另外,由于农田类型不同,或者农用车不同农作物生长阶段所需的浇灌、喷洒量不同,使农用车的载重量及行进难度有所不同,但是目前农用车大部分为恒定输出功率的设备,在需要超出输出功率的动力需求时,或者动力装置发生损坏时,就需要更换另一个功率更高的农用车,造成需要置备多种农用车进行农田作业,从而不能充分利用每台农用车,也增加使用人的设备采购成本。在更换作业地点时,农用车需要在其他车辆的拖动下快速转场,此时农用车的电机链轮会随着拖车快速转动,不利于电机的寿命保持。

本发明提供一种新的农用车,采用绿色能源驱动,车轮轻便,对农田作物损坏小,且驱动器可以快速更换以适应不同动力需求,在不需要提供动力时,驱动器可以很方便的脱离与车轮的联动。

进一步的,还包含链轮固定块,所述的链轮架通过链轮固定块与一立柱转动连接,所述立柱为农用车的一部分,所述链轮架位于链轮与驱动器之间并与链轮和驱动器的连接轴固定;所述的链轮固定块上还设有一高一低两个定位孔,所述的链轮架上设置有一离合器,所述的离合器与链轮固定块上较高的定位孔固定时,所述的链轮处于脱离啮合状态;所述的离合器与链轮固定块上较低的定位孔固定时,所述的链轮处于啮合状态。所述的离合器包含固定部和握持部,所述的固定部为圆柱形,所述固定部穿过链轮架,并在水平方向相对于链轮架进行一定距离的移动。所述的握持部与固定部一体制造并整体呈T形。所述的固定部上套有一弹簧,弹簧的一端为凸台,另一端设有卡簧,所述卡簧位于远离握持部的一端,凸台位于靠近握持部的一端,所述固定部上设有卡簧固定槽,所述的卡簧嵌入卡簧固定槽并与弹簧的一端连接。
以上实现的农用车,采用电机等驱动器驱动,电机驱动车轮边缘,电机在损坏或者需要不同动力时,可以快速更换,并且在农用车不需要动力供给时,可以将电机与车轮脱离啮合,非常方便各种农田作业,且车轮轻便,不易碾压农作物。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实现过程进行详细说明。
如图1-3所示的农用车,包含驱动器和车轮20,本实施例中驱动器优选电机30,所述的车轮20如图4-5所示,所述的车轮20含有轮缘70、由扇形薄钢板80组成的轮辐、轮毂60以及由若干防滑单元90组成的防滑外圈。所述的轮缘70上设置有链状传动结构40,所述的驱动器设有与所述链状传动结构40啮合的链轮50,所述的驱动器驱动链轮50转动,所述的链轮50驱动与其啮合的链状传动结构40进而带动所述车轮20转动。
所述的链状传动结构40为如图1所示传动链或者如图2-3所示的由若干滚子均匀排列形成的传动装置;所述的链状传动结构40设置在所述轮缘70的正面或者侧面,从而使所述的电机30位于车轮20的左侧、右侧或者上方,例如图1所示的电机30处于车轮20的内侧,如图2所示的电机30处于车轮20的外侧,如图3所示的电机30处于车轮20的正上方,此时链轮50可以设计为与电机30为一体。
为了使链状传动结构40的链条或者棍子之间不易卡入田间杂物,所述的链状传动结构的节距为链轮齿距的2倍或以上。
为了使所述车轮的整体重量减轻,如图6-8所示,所述的轮缘70设计为适当的宽度,本发明中轮缘70的宽度大于30mm小于100mm,这样既可以维持车轮20整体较轻的重量,又不易于在行走过程中车轮陷入泥土中。所述的轮缘70易于与轮缘外侧的防滑装置连接,也易于与内侧的轮辐连接。具体来说,所述的轮缘70的外圈为圆周面,并且轮缘上均匀的设有多个通孔,用于固定轮缘外侧的防滑装置;所述轮缘70的内圈为中间凹进、两边凸起72的U形结构,便于轮缘与轮辐的固定。
为了进一步减轻车轮20的重量及避免车轮绞缠农作物,所述的轮辐采用薄钢板,且所述的轮辐为若干如图9所示的扇形薄钢板80拼接而成的整体无开孔的圆环形。所述扇形薄钢板80的两边向上弯折形成加强骨81,以及中心凹陷形成T形槽状加强骨82,且所述若干扇形薄钢板正反交替焊接固定。
为了增强车轮20的耐磨性以及防滑性,所述的轮缘70外圈上固定有防滑胶块95,所述的防滑胶块95可以通过轮缘70上的通孔与轮缘固定。所述的防滑胶块95的高度大于20mm小于40mm,所述的防滑胶块95为橡胶块。并且所述的防滑胶块95至少设置两排,两排防滑胶块95左右交错相对设置。为了增强轮缘防滑胶块的固定及因损坏而进行更换的效率,若干防滑胶块95与一段支架91固定形成一个防滑单元90,如图11-12所示,所述的防滑胶块95为支架91上的金属立柱94和金属立柱95包裹橡胶而形成。所述的金属立柱由三个金属片在相邻三个面大致垂直相交形成。每个防滑胶块内设有两个 所述的金属立柱,所述的两个金属立柱呈对角相对设置在所述的支架上。所述金属立柱94和金属立柱95与所述支架91为一体制造的金属结构。
所述支架与轮缘接触的面为弧形,设有两个以上,每个支架弧长小于二分之一轮缘周长,本实施例中,优选每个支架91的弧长为四分之一轮缘周长。如图10所示,所述两个以上的支架91通过支架固定孔92与轮缘70固定安装在一起并且组成一个完整的圆环。如图12所示,所述的支架中轴线上设有若干棍子41,所述棍子按照一定节距均匀排列在支架的上面,且棍子之间互相平行。所述的支架91中间设置棍子、两侧通过金属立柱固定防滑胶块,防滑胶块交错对应设置,共同形成新的防滑单元90,然后再将诉述防滑单元全部固定在轮缘上。
为了使作为驱动器的电机可以根据农用车的动力需求方便置换,以满足农用车不同的使用情况,所述驱动器或者电机为可拆卸更换式。如图13、14、15所示,所述驱动器上的链轮50通过一链轮架130与农用车本体10连接,所述的电机的一侧与链轮可拆卸式连接,另一侧与一驱动器架120连接,所述的驱动器架120与所述链轮架130可拆卸式连接。所述电机30的中心设有螺栓150,所述驱动器架120的中心设有螺栓孔,电机30上的螺栓穿过驱动器架120上的螺栓孔使电机30与驱动器架120通过螺栓螺母连接。所述的电机30外侧设有驱动器保护罩150,所述的驱动器保护罩130与驱动器架120焊接固定。所述的链轮外侧设有链轮罩100,所述的链轮罩100上设 有固定孔,所述的链轮50的传动轴140穿过所述的链轮罩100的固定孔使链轮罩100与链轮50固定连接。所述链轮架130位于链轮与驱动器之间并与链轮和驱动器的连接轴固定;所述的驱动器架120为一V形钢板,所述的V形钢板的中心与电机螺栓固定,所述的V形钢板的两端焊接有钢管,所述钢管与链轮架130上对应位置的螺栓柱嵌套连接。
如图16所示,所述的链轮50的中心设有一传动轴140,所述的传动轴140与驱动器中心的螺栓150连接,使电机30带动链轮转动。
为了使所述电机在农用车转场等情况下,不需自身动力运动时,电机与车轮脱离啮合,以保护电机寿命,所述的电机及链轮涉及为可以离合的结构,具体如图17所示,包含链轮固定块170,离合器160,固定链轮和电机的链轮架130,所述的链轮架130上设置离合器160。
如图17所示,所述的离合器160包含固定部和握持部,所述的固定部为圆柱形,所述固定部穿过链轮架130,并在水平方向相对于链轮架进行一定距离的移动。所述的握持部与固定部一体制造并整体呈T形。所述的固定部上套有一弹簧,弹簧的一端为凸台161,另一端设有卡簧180,所述卡簧180位于远离握持部的一端,凸台161位于靠近握持部的一端,所述固定部上设有卡簧固定槽,所述的卡簧嵌入卡簧固定槽并与弹簧的一端连接。
如图18-21所示,所述的链轮架130通过链轮固定块170与一立柱190转动连接,所述立柱190为农用车本体的一部分。所述的链轮固定块170上还设有一高一低两个定位孔,分别为高定位孔171和低 定位孔172,所述的离合器160与链轮固定块170上的高定位孔171固定时,所述的链轮50处于如图20和21所示的与车轮20脱离啮合状态,即非啮合或者离合状态;所述的离合器160与链轮固定块170上的低定位孔172固定时,所述的链轮50处于如图18和19所示的与车轮20啮合的状态。
以上实现的农用车,采用电机等驱动器驱动,电机驱动车轮边缘以及电机在损坏或者需要不同动力时,可以快速更换;在农用车不需要动力供给即可移动时,可以将电机与车轮脱离啮合,非常方便各种农田作业,且车轮轻便,不易碾压农作物。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种便携式超低量喷雾机,包含一个药箱,所述的药箱内灌装喷洒液,其特征在于:所述的药箱上设有一内陷区域,所述的内陷区域内设置电机,所述的电机与内陷区域之间形成一密闭的压力腔,所述的压力腔为药箱提供喷洒所述喷洒液的压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的内陷区域大致位于所述药箱的几何中心区。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述电机与药箱上内陷区域之间设有一橡胶密封圈,所述的密封圈与所述的凹陷区域内壁嵌套固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述密封圈内侧两个边缘向内形成凸出缘,所述两个凸出缘形成凹槽与电机外侧的凸台配合固定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的密封圈外侧设有多个凸台,所述的凸台均匀的分布在密封圈外侧;所述的药箱凹陷区域内侧设有与所述凸台对应的凹槽,所述的密封圈外侧的凸台与药箱上的凹槽配合固定。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的密封圈上还设有若干螺钉孔,所述的螺钉孔内设有膨胀螺钉。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的密封圈外设有固定圈,所述的固定圈位于所述的密封圈外,且卡在药箱与电机之间。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述 的密封圈外侧还设有一半圆柱体凸起,所述药箱凹陷区域内侧设有与所述半圆柱体凸起对应的弧形凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的密封圈上靠近半圆柱凸起的位置设有一通孔,所述的通孔作为管线通道。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述密封圈外侧的多个凸台之间设有镂空槽。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的电机外设有一保护壳,所述的保护壳与药箱固定,所述的保护壳用于保护所述的电机不外露。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述药箱与保护壳在竖直方向盖合,所述的药箱与保护壳连接面上设有突出部,所述的突出部下方设有引导面一,所述的引导面一与所述药箱与保护壳的连接面形成的夹角小于90度;所述的保护壳设有一撑脚组件,所述的撑脚组件上设置有引导面二,所述的引导面二与引导面一平行,且位于所述引导面一的下方,所述药箱与保护壳在竖直方向盖合时,所述的突出部扣合到引导面二上,使所述的引导面一与引导面二紧密接触。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于:所述的撑脚组件还设有一撑脚,所述的撑脚设置在引导面二下面,用于接触地面使所述的喷雾器稳定立于地面之上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于:所 述的撑脚为一截面为U型的结构、且U型的开口向外。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于:所述的U形片状结构与所述的引导面二为一体成型的塑胶件。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于:所述的撑脚组件与所述的保护壳为一体成型的塑胶件。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于:所述的撑脚组件对称的设置在保护壳底部两侧;相应的所述的突出部也对称的设置在药箱与保护壳结合面的两侧。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的药箱的加液口设置于药箱上方。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的药箱的上方还设置一提柄,所述的提柄方便对药箱进行向上提拉。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的药箱上正对压力腔的前方设有喷洒头,所述的喷洒头将药箱内的喷洒液向外喷出。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式超低量喷雾机,其特征在于,所述的药箱正对压力腔区域的上方设有流量控制阀,所述的流量控制阀用于调节药箱内喷洒液单位时间的向外喷洒量。
