本发明公开了一种传输数据的方法、装置及终端,涉及通信技术领域,可以提高用户设备的灵活度。所述方法包括:用户设备首先检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络,然后获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,最后按照所述配置信息接收数据。本发明适用于用户设备通过更换不同的USIM卡,使用不同的运营商网络,以实现数据的传输。

本申请要求于2015年02月05日提交中国专利局,申请号为CN201510061525.0、发明名称为“传输数据的方法、装置及终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种传输数据的方法、装置及终端。
随着通信技术的发展,手机等用户设备具备的功能也越来越多。越来越多的用户希望用户设备能够支持多种运营商的网络制式,以使得用户设备能够使用多种运营商的网络,因此如何使用户设备能够使用多种运营商的网络,成为一个关键问题。
目前,一种传输数据的方法,一个用户设备的内存中仅配置着一些网络的配置信息,即一个用户设备仅可以使用规定的网络制式。例如,电信手机仅可以支持电信运营商的网络制式。
然而,当用户设备仅可以支持规定的网络制式时,例如,若该用户设备为电信手机,则该用户设备仅支持电信运营商规定的网络制式,从而导致用户设备的灵活度较低,进而导致用户体验较低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种传输数据的方法、装置及终端,可以提高用户设备的灵活度。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供一种传输数据的方法,包括:
用户设备检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络;
所述用户设备获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述用户设备接收数据的特性;
所述用户设备按照所述配置信息接收数据。
第二方面,本发明提供一种传输数据的装置,包括:
检测单元,用于检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络;
获取单元,用于获取所述检测单元检测的所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述用户设备接收数据的特性;
接收单元,用于按照所述获取单元获取的所述配置信息接收数据。
第三方面,本发明提供一种终端,所述终端包括通信总线、输入装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:

本发明提供的传输数据的方法、装置及终端,用户设备首先检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络,然后获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,最后按照所述配置信息接收数据。与目前用户设备仅可以支持规定的网络制式相比,本发明通过用户设备检测USIM支持的运营商的网络,能够获取该运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据,即用户设备通过添加各个运营商网络对应的配置信息,能够根据更换不同的USIM,运行不同的运营商网络,用户设备仅需要更换USIM卡,以实现利用不同的运营商网络,接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度。

对于本发明实施例,全球用户识别卡(英文全称:Universal Subscriber Identity Module,英文缩写:USIM)为升级的用户身份识别卡(英文全称:Subscriber Identity Module,英文缩写:SIM),为在通用无线通信系统(英文全称:Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,英文缩写:UMTS)中第三代移动通信技术(英文全称:Third-Generation,英文缩写:3G)网络的一个构件。
对于本发明实施例,用户设备可以通过用户设备自身的通信模块,也可以
通过一些软件来检测用户设备当前的USIM卡的信息。在本发明实施例中,用户设备通过检测当前USIM的信息,能够获取当前USIM对应的运营商网络,并使用该网络接收数据信息。
对于本发明实施例,运营商网络可以为联通对应的网络、移动对应的网络或者电信对应的网络。例如,电信对应的网络可以为码分多址(英文全称:Code Division Multiple Access,英文缩写:CDMA)网络及长期演进(英文全称:Long Term Evolution,英文缩写:LTE)网络等。
102、用户设备获取运营商网络对应的配置信息。
其中,配置信息用于表征用户设备接收数据的特性。
对于本发明实施例,不同的运营商网络对应的配置信息不同。在本发明实施例中,配置信息可以为用户设备接收数据的频率信息、滤波的带宽信息或者采样的频率信息等。
103、用户设备按照配置信息接收数据。
例如,若用户设备当前使用的网络为联通对应的网络,则用户设备按照联通网络对应的配置信息接收基站发送的数据;若用户设备当前使用的网络为移动对应的网络,则用户设备按照移动网络对应的配置信息接收基站发送的数据。
本发明实施例提供的传输数据的方法,用户设备首先检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络,然后获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,最后按照所述配置信息接收数据。与目前用户设备仅可以支持规定的网络制式相比,本发明实施例通过用户设备检测USIM支持的运营商的网络,能够获取该运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据,即用户设备通过添加各个运营商网络对应的配置信息,能够根据更换不同的USIM,运行不同的运营商网络,用户设备仅需要更换USIM卡,以实现利用不同的运营商网络,接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度。

对于本发明实施例,全球用户识别卡(英文全称:Universal Subscriber Identity Module,英文缩写:USIM)为升级的用户身份识别卡(英文全称:Subscriber Identity Module,英文缩写:SIM),为在通用无线通信系统(英文全称:Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,英文缩写:UMTS)中3G网络的一个构件。
对于本发明实施例,ICCID为集成电路卡识别码,固化在手机SIM卡中,ICCID为集成电路(英文全称:Integrated Circuit Card,英文缩写:IC)卡的唯一识别号码,共有20位数字组成,其编码格式为:XXXXXX 0MFSS YYGXX XXXXX。其中,前六位为运营商代码。例如,中国移动的代码为898600或者898602,中国联通的代码为898601,中国电信的代码为898603。
对于本发明实施例,用户设备通过检测当前的USIM卡,能够获取该USIM卡对应的ICCID信息,并能够根据该ICCID信息,确定当前对应的运营商的网络信息,即用户设备仅通过更换不同USIM卡,能够利用不同的运营商的网络接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以提高用户体验。

对于本发明实施例,不同的USIM卡对应不同的ICCID信息,不同的ICCID信息对应着不同的运营商网络。例如,若用户设备获取当前USIM卡对应的ICCID信息为8986020MFSS YYGXX XXXXX,则用户设备当前对应的网络为中国移动网络;若用户设备获取当前USIM卡对应的ICCID信息为8986010MFSS YYGXX XXXXX,则用户设备当前对应的网络为中国联通网络;若用户设备获取当前USIM卡对应的ICCID信息为8986030MFSS YYGXX XXXXX,则用户设备当前对应的网络为中国电信网络。

其中,配置信息用于表征用户设备接收数据的特性。
对于本发明实施例,由于不同的运营商网络所使用的频段信息及带宽信息等不同,因此不同运营商网络对应的配置信息不同。在本发明实施例中,当用户设备检测到当前USIM卡对应的ICCID信息改变时,用户设备搜索该ICCID信息对应的配置信息,并按照该配置信息接收对应的数据信息。
可选地,步骤203之前,还包括:用户设备存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
其中,运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息。

对于本发明实施例,用户设备通过接收用户输入的指令信息,能够选择运营商对应的网络,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据信息,即用户可以通过更换不同的USIM卡,选择不同的运营商网络,接收对应的数据信息,从而可以进一步地提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以进一步地提高用户体验。

可选地,当用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,用户设备获取当前运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照配置信息接收数据。
对于本发明实施例,当用户设备重新启动或者更换USIM卡时,用户设备重新检测USIM对应的ICCID信息,并确定对应的运营商网络。
本发明实施例提供的传输数据的方法,用户设备首先检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络,然后获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,最后按照所述配置信息接收数据。与目前用户设备仅可以支持规定的网络制式相比,本发明实施例通过用户设备检测USIM支持的运营商的网络,能够获取该运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据,即用户设备通过添加各个运营商网络对应的配置信息,能够根据更换不同的USIM,
运行不同的运营商网络,用户设备仅需要更换USIM卡,以实现利用不同的运营商网络,接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的传输数据的方法,用户设备通过检测当前的USIM卡,能够获取该USIM卡对应的ICCID信息,并能够根据该ICCID信息,确定当前对应的运营商的网络信息,即用户设备仅通过更换不同USIM卡,能够利用不同的运营商的网络接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以提高用户体验;用户设备通过接收用户输入的指令信息,能够选择运营商对应的网络,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据信息,即用户可以通过更换不同的USIM卡,选择不同的运营商网络,接收对应的数据信息,从而可以进一步地提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以进一步地提高用户体验。
作为对图1及图2所示方法的实现,本发明实施例还提供了一种传输数据的装置,该装置可以位于用户设备中,用于提高用户设备的灵活度,如图3所示,所述装置包括:检测单元31、获取单元32、接收单元33。
检测单元31,用于检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络。
获取单元32,用于获取检测单元31检测的运营商网络对应的配置信息。
其中,配置信息用于表征用户设备接收数据的特性,运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息。
接收单元33,用于按照获取单元32获取的配置信息接收数据。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:存储单元41。
存储单元41,用于存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
获取单元32,具体用于获取USIM的集成电路卡识别码ICCID信息。
可选地,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:确定单元42。
确定单元42,用于确定获取单元32获取的ICCID信息对应的运营商网络。
获取单元32,还用于当用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,获取运营商网络对应的配置信息。
接收单元33,还用于按照获取单元32获取的配置信息接收数据。
本发明实施例提供的传输数据的装置,用户设备首先检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络,然后获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,最后按照所述配置信息接收数据。与目前用户设备仅可以支持规定的网络制式相比,本发明实施例通过用户设备检测USIM支持的运营商的网络,能够获取该运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据,即用户设备通过添加各个运营商网络对应的配置信息,能够根据更换不同的USIM,运行不同的运营商网络,用户设备仅需要更换USIM卡,以实现利用不同的运营商网络,接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的传输数据的装置,用户设备通过检测当前的USIM卡,能够获取该USIM卡对应的ICCID信息,并能够根据该ICCID信息,确定当前对应的运营商的网络信息,即用户设备仅通过更换不同USIM卡,能够利用不同的运营商的网络接收数据,从而可以提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以提高用户体验;用户设备通过接收用户输入的指令信息,能够选择运营商对应的网络,并按照该运营商网络对应的配置信息接收数据信息,即用户可以通过更换不同的USIM卡,选择不同的运营商网络,接收对应的数据信息,从而可以进一步地提高用户设备的灵活度,进而可以进一步地提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的传输数据的装置中各单元所对应的其他相应描述,可以参考图1及图2中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,如图5所示,所述终端包括上述如图3及图4任一项所示的传输数据的装置。
本发明实施例提供的传输数据的装置可以实现上述提供的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。本发明实施例提供的传输数据的方法、装置及终端,可以适用于用户设备通过更换不同的USIM卡,使用不同的运营商网络,以实现数据的传输。但不仅限于此。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,图6为本发明实施例中另一种终端的结构示意图,如图所示,所述终端可以包括:至少一个输入装置603,至少一个处理器601,例如CPU,存储器604和至少一个总线602,处理器601可以结
合图3或图4所示的传输数据的装置。
其中,上述总线602用于连接上述输入装置603、处理器601和存储器604。
其中,上述输入装置603具体可为终端的通信接口,例如网络接口,网络接口可以包括标准的有线接口或者无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。又如用户接口,用户接口可以包括键盘或者显示屏等。
上述存储器604可以是高速RAM存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。上述存储器604还用于存储一组程序代码,上述输入装置603和处理器601用于调用存储器604中存储的程序代码,执行如下操作:
处理器601,用于检测USIM支持的运营商网络;
处理器601,用于获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述输入装置接收数据的特性;
所述输入装置603,用于按照所述配置信息接收数据。
在可选实施例中,所述存储器604,还用于存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
在可选实施例中,所述处理器601检测USIM支持的运营商网络的步骤,具体包括:
获取所述USIM的集成电路卡识别码ICCID信息;
确定所述ICCID信息对应的所述运营商网络。
在可选实施例中,当所述用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,所述处理器601获取当前运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照所述配置信息接收数据。
在可选实施例中,所述运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息。
具体的,本发明实施例中介绍的终端可以用以实施本发明结合图1或图2介绍的方法实施例中的部分或全部流程。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,
是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (14)
- 一种传输数据的方法,其特征在于,包括:用户设备检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络;所述用户设备获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述用户设备接收数据的特性;所述用户设备按照所述配置信息接收数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输数据的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述用户设备存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输数据的方法,其特征在于,所述用户设备检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络的步骤,具体包括:所述用户设备获取所述USIM的集成电路卡识别码ICCID信息;所述用户设备确定所述ICCID信息对应的所述运营商网络。
- 根据权利要求1所述的传输数据的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,所述用户设备获取当前运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照所述配置信息接收数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述传输数据的方法,其特征在于,所述运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息。
- 一种传输数据的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:检测单元,用于检测全球用户识别卡USIM支持的运营商网络;获取单元,用于获取所述检测单元检测的所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述用户设备接收数据的特性,所述运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息;接收单元,用于按照所述获取单元获取的所述配置信息接收数据。
- 根据权利要求6所述的传输数据的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括: 存储单元;所述存储单元,用于存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的传输数据的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于获取所述USIM的集成电路卡识别码ICCID信息;所述装置还包括:确定单元;所述确定单元,用于确定所述获取单元获取的所述ICCID信息对应的所述运营商网络。
- 根据权利要求6所述的传输数据的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,还用于当所述用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,获取当前运营商网络对应的配置信息;所述接收单元,还用于按照所述获取单元获取的所述配置信息接收数据。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括通信总线、输入装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:所述通信总线,用于实现所述输入装置、存储器以及处理器之间的连接通信;所述输入装置,用于接收数据;所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且处理器调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:检测USIM支持的运营商网络;获取所述运营商网络对应的配置信息,所述配置信息用于表征所述输入装置接收数据的特性;所述输入装置,用于按照所述配置信息接收数据。
- 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述存储器,还用于存储各个运营商网络分别对应的配置信息。
- 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器检测USIM支持的运营商网络的步骤,具体包括:获取所述USIM的集成电路卡识别码ICCID信息;确定所述ICCID信息对应的所述运营商网络。
- 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:当所述用户设备检测到USIM支持的运营商网络发生改变时,所述处理器获取当前运营商网络对应的配置信息,并按照所述配置信息接收数据。
- 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述运营商网络对应的配置信息包括:接收频率信息、发送频率信息或带宽信息。
