由于发热丝38直接接触水对其加热,因此水会带电,为确保使用安全,通过水路导水端10与防电墙8设置有防电水路,加热完的水随即进入防电水路,该水路为细长的水路,由于水本身存在电阻,再根据电阻的特性:相同 物质,长度越长电阻越大,横截面积越小电阻越大,从而大大提高了水的电阻,使电流降至对人无害的值。此外,集水摆头1内部的水管1.1通过电源线和/或金属片连接接地线,起接地保护,把多余或过大的电流排出,更有效的确保用户的人身安全。
水路导电端15置于电器控制腔和加热腔之间,其靠近电器控制腔的端面上螺接压差阀26,且装配有手动温控器16和温控防护罩17,手动温控器16传动连接表面的把手32,通过把手32可调节水温。此外,为使本即热式水龙头更加人性化,其内部还设置有感温器,感温器至少部分外露并时刻检测室温,检测到的数据马上反馈内部的温控系统,根据系统设定调节温度,从而达到自动调温和恒温的功能。手动调温与自动调温的切换由用户操作,一般情况下,本即热式水龙头以自动调温为初始模式,用户有特殊需要可通过把手32将水温调至更高或常温,自动化与人性化的设计使本即热式水龙头适应性强,适合用于机场、公园或学校等公共场合。
机身主体13外壳为金属材质或塑料材质,底端设置有安装柱主体25,其通过锁紧环23与机身主体13固定,本水龙头依靠安装柱主体25完成整体的安装固定。锁紧环23与安装柱主体25之间设置有连接接地线的接地片22,当水面过高,越过接地片22时,接地片22起接地保护。
上述为本发明的优选方案,本领域普通技术人员对其简单的变型或改造,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全的即热式水龙头,包括集水摆头(1)和机身主体(13),集水摆头(1)转动装配于机身主体(13)上;其特征在于:机身主体(13)内设置有相对独立的电器控制腔和加热腔;电器控制腔内设置有根据水压控制电源接通与否的压差阀(26);加热腔内设置有水路主体(12)和发热丝(38),水路主体(12)端部装配水路导水端(10)和/或水路导电端(15),使内部形成一条连续的水路,发热丝(38)置于水路中并直接与水接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述压差阀(26)上装配有皮发膜(27)、推板(28)、压差弹簧(29)和压差阀盖(30),根据水压互相配合工作,触动连接电源的微动开关(21);所述微动开关(21)用于切断或接通电源。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述压差阀(26)上设置有相互连通的压差水路(26.1)和压差腔(26.2);其中,压差水路(26.1)连通水路主体(12)内的水路,皮发膜(27)、推板(28)、压差弹簧(29)和压差阀盖(30)分别装配于压差腔(26.2)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述皮发膜(27)一面直接与水接触;所述压差弹簧(29)一端通过推板(28)间接作用皮发膜(27),另一端作用压差阀盖(30);所述推板(28)的作用端(28.1)贯穿压差弹簧(29)和压差阀盖(30),且部分外露触碰微动开关(21);所述压差阀盖(30)封闭压差腔(26.2)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述水路主体(12)内设置若干互相平行的直线水路,水路导水端(10)和/或水路导电端(15)上设置对应的弯折水路,使机身主体(13)内形成一条来回弯折的连续水路。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述发热丝(38)呈螺旋型柱体,且置于水路主体(12)内任一直线水路内,直接与水接触;所述发热丝(38)设置一根以上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述水路导水端(10)另一端面配合装置有防电墙(8),彼此之间设置有防电墙隔膜(9);水路导水端(10)与防电墙(8)通过互相配合形成一条曲折连续的防电水路,其一端连通水路主体(12)内水路,另一端连通集水摆头(1)内部的水管(1.1);所述集水摆头(1)内部的水管通过电源线和/或金属片连接接地线,起接地保护。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述水路导电端(15)置于电器控制腔和加热腔之间,其靠近电器控制腔的端面上固接压差阀(26),且装配有手动温控器(16)和温控防护罩(17);所述手动温控器(16)传动连接表面的把手(32);所述电器控制腔内设置有相互连接的绝缘水压开关和电器开关,还设有温度控制器和防干烧装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述集水摆头(1)和/或机身主体(13)上设置有用于感应人体的感应装置;集水摆头(1)上的感应装置,其感应区域为集水摆头(1)下方,机身主体(13)上的感应装置,其感应区域为机身主体(13)前方。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的安全的即热式水龙头,其特征在于所述机身主体(13)外壳为金属材质或塑料材质,其端部设置有接地片(22),起接地保护;所述压差阀(26)为一体注塑成型的塑料件,一侧为端部带螺纹的杆状体,内部设有压差水路(26.1),另一侧为形状呈圆盘状的压差腔(26.2);所述水路主体(12)为耐高温的圆柱形塑料件,内部一体成型若干贯通的直线水路,其中水路的进水端设置于底部接通自来水管,出水端设置于顶部接通集水摆头(1)内部的水管(1.1)。
