Abstract
一种集成式反刍动物排放气体收集燃烧装置,该装置包括:封闭式棚罩、进风口、排气口、反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置、风量进入监测装置、排气量监测装置、集成式排气连通管道、总排气管道、抽气泵、防回气装置、联合燃烧装置、监控报警、调度调节、优化决策和故障排除配套装置。该装置通过对反刍动物排放气体的收集,将其与其它燃烧物质联合燃烧,实现对反刍动物排放气体潜在能源的开发利用,减少温室气体排放,保护环境。
Description
本发明涉及到对反刍动物排放气体的收集,以及通过将其与其它燃烧物质联合燃烧,实现对反刍动物排放气体潜在能源的开发利用,减少温室气体排放,保护环境。
由于反刍动物排放气体长期没有得到有效的收集利用,规模化养殖反刍动物加剧了日益恶化的温室效应。然而,本发明致力于解决上述问题,使反刍动物排放气体成为重要的新型清洁卫生能源。
发明内容
1.在反刍动物的休息和活动场所外围安装封闭式棚罩,该棚罩的底部(或下部)装有进风口、顶部(或上部)装有排气口,棚罩内装有反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置、进风口风量进入监测装置、排气口排气量监测装置,其中,“反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置”也可以是“单一项气体(如,甲烷气或氨气等)指标浓度监测装置”或“若干项气体(如,甲烷气、氨气和二氧化碳气等)指标浓度监测装置”。
2.集成式排气连通管道,该管道将每个封闭式棚罩的排气口连通起来导向一个总排气管道。
3.总排气管道与一个抽气泵相连接,其中,抽气泵也可以安装在封闭式棚罩的排气口、集成式排气连通管道内、总排气管道内等其它位置。
4.抽气泵与喷气燃烧装置相连接,该喷气燃烧装置与其它燃烧物质的燃烧装置联合安装,其中,当抽气泵安装在封闭式棚罩的排气口、集成式排气连通管道内、总排气管道内等其它位置的时候,也可以是总排气管道直接与喷气燃烧装置相连接,并且对前两种情况还要在每个封闭式棚罩的排气口或集成式排气连通管道内加装防回气装置。
5.集成式反刍动物排放气体收集燃烧的自动化、信息化、智能化(含:集成化、模块化、分布式、网络化、柔性化、数字化、标准化、视屏化、人机互动等先进技术)监控报警、调度调节、优化决策和故障排除配套装置。
1.封闭式棚罩用以聚集反刍动物排放的气体,棚罩底部(或下部)的进风口用以换气,顶部(或上部)的排气口用以排气,棚罩内反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置用以对反刍动物排放气体中的单一项或若干项气体指标浓度进行监测,进风口风量进入监测装置用以监测进风量的多少,排气口排气量监测装置用以监测排气量的多少。
2.集成式排气连通管道和总排气管道用以输送反刍动物排放气体。
3.抽气泵从总排气管道抽出反刍动物排放气体向喷气燃烧装置输送,其中,当抽气泵分
别安装在封闭式棚罩的排气口或集成式排气连通管道内时,抽气泵直接从封闭式棚罩内抽出反刍动物排放气体经封闭式棚罩的排气口和集成式排气连通管道向总排气管道输送,并且通过每个封闭式棚罩的排气口或集成式排气连通管道内加装的防回气装置防止某些抽气泵处于工作状态下从相应封闭式棚罩内抽出的反刍动物排放气体向另外一些抽气泵处于非工作状态下相应的封闭式棚罩内倒灌;当抽气泵安装在总排气管道内时,抽气泵从集成式排气连通管道抽出反刍动物排放气体经总排气管道向喷气燃烧装置输送。
4.通过喷气燃烧装置与其它燃烧物质的燃烧装置联合安装实现反刍动物排放气体与其它燃烧物质联合燃烧。
5.通过自动化、信息化、智能化(含:集成化、模块化、分布式、网络化、柔性化、数字化、标准化、视屏化、人机互动等先进技术)监控报警、调度调节、优化决策和故障排除配套装置对集成式反刍动物排放气体收集燃烧进行管理。
Claims (6)
- 本发明公开了一种集成式反刍动物排放气体收集燃烧装置,本装置的总体特征在于:集成式收集反刍动物排放气体,通过与其它燃烧物质联合燃烧实现对反刍动物排放气体潜在能源的开发利用,减少温室气体排放,保护环境。
- 依据权利要求1,本发明的特征还在于:在反刍动物的休息和活动场所外围安装封闭式棚罩,该棚罩的底部(或下部)装有进风口、顶部(或上部)装有排气口,棚罩内装有反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置、进风口风量进入监测装置、排气口排气量监测装置,其中,“反刍动物排放气体浓度监测装置”也可以是“单一项气体(如,甲烷气或氨气等)指标浓度监测装置”或“若干项气体(如,甲烷气、氨气和二氧化碳气等)指标浓度监测装置”。
