一种正畸矫正方法,包括如下步骤:
根据患者牙齿的排列构造,将正畸矫正系统的自锁托槽主体部通过粘连固定于牙齿表面;
将正畸矫正系统的弓丝穿过所述自锁托槽的主槽沟,通过弓丝产生形变后的回复力来矫正牙齿。
本发明涉及的自锁托槽,通过主体部、盖体部及连接部的配合,尤其是,通过主体部沿主槽沟方向上的尺寸大于在主体部平面内(横向方向)垂直于主槽沟方向上的尺寸,使得自锁托槽形成沿主槽沟方向上的类椭球形,或者,通过主体部沿主槽沟方向上的尺寸小于在主体部平面内(横向方向)垂直于主槽沟方向上的尺寸,使得自锁托槽形成沿主槽沟的短轴方向上的类椭球形。所述盖体部的表面且与主体部第一端部的表面匹配呈类椭球状,使得主槽沟的长度增大或减少,加大或减少了横径,增加了托槽对弓丝的控制长度,从而增加了对牙轴的控制。另外,类椭圆球状的设计有效的降低了自锁托槽的表面高度,舒适度增加,使得患者在使用时,减少口腔中的不适感。

本发明涉及的自锁托槽,所述主体部的第一端部上还包括安全孔,所述安全孔一端开口于所述主体部第一端部的表面,另一端开口于所述主体部第一端部朝向盖体部的侧面。安全孔的设计使得自锁托槽的拆卸更佳的有保证,在盖体部无法正常与主体部分离时,可以通过所述安全孔插入钢管进行用力顶入,使得盖体部受力与主体部分离。
本发明涉及的正畸矫正方法,操作简便,所述设备生产简单,成本低,人工操作简便,节省时间及人力,且在使用过程中,较安全。

参见图1-图6所示,所述主体部100具有表面及底面,所述主体部100的表面具有主槽沟101,所述主槽沟101将所述主体部100的表面分为第一端部102及第二端部103,所述主体部100沿主槽沟101方向上的尺寸大于在主体部横向平面内垂直于主槽沟101方向上的尺寸,或者所述主体部100沿主槽沟101方向上的尺寸小于在主体部横向平面内垂直于主槽沟101方向上的尺寸,所述主体部100沿主槽沟101方向上的尺寸根据牙体宽度的不同,使用不同的尺寸设计,本实施例图为其中一种尺寸的自锁托槽。所述主体部100第一端部102 相对于第二端部103突出,所述主体部100第一端部102的表面呈圆滑曲面状;

参见图18所示,所述连接部300具有第四凹槽303,所述第四凹槽303的内部尺寸匹配于所述第三凸起203靠近所述第一端部102一端的尺寸,所述连接部300能够穿插于所述第三凸起203与所述第三凹槽107之间的间隙内。
参见图19-20所示,所述连接部300穿插于所述第三凸起203与所述第三凹槽107之间的间隙内后,所述第三凸起203与所述第三凹槽107的内壁接触配合。
所述第三凹槽107的内壁呈圆滑的曲面状,所述第三凸起203靠近所述第一端部102的一端呈圆滑的曲面状。所述连接部300呈柱状。所述连接部300的侧面具有所述第四凹槽303。所述第四凹槽303还开口于所述连接部200的两个端面,所述第四凹槽303的内壁呈圆滑的曲面状。所述连接部200的径向截面呈C字形。
所述连接部300的两个端面呈楔形,当所述连接部300穿插于所述第三凸起203与所述第三凹槽107的间隙内后,所述连接部200的两个端面与所述第 三凹槽107位于两个端面上的开口平齐。并且,进一步地,当所述连接部300穿插于所述第三凸起103与所述第三凹槽107之间的间隙内后,所述连接部300的两个端面与所述第一端部103的外表面在同一个面内。
进一步地,还包括底板400,所述底板400连接于所述主体部100的底面,所述底板400的底部具有粘连层。所述主体部100的底面朝向于所述底板400的一侧边缘具有凹入部,所述凹入部与所述底板400形成结扎槽500;所述结扎槽500的数量具有至少两个,且各个结扎槽500均匀分布于所述主体部100朝向于所述底板400一侧的边缘,所述凹入部的外边缘均具有朝向所述底板400的凸起形成保护翼。

本发明的涉及的正畸矫正系统在使用时涉及的正畸矫正方法,包括如下步骤:
根据患者牙齿的排列构造,根据牙体宽度不同而选择不同的尺寸(所述主体部100沿主槽沟101方向上的尺寸)的一组自锁托槽,将正畸矫正系统的自锁托槽主体部100通过底板400底面上的粘连层粘连固定于需要矫正的牙齿表面;将正畸矫正系统的弓丝穿过所述自锁托槽的主体部100上的主槽沟101,将盖体部200匹配于覆盖于自锁托槽的主体部100,通过弓丝产生形变后的回复力来矫正牙齿。
必要时,通过结扎丝将弓丝固定于自锁托槽的结扎槽500,更加地牢固。

    主体部,所述主体部具有表面及底面,所述主体部的表面具有主槽沟,所述主槽沟将所述主体部的表面分为第一端部及第二端部,所述主体部第一端部相对于第二端部突出,所述主体部第一端部的表面呈圆滑曲面状;
    盖体部,所述盖体部具有底面及表面,所述盖体部的底面与所述主体部第二端部的表面相匹配,所述盖体部的表面呈圆滑曲面状,且与主体部第一端部的表面匹配呈类椭球状;
    连接部,所述主体部与所述盖体部之间通过所述连接部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽,其特征在于,所述主体部的第一端部朝向第二端部的侧面具有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽的槽口尺寸小于槽内部尺寸,所述盖体部朝向主体部的第一凹槽的侧面具有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽的槽口尺寸小于槽内部尺寸;
    所述连接部具有第一连接侧及第二连接侧,所述第一连接侧匹配于所述第一凹槽,所述第二连接侧匹配于所述第二凹槽。

    所述连接部呈柱状,所述连接部的侧面具有所述第四凹槽,所述第四凹槽还开口于所述连接部的两个端面,所述第四凹槽的内壁呈圆滑的曲面状,所述连接部的径向截面呈C字形。

  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的自锁托槽,其特征在于,所述主体部第二端部的表面连接有凸出部,所述凸出部顶部的尺寸大于其底部的尺寸;
    所述盖体部朝向所述第一端部的侧面具有凹槽部,所述凹槽部具有位于朝向所述第一端部的侧面及盖体部底面的两个开口,所述凹槽部位于朝向所述第一端部的侧面上的开口尺寸匹配于所述凸出部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自锁托槽,其特征在于,所述凸出部的顶部两侧突出使得所述凸出部呈T字形,所述凹槽部朝向所述第一端部的侧面上的开 口呈T字形。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的自锁托槽,其特征在于,还包括底板,所述底板连接于所述主体部的底面,所述底板的底部具有粘连层,所述主体部的底面朝向于所述底板的一侧边缘具有凹入部,所述凹入部与所述底板形成结扎槽;
    所述结扎槽的数量具有至少两个,且各个结扎槽均匀分布于所述主体部朝向于所述底板一侧的边缘,所述凹入部的外边缘均具有朝向所述底板的凸起形成保护翼。
  13. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的自锁托槽,其特征在于,所述主体部的第一端部上还包括安全孔,所述安全孔一端开口于所述主体部第一端部的表面,另一端开口于所述主体部第一端部朝向盖体部的侧面。
  14. 一种正畸矫正系统,包括弓丝,其特性在于,还包括权利要求1-13任意一项所述的自锁托槽,所述弓丝穿过主体部的表面的主槽沟。
  15. 一种正畸矫正方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    根据患者牙齿的排列构造,将正畸矫正系统的自锁托槽主体部通过粘连固定于牙齿表面;
    将正畸矫正系统的弓丝穿过所述自锁托槽的主槽沟,通过弓丝产生形变后的回复力来矫正牙齿。
