One of the joining lines is not immediately apparent in the figure. As seen from figures 13c and 13d, the final shape of the anti-stick element resembles that of figure 12c and 12d.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne, p. ex. un plateau à pneus pour supporter des pneus non durcis et un procédé de support et de transport de pneus non durcis au sein d'une unité de production de pneus. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une position stable et prédéfinie du pneu qui peut être maintenu, au cours du transport du pneu dans le plateau, tandis qu'une force d'adhérence du pneu au plateau permet toujours de décharger le pneu du plateau tout en conservant la qualité du pneu et/ou du plateau. Le plateau présente une forme géométrique effilée (208) comportant un ou plusieurs éléments anti-adhérents (402, 502, 602, 702, 802) pour supporter le pneu sous une forme effilée. Le ou les éléments anti-adhérents sont à base d'un matériau différent du plateau à pneus (102), et au moins un ou plusieurs des éléments anti-adhérents sont conçus pour être en contact avec le pneu (406) et le supporter dans le plateau à pneus.
