Abstract

The invention relates to a system (100) for series production of press-hardened and anti-corrosion sheet metal parts (210) by direct press-hardening zinc-coated sheet metal blanks (200). Said system (100) comprises an oven (110), a press-hardening tool (130) and a cooling device (120). The sheet metal blanks (200) heated in the oven (110) can be intermediately cooled by the cooling device (120) prior to them being placed in the press-hardening tool (130). In order to improve the intermediate cooling, the cooling device (120) comprises at least two air knives (121, 122) which are opposite each other, by means of which an air seal (L) can be produced for the active intermediate cooling of the sheet metal blanks (200), or that the cooling device (120) comprises an air nozzle arrangement with which an air cushion can be produced and which can support the sheet metal blanks (200) and also enables the sheet metal blanks (200) to be actively intermediately cooled.
