Abstract
The purpose of the invention to simplify the production of new and repair of damaged lining panels after they are mounted on the wall of the structure. Said purpose is achieved by the lining the wall of the structures, formed by the carrier (1), where in the front wall are fixed lining elements (2) and the rear wall of the carrier (1) is provided with hinges for fixing the facing panel to the wall of the structure Hinges are made of hooks (3) or screw connection. At the front side of the carrier (1) there is a holes system (11), where the lining elements (2) are fixed using the anchoring elements (21) having at the end of the protruding lining element (2) the thread. The benefit is that the anchoring elements (21) have at the protruding end of the lining element (2) the spring toothed clamp. Between the carrier (1) and the lining elements (2) there may be the spring segment.
Description
TILE PANEL FOR CLADDING BUILDING WALLS
Technical Field
The invention relates to the lining for tiling of the walls of buildings, especially suitable for the exterior walls.
Background Art
There are known panels for tiling in particular the exterior walls of buildings formed of planar carrier made of any material on which, using the special adhesive are glued tiles also made of different materials. Thus pre-made panels are mounted on a suspension system mounted on the wall of the structure.
The disadvantage of the wall panels with the glued tiles, in terms of responding flexibly to market demand, due to the wide range of materials tiles is that such cladding panels cannot be produced in sufficient quantities in stock. Additionally, the system of gluing tiles must be certified for each type of tiles in terms of their mechanical and physical properties, in particular in order to demonstrate the reliability of a particular glued line. This fact, as the certification process of glued joints is time-consuming and therefore obstructs flexible reaction to market demands.
Another disadvantage of the wall panels with the glued tiles is that, in the event of damage to any one of tiles after mounting the lining to the wall, it is necessary to remove all of the wall lining and have it replaced. As the lining panels are mounted on the wall in columns toward the bottom wall up, there is a need to remove the entire wall panels located in the column above the damaged panel.
Given the above, there was a need to seek a solution to the task of facing panel design and production, which will allow flexibility to respond to market demands and simplify the repair of damaged wall panels after being mounted on the wall of the structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The above mentioned disadvantages are considerably eliminated by lining the wall of the structures, formed by the carrier, where in the front wall are fixed tiles and the rear wall of the carrier is provided with hinges for fixing the facing panel to the wall
of the structure, of the present invention, which is characterized in that that the front face of the carrier is formed by a set of holes, where are mounted tiles through their fasteners. Hinges are made of hooks or screw connection. This solution enables production of the lining panel offered the entire range of media and tiles in stock and if the market is interested in a particular type of the lining panel it can be assembled and delivered to the construction site concerned in a short time. While it is not necessary, prior to delivery thus assembled panel cladding, to have each type of the lining panel certified, as each type of carrier is certified, as well as every type of tiles. These facts make it possible to significantly shorten the time needed for the delivery of complete wall panels. The advantage is also that the support can be dimensionally adapted to supply the lining panels with so-called granted design dermis, i.e. without the need for filling the gaps between tiles by the grouting material with the possibility of any size according to customer requirements.
Further the essence of the invention is that the anchoring elements have at the protruding end of tiles a thread, which allows very simple, by means of screws attach the lining to the carrier.
The summary of the invention also lies in the fact that the anchoring elements have at the protruding end the clip with the claws, which allows, for the exchange of tiles damaged, a new easy installation of tiles directly on the lining mounting on a wall of the structure.
Finally, the principle of the invention consists in that that between the support and the tile is provided a flexible segment, which ensures mutual suspension and also eliminates the unevenness of the interfaces of the carrier and the tiles and the stress resulting from expansion of the carrier changes.
The advantage of lining panel according to the invention is also that there are no design defects on the surface of the tiles, which may be formed on the substrate of tiles from the use of defective adhesive systems.
Brief Description of Drawings
The invention will now be described using the drawings wherein Fig. 1 shows the view of the lining from the front, Fig. 2 shows the lining from the left, in Fig. 3 view of the lining behind, in Fig. 4 section on the line A-A indicated in Fig. 3, in Fig. 5 is a
perspective view of a lining the rear and in Fig. 6 detail B of the lining panel as indicated in Fig. 4.
Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The lining consists of the carrier 1, to which are fixed the front wall lining elements 2 and the back wall of the carrier 1 there are hinges. Hinges are made of 3 hooks or screw connection, which is not shown in the pictures. At the front side of the carrier 1 there is a holes system H, where the lining elements 2 are fixed using the anchoring elements 21 The anchoring elements 21 are anchored by the glue in the bling hole created at the rear side of the lining element 2 and at the end of the protruding lining elements 2 there is, not shown in the pictures, the tread or spring toothed clamp.
At the side of the construction object there are the lining panels mounted at the hinge system, not shown in the pictures, using hooks 3 or the crew connection, which is not shown in the pictures.
It is understood that the example of the particular embodiment is presented only to illustrate and not to limit the scope of protection of the solution according to the invention.
Industrial Applicability
Lining can be made of any suitable material with respect to a support and the tiles can be used on insulated and non-insulated wall of the walls of buildings.
