一种弹件及应用其的按键 技术领域
本实用新型属于电子信号输入设备领域,尤其涉及一种键盘结构。
背景技术
目前,计算机用键盘多采用单体按键开关组合结构,单体按键通常由键帽、推杆、硅胶弹件及薄膜电路组成,键帽与推杆一体成形,硅胶弹件设于推杆下方,所述的薄膜电路设于所述的硅胶弹件下方,使用时,通过按压键帽,带动推杆下压,然后,通过硅胶弹件下压到薄膜电路上,使薄膜电路导通,从而起到输入的效果,放开键帽,在硅胶弹件的弹力作用下,推杆向上,使薄膜电路断开。这种结构的按键,其只有两个状态,一个是断开,一个是导通,推杆在其导通后,没有再往下的行程。若将这种结构的按键应用在游戏键盘时,其具有以下缺点:一,游戏者的手感较差;二,灵敏度不高;三,速度慢。
如图1和图2所示,图1是现有技术中弹件常态,图2为受力下压后的变形状态,可以通过附图1和2清楚看出,在受力后弹件的触发点向下运动到位后则无法进行继续运行,故此没有剩余行程,使用者手感很差,无法享受流畅按键感受。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种 弹件 ,旨在解决现有技术中的弹件手感差速度慢的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种弹件,包括弹件本体,所述弹件本体呈倒扣的碗型,所述弹件本体包括顶面和侧壁,所述顶面为一向下凹面,所述顶面边缘上端具有固定环,所述顶面下表面中心位置设有触发点。
优选地,所述顶面呈圆形,并且所述顶面面积小于所述弹件本体下方开口面积。
优选地,所述侧壁的内壁上设有多个垂直于水平面的辅助触点。
优选地,多个所述弹件本体通过与所述弹件本体同材质薄膜一体成型,所述弹件本体在所述薄膜上的分布位置与键盘按键分布相对应。
优选地,所述弹件本体采用硅胶材料开模注塑成型。
本实用新型还提供一种按键,包括上述的弹件,在所述弹件上方设置键帽,所述键帽的内部设有与所述固定环相配合的推杆,所述弹件下方设有PET电路,所述弹件下方开口罩扣在所述PET电路的触点上,所述触发点呈棒状对应所述触点。
有益效果
依借上述技术方案,本实用新型所提供的弹件在使用过程中,受力下压时侧壁产生形变所述顶面向下推动所述触发点与下方所设的触点接触,在接触的同时所述侧壁继续形变而所述顶面的弧度开始发生向上鼓起的形变给弹件下压过程带来了剩余行程,也就是说在所述触发点与触点接触时已经导通,而所述顶面的形变在所述触发点受阻后开始,这样所带来的剩余行程具有良好的类似机械按键的手感。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图 3- 图 6 所示,本实施例提供一种弹件,包括弹件本体 10 ,所述弹件本体 10 呈倒扣的碗型,所述弹件本体 10 包括顶面 20 和侧壁 30 ,所述顶面 20 为一向下凹面,所述顶面 20 边缘上端具有固定环 40 ,所述顶面 20 下表面中心位置设有触发点 21 。依借上述技术方案,本实用新型所提供的弹件在使用过程中,受力下压时侧壁 30 产生形变所述顶面 20 向下推动所述触发点 21 与下方所设的触点接触,在接触的同时所述侧壁 30 继续形变而所述顶面 20 的弧度开始发生向上鼓起的形变给弹件下压过程带来了剩余行程,也就是说在所述触发点 21 与触点接触时已经导通,而所述顶面 20 的形变在所述触发点 21 受阻后开始,这样所带来的剩余行程具有良好的类似机械按键的手感。所述顶面 20 呈圆形,并且所述顶面 20 面积小于所述弹件本体 10 下方开口面积,所述顶面 20 居于所述弹件本体 10 下方开口的中心上方,而所述弹件受压后能够致使所述顶面 20 垂直向下运动,所述侧壁 30 进行向内形变。为了进一步增加手感,也就是在下压过程中提高所述侧壁 30 的向上阻力,所述侧壁 30 的内壁上设有多个垂直于水平面的辅助触点 31 ,本实施例采用八个辅助触点 31 的结构,通过所述辅助触点 31 的设置能够在所述弹件受力下压过程中给予一定阻力,使下压过程中手感更加平滑,当受压侧壁 30 形变过程中,所述辅助触点 31 向外侧顶压并且顶压到所述侧壁 30 垂直部分从而使侧壁 30 形变具有更大弹性。
通常为了能够提高生产效率,将多个所述弹件本体通过与所述弹件本体同材质薄膜一体成型,所述弹件本体 10 采用硅胶材料开模注塑成型,所述弹件本体 10 在所述薄膜上的分布位置与键盘按键分布相对应,装配过程中,一层铺在线路之上即可。
本实用新型还提供一种按键,参照图 7 所示,包括上述的弹件,在所述弹件上方设置键帽 50 ,所述键帽 50 的内部设有与所述固定环 40 相配合的推杆 51 ,所述弹件 10 下方设有 PET 电路 60 ,所述弹件 10 下方开口罩扣在所述 PET 电路 60 的触点上,所述触发点呈棒状对应所述触点。通过键帽 50 下方一体设置的推杆 51 进行推压所述弹件 10 的固定环使其促使侧壁形变后所述触发点顶压 PET 电路 60 上的触点从而导通电路信号,而所述固定环继续受压过程中所述触发点给予顶面的反作用力致使所述顶面进行向上膨出,给出了使用者更多的剩余行程,带来机械按键的手感同时能够达到灵敏的反应。

  1. 一种弹件,包括弹件本体,所述弹件本体呈倒扣的碗型,其特征在于,所述弹件本体包括顶面和侧壁,所述顶面为一向下凹面,所述顶面边缘上端具有固定环,所述顶面下表面中心位置设有触发点。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弹件,其特征在于,所述顶面呈圆形,并且所述顶面面积小于所述弹件本体下方开口面积。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的弹件,其特征在于,所述侧壁的内壁上设有多个垂直于水平面的辅助触点。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的弹件,其特征在于,多个所述弹件本体通过与所述弹件本体同材质薄膜一体成型,所述弹件本体在所述薄膜上的分布位置与键盘按键分布相对应。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的弹件,其特征在于,所述弹件本体采用硅胶材料开模注塑成型。
  6. 一种按键,包括上述权利要求所述的弹件,其特征在于,在所述弹件上方设置键帽,所述键帽的内部设有与所述固定环相配合的推杆,所述弹件下方设有PET电路,所述弹件下方开口罩扣在所述PET电路的触点上,所述触发点呈棒状对应所述触点。
