具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提供一种无线接入方法。该方法可由UE执行。该UE可以为移动电话、平板电脑等可进行无线接入的设备。图1为本发明实施例一提供的无线接入方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法可包括:
S101、UE向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,该无线接入请求消息包括:该UE所在的网络标识和接入技术的标识;该网络标识为该UE的归属网络标识或该UE的等价归属网络标识。
具体地,该UE执行该S101可以是是首次通过网络附着进行UE注册的过程中,也可以是在已进行注册后更新网络的过程中。该UE在已进行注册 后更新网络,可以是更新该UE的位置区(Location Area,简称LA)、路由器(Routing Area,简称RA)或跟踪区(Tracking Area,简称TA)等的过程中执行的。该网络设备可以为接入网设备。该接入技术可以为无线接入技术(Radio Access Technologies,简称RAT)。该接入技术可以为该UE的用户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,简称SIM)卡的签约接入技术。举例来说,若该UE的SIM卡的签约接入技术为长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称LTE)接入技术,即该UE的SIM卡为LTE的SIM卡,那么该接入技术的标识可以为LTE。若该UE的SIM卡的签约接入技术为第三代(3rd-Generation,简称3G)接入技术,即该UE的SIM卡为3G的SIM卡,那么该接入技术的标识可以为3G。
其中,该无线接入请求消息可以为无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,简称RRC)连接请求消息。该网络标识为公共陆地移动网(Home Public Land Mobile Network,简称PLMN)标识。该PLMN标识包括国家码和运营商码,不同国家具有不同的国家码,不同运营商具有不同的运营商码。该UE的归属网络标识可以为该UE的归属公共陆地移动网(Home Public Land Mobile Network,简称HPLMN)标识。该UE的等价归属网络标识可以为等价归属公共陆地移动网(Equivalent Home Public Land Mobile Network,简称ELPLMN)标识。其中,该UE的HPLMN标识可以包括:该UE的SIM卡的国家码和运营商码,该UE的EHPLMN标识可以包括该UE的SIM卡的国家码和等价运营商码。若该UE的SIM卡的运营商为中国移动,则该UE的HPLMN标识可以为46000,该UE的EHPLMN标识可以为46002、46007或46008。若该UE的SIM卡的运营商为中国联通,则该UE的HPLMN标识可以为46001,该UE的EHPLMN标识可以为46003或46006。
S102、该UE接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息。
具体地,该拒绝消息可以为该网络设备根据该网络标识及该接入技术的标识确定的该网络标识对应的网络不支持该接入技术时发生的拒绝消息。
因此,该拒绝消息中可包括该拒绝消息的拒绝原因对应的拒绝原因值,其中,该拒绝原因可以为该网络标识对应的网络不支持该接入技术。
该拒绝原因值可以为当前通信协议中的拒绝原因值14。若该接入技术为LTE接入技术,那么该拒绝原因值可以为该网络标识对应的网络中不允许演 进分组系统(Evolved Packet System,简称EPS)服务。若该接入技术为3G接入技术,那么该网络标识对应的网络中不允许通用分组无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,简称GPRS)服务。
该拒绝原因值还可以为在当前通信协议,如第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称3GPP)的24.301和3GPP的24.008中增加的拒绝原因值113。该拒绝原因可以为归属网络标识或等价归属网络标识对应的网络中不允许分组交换(Packet Switch,简称PS)服务。需要说明的是,该增加的拒绝原因值还可为该拒绝原因对应的其他原因值,并不限于拒绝原因值113.
S103、该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中。
该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表中,通过该禁止网络列表禁止该UE在该网络标识对应网络中反复请求接入该接入技术的小区,从而避免由于反复请求带来的周期性断网,保证数据业务的连续性。
需要说明的是,在S102中该UE接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息,该UE还向该网络设备发送包括该网络标识和该接入技术的低优先级接入技术的无线接入请求消息,以请求该网络设备确定该网络标识对应的网络支持该低优先级接入技术,并将该UE接入该网络标识对应的网络中该低优先级接入技术的小区。
由于在S103中该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中,无论是该UE在搜索网络、网络重选、网络重定向还是网络切换等场景下,即便该UE在接入该低优先级接入技术的小区后,检测到该接入技术的信号,该UE也不会向该网络设备发送包括该网络标识和该接入技术的标识的无线接入请求消息,即不会再次请求该网络设备将该UE在该网络标识对应的网络中接入该接入技术的小区,避免UE在该UE的归属网络或该UE的等价归属网络中接入该接入技术的小区失败,带来的周期性断网,提高UE的网络的连续性,保证UE的数据业务的连续性,提高用户体验。其中,该网络重选可以为该UE在空闲态根据该网络设备下发的参数从低优先级网络切换至该高优先级网络的场景;该网络重定向可以是该UE在业务态下根据该网络设备的指示选择对应网络的场景;该网络切换可以是该UE在业务态 下根据该网络设备的指示直接切换至对应网络的场景。
本发明实施例一提供的无线接入方法,可通过UE向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,该无线接入请求消息包括该UE所在的网络标识和接入技术的标识,该网络标识为该UE的归属网络标识或该UE的等价归属网络标识,该UE接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息,该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中,通过该禁止网络列表禁止该UE在该网络标识对应网络中反复请求接入该接入技术的小区,从而避免由于反复请求带来的周期性断网,保证数据业务的连续性。
实施例二
本发明实施例二还提供一种无线接入方法。图2为本发明实施例二提供的无线接入方法的流程图。如图2所示,在上述实施例一中方法的基础上,该方法还可包括:
S201、当该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器。
S202、若该定时器超时,该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识从该禁止网络列表中删除。
可选的,该接入技术为LTE接入技术。
具体地,若该接入技术为LTE接入技术,那么该接入技术的低优先级接入技术可以为第二代(2nd-Generation,简称2G)或3G接入技术。该2G接入技术例如可以为码分多址接入(Code Division Multiple Access,简称CDMA)接入技术或全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile communications,简称GSM)接入技术。该3G接入技术例如可以为CDMA2000接入技术、宽频码分多址接入(Wide band Code Division Multiple Access,简称WCDMA)技术、时分同步码分多址接入(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access,简称TD-SCDMA)技术、或微波全球互通接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,简称WiMAX)技术。
可选的,上述实施例一的方法的S103中UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中可包括:
该UE将该UE的跟踪区标识(Tracking Area Identify,简称TAI)和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表;该TAI包括该UE在该网络标识对应 网络中的跟踪区域码(Tracking Area Code,简称TAC)。
具体地,网络标识对应网络包括多个TA,而每个TA则具有一个TAC。若将该网络标识及该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表,实际是将该网络标识对应网络中所有TAC和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表,即通过该禁止网络列表禁止该UE在该网络标识对应网络中所有TA中反复请求接入该接入技术的小区。然而,该UE同一时间仅可能存在于一个TA中,若将该网络标识及该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表,可能会影响该UE在其他TA中的使用。
本发明实施例二中,由于该TAI包括该UE在该网络标识对应网络中的TAC,该UE将该UE的TAI和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表,实际是将该网络标识对应网络中的TAC和该接入技术标识放入该禁止网络列表,从而通过该禁止网络列表禁止该UE在该网络标识对应网络中的一个TA小区中反复请求接入该接入技术,可避免由于反复请求带来的周期性断网,保证数据业务的连续性,还可保证UE在该网络标识对应网络中其他TA中的正常使用。
实施例三
本发明实施例三提供一种无线接入方法。图3为本发明实施例三提供的无线接入方法的流程图。如图3所示,该方法可包括:
S301、UE向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,该无线接入请求消息包括:该UE所在的网络标识和LTE接入技术的标识;该网络标识为该UE的HPLMN标识或该UE的EHPLMN标识。
S302、该UE接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息,该拒绝消息包括拒绝原因值14。
S303、该UE将该拒绝原因值14修改为拒绝原因值113。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例三以新增拒绝原因值113的情形进行说明,若采用现有通信协议中的拒绝原因值14,便不存在该S303中该UE将该拒绝原因值14修改为拒绝原因值113的操作,该S302后执行执行下述S304。
S304、该UE启动定时器,并将该UE的TAI和该LTE接入技术的标识均放入禁止网络列表中;其中,该UE的TAI包括该UE在该网络标识对应网络中的TAC。
S305、若该定时器超时,该UE将该UE的TAI和该LTE接入技术的标识从该禁止网络列表中删除。
本发明实施例三提供的无线接入方法,通过具体实例对上述实施例一或二的方法进行说明,其有益效果与上述各实施例类似,此次不再赘述。
实施例四
本发明实施例四提供一种UE。本发明实施例四的UE可执行上述实施例一至实施例三中任一实施例的无线接入方法。图4为本发明实施例四提供的UE的结构示意图。如图4所示,该UE 400可包括:发送模块401、接收模块402和增加模块403。
其中,发送模块401,用于向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,该无线接入请求消息包括:该UE所在的网络标识和接入技术的标识;该网络标识为该UE的归属网络标识或该UE的等价归属网络标识。
接收模块402,用于接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息。
增加模块403,将该UE将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列中。
可选的,UE 400还包括:
启动模块,当增加模块403将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器。
删除模块,若该定时器超时,将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识从该禁止网络列表中删除。
可选的,该接入技术为LTE接入技术。
可选的,增加模块403,还用于将该UE的TAI和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表;该TAI包括该UE在该网络标识对应网络中的TAC。
本发明实施例四的UE可执行上述实施例一至实施例三中任一实施例的无线接入方法,其有益效果与上述各实施例类似,此次不再赘述。
实施例五
本发明实施例五还提供一种UE。本发明实施例五的UE可执行上述实施例一至实施例三中任一实施例的无线接入方法。图5为本发明实施例五提供的UE的结构示意图。如图5所示,UE 500可包括:接收机501、处理器502和发射机503。
其中,发射机503,用于向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,该无线接入请求消息包括:该UE所在的网络标识和接入技术的标识;该网络标识为该UE的归属网络标识或该UE的等价归属网络标识。
接收机501,用于接收该网络设备发送的拒绝消息。
处理器502,用于将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中。
可选的,处理器502,还用于将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器;若该定时器超时,将该网络标识和该接入技术的标识从该禁止网络列表中删除。
可选的,该接入技术为LTE接入技术。
可选的,处理器502,还用于将该UE的TAI和该接入技术的标识放入该禁止网络列表;该TAI包括该UE在该网络标识对应网络中的TAC。
本发明实施例五的UE可执行上述实施例一至实施例三中任一实施例的无线接入方法,其有益效果与上述各实施例类似,此次不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种无线接入方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设备UE向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,所述无线接入请求消息包括:所述UE所在的网络标识,和,接入技术的标识;所述网络标识为所述UE的归属网络标识或所述UE的等价归属网络标识;
    所述UE接收所述网络设备发送的拒绝消息;
    所述UE将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述UE将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器;
    若所述定时器超时,所述UE将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识从所述禁止网络列表中删除。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接入技术为长期演进LTE接入技术。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中包括:
    所述UE将所述UE的跟踪区标识TAI和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表;所述TAI包括所述UE在所述网络标识对应网络中的跟踪区域码TAC。
  5. 一种用户设备UE,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,所述无线接入请求消息包括:所述UE所在的网络标识,和,接入技术的标识;所述网络标识为所述UE的归属网络标识或所述UE的等价归属网络标识;
    接收模块,用于接收所述网络设备发送的拒绝消息;
    增加模块,将所述UE将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的UE,其特征在于,所述UE还包括:
    启动模块,当所述增加模块将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器;
    删除模块,若所述定时器超时,将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识 从所述禁止网络列表中删除。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的UE,其特征在于,所述接入技术为长期演进LTE接入技术。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的UE,其特征在于,
    所述增加模块,还用于将所述UE的跟踪区标识TAI和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表;所述TAI包括所述UE在所述网络标识对应网络中的跟踪区域码TAC。
  9. 一种用户设备UE,其特征在于,包括:接收机、处理器和发射机;
    其中,所述发射机,用于向网络设备发送无线接入请求消息,所述无线接入请求消息包括:所述UE所在的网络标识,和,接入技术的标识;所述网络标识为所述UE的归属网络标识或所述UE的等价归属网络标识;
    所述接收机,用于接收所述网络设备发送的拒绝消息;
    所述处理器,用于将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入禁止网络列表中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的UE,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表中时,启动定时器;若所述定时器超时,将所述网络标识和所述接入技术的标识从所述禁止网络列表中删除。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的UE,其特征在于,所述接入技术为长期演进LTE接入技术。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的UE,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于将所述UE的跟踪区标识TAI和所述接入技术的标识放入所述禁止网络列表;所述TAI包括所述UE在所述网络标识对应网络中的跟踪区域码TAC。
