Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de configuration et de gestion d'une lettre de caution électronique. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes de traitement consistant à envoyer, par un bénéficiaire (10), une demande d'approbation de lettre de caution électronique par l'intermédiaire d'un ordinateur client ou d'un dispositif mobile, dans lequel les informations de banque, d'agence, de type de lettre, d'accepteur, de montant et de durée peuvent être saisies par l'intermédiaire d'Internet; à transférer ladite demande du bénéficiaire (10) du serveur de système au client (40) de l'agence de banque (30) spécifiée pendant la demande; à évaluer par la banque la demande du bénéficiaire (10) provenant du serveur de système, et à envoyer des informations d'approbation ou de rejet de la demande audit serveur, de nouveau par l'intermédiaire du client; et enfin à configurer la lettre de caution électronique conformément aux informations d'approbation de lettre de garantie par ledit serveur, et à attribuer un numéro de référence; et à notifier, par le serveur de système, la lettre de caution électronique (15) du numéro de référence au bénéficiaire, à la banque et à l'accepteur.
