Definitions
- the present invention describes a removable shoe, in which the sole and heel are temporarily fixed by coupling pieces.
- the coupling parts have a plurality of holes in their perimeter.
- the coupling pieces are embedded and glued to the sole and heel of the shoe.
- the problem solved by the present invention is to obtain a shoe that can be customized.
- the shoe described in the claims allows to achieve a multitude of aesthetic variations in the shoes using only one shoe sole, exchanging the shapes, heights and designs of the heels, platforms and / or overlays. Description of the figures
- Figure 1 shows a shoe with a removable heel
- Figure 2 shows a shoe with heel and a removable platform
- Figure 3 shows a removable heel
- Figure 4 shows a detachable platform
- Figure 5 shows a view of the bottom of the sole of the shoe with the holes
- FIG. 6 shows the male of the coupling part
- Figure 7 shows the female of the coupling part References of figures 1. Detachable heel
- the shoes comprise a piece of cut, a sole and heel.
- the shoe described in the invention comprises said elements and is characterized in that the connection between the heel and the sole is temporary and is carried out by means of coupling pieces, that is, the union between the heel and the sole by means of a coupling piece can be do and undo with your hands, without using tools and without breaking the sole and heel.
- the coupling pieces for temporary connection are formed by a male (12) and a female (13).
- the coupling parts comprise a plurality of holes in their perimeter (1 1).
- the sole (7) and the heel (1) have different holes.
- the soles of the sole are located in the lower part of the sole (14, 10, 9, 8) and the hollow (2) located in the upper part of the removable heel (1) is located in the upper part thereof.
- the male (12) and female (13) coupling pieces are embedded in the hollows of the sole and heel.
- the attachment of the coupling pieces to the heel and to the sole is done by injecting any glue, such as polyurethanes, through its holes (1 1). It is essential that the sole contains the hole (8) to fix the removable heel (1), but other configurations with 2, 3 or 4 holes are possible, as detailed in Figure 5.
- the presence of the optional holes (9, 10 and / or 14), distributed along the sole, allows platforms or overlays (5) to be attached to the sole to modify the appearance and function of the shoes.
- the hollows of the soles and the heels in a preferred way are in stepped form (8, 10), according to figure 5, to optimize the fixation and support given that there is a greater area of bonding.
- the geometry of the holes is indifferent, to optimize the manufacturing the holes preferably have circular (14, 10) or rectangular (9,8) geometry as illustrated in Figure 5.
- the temporary fixing means are male-female and in a particular mode it is a male-female system with a 90 Q thread.
- Figure 6 shows the male of the coupling piece (12) while Figure 7 shows the female of the coupling piece (13).
- the male (12) and female (13) coupling pieces are embedded in the hollows of the sole and heel, being fixed by injecting a glue through the holes (1 1).
- the heel is assembled with the sole.
- the male of the coupling piece (12) is inserted into the female (13) and subsequently with a 90 Q turn the pieces are coupled and fixed, therefore, the heel will be temporarily fixed to the sole.
- shoe cutting part (4) can also be removable to modify the appearance of the shoe.
- the cutting piece is attached to the sole of the shoe with straps, clips, sailboat®, square brackets, etc.
