By the way, a curved piece-like member that slides with respect to the main body case is provided as one that can suppress the transfer head from coming into contact with an external article or the like by a relatively simple operation when not in use. There are also transfer tools. In such a transfer tool, the piece-like member is slid so as to be positioned on the transfer direction side of the transfer head.
However, such a device has not been able to cover almost the entire transfer head, so that it is not always possible to sufficiently prevent external dust and dirt from adhering to the transfer head. There wasn't.

Is.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the main body case 11 is internally fed with a feeding reel m for feeding the transfer tape P, and a transfer tape fed from the feeding reel m and passing through a transfer roll 121 of the transfer head 12. A take-up reel n for taking up P is rotatably supported.
The feeding reel m arranged in the main body case 11 integrally holds the feeding gear mg. The take-up reel n is supported by a take-up gear ng that meshes with the feeding gear mg. An interlocking mechanism R for rotating the supply reel m and the take-up reel n in an interlocking manner is mainly configured by the supply gear mg and the take-up gear ng. Since the interlocking mechanism R is a normal one, detailed description thereof is omitted. The transfer tape P wound around the supply reel m and the take-up reel n is a normal one in which a paste as a transfer product is attached to one side of a film-like substrate.
The main body case 11 is made of synthetic resin, and includes left and right side walls 111 and 112, an upper wall 113 disposed between upper end edges of the left and right side walls 111 and 112, and the left and right side walls 111 and 112. A rear wall 114 disposed between the rear end edges and a lower wall 115 disposed between the lower end edges of the left and right side walls 111 and 112 are provided. The main body case 11 leads the transfer tape P to the transfer roll 121 which is the transfer end of the transfer head 12 at the tip, and introduces the transfer tape P via the transfer roll 121 into the main body case 11. It has an opening 11a.
In this embodiment, the main body case 11 includes a first case c1 having a right side wall 112, and a second case c2 having a left side wall 111, an upper wall 113, a rear wall 114, and a lower wall 115. It is configured. By combining the first case c1 and the second case c2, a main body case 11 having an internal space that can accommodate the feeding reel m and the take-up reel n is formed.
The left side wall 111 has, at its front end, a left front end edge 111a to which the opening edge 3a, which is the rear end edge of the cap 3 at the covering position (C), can abut or approach. The left front end edge 111 a constitutes the opening 11 a of the main body case 11.
The right side wall 112 has, at the front end thereof, a right front end edge 112a to which the opening end edge 3a as the rear end edge of the cap 3 at the covering position (C) can come into contact or close. The right front edge 112 a constitutes the opening 11 a of the main body case 11.
The right side wall 112 includes a recessed area 112b that extends from the rear part to the front end part on the upper edge side. The recessed region 112b is a region that is recessed toward the center when viewed from the front, and forms a region where the slider 2 and the right portion of the cap 3 are disposed. That is, the lateral wall 22 of the slider 2 and the right side wall 31 of the cap 3 can be arranged in the recessed area 112b, and the outer surface of the lateral wall 22 and the outer side surface of the right side wall 31 are attached to the main body. The case 11 is substantially flush with the main outer surface of the right side wall 112.
In the right side wall 112, a guide groove M as a projecting portion abutting portion for guiding the slider 2 and the cap 3 is formed at a position corresponding to the recessed region 112b. The guide groove M constitutes a guide mechanism G described later. The guide groove M has an L shape in a side view, and is continuous with the front / rear groove m1 extending in the front / rear direction so as to substantially follow the upper wall 113 of the main body case 11 and the front end of the front / rear groove m1. A bent groove m2 that is formed and bent downward, and an upper and lower groove m3 that is formed continuously from the front end of the bent groove m2 and extends in the vertical direction. The upper and lower grooves m3 are shorter than the front and rear grooves m1.
The upper wall 113 has, at its front end, a front end edge 113a to which the opening end edge 3a as the rear end edge of the cap 3 at the covering position (C) can come into contact or approach. The front end edge 113 a of the upper wall 113 constitutes the opening 11 a of the main body case 11.
The upper wall 113 includes a slider support portion J for supporting the slider 2 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction, a slide auxiliary portion H for maintaining the posture of the slider 2 disposed substantially parallel to the slider support portion J, and a front A cap locking portion K is provided in the vicinity of the edge and extends in the left-right direction.
The slider support portion J has a groove shape extending in the front-rear direction. The slider support portion J is engaged with a protrusion 23 which is a main body engaging portion provided on the slider 2 and can support the slider 2 so as to be slidable with respect to the main body case 11.
The slider support portion J is configured so that the protruding portion 23 of the slider 2 is difficult to separate from the main body case 11. That is, the slider support portion J is formed so that the width of the internal groove j2 formed inside is wider than the width of the slit-like opening j1 exposed to the outside. On the other hand, the projecting portion 23 of the slider 2 includes a wide portion 231 provided at the tip, and a base end portion 232 narrower in the left-right direction than the wide portion 231. The wide portion 231 of the slider is configured to be located in the internal groove j2 of the slider support portion J.
The opening j1 of the slider support portion J has a slit shape extending in the front-rear direction, and an insertion portion j11 for inserting the wide portion 231 of the protrusion 23 in the slider 2 toward the inner groove j2 is provided on the rear side. I have. The insertion part j11 is formed with a slightly wider separation space than adjacent front and rear parts.
The internal groove j2 is a portion where a wide portion 231 formed at the tip of the protruding portion 23 is disposed. The internal groove j2 has a front protrusion t1 protruding inward in the front part, and a rear protrusion t2 protruding inward in the rear part. ing. The front protruding portion t1 is a portion where the wide portion 231 of the slider 2 can be moderately engaged when the cap 3 is in the covering position (C), and restricts the backward movement of the slider 2. In this way, the cap 3 is kept in the covering position (C). The rear protrusion t2 becomes a portion that can moderately engage with the wide portion 231 of the slider 2 when the cap 3 is in the use position (U), and restricts the forward movement of the slider 2. By doing so, the cap 3 is kept in the use position (U). The rear protrusion t2 has a shape that protrudes inward in a substantially quarter-columnar shape. That is, the front side of the protrusion t2 (the side facing the front protrusion t1) is configured to have a curved outer surface, and the rear side of the protrusion t2 is configured to have a flat outer surface facing rearward. Has been. By configuring the rear protrusion t2 in this manner, the cap 3 is transitioned from the covering position (C) to the use position (U), and the cap 3 is moved from the use position (U) to the covering position (C). Depending on the case of transition, the degree of engagement with the slider 2 is changed. That is, when the cap 3 is transitioned from the covering position (C) to the use position (U), the slider 2 is engaged with the curved outer surface of the protruding portion t2, so that the sliding operation can be performed relatively smoothly. It can be done. On the other hand, when the cap 3 is transitioned from the use position (U) to the covering position (C), the slider 2 is engaged with the planar outer surface of the projecting portion t2, so that the slide operation (particularly the slide start stage) is performed. The user is requested to have a relatively large sliding force. That is, the slider 2 in this embodiment can hold the state in which the cap 3 is in the use position (U) by engaging with the protrusion t2, and the cap 3 can be easily attached. The movement to the covering position (C) is suppressed.
The slide auxiliary portion H is a groove-shaped member formed in the upper wall 113 and extending in the front-rear direction. The slide auxiliary portion H is engaged with the slide protrusion 212 of the slider 2. Accordingly, the slider 2 is prevented from rotating in the left-right direction with respect to the upper wall 113, that is, the movement of the slider 2 is suppressed, and the sliding posture in the front-rear direction can be suitably maintained. .
The cap locking portion K is formed in the vicinity of the front edge of the upper wall 113, and has a groove shape extending in the left-right direction and opening upward. The cap locking portion K is an end edge or lower wall of the cap 3 when the user accidentally presses the cap 3 downward and operates the cap 3 from the use position (U) toward the covering position (C). The rear end edge 33e of 33 is a part that can be temporarily locked.
The lower wall 115 has, at the front end, a front end edge 115a to which the opening end edge 3a, which is the rear end edge of the cap 3 at the covering position (C), can come into contact or close. The front end edge 115 a of the lower wall 115 constitutes the opening 11 a of the main body case 11.
The transfer head 12 is for transferring the transferred material against the transfer object. The transfer head 12 includes a transfer roll 121 that is a transfer end that presses the transfer tape P to which the paste is attached against the transfer target surface, and left and right support portions that support both sides of the transfer roll 121 in a rotatable manner. 122 as a main component. The left and right support portions 122 are supported by a horizontal frame (not shown), and the left and right support portions 122 supported by the horizontal frame are integrally formed with the first case c1 and synthetic resin. The width dimension in the left-right direction in the front view of the transfer head 12 is set to be smaller than the corresponding width dimension of the main body case 11.
Next, the slider 2 will be described.
The slider 2 is made of synthetic resin, and can slide in the front-rear direction in response to an operation by an operator's finger. The slider 2 is held on the upper part of the transfer tool body 1, that is, on the upper part of the body case 11. The slider 2 is located on the upper wall 113 of the main body case 11 and has a plate-like slider main body 21 along the upper wall 113, and a horizontal wall extending downward from the right edge of the slider main body 21. 22, a projecting portion 23 which is a main body engaging portion projecting downward from the slider main body 21, and a rotary shaft x provided on the cap 3 provided at the front end portion of the slider main body 21 so as to be rotatable. And a shaft support portion 24.
The slider body 21 protrudes on the lower surface side and extends in the front-rear direction so as to be in sliding contact with the upper wall 113 of the main body case 11, and the slide protrusion 212 that protrudes on the lower surface side and engages with the slide auxiliary portion H. A mechanism G is provided. For this reason, by performing the sliding operation of the cap 3, it is possible to provide the transfer tool T having excellent design freedom for suitably covering the transfer head 12. That is, since the cap 3 has a shape that covers the transfer head 12, the transfer head 12 is preferably covered. Further, since the cap 3 has a guide mechanism G for changing the position between the covering position (C) and the use position (U) in accordance with the sliding operation of the slider 2, the cap having a predetermined shape is provided. 3 can be changed in position by a simple operation of sliding the slider 2. Since the cap 3 suitably covers the transfer head 12, entry of dust and dirt from the outside is suppressed at the covering position (C), and dust and dirt are prevented from adhering to the transfer head 12. It has become. Furthermore, since the cap 12 covers the transfer head 12 suitably, erroneous transfer of glue as a transfer product at the coating position (C) is preferably suppressed. In addition, since the cap 12 suitably covers the transfer head 12, it is possible to suitably suppress drying of the paste as the transfer product at the coating position (C).
Further, in this embodiment, the intended purpose can be achieved by holding the slider 2 supporting the cap 3 on the transfer tool body 1. For this reason, with the transfer tool T in this embodiment, the number of parts necessary for covering the transfer head 12 is suppressed, and the means for covering the transfer head 12 can be simplified. It is easy to do.
The slider 2 is held on the upper part of the transfer tool body 1. For this reason, since the cap 3 is positioned above the transfer tool main body 1 at the use position (U), it is possible to suitably suppress the cap 3 from becoming an obstacle during use. Yes. Moreover, the user slides the slider 2 disposed on the upper side of the transfer tool body 1 to move the cap 3 from the covering position (C) to the use position (U), and immediately perform the transfer work from that state. It becomes possible to start. More specifically, the user slides the slider 2 using, for example, an index finger or thumb, moves the cap 3 to the use position (U), and places the index finger or thumb on the slider 2. Thus, the transfer operation can be started as it is. Therefore, with this transfer tool T, the cap 3 can be moved from the covering position (C) to the use position (U) and the transfer operation can be started by a user's one action. Become.
The slider 2 is configured to be able to moderately engage with the transfer tool body 1 at the covering position (C) and the use position (U).
