Description

Unfoldable disposable diapers
The present invention relates to a deployable disposable diaper.
Conventionally, unfolded disposable diapers are known. The diaper has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a thickness direction perpendicular to each other. The diaper has a first waistline portion, a crotch portion, and a second waistline portion arranged in the vertical direction. And the 1st waistline part and the 2nd waistline part are obtained by latching the latching | locking part of the fastening tape provided protruding from the 2nd waistline part to the horizontal direction outer side to the target area | region of a 1st waistline part.
On the other hand, there are low-weight infants who give birth at a low weight of 3000 grams or less. Such low-weight infants may spend most of their time in a fetal-like flexion posture when they are born. This fetal-like bending posture is also called a positioning posture. In this posture, the back is rounded in a C shape as shown in FIG. 1A, and its legs are M as shown in FIG. 1B. It is in a state of being attracted so that both knees stick to the abdomen while opening the legs. Then, after taking appropriate safety measures such as laying down on a circular seat (not shown), the posture is set to the prone posture, and thus, most of the time is spent in the prone posture.
Further, depending on the low-weight infant 101, there is a case in which the concept of minimal handling, in which it is desirable not to touch the body, is applied from the viewpoint of not applying extra stress. And the unfolded disposable diaper 1dp ′ is also used for such low-weight infant 101.
Here, in the prone posture, the target region 1at ′ of the first waistline portion 1a ′ to which the hook material 11m ′ as the locking portion of the fastening tape 11 ′ is generally locked is the ventral side of the low-weight infant 101, That is, it is located under the body of the low weight child 101. Therefore, when changing diapers, the low-weight infant 101 is changed to a posture on its back, thereby exposing the first waistline portion 1a ′ upward, and then being hooked to the target region 1at ′. The material 11m ′ is removed and the diaper 1dp ′ is developed to remove the diaper 1dp ′ from the low-weight infant 101.
However, it is desirable not to change the posture to remove the diaper 1dp ′ as much as possible from the viewpoint of minimal handling. For this reason, a deployable diaper that can be removed from the low-weight infant 101 in a prone posture is used in a medical institution or the like. It is requested.
FIG. 2A is an explanatory diagram of a 1 dp diaper of a reference example that can meet this demand. As described above, in the collapsed posture, the second waistline portion 1b provided with the fastening tape 11 protruding is located above the child 101, and the first waistline portion 1a having the target region 1at is Although it is located below the child 101, here, in this reference example, a separation line 1c for separating the hook material 11m from the second waistline portion 1b is provided. Therefore, by cutting the separation line 1c, as shown in FIG. 2B, the first waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion while the hook material 11m is locked to the target region 1at of the first waistline portion 1a. As a result, it is possible to unfold the diaper 1db while keeping the collapsed posture. And thereby, 1 dp of diapers can be rapidly removed from the low weight child 101 in the prone posture.
However, in general, the room illumination of the neonatal specific intensive care unit (NICU) in which the baby 101 is accommodated is set to low illuminance from the viewpoint of simulating the mother's intrauterine environment. Therefore, a worker who changes diapers is forced to perform a separation work in a dim environment, that is, the separation line 1c is difficult to visually recognize. Therefore, the operator may accidentally cut a position different from the separation line 1c, and in that case, the diaper 1dp is broken with a large force. Then, the big force acts on the child 101 and can give a great stress to the child, and as a result, it is contrary to minimal handling.
In addition, the child 101 is often raised in an incubator. In this case, the diaper exchange is also performed in the incubator. That is, two holes are provided in the side wall of the incubator, and a diaper changing operator replaces the diaper of the child 101 by putting their hands into the holes from the outside of the incubator. However, if it does so, the said operator will have to see the separating line 1c through the transparent case of an incubator, and as a result, the separating line 1c will become still more difficult to see.
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and its purpose is to provide a detachable line for separating the fastening portion of the fastening tape from the second waistline portion, so It is in providing the unfoldable disposable diaper which can be removed from a wear subject, and making it easy to recognize the position of the said separation line.

=== This Embodiment ===
FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of the unfolded state of the disposable diaper 1dp of the present embodiment. 4A, FIG. 4B, and FIG. 4C are an AA sectional view, a BB sectional view, and a CC sectional view in FIG. 3, respectively. Furthermore, FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the disposable diaper 1dp in a worn state.
This diaper 1dp is a deployable diaper 1dp that is worn on the wearing subject 101 using the fastening tape 11, and is particularly suitable for a low-weight infant 101 having a weight of 3000 grams or less. Hereinafter, the wear target person will be described as the low-weight infant 101, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the wear target person may be an infant or an infant or an adult.
The diaper 1dp includes a diaper main body 1 having an absorbent body 3 for absorbing excretion fluid such as urine, and a pair of fastening tapes 11 and 11 fixed to the diaper main body 1. And in the unfolded state of FIG. 3, the diaper main-body part 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a thickness direction as three directions orthogonal to each other. Here, the diaper main body 1 has a first waistline portion 1a, a crotch portion 1m, and a second waistline portion 1b in this order in the vertical direction. The first waistline portion 1a covers the abdomen of the low-weight child 101, the crotch portion 1m covers the crotch of the child 101, and the second waistline portion 1b covers the back side of the child 101. However, in some cases, the diaper main body 1 may be attached to the low-weight infant 101 with the vertical direction opposite to that described above. That is, the diaper 1dp may be worn so that the first waistline portion 1a covers the back side of the low-weight infant 101 and the second waistline portion 1b covers the abdomen side.
On the other hand, the respective fastening tapes 11 and 11 are provided at the respective end portions 1bsfe2 and 1bsfe2 in the lateral direction of the second waistline portion 1b. And when attaching the diaper main-body part 1 to the low weight child 101, as shown in FIG. 5, the engaging part 11m of each fastening tape 11 is attached to the target area | region 1at provided in the 1st waist part 1a. Lock. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the first waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion 1b are connected in an annular shape via the tape 11, whereby the waistline opening 1HB and the pair of leghole openings 1HL. , 1HL are formed, and the diaper main body 1 is attached to the low-weight child 101.
In the following, one side of the diaper main body 1 in the thickness direction is also referred to as “skin side”, and the other side is also referred to as “non-skin side”. Incidentally, the schematic plan view of FIG. 3 shows the unfolded diaper 1dp as seen from the skin side.
<<< Diaper Body 1 >>>
In the unfolded state of FIG. 3, the outer shape of the diaper main body 1 has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view. That is, the first waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion 1b protrude from the crotch portion 1m on both sides in the lateral direction, whereby the outer shape of the diaper 1dp viewed from the thickness direction is substantially an hourglass in plan view. It has a shape. In other words, the diaper 1dp has an absorbent body 3 that absorbs excretory fluid, and a flexible and thin sheet-like portion that protrudes outward in the horizontal and vertical directions from the absorbent body 3. The outer shape of the sheet-like portion has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view.
Hereinafter, each portion 1 sf of the sheet-like portion that protrudes on both sides in the lateral direction from the absorbent body 3 is also referred to as “side flap 1 sf”. Further, the side flap 1sf extends over the three parts of the first waistline part 1a, the crotch part 1m, and the second waistline part 1b, and hereinafter, the side flap 1sf is located on the first waistline part 1a. The flap 1asf is also referred to as “first side flap 1asf”, the side flap 1msf located at the crotch 1m is also referred to as “crotch side flap 1msf”, and the side flap 1bsf located at the second waistline 1b. Is also referred to as “second side flap 1bsf”.
When the diaper main body 1 is viewed from another perspective, the diaper main body 1 includes a substantially vertically long absorbent body 3 that absorbs excretory fluid, and a liquid-permeable top sheet that covers the absorbent body 3 from the skin side. 2, a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet 4 that covers the absorbent body 3 from the non-skin side, a substantially hourglass-shaped exterior sheet 5 that covers the leak-proof sheet 4 from the non-skin side and forms an outer shape of a diaper 1 dp, A pair of three-dimensional gather sheets 6 and 6 are provided on the top sheet 2 side by side and form the three-dimensional gathers 6g and 6g at respective lateral ends of the absorbent body 3.
4A to 4C, the absorbent body 3 includes an absorbent core 3c and a core wrap sheet 3rs that covers substantially the entire outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 3c. The absorbent core 3c is formed by molding a predetermined liquid absorbent material into a substantially hourglass shape in plan view as an example of a predetermined shape (FIG. 3). As a liquid absorptive material, liquid absorptive granular materials, such as liquid absorptive fibers, such as pulp fiber, and superabsorbent polymer (what is called SAP) can be illustrated. Moreover, liquid permeable sheets, such as tissue paper and a nonwoven fabric, are used for the core wrap sheet 3rs. In addition, the shape of the absorptive core 3c is not limited to the above-described substantially hourglass shape in a plan view, and may be, for example, a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view.
The top sheet 2 is formed of a non-woven fabric such as an air-through non-woven fabric, and has a planar dimension that protrudes from both the longitudinal side and the lateral side of the absorbent body 3 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4A to 4C. The leak-proof sheet 4 also has a planar dimension that protrudes from both sides in the longitudinal direction and both sides in the lateral direction of the absorber 3 and is formed of a resin film such as a polyethylene film. And these both sheets 2 and 4 are joined mutually by adhesion | attachment, welding, etc. in the part protruded from the absorber 3 to the vertical direction and a horizontal direction, and, thereby, the absorber 3 hold | maintains between both sheets 2 and 4 mutually. Has been.
As shown in FIG. 3, the exterior sheet 5 is formed of a nonwoven fabric such as an SMS nonwoven fabric (spunbond / meltblown / spunbond nonwoven fabric), a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or an air-through nonwoven fabric as an example of a flexible sheet. Make a shape. And on the skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5, the absorbent body 3 held between the two sheets 2 and 4 and the two sheets 2 and 4 are overlapped and adhered to each other while aligning the center positions in the lateral direction. They are integrated by welding or the like (FIGS. 4A to 4C). In this integrated state, the absorbent body 3 extends over the first waistline portion 1a, the crotch portion 1m, and the second waistline portion 1b (FIG. 3).
The three-dimensional gather sheets 6 and 6 are formed of a flexible sheet such as a non-woven fabric. As shown in FIG. 3, each end 2 e in the lateral direction of the top sheet 2 is covered with each end 2 e so as to cover from the skin side. A pair is provided correspondingly. And each sheet | seat 6 and 6 forms the solid gathers 6g and 6g which stand up from the skin side surface of the top sheet 2, respectively along a vertical direction. That is, each three-dimensional gather sheet 6 is fixed to the top sheet 2 with a hot-melt adhesive or the like, and has a strip-like base end portion 6k along the longitudinal direction that cannot stand up, and a thickness direction with the base end portion 6k as a fulcrum. 6s of standing parts which can stand on the skin side are arranged in the horizontal direction. And the rubber thread 6r as the elastic member 6r for three-dimensional gathers along the vertical direction is fixed to the front end in the horizontal direction of the upright part 6s by a hot melt adhesive or the like in the vertical direction. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4A, and 4C, the vertical end portions 6sea and 6seb of the upright portions 6s are bonded to the sheet 2 in a state where they are faced down to the top sheet 2, respectively. It is fixed with an agent 6j or the like. Therefore, a vertical contraction force is applied to the standing portion 6s from the elastic member 6r for the three-dimensional gather, and thereby the rising portion 6s contracts in the vertical direction while forming a plurality of folds, Stands on the skin side in the thickness direction (FIGS. 3 and 4B). By the way, in this example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4A to 4C, the upright portion 6s extends inward in the horizontal direction and is turned down by the longitudinal end portions 6sea and 6seb to the top sheet 2. It is fixed, but not limited to this. For example, the upright portion 6s may be folded and fixed to the top sheet 2 at the longitudinal ends 6sea and 6seb in a state where the upright portion 6s is folded outward in the lateral direction.
As a suitable material for the three-dimensional gather sheet 6, an appropriate non-woven fabric can be exemplified, and an SMS non-woven fabric is used here, but it is not limited to this as long as it has flexibility.
The three-dimensional gather sheet 6 extends to the outer side in the lateral direction to substantially the same position as the outer edge of the outer sheet 5, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4A to 4C. The outer sheet 5 is integrated with the exterior sheet 5 by adhesion or welding at the edge or in the vicinity thereof. As a result, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 and the exterior sheet 5 cooperate with each other, and the above-described first side flaps 1asf, 1asf, and second side flaps are provided on the first waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion 1b, respectively. 1bsf and 1bsf are formed. On the other hand, in the crotch part 1m, similarly, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 and the exterior sheet 5 are integrated by adhesion or welding at the above-mentioned edge or in the vicinity thereof. The aforementioned crotch side flaps 1 msf and 1 msf are formed over a predetermined range.
Each of the crotch side flaps 1msf, 1msf is a portion that becomes the leg opening 1HL in the mounted state together with a part of the first side flap 1asf and a part of the second side flap 1bsf, That is, the part which covers the leg periphery of the low weight child 101 is comprised. Then, in order to form leg gathers by contracting each crotch side flap 1 msf in the vertical direction, each leg crotch side flap 1 msf is provided with a rubber thread 21 along a straight line in the vertical direction as the leg elastic member 21. It is fixed by bonding or the like in a stretched state in the direction. Therefore, when the stretched state of the leg-hole elastic member 21 is relaxed, the crotch side flap 1msf contracts in the vertical direction to form a plurality of heels, and the heels become leg gathers.
<<< Fastening tape 11 >>>
As shown in FIG. 3, the fastening tapes 11, 11 are respectively provided at the lateral outer ends 1 bsfe 2, 1 bsfe 2 of the pair of second side flaps 1 bsf, 1 bsf. Each fastening tape 11 is a strip-shaped sheet made of a horizontally long non-woven fabric as a tape base 11a, and one end of the tape base 11a in the horizontal direction is fixed to a part 1bk of the outer end 1bsfe2 of the second side flap 1bsf. The other end portion protrudes outward in the lateral direction from the outer end portion 1bsfe2 of the second side flap 1bsf.
A hook material 11m of a hook-and-loop fastener is fixed to the skin side surface of the protruding portion, and the hook material 11m has a plurality of locking projections (not shown) on the skin side surface. Yes. Therefore, the fastening tape 11 is locked to the first waistline portion 1a by the hooking protrusions of the hook material 11m being hooked on the target region 1at set on the non-skin side surface of the first waistline portion 1a. As the hook material 11m, a material well known in the field of the hook-and-loop fastener can be appropriately applied. For example, a hooking protrusion or a T-shaped protrusion can be used.
Incidentally, in this example, since the exterior sheet 5 is a non-woven fabric, the sheet 5 can secure a sufficient locking force with the hook material 11m. A part of the skin side surface is used as the target region 1at. However, it is not limited to this. For example, a dedicated target tape may be separately attached to the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5 for forming the target region 1at.
The basic configuration of the diaper 1dp has been described above. In the present embodiment, the second side flaps 1bsf of the second waistline portion 1b are provided for the purpose of enabling the diaper 1dp to be removed from the low-weight infant 101 in the collapsed posture of FIG. 2A. , 1bsf, cut lines 1c, 1c are formed as an example of the separating lines in the unfolded state of the diaper 1dp as shown in FIG. For the purpose of easily recognizing the position of the cut line 1c, a mark Q (hereinafter also referred to as a cut line mark Q) indicating a part of the cut line 1c is provided corresponding to at least a part of the cut line 1c. Yes. Hereinafter, the cut line 1c and the cut line mark Q will be described.
<<<< Cut Line 1c >>>>
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a main part for explaining the cut line 1c. As shown in FIG. 6, the cut line 1c is a portion 1bk to which the tape base material 11a of the fastening tape 11 is fixed in the second waistline portion 1b (the portion 1bk indicated by hatching in FIG. 6). , And also referred to as a fastening tape fixing portion 1bk). Specifically, the cut line 1c is formed on each second side flap 1bsf so as to correspond to each fastening tape 11. Each cut line 1c passes from the portion 1bHB of the second waistline portion 1b, which becomes the waistline opening 1HB, to the side of the second waistline portion 1b through the position in the lateral direction from the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk. It is formed by a route extending toward the portion 1bHL that becomes the leg opening 1HL.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2B, the diaper 1dp can be quickly removed from the low-weight infant 101 in the prone posture as shown in FIG. 2A. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, normally, the diaper 1dp is placed on the low-weight infant 101 so that the second waistline portion 1b to which the fastening tape 11 is fixed is located on the back side of the low-weight infant 101. Installed. Therefore, in the prone posture, the second waistline portion 1b is positioned above in the vertical direction. Here, according to the diaper 1dp, the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk of the second waistline portion 1b is set as described above. A cut line 1c can be used for cutting (FIG. 2B). Thus, the hook material 11m of the fastening tape 11 can be separated from the second waistline portion 1b, and as a result, the hook material 11m of the fastening tape 11 is locked to the first waistline portion 1a. The diaper 1dp can be developed by releasing the connection between the waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion 1b. Therefore, finally, the diaper 1dp can be removed from the low-weight infant 101 in the collapsed posture by pulling out the second waistline portion 1b rearward (leg side).
Note that the perforation of the cut line 1c is an assembly of a plurality of linear slits. That is, a plurality of linear slits (not shown) penetrating the second side flap 1bsf in the thickness direction are arranged along the direction in which the cut line 1c should extend. The length of the slit and the pitch of the slit are appropriately set in consideration of cutting properties, etc., and specific examples here can be exemplified by 1 to 3 mm as the length of the slit, Examples of the distance between the slits (that is, the length of the portion where no slit is located between the slits) can be 0.5 mm to 2 mm. Incidentally, it can be said that the pitch of the slit is a sum of the length of the slit and the interval.
In this example, as shown in FIG. 6, the cut line 1c formed on one second side flap 1bsf and the cut line 1c formed on the other second side flap 1bsf are in the lateral direction. The diaper 1dp is symmetrical with respect to the center line C1. Each cut line 1c has a substantially J shape having a linear portion 1cL along the vertical direction and a curved portion 1cB having a curved shape.
The straight portion 1cL is a straight line parallel to the vertical direction starting from the portion 1bHB of the second waistline portion 1b that becomes the waistline opening 1HB, that is, the substantially outer edge 1be1 in the vertical direction of the second waistline portion 1b. Then, it proceeds inward in the longitudinal direction, and reaches the same position as the position of the fastening tape 11 in the longitudinal direction or a position slightly beyond the same position. At this position, the curved portion 1cB is connected to the curved portion 1cB. The curved portion 1cB further extends inward in the vertical direction. Specifically, the curved portion 1cB is displaced outward in the lateral direction with a predetermined radius of curvature as it goes inward in the vertical direction, and finally, the leg portion of the second waistline portion 1b. It reaches a portion 1bHL to be the opening 1HL, that is, an outer edge 1be2 in the lateral direction of the second waistline portion 1b.
And according to the route of the cut line 1c, the same line 1c completely surrounds the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk from the inner side in the lateral direction. Therefore, if the cut line 1c is cut, the hook material 11m of the fastening tape 11 can be separated from the second waistline portion 1b together with the fastening tape 11 including the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk.
Further, if the curved portion 1cB as described above is provided, the cut line 1c can be made to reach the lateral outer edge 1be2 of the second waistline portion 1b by a relatively short route. That is, the route of the cut line 1c can be terminated without greatly extending inward in the vertical direction. As a result, when the route of the cut line 1c greatly extends inward in the vertical direction, for example, when the route reaches the first side flap 1asf (FIG. 3), the positioning posture is low. It is possible to effectively prevent a part of the cut line 1c from being sandwiched between the abdomen of the weight child 101 and the leg that is opened in an M shape and difficult to cut.
Incidentally, in the example of FIG. 6, the cut line 1c is completely within the second side flap 1bsf, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, depending on the case, a part of the cut line 1c may protrude toward the crotch side flap 1msf. However, if the amount of protrusion is excessive, it becomes difficult to cut the above-mentioned cut line 1c because it becomes easy to be sandwiched between the abdomen of the low-weight child 101 and the M-shaped leg or the cutting length becomes long. It can lead to a malfunction.
In this example, a plurality of sheets 4, 5, 6 exist at the position where the linear portion 1cL is formed. Specifically, there are three members, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6, the leak-proof sheet 4, and the exterior sheet 5, from the skin side in the thickness direction, and the number of stacked sheets is three. Therefore, in this linear portion 1cL, perforations are formed through the three stacked sheets 4, 5, and 6.
On the other hand, as described above, the formation position of the curved portion 1cB is displaced outward in the horizontal direction as it proceeds inward in the vertical direction. For this reason, the number of stacked sheets changes in the process of proceeding from one end to the other end of the curved portion 1cB. That is, as shown in the left half of FIG. 6, in the portion 1cB1 in a predetermined range that continues to the linear portion 1cL among the curved portions 1cB, the number of stacked sheets is three as in the linear portion 1cL. However, in the portion 1cB2 that is adjacent to the inside in the vertical direction from the portion 1cB1 within the predetermined range in the curved portion 1cB, the leak-proof sheet 4 does not exist, so the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 and the exterior sheet 5 The two-sheet configuration. Therefore, in the former part 1cB1, perforations are formed through the three sheets 4, 5 and 6, whereas in the latter part 1cB2, the perforations are formed through the two sheets 5 and 6. Is formed.
Thus, even in the part 1cB2 of the curved part 1cB, when the number of stacked sheets is small, the part 1cB2 is relatively easy to cut. Therefore, it is possible to easily cut a curved line that is generally more difficult than a straight line, and as a result, it is possible to accurately cut the curved portion 1cB along the curved target shape.
Further, in this example, the ease of cutting the cut line 1c is varied depending on the position in the vertical direction by devising the perforation. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when the cut line 1c is virtually divided into three parts 1c1, 1c2, and 1c3 in the vertical direction, the ease of cutting is set corresponding to each part 1c1, 1c2, and 1c3. is doing. Specifically, the first portion 1c1 that is one portion 1c1 of the three portions 1c1, 1c2, and 1c3 is located at a position including the portion 1bHB that becomes the waistline opening 1HB in the second waistline portion 1b. The first portion 1c1 is perforated easily. Further, the second portion 1c2 which is another one portion 1c2 is positioned so as to include the same position as the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk with respect to the position in the longitudinal direction. However, the second portion 1c2 is the first portion 1c1. The perforation is more difficult to cut. Further, the remaining third portion 1c3, which is the first portion 1c3, is the curved portion 1cB described above. The portion 1c3 is perforated with the same specifications as the first portion 1c1 and easy to cut.
And if it does in this way, when pulling each fastening tape 11 and 11 to the outer side of a horizontal direction, respectively so that the diaper 1dp may be mounted | worn with the low weight child 101, it is said that the cut line 1c cuts unexpectedly. This can be effectively prevented based on the perforation that is difficult to cut in the two portions 1c2. Further, when removing the diaper 1dp from the low-weight infant 101, based on the perforated line of the first portion 1c1, which can be easily cut, the diaper 1dp can be easily cut from the portion 1bHB that becomes the waistline opening 1HB. The curved portion 1cB, which is the three portions 1c3, can be accurately cut along the curved target shape based on the perforation that is easy to cut.
Incidentally, the setting of the perforation that is easy to cut and the perforation that is difficult to cut can be realized by changing the length of the slit provided in the perforation, and this is the case in this example. That is, in this example, the ratio of the length of the slit per unit length in the direction in which the cut line 1c extends is set as the portion 1c2 by changing the length of the slit while keeping the pitch of the slit constant. The portions 1c1 and 1c3 are different from each other. In general, the larger the ratio, the easier to cut, and the smaller the ratio, the harder to cut. Therefore, in this example, the ratio in the second portion 1c2 is set to be smaller than the ratio in the first portion 1c1 and the ratio in the third portion 1c3.
Further, in the example of FIG. 3, the first side flaps 1asf and 1asf of the first waistline portion 1a are also formed with cut lines 1ca at the perforations. That is, the first side flap 1asf is formed with a cutting line 1ca extending from the outer edge 1asfe in the vertical direction to the inner side in the vertical direction. And the formation position of this cutting line 1ca in the horizontal direction is aligned with the formation position of the cutting line 1c at the outer edge 1bsfe in the vertical direction of the second side flap 1bsf.
Therefore, a relatively wide space can be provided between the cutting lines 1ca and 1ca in the first waistline portion 1a. And by this, if the part 1am between the cutting lines 1ca and 1ca in the first waistline part 1a is folded after the perforations of the cutting lines 1ca and 1ca, the abdomen of the low-weight infant 101 is exposed. This is effective when appropriate treatment such as phototherapy is required for the abdomen. Further, after the cutting lines 1ca and 1ca are cut, the cutting lines 1ca and 1ca can be easily opened in the horizontal direction, so that the first waistline portion 1a can be flexibly deformed in the horizontal direction. Therefore, it becomes possible to attach to the low-weight child 101 having a large abdomen without difficulty.
<<<< Mark Q for Cut Line >>>>
As shown in FIG. 6, in this example, a notch k1 is formed as the cut line mark Q so as to correspond to one end 1ce1 of the same line 1c that is the cutting start position of the cut line 1c. That is, a cutout portion k1 that is recessed inward in the vertical direction is formed in a substantially V-shape at a portion where the cut line 1c is located on the outer edge 1be1 in the vertical direction of the second waistline portion 1b. Therefore, the operator of the diaper replacement can recognize the cutting start position of the cut line 1c by touching the notch k1 with his / her hand as well as visually. Therefore, the position of the cut line 1c can be more reliably recognized even in a dim work environment.
Further, since the cut line 1c can be cut relatively easily when starting to cut the cut line 1c based on the cut effect of the cut portion k1, the cut line 1c can be started smoothly and stably, and as a result, the cutting work is performed. It becomes easy to do.
It should be noted that, from the viewpoint of reliably enjoying this notch effect, it is desirable that the end 1ce1 of the cut line 1c be within the notch k1, as shown in FIG. However, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the end 1ce1 of the cut line 1c may be located at a position 1 to 3 mm away from the notch k1 in the lateral direction. That is, the end 1ce1 of the cut line 1c may be located outside the notch k1. In this case, since the notch effect is reduced, it is possible to effectively prevent the cut line 1c from being unintentionally cut when the second side flap 1bsf is pulled outward in the lateral direction.
The vertical dimension corresponding to the indentation direction of the notch k1 is set, for example, so that the maximum value falls within a range of 2 mm to 20 mm. The horizontal dimension that is orthogonal to the indentation direction is, for example, the maximum value. It is set to fall within the range of 2 mm to 15 mm. Further, the shape of the notch k1 is not limited to the above substantially V shape, and may be, for example, a U shape or other shapes.
In some cases, as shown in FIG. 9, instead of or in addition to the notch k1, the notch k2 may be formed corresponding to the other end 1ce2 of the cut line 1c. good. That is, a notch k2 that is recessed inward in the horizontal direction may be formed in a portion where the cut line 1c is positioned in the outer edge 1be2 in the horizontal direction of the second waistline portion 1b. In this case, the same effect as described above can be achieved with respect to the other end 1ce2 of the cut line 1c.
Further, depending on the case, as shown in FIG. 10, as the mark Q for the cut line, it is possible to form the knobs T1 and T2 instead of the notches k1 and k2. That is, a protruding portion T1 protruding in a substantially V shape is formed on the outer side in the vertical direction with respect to the portion where the cut line 1c is located in the vertical outer end edge 1be1 of the second waistline portion 1b. As shown in FIG. 10, a projecting portion T2 projecting in a substantially V shape is formed on the outer side in the lateral direction with respect to the portion where the cut line 1c is located in the lateral outer end edge 1be2 of the second waistline portion 1b. Also good. And also by such knob part T1, T2, the operator of diaper replacement | exchange can recognize the cutting | disconnection start position of the tear line 1c not only by visual observation but by the touch of a hand.
The dimension in the protruding direction of the knobs T1 and T2 is set so that, for example, the maximum value falls within the range of 2 mm to 20 mm, and the dimension in the direction orthogonal to the protruding direction is, for example, the maximum value of 2 mm to 15 mm. Set to be in range. Further, the shape of the knobs T1 and T2 is not limited to the above-described substantially V shape, and may be, for example, a U shape or other shapes.
In addition, although the said knob | pick parts T1 and T2 can also be made to function as a knob | pick picked when an operator cut | disconnects the cutting line 1c literally, in that case, it is desirable to cut | pick with the knob | pick parts T1 and T2. The positional relationship with the line 1c is preferably as follows. That is, when the knob portion T1 is formed on the outer edge 1be1 in the vertical direction of the second waistline portion 1b as in the former case, the knob portion T1 is cut to the protrusion start position PT1 where the knob portion T1 starts to protrude in the vertical direction. It is preferable that one end 1ce1 of the line 1c is located. And if it becomes like this, an operator will cut the cutting line 1c rapidly by moving the same picking part T1 to the inner side of the vertical direction in the state picked as the picking part T1. can do. Similarly, when the knob portion T2 is formed on the lateral outer edge 1be2 of the second waistline portion 1b as in the latter case, the knob portion T2 is cut off at the protrusion start position PT2 where the knob portion T2 starts to protrude in the lateral direction. The other end 1ce2 of the line 1c is preferably located. And if it becomes like this, an operator will cut | disconnect the cutting line 1c rapidly by moving the same picking part T2 to the inner side of the horizontal direction in the state picked as the picking part T2. can do.
However, the positional relationship between the protrusion start position PT1 (PT2) of the knob portion T1 (T2) and the end 1ce1 (1ce2) of the cut line 1c is not limited to the above. That is, the protrusion start position PT1 (PT2) of the knob portion T1 (T2) may be separated from the end portion 1ce1 (1ce2) of the cut line 1c by a predetermined separation distance. And if it is separated in this way, the effect similar to the notch effect that can be achieved by the projecting start position PT1 (PT2) and the concave curve portion in the vicinity thereof can be reduced, and as a result, unintentionally. It is possible to effectively prevent the cut line 1c from being broken. Incidentally, the size of the above-mentioned separation distance is selected from a range of 1 mm to 20 mm, for example.
11 to 15 are explanatory diagrams of modified examples of the mark Q for the cut line. In addition, any figure is a schematic plan view at the time of seeing the diaper main-body part 1 from the non-skin side of the thickness direction.
In the above-described embodiment, the notches k1 and k2 or the knobs T1 and T2 are exemplified as the cut line mark Q. However, in the modified examples of FIGS. The design is drawn. That is, in any of the modifications, the design Z is drawn on the second waistline portion 1b along at least a part of the cut line 1c. And even if it does in this way, an operator will become easy to visually recognize the position of the cut line 1c.
Incidentally, in the modification of FIG. 11, a plurality of arrows are drawn side by side as a symbol Z along the cut line 1c. In this example, the arrow is drawn so as to overlap the cut line 1c. However, in some cases, the arrow may be drawn in a range of ± 2 mm in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. Further, instead of the arrow, a plurality of triangles (not shown) reminiscent of the arrow may be drawn, or, as shown by a dot pattern in FIG. 12, a strip-shaped pattern Z straddling the cut line 1c in the horizontal direction is cut off. You may draw along 1c. Further, as in the modification in FIG. 13, a region outside in the lateral direction from the cut line 1 c may be colored (refer to a dot pattern), and this may be used as a design Z along the cut line 1 c.
Furthermore, as in the modification of FIG. 14, the straight line ZL along the straight line portion 1cL of the cut line 1c may be drawn as a pattern Z with a dotted line or a solid line over the entire length of the diaper main body 1 in the vertical direction. Alternatively, as in the modification of FIG. 15, a region outside in the lateral direction from the straight line ZL may be colored (see the dot pattern), and this may be used as the design Z along the cut line 1c.
In addition, the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5 is generally used as the target surface on which the design Z is drawn, and in this example, this is the case. However, it is not limited to this as long as it is visible from the non-skin side in the thickness direction. For example, since the exterior sheet 5 is a non-woven fabric in this example, even when the pattern Z is drawn on the skin side surface of the sheet 5, the pattern Z can be visually recognized through the sheet 5. Similarly, even when the design Z is drawn on the non-skin side surface of the leak-proof sheet 4, the design Z drawn on the leak-proof sheet 4 can be visually recognized through the exterior sheet 5. Therefore, the target surface on which the pattern Z is drawn may be the skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5 or the non-skin side surface of the leak-proof sheet 4.
In addition, as for the method of drawing the pattern Z, a well-known printing method can be exemplified. That is, inkjet printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, etc. can be illustrated.
Incidentally, in the above-described embodiment, the cut line 1c having a substantially J-shape in plan view is illustrated as an example of the separation line, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, a modification of FIG. 16 or FIG. 17 may be used.
That is, first, the cut line 1c ′ of the modification shown in FIG. 16 does not have the curved portion 1cB but has only the linear portion 1cL. Specifically, in this modification, the cut line 1c ′ is shifted to the outside in the horizontal direction with respect to the cut line 1c, so that the fastening tape is formed by only one linear portion 1cL along the vertical direction. The fixing part 1bk can be cut off. Further, according to such a cut line 1c ′, since it is only the linear portion 1cL, the cutting is easy, and as a result, it is possible to cut accurately without significant displacement from the cut line 1c ′. .
Further, in this example, the notch portions k1 and k1 are formed as the cut line mark Q so as to correspond to both ends 1ce1 ′ and 1ce2 ′ of the cut line 1c, respectively, but instead of the notch portion k1. The above-described knob portion T1 may be formed, or the above-described symbol Z may be drawn.
On the other hand, the cut line 1c ″ of the modification of FIG. 17 is formed in a substantially U shape so as to surround the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk from three directions. That is, in the cut line 1c '', the start end Ps is located at the laterally outermost end edge 1bsfee in the second side flap 1bsf of the second waistline portion 1b, and from there, the substantially U-shaped route The fastening tape 1bk extends so as to enter the inner peripheral side of the first end Ps, and finally reaches the outermost edge 1bsfee in the lateral direction of the second side flap 1bsf in the same manner as the starting end Ps, and the outermost end The position Pe reaching the edge 1bsfee is set as the end Pe of the cut line 1c ''.
In this example, as the cut line mark Q, the knobs T2 and T2 are formed corresponding to both ends 1ce1 '' and 1ce2 '' of the cut line 1c ''. The aforementioned notch k2 may be formed instead of the portion T2, or the above-described symbol Z may be drawn.
By the way, at the beginning, it has been described that the diaper 1dp of the present embodiment is particularly suitable for the low-weight infant 101 having a weight of 3000 grams or less. However, the diaper 1dp can effectively solve the above-described problems associated with the positioning posture and minimal handling. In consideration of this, it is considered that the diaper 1dp is more effective when the positioning posture is more likely and minimal handling is required. And such a case is a case where a weight is lighter.
Therefore, the diaper 1dp of the present embodiment is preferably used for low birth weight infants of 1500 g or more and less than 2500 grams, and more preferably used for extremely low birth weight infants of 1000 g or more and less than 1500 grams. Better and even more desirably for very low birth weight infants of less than 1000 grams.
Moreover, since the diaper 1dp of this embodiment is specialized for the low weight infant 101, it is formed smaller than the existing newborn diaper. For example, the product length of the diaper for a newborn is 365 mm, and the circumferential length L1HB of the waistline opening 1HB in the mounted state is 304 mm, whereas in the diaper 1dp of this embodiment, the product length L1 (FIG. 3) Is 210 mm to 330 mm, and the circumference L1HB of the waistline opening 1HB in the mounted state is 160 to 295 mm.
Note that the product length L1 is measured, for example, with the diaper 1dp deployed. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, in the unfolded state, first, the fastening tapes 11 and 11 are unlocked from the target region 1at, and the first waistline portion 1a, the crotch portion 1m, and the second waistline portion 1b are vertically In the vertical direction, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 is contracted by the three-dimensional gather elastic member 6r and the crotch side flaps 1msf and 1msf are not contracted by the leg elastic members 21 and 21. Make the diaper 1dp stretched. And the maximum dimension L1 of the vertical direction in this extended state is measured, and the measured value becomes said product length L1.
On the other hand, the circumferential length L1HB of the waistline opening 1HB is measured with the pair of fastening tapes 11 and 11 in a locked state in which the fastening tapes are overlapped. FIG. 18 is an explanatory diagram thereof. In the following, for convenience of explanation, the fastening tape 11 of the second side flap 1bsf located on the left side in FIG. 18 is referred to as the “left tape 11-1”, and similarly, the second side flap located on the right side. The 1 bsf fastening tape 11 is referred to as a “right tape 11-2”.
First, as a preparation for measurement, the two fastening tapes 11-1 and 11-2 are brought into a locked state in which the fastening tapes are overlapped. That is, as shown in FIG. 18, after the hook material 11m of the left tape 11-1 is locked to the target region 1at of the first waistline portion 1a, the hook material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is attached to the left tape 11-1. Locks to the non-skin side surface 11-1s. However, in this case, the leading end 11-2e of the right tape 11-2 is aligned with the left tape 11 while aligning the longitudinal center positions C11-1, C11-2 of the tapes 11-1, 11-2. -1 to align with the end 11me on the base side of the hook material 11m. And thereby, it will be in the latching state of a fastening tape overlapping form.
Then, the waistline opening 1HB formed on the basis of this locked state is extended until the shrinkage based on the waistline elastic member 21 has just disappeared. And in this expansion | extension state, the circumference L1HB of the trunk periphery opening part 1HB is measured, and the said circumference L1HB is acquired by this.
Incidentally, examples of the product length L1 of the low birth weight infant and the circumference L1HB of the waist opening 1HB can include 310 mm and 273.5 mm, respectively, and the product length L1 and the waist circumference opening of the extremely low birth weight infant. Examples of the circumference L1HB of the part 1HB can include 270 mm and 220 mm, respectively, and examples of the product length L1 of the ultra low birth weight infant and the circumference L1HB of the waist opening 1HB are 230 mm and 219 mm, respectively. Can be mentioned.
=== Other Embodiments ===
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. Further, the present invention can be changed or improved without departing from the gist thereof, and needless to say, the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, the following modifications are possible.
In the above-described embodiment, the hook material 11m is illustrated as an example of the locking portion 11m of the fastening tape 11. However, the hook material 11m is not limited to this as long as it can be locked to the target region 1at of the first waistline portion 1a. For example, you may use an adhesive tape as the latching | locking part 11m.
In the above-described embodiment, as an example of the separation line, the cut line 1c formed in the second waistline portion 1b is illustrated as shown in FIG. That is, the cut line 1c is for cutting the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk, which is the portion 1bk to which the fastening tape 11 is fixed, in the second waistline portion 1b, but is not limited thereto. That is, since the diaper 1dp can be removed from the low-weight infant 101 in the prone posture if the hook material 11m of the fastening tape 11 is separated from the second waistline portion 1b, for example, as shown in FIG. Such an embodiment having the separation line 11ac is also included in the scope of the present invention. That is, an aspect in which the separation line 11ac is formed along the vertical direction in the portion between the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk and the hook material 11m in the tape base material 11a of the fastening tape 11 is also included in the scope of the present invention.
Incidentally, in the example of FIG. 19, notches k1 and k1 are formed on the tape base material 11a of the fastening tape 11 so as to correspond to both ends 11ace1 and 11ace2 of the separation line 11ac as the mark Q of the separation line 11ac. However, it is not limited to this. That is, the above-mentioned knob part T1 may be formed instead of the notch part k1, or the above-mentioned pattern Z may be drawn.
In the above-described embodiment, a perforation is given as an example of the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ″ and the separation line 11ac, and the perforation is an aggregate of a plurality of linear slits. Not exclusively. For example, the slits may be arc-shaped or corrugated slits along the extending direction of the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ″ or the like, or instead of the slits, the planar shape is a circular or elliptical through-hole. Anyway.
In the above-described embodiment, the perforation is given as an example of the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ″ and the cut line 11ac, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, as long as the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ″ and the like are easier to cut than the surrounding portions, the perforations other than the perforations may be used. For example, the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ″ and the like may be formed by a plurality of concave portions formed by pressing or pressing and welding in the thickness direction, or continuous groove-shaped concave portions.
In the above-described embodiment, the disposable diaper 1dp has been mainly described as being removed from the wearing subject 101 in the prone posture. However, it is needless to say that the disposable diaper 1dp may also be removed from the wearing subject 101 in the supine posture. Yes.
