calling, and information can be conveyed to the callee. In addition, the callee can confirm the caller's information in advance, such as whether the caller is the advertisement or the caller.
When the communication unit 220 receives multimedia data from the server 300, the playback unit 230 can cause the display unit 250 to display an image included in the multimedia data. In addition, audio included in the multimedia data can be output from the handset or the external speaker 255. As a result, the caller can reproduce the image he wants to show and the sound he wants to hear on the callee terminal 200.
Note that the playback unit 230 outputs the incoming melody from the external speaker 255 as the incoming melody by registering the incoming melody in the server 300 as multimedia data or selecting the incoming melody registered by the communication carrier. You can also. In that case, it is preferable that copy protection is set in the recipient terminal 200 so that the incoming melody cannot be saved. In addition, the server 300 can transmit data for displaying the melody name of the incoming melody on the screen as multimedia data, and by clicking the tune name of the callee, it is possible to connect to the music sales site.
The playback unit 230 may display the additional information on the display unit 250 when receiving the additional information attached to the multimedia data corresponding to the caller telephone number. Thereby, for example, text information indicating the contents of the multimedia data can be displayed. The above-mentioned song name of the incoming melody is also one of the accompanying information.
The condition determination unit 240 determines whether a preset condition for reproduction or a condition for restricting reproduction is satisfied. Depending on the determination result by the condition determination unit 240, the reproduction unit 230 reproduces or does not reproduce the multimedia data.
The display unit 250 is specifically a display, and displays an image under the control of the playback unit 230. The external speaker 255 outputs an incoming melody, voice during an on-hook call, or received multimedia data.
The list management unit 260 manages a specific list stored in its own device. The specific list is, for example, an address book that records text information such as a telephone number, an e-mail address, an image, and an address name in association with the ID of a target person who is a communication partner. The storage unit 265 stores such a specific list.
The list management unit 260 registers the multimedia data in a specific list in association with the caller telephone number. As a result, multimedia data that makes it easy to recognize the caller can be registered in the address book in the receiver terminal 200, and the multimedia data can be used as address book information even when a call is not received.
When the multimedia data is already registered in the specific list in association with the caller telephone number, the list management unit 260 may automatically replace the multimedia data with the newly received multimedia data. Good. Thereby, for example, multimedia data registered in the address book can be updated and used as the latest address book. Note that a specific list may be updated using not only the multimedia data but also the accompanying information.
When the call determination unit 270 receives the multimedia data corresponding to the caller telephone number, the call determination unit 270 determines whether or not the proximity sensor of the own device is responding. If no response is made, the multimedia data is played back. As a result, when the callee holds the callee terminal 200 near the ear, the reproduction of the multimedia data can be stopped.
When the multimedia data is specific multimedia data, the playback confirmation unit 280 transmits the played information to the server 300 after the playback of the multimedia data. For example, when the multimedia data is a specific advertisement, it is possible to provide a service in which the carrier confirms the reproduced information transmitted to the server 300 and discounts the call charge of the caller or the callee.
For example, when the caller's advertisement is shown to the recipient as multimedia, the caller's monthly communication fee is discounted, and when the carrier's advertisement is shown, both the caller and recipient's communication fee is discounted. It is also possible to do. Discounts can also be used to subtract a certain amount from the monthly communication volume to ease the practical monthly usage limit.
It is preferable that the playback confirmation unit 280 transmits different played information depending on the time when the multimedia data is played on the callee terminal 200. Thereby, the time when the advertisement is reproduced can be confirmed by the reproduced information, and the discount rate can be changed according to the reproduction time of the advertisement in the above-mentioned call charge discount service, for example.
Control unit 290 controls the operation of each unit in the apparatus. In addition, the control unit 290 monitors the remaining battery level of the device itself, and controls the operation of the display unit 250 and the call unit 215 or the external speaker 255. When the communication unit 220 receives multimedia data from the server 300, the display unit 250 determines whether to display an image included in the multimedia data according to the battery level of the device itself. In addition to the display, it may be determined whether or not the voice included in the multimedia data is to be output in the call unit 215 or the external speaker 255. As a result, for example, when the remaining battery level is low, image display and audio output can be set to an energy saving mode with low power consumption. It is also possible not to play multimedia data.
(server)
When the server 300 is requested by the caller terminal 100 to establish communication with the callee terminal 200, the server 300 establishes communication between the two. In addition, when a request for establishing communication for a call with a caller telephone number is received from the caller terminal 100, multimedia registered in advance corresponding to the caller telephone number from the user of the caller telephone number Data is transmitted to the callee terminal 200. As a result, the caller can convey information to be notified to the callee during the call, and the callee can check the caller's information during the call.
The server 300 may monitor communication traffic, and stop the transmission of multimedia data when the communication traffic being monitored exceeds a certain threshold. As a result, when the communication traffic is above a certain level, it is possible to restrict the transmission of multimedia data, allocate communication resources to others, and improve communication efficiency.
It is preferable that the server 300 can be set to delete the registration of multimedia data corresponding to the caller telephone number when a predetermined time has elapsed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the previously registered multimedia data from being left as it is and not sent to the called party without being recognized by the calling party. It is preferable that the predetermined period can be set when the multimedia data is registered. Further, as described above, the server 300 may automatically delete the registration according to the setting, or may delete the registration when a deletion instruction signal from the caller terminal 100 is received. In addition, it is preferable that a backup can be saved in case the registration deletion signal is transmitted by mistake.
For the convenience of explanation, the characteristic functions of the present invention are shown as being divided into components, but this does not mean that the present invention is limited to hardware. The present invention can be realized not only by hardware but also by software or a combination thereof.
[Operation of communication system]
Next, the operation of the communication system 10 configured as described above will be described. FIG. 3 is a sequence chart illustrating an operation example of the communication system 10. First, the caller terminal 100 calls the callee terminal 200 via the server 300 by the operation of the caller (step S101). At that time, the server 300 transmits a calling signal to the caller terminal 100 (step S102), and the caller terminal 100 outputs a ringing tone while receiving the calling signal.
On the other hand, the server 300 extracts multimedia data registered in association with the caller telephone number (step S103), and transmits the extracted multimedia data to the callee terminal 200 (step S104). The called party terminal 200 reproduces the multimedia data received in the incoming call state (step S105). Thereby, the callee can view reproduction of an image, advertisement content, etc. for identifying the caller.
Thereafter, when the callee performs a call receiving operation on the callee terminal 200, a call reception signal is notified to the caller terminal 100 via the server 300 (step S106). Further, when there is an operation for receiving a call, the callee terminal 200 ends the reproduction of the received multimedia data (step S107). The connection is maintained between the caller terminal 100 and the callee terminal 200, a call is started (step S108), and a series of processes is terminated. These processes can be executed by a program of each device.
Note that when multimedia data is played back on the callee terminal 200, the multimedia data is played back even when communication is cut off, including when the caller terminal 100 accepts an end operation before the callee receives a call. End the series of processing.
オペレータに属する基地局は、下りリンクの制御チャネルPDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel)を送信するとともに、そのPDCCHによってスケジューリングされる(物理リソース等を割り当てられる)、下りリンクのデータチャネルPDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel)を送信する。ここで、PDCCHにはservice specific RNTI(Radio Network Temporary Identifier)が含まれている。
[Communication system settings]
In the multimedia data transmission service as described above, the operator preferably sets as follows. The base station belonging to the operator transmits a downlink control channel PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) and is scheduled by the PDCCH (allocated with physical resources etc.). The downlink data channel PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared Channel) ). Here, the PDCCH includes a service specific RNTI (Radio Network Temporary Identifier). The service specific RNTI is assigned by the operator to the receiver terminal 200 that receives the service. The PDSCH includes multimedia information. As a service specific RNTI, a part of an RNTI area that is already used for other purposes may be used. For example, a terminal is identified in a communication area (cell) configured by the base station. For this purpose, the C-RNTI area, which is an identifier used for this purpose, may be used.
Receiving terminal 200 receives a PDCCH including a service-specific RNTI from the base station, receives PDSCH scheduled by the PDCCH, performs demodulation and decoding, and acquires multimedia information included in the PDSCH. .
